Grace and her partner sat for me while I was away on an overnight trip. We were not able to meet beforehand since I left before the sun came up but we scheduled a zoom call to chat details which made me feel very comfortable opening my home up to them. She was able to pick up the key from a friend down the street with no issues as I did not have the best cell service. I felt Oscar was well taken care of and my house was in perfect condition when I returned home. I was very happy to have them as a sitter and would gladly invite them back in the future.
Max is a beautiful and fun cat buddy. Delia is a great host. Her home is clean and very comfortable. Uptown has many coffee shops, restaurants, and entertainment to explore. Superior sit experience. ❤️ to sit again.
Jim and I fell in love with Molly, she is a true sweetheart and a joy to look after. On our daily, early morning walks thru the park and beyond, Molly is excellent on her lead while enjoying the smell of peemails along the way. Our morning routine also consisted of watching the world go by on a shaded park bench, as even at 7am it was very warm! We took Molly on car trips, which she loves, around the Brisbane area, she is also just as happy to sit quietly beside us at the many outdoor cafes. Molly's favorite routine is heading off to the dog park at 4pm every day where she plays well with all the dogs, loves to fetch the ball outrunning her doggie friends, proudly returning it to us for another chuck-it. You know all is well in her world when she comes over with a big smile and a wet kiss! Suz is amazing to correspond with and left detailed, invaluable information in the briefing booklet. Both Suz and Steve spent the time with us to show us the neighborhoods, grocery stores. local coffee shops to ensure we had a very comfortable stay. Their trust in us was incredible not only to look after Molly so they could enjoy their month long holiday to its fullest but also feeling so comfortable with us from our Trusted Housesitters profile especially knowing we were coming from Canada to Brisbane to look after her beloved Molly.
It was an absolute pleasure watching the cats and the home was lovely in a great location! I 100% recommend this sit and would be happy to sit again.
Lauren has a lovely home in a great location - we loved the artwork, plants, garden and handy kitchen appliances. We fell in love with Hiro while looking after him, he is affectionate and adorable, a truly lovely cat. A wonderful house and cat sit.
Kate and Sean are the consummate hosts. They make you feel very welcome and at home the minute you walk through the door. Even though they had rather a lot to do and had to leave at ridiculous o’clock in the morning, they still spent ample time getting to know us the night before the sit. They are warm, generous, lovely people. Their home is beautifully decorated throughout, the kitchen brings out your inner cook, the bedroom so very comfortable for a good night’s sleep, the bathroom sports a deep bath relaxing you in the evening and a powerful shower to wake you in the morning. These are the most important things that make for a good sit, trust us, we’ve completed over fifty! The location is something else. Nestled in the countryside away from the bustle and the noise there are walks by the river and up over the hill. There are beautiful sunsets and clear stars at night. The garden looks out over into fields, and if you sit out there in the evening, the cows will lay next to the fence and sniff the dogs. Take a walk through the village and the locals will welcome you with a friendly chat, interesting people they are too. The dogs are a treat to look after. Grumpy old Mo (or slo-mo as I call her) is weary of those she doesn’t know, but not for long. She’s a cuddle monster underneath and it’s so easy to get attached. Bee, on the other hand, is an absolute bundle of joy. She loves cows and cuddles, she loves the outdoors and squirrels, she loves everything, apart from cars, she doesn’t like cars… Which is ok because not many come through the village. This sit is a rare combination of so many important factors that when put together make for a very special and memorable time. We met so many fantastic people in a beautiful place with amazing pets. Thank you, Kate and Sean, for choosing us. We do so hope we met your expectations and we’d love to sit for you again should the chance arise.
Kellie was quick to respond whenever I had clarifying questions or concerns. The pets were adorable and so sweet, at bed time they all piled onto the bed. One thing to note is that there is actually no free street parking, it is paid during the day and only free during certain hours.

SnR Pet Care is truly awesome! We are new to the area and were in need of a new pet sitter for our cat. SnR Pet Care has been walking my little ones for about 10 years and I cannot speak highly enough of them. I interviewed several other walkers before meeting the owner and knowing they were the one. I typically have the same the walker each week. I have never had a back-up walker whom I have not met before they were allowed into my house, and more importantly, given stewardship of my dogs. It's a small and extremely well vetted staff. Throughout these 10 years SnR has consistently been thorough, reliable, and totally committed to them and to our family as a whole. SnR goes above and beyond without being asked, they clearly enjoy their work, and most importantly, they are wonderful for my four-leggeds and to my peace of mind when I'm not there. Linda has been walking my two German Shepherds for a couple of months now, and I have been very happy with her services. She communicates consistently and sends a cute photo collage and update after each visit. The dogs love her and we are so glad to have her feed them and take them out on the days when I work in the office. They are big boys (around 90 lbs each) and she walks them at the same time. She takes great care of them and the prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend working with her.
Linda is such a wonderful caregiver to my furbabies! My senior dog has special needs, and Linda is always there for her, making frequent visits and giving her (and my other dog!) extra attention. She is loving, arrives on time, is extremely organized and very dependable. I never worry for a second when I leave my dogs in Linda's loving care!
I would highly recommend Linda for any pet care needs. We used her care services for an out-of-town emergency and didn’t want to drop our old English Sheep Dog (Winston) off at a kennel. Linda took the time to get to know Winston before we left and his special needs. While we were gone, she sent us updates on every visit along with pictures, a nice touch. She played with him and sat and loved on him as well during the three daily visits. When we came back, he was anticipating her visits to continue and was a bit sad when she didn’t come back 😊 Thank you Linda for taking great care of our little guy!

I cannot recommend Linda enough when it comes to entrusting the care of your furbabies to someone. She clearly cares deeply about providing the best care possible to your pets and making sure that you are included in that process. The preparation was incredibly thorough, and she made sure that all of our questions were answered. In addition to providing excellent care to our cats, she also sent us daily updates while we were away which was a great personal touch.
Had to find a new pet sitter, and I got Linda's name from my old sitter. She was very organized and professional in getting the booking setup. It was clear she likes animals and knows how to handle them (even my shy cat came out for her). I really appreciated the daily updates. I have booked her while I'm away on my next vacation.

Arlene Arlene! I mean guys! This woman is an ANGEL! So, I'm an over the road truck driver and I was freaking out cuz I had just gotten some news and needed to get off the truck and head to surgery. First, she calmed me down. Then she asked me what it is that I needed. I could hear how busy she was but she made sure to show me that she was here for me, no matter how crazy her day was. Now we all know that this is the holiday season so I CANNOT imagine how many cats she has, how many people she has on the waiting list (last time we talked she had 70 so she's a big deal), or even what HER own personal holiday plans were. Have ya'll ever thought of that?! We're all so busy freaking out, needing someone to watch our pet but what about them? Anyways. So Arlene made a miracle happen to fit me in her already impossible schedule, where my two boys needed to be taken care of for two weeks, while I undergo surgery. Then, my plans of where I was going to stay to heal fell through, so everything had to get cancelled and I just broke down. Arlene was there to console me. She went above and beyond helping me find solutions. As soon as she heard that the boys wouldn't be coming, she no longer had to communicate with me! But you know what guys, she has checked on me on more than one occasion! She shared pics of her own personal babies, each with their own story. The love she has for these felines is like no other. I have never seen anyone so in love with these creatures, as I am. Aside from Arlene's awesome rates, just talking to her for those few minutes, you'll know that your fur baby will be safe because this woman loves what she does and even told me that she wishes she had started this a long time ago. One can hear the passion and fervor in her voice and laughter. I know where to put my babies when I come visit WA for sure!
Arlene cares for your cats as though they were her own, which gives great peace of mind while traveling. When my flight was canceled and I had to extend my stay several days, Arlene was very accommodating even while packed with holiday bookings, and gave them comfortable lodgings in her office until they could get back into one of the cat condos. Despite the travel uncertainties, it was a huge relief knowing that my cats would be well cared for until I could make it back. Very responsive with any questions, knowledgeable about caring for cats with medical conditions, and sends regular updates and pictures on how your cats are doing. Would highly recommend to anyone that wants to be sure their cats are comfortable and well taken care of while boarding!
Arlene is awesome! She is so knowledgeable and loving with cats. The cat rooms are spacious with windows, multiple platforms for them to climb, running water fountain, and soft/quiet music playing. I don't worry about our cat while we're gone at all because I know she's in good hands.
I've never been here but.. Aaahhhhhh cuuuuuute. Reminds me of that episode of Trailer Park Boys when bubbles opens up Kittyland. 5 out of 5 stars would bring my cat, as long as Garbage Land doesn't open up next door

Let me start off by saying that our cats are our children. My fiancé and I were in the process of selling our house and wanted a place to board our kitties during showings and open houses so they didn’t get outside by accident. Arlene took AMAZING care of our babies. She was patient with our kitty who is a little unsure of new places and people, sent us pictures and updates everyday, and made sure they knew they were loved while they were away from their people. It was also comforting to know that they weren’t in a cage, but had a room and a window to look out (with a water fountain!). I 1000% trust her with our babies again and we are so thankful for the amazing care! We will recommend cozy kitties to all our friends and family.
My two cats stayed here over the Christmas to New Year's time period. The owner was amazing and my cats really enjoyed their time there. They came home happy and healthy. I was kept up to date nearly daily with how the cats were doing. Update 5/26/23 Still love going here. This has become the only place i bring my cats when i need to leave them behind for a weekend or for a month.
This was my first time boarding my cats ( a 10 yr old and a 3 month old) and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!! Arlene was very punctual and responsive, quickly answering any questions. I love how passionate Arlene is about cats. I was so nervous about boarding my senior cat because he is anxious and has very poor vision. Arlene was kind enough to send me pictures of my two boys and give me updates during their stay. Best of all, both cats really enjoyed their stay. I would highly recommend this Cozy Kitties!
I was nervous about boarding my senior lady kitty. She is 15 and hasnt been boarded for 10 years. We planned to be out of town for 7 days and I didnt want my girl to be home alone as she gets lonely. I loved Cozy Kitties website and loved their love of cats. When I met Arlene and seen where Chloe would be staying I was releived and the experience just got better. We started to use Janice’s Critter Care when we moved to Federal Way in 2019 to care for our cat. The peace of mind that her team provides while we are away is most wonderful. This past December we went away when a snow storm arrived and she kept us in the loop on conditions and still made it to see our diabetic cat. Janice is extremely reliable, always willing to work with my requests.we had to be gone for a week, I had 4 cats, (one diabetic requiring shots in am/pm) and an aquatic turtle. Tim & Janice have been watching our pets for 10 years now. They not only take care of feeding & exercising our dogs (mostly Newfoundlands, but we got a Rottie mix last year to add something new!), they bring in the mail and check the houseplants to see if they need water. Even better, they are able to look after our chickens when we are gone; managing their food, water and treats and giving them a little time and human conversation while gathering eggs. Our four hens are my "Birds with Benefits" and I would not trust them alone or with someone who would scare them and cause them to stop laying those delicious eggs. I just can't say enough good things about Angela's Pet Care, so this will be a long, detailed review. Angela made twice-daily visits to our home for more than three weeks, during which she provided complete care and loving human companionship to our two cats. I can truthfully report that our male cat is IN LOVE with Angela. Our little female cat would be a challenge for any care-giver, because she has medical conditions that require three medications daily, and on top of that, had seriously injured an eye (just before our trip was to begin!) - so required two additional meds twice per day. We were very concerned about leaving that kitty in anyone's care. Angela relieved all of our anxieties by giving all five medications every day, right on schedule, plus she paid close attention to the eye and kept us informed about everything. Giving that many medications to a naturally shy cat might be expected to cause some trauma, but remarkably, we came home to a cat that was trusting, outgoing, confident, and with a healed eye - all a testament to Angela's gentle, able, handling of her, and the special effort she made to cultivate trust and playfulness. (Thank you, Angela!) Angela's Pet Care sets the highest possible standard for reliable, compassionate pet care. Angela has a calm, competent and confident presence that made the cats (and me) very comfortable with her, and was 100% backed up by her actions. She is highly professional and diligent; showed up at consistent times every day without fail; provided all the cat necessities along with brushing, play, and litterbox maintenance; watered our plants; brought in packages; and emailed us many, many visit reports that included photos that put us at ease during our time away. This was the best care imaginable, it far exceeded our expectations, and we're very grateful.
I can't say enough about Angela. She has been caring for our 2- year-old small dog named Titan for 11 months now (2 days a week). Angela took extra time to make sure he would be a good fit to play with the other dogs she cares for before taking him on, which we really appreciated. He is always so excited to see her and the other dogs each morning we drop him off. She has a huge fenced in yard for them to run around in, and let's them hang out in her house and takes them on a walk. Titan is always very tired when he gets home, so we know he gets lots of exercise there, which is great because he is a high energy dog living in a small condo. In a few months we are taking a 9-day trip to Mexico and Angela will be watching him. We know he will feel right at home with her during that time. Angela is also a great communicator and even sends us pictures every now and then. I'll post a few:-)
We are so thankful to Angela for the care and attention she gives our dogs when we need to travel. It eases our minds knowing they are in a loving environment getting a lot of attention from Angela and the other pups with her for boarding and/or daycare. We love that there are other pups there, but not too many like a lot of the other boarding/day care places we've tried in the past. The space the dogs have to explore is secure and safe and inside, the pups are treating like family members! Angela's service request system is easy to use and she is super responsive to questions! She came highly recommended to us from a very picky, zoo keeper friend - so we knew Angela must be good - and she is!!
So glad we found Angela's pet care! We've used her twice so far for weeklong trips out of state. Both trips had flight changes and she was so accommodating by adding or removing scheduled visits. Angela is the best dog daycare we have found since getting our girl almost 2 years ago. Once I met her I knew I wanted her to watch my Daisy full time and eventually brought her from her original daycare over. I haven't encountered anyone who has been so considerate of the needs for my specific dog, who actually requires special care around meal time. On her own Angela has made the effort to help train our girl in so many different areas helping her to behave socially in a way that actually let's her share how sweet and loving she is. I can't say enough good things about Angela, truly. 15/10 highly recommend!!
Angela was the best day care provider for my dog, Honey! She gave lots of loves and walks. She was attentive and took care of all Honey’s needs while in her care. It was fun getting periodical pictures of my dog’s activities during the day. Angela is accommodating, friendly, reliable, and professional. I would highly recommend her services.

Lady Di doggy daycare and boarding is fantastic. Our dog, Pippi is actually pretty shy and was very nervous with our previous doggy day care. Now she runs up the stairs to see her friends! Pippi clearly adores everyone who is at Lady Di. We feel totally comfortable boarding her there too. One less thing to worry about when we have to travel. We have also used Lady Di's for in home pet care for our cat, Sophie. We were totally confident that she would get great care while we were gone and we were right. Sophie was happy to see us but happy, healthy, and friendly when we returned. Thank you to everyone at Lady Di Pet chaperone. I can't recommend them enough!

It's tough to let someone into your home when you're traveling, so finding someone like Sarah - kind, trustworthy, reliable... and a true animal lover is wonderful. Sarah is simply amazing. We've taken a couple of trips to care for ailing family members and she's provided home visit care for our shy cat, Tucker. Not only does she do the basics - feeding, cleaning the box, giving pets (if he lets her get close enough) - she also reports on anything unusual that she happens to see. Knowing she's here to care for Tucker has helped us focus on family matters without worrying about how our kitty is doing in our absence. Highly recommend!
Highly recommend Sarah and her team. My active goldendoodle loved going to daycare sessions ahead of my 12-day trip overseas. I felt totally relaxed leaving her there. It's obvious they take care. I would totally use them again!
We are so grateful to Lady Di Pet Chaperone and staff for taking such wonderful care of our 5 month old puppy. I was forced to find a daycare after getting a not so nice note from a neighbor. I had seen this place close to where I live so I decided to check them out after doing research and reading reviews. After completing the application and sending an e-mail, I was contacted immediately. He has been going there almost two months and he is a very happy dog. He is excited to go and gets home exhausted from playing with his friends all day. Because of his positive interactions and the great care from the staff, he is friendly around people and other dogs. As for me, I am able to go to work without feeling guilty because I know he is in good hands. It is evident that Sarah and her staff really love and care about what they do.

Our dog loves this place! We have been going for over a month now, and our dog has learned daycare days. He gets excited in the morning to go, and grabs his leash. The owners are fantastic, great genuine people, treat them like their own.
Amazing place and staff. The owners and the staff truly love what they do and 100% care about the dogs. I've worked at a few daycares and no other daycare has cared about the safety of the dogs and is as strict about what dogs are let in. It really is all about the dogs and not the money with this couple. That's rare. I would trust them with my dogs 100%.
LPC boarded my dog (and she had never been boarded and is 6 years old) with love, great care, and kept me apprised of her well-being while I was overseas for 7 days. It is the first time that I have ever felt 100% at ease while boarding a dog. The owners and their staff are top notch at what they do (taking care of dogs) and the facility is 5-star. My dog was with the "medium sized, lower key, dogs" which was a perfect fit for her. My dog did need some extra "love and attention" and LPC owners made sure she got it! LPC is the BEST dog boarding facility I have ever used.
Love this place and love the owners. My dog enjoys his daycare experience there very much. The facility is very clean and welcoming. The dogs get lots of room to run around and be silly.
My mini Aussie loves playing at LPC! Theresa and Charles love their daycare dogs and give them a great workout each day. They even give them a rinse after a hard day of playing outside.
Our chocolate lab loves staying here. Always comes back happy and tired. We've used them for years now and it's always been a great experience!
Pet Concierge is awesome. They have a great setup for the dogs with room to run. The owners are excellent and they truly care for the dogs. Highly recommend!
We were out of town when our pet sitter experienced a family emergency which left us scrambling to find someone to watch over our cats. I called frolic and explained the situation. We set up an interview call immediately and was guided through the process with ease. Molly and Alexis came by in the evening and took excellent care of our cats by giving them tons of love and playtime. They really showed a deep love for the well being of our pets. Prices are reasonable, reports are thorough and service is excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend Frolic to anyone.
What a fantastic experience! The team at Frolic took exceptional care of all of us, from first contact to the last tummy rub. Professional, friendly staff along with detailed reviews and pictures made our first week of dog walking so easy. We had a snafu with our elevator and the dog walker was responsible and flexible - really amazing. 🤩 My two fur babies had a great time, so glad I found this company!!
We used frolic for the first time last weekend and were very happy with the care our pets received! We were very apprehensive about using a dog sitter but we are very glad that we were able to find a reliable and professional service. Everyone was fantastic and customer service was friendly and easy. Justin and Dylan were so sweet with our boys and we greatly appreciate the effort they took to play with them, clean up the backyard, and bring in packages. Also, detailed daily reports and pictures of our babies. We will definitely be using them again! Thanks again!
Frolic Pet Services is fantastic. I've used them on trips out of town to help keep my pet family well cared for and they've done excellent. They took pictures daily, communicated well throughout the whole process, and honestly just went above and beyond. I will most certainly use their service again.
I usually have terrible panic attacks and anxiety leaving my cats, one of whom needs insulin injections 2x a day, when I've gone away to visit my elderly father. I usually set up a kitty cam and check it rather obsessively while I'm gone. Since I found Frolic Pets, it's a whole different feeling! I don't even need the anxiety medication I usually take when traveling! They give you updates each visit on their super convenient pet portal. Really detailed and thorough notes on everything that they did or noticed. They even attach pictures of your pets from each visit and they respond immediately to any inquiries. Their staff are kind, competent and really care about your furry family members. I asked a friend to stop by my apartment mid-day in addition to Frolic Pet's visits the first time I used them. I didn't even bother my friends the next two times I hired them. I felt 1000% confidence in their staff's care and dedication to my cats specifically. I swear my home was even more clean after their visits than I usually leave it! They're absolutely amazing. You won't ever worry about your beloved pets when you travel again!
We just used Frolic for the 1st time for our 2 cats. I was a little anxious leaving them for 2 weeks with a new sitter, especially as one of my cats requires medication twice a day. We had 3 different sitters take care of the cats, and after each visit, we received a detailed report of medications dispensed and care given, plus numerous photos. The sitters exceeded my expectations, even taking the trash out (we didn't ask that this be done). I would definitely use them again!
Our neighbors use Froloc pet services, and we've watched the employees walk and interact with the neighbors dog and they do an amazing job. But, we see this one employee walk the dog, and I've never seen so much love and compassion. That guy absolutely adores this dog like it's his own, and always taking great pictures of the dog, even getting on the ground for the perfect pic. We've noticed this for over a year. I finally told him today how great we thought he was with the dog. I think his name was Thomas and the house (area)is located on 7th in Puyallup. That man deserves a raise for going above and beyond.
My pup gets anxious and isn't super great socially with other dogs, but I know I can rely on Carol and Frolic staff to ensure that she is safe and taken care of when I need it. They took great care of her when I couldn't after my double jaw surgery. I even talked over surgery options with owner Carol before going through with knee surgery for my aging pup, she is so knowledgeable and wants the best for all the pets she/and Frolic cares for. The daily pet reports while boarding puts the minds of my kids, my husband, and I at ease when we have to be away from our canine baby. Staff always write the nicest things about our pup. We will drive out of our way to make sure our pup can be cared for there (even after we moved to Eastern Washington) because of the quality of care we know she recieves.
I use Frolic for walking my dog. They are very professional and have come across as trustworthy and knowledgeable. Every time they walk him I get an email with pictures and status of if he peed or had a BM, if anything unusual happened, anything you can think of they give me a status of. Their app is easy to use to schedule walks and the price is comparable to Rover but without the stress of potentially cancelling. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a walker (they have other services but I have not used them).
DO NOT BOARD HERE! Has gone downhill! Beware of hidden boarding fees! I first contacted Frolic a few years ago upon moving to WA as Frolic seemed like a great option as they were close, with a flexible schedule, and a large number of staff. Dog walking seemed to go pretty well, and they also offered boarding services, which for our first few vacations, worked great. Recently I had my dogs stay with Frolic while my wife and I were on vacation and expected things to go as well as usual. To my surprise I received a message from Frolic On the first day of boarding that I would be charged a extra fee for one of my dogs barking....um, you own a dog business? Why am I being charged for a dog being a dog? I was also charged because Frolic insisted they knew better than me when it came to medicating my senior dog, I had specified proper dosage three times by the time the our vacation was over, and the owner suggested she knew better, and charged me for over-medicating my dog despite repeatedly telling them to stop. Luckily, an overdose for my dog isn’t fatal, but for yours it could be! As the staff and the business owner will not listen to the dog parent when it comes to dosing instructions. By the time all was said and done, we could’ve boarded a third dog for what we paid in hidden fees, which is outrageous because Frolic already charges more than an animal hospital with 24/7 care. Also, these extras are subjective, and therefore non-negotiable. I was of course I was not told about these extra fees until Frolic already had my dogs. Beware, if you care about your pets, please avoid this place at all costs.
