Carole of Pawsitively Petsitting is truly amazing! Our cat suffers from separation anxiety and is very timid and shy. Most of our past sitters would clean the litter box, put down food and water down and leave with no interaction. NOT Carole! She put a lot of time and effort into making our kitty comfortable enough to be petted and videoed. Carole’s goal was to give us enough peace of mind to enjoy our trip which she accomplished. Carole and Miss Necla took care of our house, garden, and cats while we were on vacation. Hurricane Beryl hit during this time and despite the chaos and power outages, they still made it to the house and ensured everything was safe and sound. They were excellent communicators and really made us feel better. The prices are very fair and they have your back while you're away. We would recommend them.

What a loving, kind and fun place for my fur baby! It’s located in a woody area. Each suite has its open access to fenced backyard. They gave my fur baby playtime, walking and sent me daily videos while I was out of town on vacation. Upon returning home, they also gave him a bath. I am so glad my friend referred paw palace to me and will definitely come back for boarding. Check their Facebook page for more pictures and videos.

My puppy was very fearful but the staff made sure she was well taken care of and did the best they could to make her more comfortable there. Great boarding place! Lots of room to run and play. Very clean!

Our dogs stayed here 5 days. Every day Steven and Melissa sent us pictures and videos of our dogs running around the beautiful open area shaded by mature trees having fun with the other dogs. They really care and love the dogs and it shows. I highly recommend Paw Palace, they are absolutely fantastic! Your dogs will be pampered and very well taken care of. Best kennel we have ever seen!

Our dogs love coming here. We use them for all our needs and will be again in a few weeks. They are very loving with our two big babies who are 200lbs and anxious…they are very calm and show patience with them, which puts them at ease. I recommend them often to friends! I have never found a fur baby lover like Nancy and her team. I have hired dog walkers but none live up to the standards and quality she gives my Lilbit on her walks. I like the nice gesture of photos of my dog on her walk they send me. My dog feels really spoiled and loved. I hold heartily place trust in her ability to keep her safe and cared for while in her care. They are trustworthy when Im not home never have an issue. I heard from others about their sitter service etc I hope to try next year. Litbit highly recommends snuggles and Hugs!

She is extremely good at it: so good, in fact, our babies are always spoiled when we return, no stress or mess. To say we are particular about where we leave our puppy for dog camp and boarding is an understatement. Moving from Houston to The Woodlands, we did meet and greets and trial days at 4 different dog care companies before finding Snuggles and Hugs. I knew from the moment our puppy was greeted, the approach was different. Our puppy not only gets better care with Darrel and Nancy, but she's a better dog all around. The exercises they do with the dogs are amazing - they exercise them physically and mentally with playing puzzles, teaching them to sniff and find. It's a well rounded camp experience. Their facility is super clean and maintained to provide a comfortable and safe environment. The only draw back is that I think my dog snuggles with them more than she does with us :-) But you can't hold that against them. They are truly wonderful.

Our Stella can't wait to get in the door and when she comes home she is exhausted from all the activity. During the day, we get pictures and videos of her playing. We were looking for a place to board our mastiffs. When we found Snuggles and Hugs the search was over.. We immediately felt comfortable with Darrel and Nancy, and trusted them to care for our fur kids. Brutus and Belle just love Mr. Darrel and Mrs. Nancy, they cant wait to get out of the car when we arrive. When they come home from camp they are tired and ready to relax after their day of activity. The facilities and boarding areas are extremely clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Snuggles and Hugs to anyone looking for a place to board your furry friends.

Snuggles and Hugs has been our favorite and ONLY pet sitters for 9 plus years. Nancy has loved and cared for our 3 fur kids like they were her own. Our 2 dogs are walked and snuggled each day and our cat loves the attention and extra treats. I have never worried once leaving since Nancy has been our family’s pet care provider. Wonderful staff! Very friendly, can tell they love dogs! They helped us out of a bind caused by Petsmart! We are from out of town but will definitely let our Ollie visit this location anytime we are in the area to visit family! Facility was clean and well maintained. Loved the fact that they have cameras you can check in on your baby with!

The staff of Camp Bow Wow always did an incredible job with my dog, Aggie. Over time as she got older, they also knew how to take great care of her special needs. They genuinely care about the dogs in their care and it allowed me to not be completely stressed out and worried about my dog's health and wellness when I had to travel. I can't say enough good things about the team here!

This review is long but I hope the information helps another dog parent. The Woodlands Texas location was wonderful. The front desk is wonderful they listened to the needs of my dogs and did everything I needed to feel comfortable leaving my kids for the first time in an overnight kennel. We had issues with the Kemah Texas location and Camp Bow Wow in the Woodlands went beyond great customer service to help resolve the issues. I cannot say enough good things about this location. I have two dogs and one is a Tripod (3 legs) that are very active and love to run and play. My Tripod needed special help to make sure he did not injure his single front leg with all the playing he would be doing. The ladies that were going to be dealing with my dogs in the kennel area were very knowledgeable and understood the concerns I had. They keep a close eye on both of my dogs but gave special attention to my Tripod and put him up for a rest when he had ran and played to much in the play yard. The staff checked in all of my items and every item I took was return in good condition which gives comfort for future visits that they respect dog parents possessions. Cady, the groomer is wonderful.She was so attentive to how I wanted my dog groomed. She even sent a picture during the grooming to check with me on how it was looking!!! Super happy with the result!

We have had several issues with this establishment. From turning away our dogs after a reservation and while we were trying to leave town because they needed an influenza shot (after we were told on the phone they don't). To mis-charging my credit card on three separate occasions. Then I was told I haven't made any reservations since 2019 when I have boarded my dogs there on 4 occasions in the past 4 months. Very unorganized and poor communication

Camp Bow Wow loves dogs. The employees love dogs. Dogs love going to Camp Bow Wow. My Ginger, RIP 02 March 2019, a rescue dog, went there for 8 years and I never heard her complain about my boarding her. She thought it was better than being under a seat on an airplane when I flew to visit relatives. Camp Bow Wow was so supportive and kind when Ginger went to doggie heaven.

So I'll be upfront : we decided not to let our dog stay here after his interview. The woman working the front desk was super nice and sweet, and our dog immediately liked her. However, we were told that we needed a special collar for his interview (mind you, this procedure was meant to take 20 minutes) and we told her we didn't have a collar like that. We told her on the 3 phone calls we'd had prior to the interview, nobody mentioned a special collar. Conveniently, they sold that specific collar. We were told we could purchase one right there if we wanted. My husband asked if there was a chance to simply borrow one, which they eventually agreed to. So far so good. We were still looking forward to leaving our dog with them. Then, they told us the interview would begin, and a guy emerged from the back door. He took the dog from us, without acknowledging us at all, and set off. I asked if we were allowed to observe the interview, but he just pointed to a screen where we could observe. Eventually, after 20 minutes, the front desk girl told us we could come back in three hours. My husband asked what they would do, but she said just general interview stuff. My mother in law has done dog boarding many times and she has never heard of an interview lasting more than an hour, and generally you get to be present for at least a third of the interview. In the three phone calls we had, nobody mentioned they would keep our dog for three hours. The girl then left to tend to other customers, and my husband and I just looked at each other. There was a large metal door, and our dog was somewhere behind that. Nobody was there to answer any questions or tell us anything about what they'd do with him. So my husband and I set off to go grocery shopping, and after 2 hours my nerves got the best of me and I asked to go pick up our dog. We arrived at camp bow wow approximately 40 minutes early. The same girl was working the front desk and she immediately recognized us and fetched our dog for us. We appreciated that. However, they claim that their employees are trained in giving basic commands and in reading dogs' body language. When they came through the door, we could hear her repeat a "drop it" command 3 times! This was so upsetting because it's a command we know he struggles with, so having someone who is supposed to be informed go and desensitize him to it was frustrating. Anybody who knows a little bit about dog training (really, google will tell you this within 5 minutes of reading) understands that the worst thing you can do is say the command over and over until the dog decides to listen. Nonetheless, we didn't say anything and just thanked her for getting our dog, as she had been polite and kind to us in general. But it did let us know that they were not trained at all. Then, she handed us a pamphlet and encouraged us to bring the dog to daycare multiple times before boarding him to reduce separation anxiety, which was all very helpful information. But after that, we were dismissed. She tended to other customers and we had to go home. When we walked to our car across the parking lot, our dog's leash skills were AWFUL. We assumed pulling was allowed when they test-walked him (he is 7 months old, his skills are still in progress!) Another sign that they weren't as trained as they claimed. On the car ride home both my husband and I agreed not to leave our dog there due to the circumstances of the interview. We both realized that we had zero idea what that place actually looked like. No staff member ever offered to let us tour the facility. Anyone who is looking to board their dog for a week is going to want to know where they're staying! I don't believe it's professional to take someone's dog for three hours without telling them prior to the process. I believe if you do take my dog from me, you should at least say hello to me. And if you are going to need to keep him for three whole hours, the least you can do is offer to show me where he'll be staying and what you'll be doing.

We scheduled boarding for our 2 dogs over the Labor Day weekend. We were told that they would require vaccines for canine influenza, which they were 1 and 2 months overdue for (not a normally required vaccine). We called around to several mobile vets as well as our own vet clinic who told us that the vaccine has been on backorder nationally for MONTHS. I am not about to pay for exams and shots for 2 dogs at a different clinic just to get these shots. I called to cancel 4 days in advance since I found another boarding option for the dogs that DO NOT require the flu shots (BTW, there is not a current outbreak of canine influenza!) and they refuse to refund my $50 deposit. Over a holiday weekend, I'm sure they will have other boarders take those spots and they will profit from me for doing nothing, not even offering a future credit for boarding, day care or supplies/services. I'll take my business elsewhere. I don't know why anyone would want to board there with those rules. Camp Bow Wow Humble was the best. Camp Bow Wow The Woodlands doesn't care about how they treat their customers.

There is always someone with the dogs while they’re playing. I also like that I can check on our girl via the webcam. Our pup is a shy girl but each time she goes she comes a little more out of her shell. It’s good to see her playing with other dogs

My dog has been going to Hounds Town since I adopted him in February. It’s really helped him learn to play and interact with other dogs. The facility is clean and the staff is amazing — so kind, and it’s obvious that they care about the dogs in their care. They also have a lot of fun theme days (see the picture from cheese day 😄). I feel confident that I’m leaving him in the best hands, whether for daycare or boarding.

Remi and Rye love doggie day care and all the ladies that make such a fuss over them when they come in and leave. All I have to say is “daycare” and they both perk up and run to the front door to go. We had an awesome experience here! My 8-year old German Shepherd desperately needed a bath, and they were able to fit her in same day. She hates baths, and this was her first time being bathed by someone other than me. Hailey and Serenity are THE BEST! They did a wonderful job brushing, bathing, drying and brushing her again. They were so patient and loving toward my dog, and they went above and beyond to make sure she got thoroughly clean, despite being very difficult to manage since she hates water! Their prices are great and the location is super convenient. I honestly can’t wait to bring her back here for her next bath! Thank you Hounds Town!

Clean facility. Staff was very nice. Our dog came home with poop on her. They asked us if we wanted our dogs fed, which we said yes, but then didnt feed them. They gave us several different stories on their care policies, timing of dog care. Not sure about this place....

Highly recommend! I just picked up my pup from his first day of daycare and it's obvious he had such a great time making new friends all day! Your first day of daycare is free and they even give you a report card at the end of each day which shows how they did and who they hung out with- so obsessed! My pup chugged water and ate as soon as he got home and now he's off to rest- so definitely a success! The location is convenient, clean and the staff is very attentive and helpful. If you follow them on social they sometimes have daycare promotions. They also have frozen yogurt days and peanut butter days, which is a cute touch. Love that you can see pics and videos of them on their social pages. Can't wait to bring him back so soon! Thank you Hounds Town - The Woodlands for tiring out my rambunctious pup! Also looking forward to the pet taxi as soon as that's running.

Their building is colorful to keep her engaged, energized, and happy . The building is also very clean and the staff is warm and inviting. If you’re looking for somewhere to bring your fur baby for daycare, I recommend Hound Town Woodlands!

My dog loves Hounds Town! He comes home happy and ready to relax!! I chose Hounds Town over other daycares because they are able to play in the designated areas rather than crated up all day. My dog has been attacked by another dog before so I am also grateful they take the time to make sure dogs are well behaved and not aggressive before they are able to go back. The staff is friendly and always remembers Brodie! I also appreciate the fact the owner has taken in two rescue dogs to find their forever home.

I'm so glad I found Hounds Town USA! Everyone is so nice to my dog and makes him feel special every time he comes in. I was blown away by the care he receives here and the kind gestures the staff made to make sure we both were comfortable. When I received a care package for Buddy with a report card, Christmas photo, ornament and treats on his first day, I just knew we were in the right place. I love how easy the boarding process was. Jessie was super happy to come back and I love the updates (pawgress reports) I receive during his stay. The staff were/are kind, helpful, and they made me feel at ease when I first dropped Jessie off.

Pet Suites is professional and convenient. Unfortunately I have an animal aggressive dog that must be handled carefully. Pet Suites has no issues taking care of my dog and their pawgress reports tell me that my dog is enjoying her time with the staff during scheduled private play sessions. I look forward to continuing to be a patron.

Our Dasher is well cared for and has loads of fun playing with his friends at PetSuites Spring Rayford. They accommodate his special diet and all our requests...the staff is friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic . We are grateful to have a safe, clean, and fun place for our pup to visit!

Poncho & Lefty enjoy their stay(s) at PetSuites Spring. The folks and staff care for our guys like their own pets! There are many options for stay away and day play but the convenience and care of PetSuites is where we choose to go.

For whatever reason, my dog stayed two nights in this particular pet suites. They were wet and they smelled like trash. We spent 2 1/2 hours cleaning them and drying them off when they got home. They were super tired. They didn’t sleep for two days and they were not happy. Normally, my dogs are normally sad to leave this particular pet suite not this time We drove an hour every time we drop them off. But it looks like they don’t want our business because they didn’t treat our dogs very well. I’m one of my Labradoodles there was a red mark on his skin that was not there that when we dropped it off two days ago. Sad

First time leaving Diesel at a boarding facility. They kept me updated daily and I felt SO comfortable with the staff here. Before I booked, I called multiple times with a ton of questions and they always answered everything so patiently. Highly recommend this location.

I finally have time to leave a meaningful review. My dog Escrow loves this place he is so social with other pets and the staff really spends time with him. He is soooo active and by the time he gets home he's exhausted. (Just how I like him) As a fur mom, I feel safe leaving my baby here and not having to worry about anything. They have cameras in their boarding quarters, they update me with pictures when he's out interacting with dogs and your questions and concern are answered in a timely manner. Barks and Recreation has a great staff and they love the animals. I left Escrow for Boarding and Daycare and they did not disappoint. We recently started bringing our Great Dane to Barks and Recreation due to me having to go back to the office. I was nervous because she hasn’t gone to doggy day care very much. She absolutely loves going. The staff is all so amazing and I know I’m leaving her in good hands!

Our foster dogs had a blast getting a new experience with overnight boarding. They had plenty of space to stay together (one is 130+ lbs) and apparently loved their play yard visits. Staff was attentive and reassuring that our pups enjoyed themselves. Very convenient location near Old Town Spring and would definitely recommend. They will staying again over Christmas!

Roxi has been coming to this daycare since she was a 20 pound pup. She is now 50 pounds and she still adores the people and all the dogs here!! I enjoy this daycare because I feel safe when I drop Roxi off knowing that she’s with people who actually genuinely love dogs and there’s cameras so I can watch it throughout the day and they send pictures and videos of her day as well!! Any questions I have they always make me feel reassured!! And I absolutely love the new group daycare, They just opened up because my Roxi girl is so energetic throughout the day but when I pick her up, she is exhausted from playing all day. I'm sure they took very good care of my baby. The cameras are the best although one day they were turned off. We really liked that the puppies receive a daily visit to pet and massage them. They also take them out for a free walk through the green areas of the place. What we liked the most is that their suites have two rooms, one with air conditioning where their bed, water and food are, and they have a small door open all the time to go out and come in to relieve themselves whenever they want. Highest recommendation for Barks & Recreation! Our pooch loved her stay. They have 24/7 video cameras to check on your pet and they also provided fun pictures from playtime. The staff was super friendly and we could not be happier with the service they provided. We will definitely bring our dog back for boarding next time we are out of town. They also have add-on services for grooming if needed. 5-stars!

I highly recommend this facility. They are the best and take care of your baby as if it were their own. Great staff ,very friendly,and professional . Our baby loves being there . He has been going there since he was a baby . He will be two in January 2025. I trust Barks & Recreation 100%

Under new ownership, so changed rating from 5 stars to 2 after last visit. New owners have unofficially changed name to Paw Parlor (I think) and increased prices. These people are not Lucas and apparently have no affiliation with him other than they purchased the business. We recently boarded my mother's dog there for 5 days and have taken our dog there numerous times in past. We have always had a great experience with Lucas and did not know about the change as they have kept the same signage and website. Let's just say it's nowhere close to the same quality of care as we are used to at a higher unpublished price.

This place is amazing! The owner is so kind and compassionate and loves animals. I was so nervous to leave my old man aka my senior dog with anyone but this was the best choice ever. He was always excited to be dropped off there and was always in perfect shape when I picked him up. It is clean and safe and a very friendly/welcoming environment. I could go on and on about how awesome this facility and owner are. Hands down I recommend this place to board your dog. I actually have a new puppy and she will need to be boarded and I feel 100% confident he will take excellent care of my little lady.

Best place to leave your dog! Mine loves it - He has such a good time when he is there. Lukas is amazing with the dogs! If we take out the suitcases, and don't take the dog to Pet Spa Suites, he mopes around for the rest of the day! I full hardheartedly recommend this place.

Lucas is amazing! Our girls know him as Uncle Lucas because he takes care of them like they are family. We don't live in Houston, but we purposely fly out of IAH just so that our girls can stay at Pet Spa Suites. Lucas is super patient with our girls and caters to their needs---one of our dogs is not super friendly, and the other loves to socialize. Lucas doesn't discriminate and always treats them well. Highly recommended!

I've been boarding my dog here for years now. He loves this place and so do I. It's certainly not the fanciest, but they take great care of him and he gets to run around all he wants. Lucas (the owner) is great and they are very reasonably priced too.

Large open play areas, spacious rooms with attached outdoor run, and very reasonably priced makes for an awesome experience. The owner is on site almost 24 hours a day and seven days a week although he does require you to make an appointment for drop offs and pick ups. I have yet to be disappointed with Pet Spa Suites.

Pet Spa Suites provides a wonderful environment for dogs - indoor / outdoor kennels, large common play areas, wading pools in the summer, attentive care, etc. It has been a second home to our dogs for years. Most highly recommended!

New owners took over the place and they are fantastic! Kept same prices and other things of the sort. Always make sure my dogs are taken care of! ❤❤❤❤ weather your returning or new you should definitely check the place out.

Very impressed with initial meeting of the staff they really took to my dog. I am going to board my dog this coming month in June I will probably post a full review after I pick her up. I really don't foresee any problems .

I wouldn't trust anyone else with my dog, Bentley, than Tiffany and the staff here at Enchanted Ranch! Tiffany has helped me with Bentley since he turned 4 months old. I have boarded him multiple times with her and have taken him to day camp here also and wouldn't trust anyone else. It is obvious how much she cares about not just her dogs, but everyone else's dogs as well. Bentley loves going to the ranch to swim and absolutely loves Tiffany too. She is a small business owner that is well trained in positive reinforcement training, animal behavior, and animal safety. Here, Bentley is able to have fun without the stress of traditional boarding facilities. We also love the amazing dog pool she has at the ranch and have taken him here for swim lessons and even had his first birthday party here! Since Tiffany has opened up this training facility, we have already taken two classes, the Dogs with Jobs class and the Loose Leash Walking 1 class, both of which we learned a lot! We are also enrolled in the CGC class and in the golden retriever grooming seminar. The classes are fun, kept small, and are great practice in training around other dogs in a safe environment. While Bentley is now too old for the puppy classes, they look so fun and exciting! With whatever class you take, you cannot go wrong and will be certain to have a fun and enjoyable experience! Definitely check out her ranch location too for fun dog swimming!

The trainers are wonderful even with having an extremely stubborn breed he loves their facility and the staff.

Exclusive Pet Resort of The Woodlands is AMAZING! We have been using Sydney and Mike for several years now. We do not trust our little love bug with anyone else. The care, attention and love our little guy receives each time he is with them is absolutely wonderful. We often joke our little guy has much more fun with them then he does at home with us! I cannot recommend them enough, it's the best possible service and care you can imagine!

I love taking my three dogs to Sydney and Mike!! The attention and caring they give truly can't be described; you have to experience it!! I never worry about my little ones when they are with these two loving caregivers! I get pictures and updates daily, which are so comforting. In the evening, my pups can be found lounging all over Mike after a tough day of playtimes, naps, walks, and Sydney massages! If you want your dogs to have a home away from home experience, there is no better place!!!

The is truely a Home away from home! Your pet might not want to leave! My Lucy love’s Sidney so much, she has the patience of a saint! Her home is extremely clean. Sidney follows any directions given and treats your pup they way you treat them at home. She helps with our training since Lucy is very stubborn as Schnauzers usually are. She sends videos and pictures while you are away. You will not be disappointed! It’s like a spa day for the pups! Thank you Sidney for all the love and care you have given us over the years!
