We absolutely loved staying at this amazing home in a perfectly-located area of Norwich - right by the river alongside some beautiful parks and within walking distance of the city centre. In Charlie and Nuni, Alon and Sophia have two of the most endearing pets we've ever encountered. Charlie is beautifully shy but comes out of his shell when it's time for walks! He's also a great companion for sofa siestas! Nuni is loyal, obedient, and affectionate - she is also much faster than she looks when it comes to chasing balls! We recommend taking her to any one of the nearby parks and putting her pace to the test! There wouldn't be a time in the house where one of us wouldn't be accompanied by Nuni - it's as though she deems it her duty to make sure everyone is OK! But she's always relaxed and both were a genuine pleasure to dog sit. The house is fantastic - three floors, with a great office on the bottom floor that both Alon and Sophia were kind enough to let us use. I (Lewis) actually managed to break their office chair - but they were both very chill. They were both very communicative and we would 100% house sit here again. Thanks Alon, Sophia, and Naomi :)
We would jump at the chance to do it all over again! Staying at Marielle’s and Dave’s place and hanging out with Oscar was everything and more than you’d ever want in a sit. So incredibly comfortable from start to finish. We not only enjoyed them to the point that our conversations felt incomplete before they went away, but Oscar is the most easy going and enjoyable young pup I’ve ever encountered. We were able to bring our pup along which was a bonus and the two being the same age and same size could not have been better mates. The home alone featured all the perks.
It was a wonderful sit. Blue is very happy, playful and well train. He is the sweetest puppy and he loves to have his belly rub. Emma and Steven are very nice and they welcome me upon arrival and showed me around the property and gave me all the instruction necessary. The bedroom was nice and the bed very comfortable. The location is great for the beach and to visit the famous 5th Avenue with its Art galleries and great restaurants. There is also a dog beach at Bonita Beach where I took Blue. I would without a doubt recommend sitting for them.
We were lucky enough to be available for Cassandra at the last minute after another sitter fell through. Lucky for us because her place is SO nice and the cats are adorable. They are lots of fun and vocal, and easy to care for. Cassandra's house is in a very quiet garden near the rice fields, a short scooter ride to the center of Ubud. Also the neighbours are super nice, and they helped us get oriented to the area and we had some good chats with them. Thanks for trusting us with your three kitties and your home.
This was such an unexpected and amazing housesit. Sandra answered very fast on my application and after a short phone call a few hours later I already had the confirmation. It was so easy to communicate with her before, during and after the sit. Their house is great. It´s very clean and welcoming. We especially loved the fireplace. As Sandra and Terry took the dogs with them we only had the hens and the rooster to take care for. It was such a cool experience. The chicken where wonderful. Every time I came and looked after them they came to me and said hello. Every day we got lot´s of fresh eggs. Even we had really bad weather (severe storms, flooding) it was one of our lovliest sits. This place is for people who love the outdoors and nature. There is much to do, like wine asting, hiking and so on and Sacramento is also only 1 hour away. We would definitely come again.
