Cari
Kylie was a lifesaver for us and an absolute joy to have sit our dogs. We were gone for almost two weeks and Kylie took excellent care of our dogs and garden. She sent us photos of our pups throughout her sit, communicated well and left the house spotless. We would gladly have her sit for us again, and recommend her to any future hosts.

House is super cool/artsy and comfortable except it is very small and full, and not much space for my things or to use and stay tidy. And the dogs are not fully house trained :-(

Mair
I had a nice experience at Mair's place with Bezi the cute kitten. Mair left me clear explanations for the cat and for the house, everything was easy. Bezi was a very lovely young cat, I enjoyed spending time with him and playing with him. The apartment is also very nice and convenient, it's in a good location with public transportation easily accessible.

Staying in Joanna's and Hugh's house in a quiet neigbourhood in Bristol has been amazing. I loved the spacious house with the big kitchen as well as the sunny colorful garden where I spent hours reading on the big lounge set. The house is beautifully decorated with a mix of modern and classic furniture. The guest room has a very comfy bed and I loved the green tiles in the bathroom as well as the super rainshower.
I arrived the evening before the sit and got a chance to meet the family and the pets. I was made very welcome and got a tour of the house and instructions about the feeding and medication of Dotty and Porthos. Which was very easy, by the way. Dotty is very well behaved and doesn't eat til she gets an okay.
Joanna and I kept in touch during our holidays and she always answered quickly to texts and photos of the pets.
Dotty is a sweet and gentle black lab who loves long walks. The cotswolds are only a 10 minute walk from the house and we spend most of our walks there, enjoying the scenery. I would've liked to take her with me while exploring Bristol, but unfortunately it was just too hot out. Porthos has the funny habit of bringing you (clean) socks and I got quite a collection after a week. He also liked to sleep on the bed, as did Aramis who was super cuddly.
Just around the corner are supermarkets and some shops and also 2 buses that take you into Bristol city center in 15-20 minutes. You really have the best of both at your doorstep: nature and the vibrant city. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Bristol and would be back in a heartbeat. Thanks, Joanna and Hugh!

Nicola was a brilliant host. The apartment was beautiful and very well located in the city. Shiloh was an absolute joy to look after, such a pleasure to be around. We really enjoyed our stay and we were able to contact Nicola with any questions.
