These guys are amazing! We were here on vacation and needed doggy daycare a few different days. They took such good care of our sweet girl. We will definitely use their service again next time we are in town.

Gigi is the best! I don't hesitate to leave my dog with her. They are fast and friendly and pricing is reasonable. Gigi is gone now. They raised their geooming rates from $60 to $75 without any notice to customers. Very disappointed.

Many years ago I used them and Joella was hilarious and so much fun and so knowledgeable and compassionate! I used them for boarding when needed, but also training for a very stubborn and feisty Lhasa Apso poodle mix and they were the only ones who helped me with her and also getting her into agility training which got a lot of her feistiness directed in the right way! I can't say enough good things about them! Fond memories!

Long story, our house flooded (bad water heater) and we are unable to be home. Had to take dogs to daycare. My elderly chihuahua was kicked out of our regular daycare spot, shes old, scared and grumpy and bit someone trying to leash her. I called many many other places and Animal Keeper was the ONLY place that said bring her for a meet/greet we'll see if we can make it work. Well they really tried for 30 mins, but she just wasn't calming and they decided they couldn't keep her. I am giving them high rating because they really tried and were ao kind where others were downright rude. Will use them for future pets if i get the chance.

Love this place. My dog always whines with anticipation when we get close and runs right in! They have a sports package where active dogs get to play for hours during their stay. My dog comes back healthy and happy, albeit tired! Air conditioned for the dogs on hot days.

My puppy came back with a bit of a limp, it went away after a day. She came back super smelly and skinny and we got a nail trim and they barely cut anything

My little Emma Lue is 10 years old & in those 10 years, I have not found a groomer that I've been particularly fond of/trusted. I am delighted to say the wonderful people over at The Animal Keeper finally have changed that for me. The staff were incredibly friendly & accommodating. Emma came back to me looking like a rock star & the price was fair & better than I was expecting. Thank you, Kristina & Team - Emma & I will definitely be back!

We just started taking our puppy here, and we have had the BEST experience so far. We had a poor experience at another daycare and bringing her here has been like a breath of fresh air. The staff are the most friendly and accommodating staff you've ever met, I haven't spoken to a single person who wasn't so nice. Our puppy comes home happily exhausted after a day there, and she gets excited to go back. Plus, they have the nicest areas for the dogs - the dogs stay mostly outside in a really fun environment and then are brought inside to hang in their own big spaces for rest time/eating. I especially appreciated them taking the time to show me around without a tour being scheduled! They've been highly flexible in every area. Highly highly recommend taking your dog here!!

My dog Kodi had the absolute best time there! He was boarded for 3 days and groomed on the last day before pickup. We got him the sports package so he was able to play with other dog friends and socialize. They are a wonderful facility with the kindest staff! We will for sure be going back for boarding and grooming!!!

This is long overdue! Tale Of the Dog has been taking care of our two large dogs when we go on vacations, Olly and Bear, for several years now. We always get consistent picture and text updates of how they are doing when they stay. They are transparent in their pricing and availability, and always fair. The dogs have plenty of space to run and play, and they always have the best time. It's great knowing they are well taken care of and happy when my husband and I need to leave town. We honestly wouldn't board them anywhere else! If you are on the fence about where to board your dogs, let this review help you decide. You won't be disappointed at the level of quality care and communication here!

We left our dog, Maya, for 4 days while we went on a family get away. We were nervous at 1st because we had never boarded her before. We quickly realized we had nothing to be nervous about! Not only did we get daily updates and pictures but we truly felt like they smothered Maya with love and affection in our absence...and she made friends with the other dogs, too! The staff is so sweet and professional. We would recommend Tale of the Dog for boarding and daycare for anyone looking for good service and reasonable prices!

I HIGHLY recommend this facility! We left our pup here for TWENTY DAYS 😭 after our other arrangements fell through and by the second day staff was sending me videos that clearly showed he was NOT missing us at all! Because he loved the experience so much, we bring him for day care once a week. When I tell him he is “going to camp” he goes bananas and jumps in the car!

I am so thankful I found Tale of the Dog. I was initially nervous to leave her for a week but I had too. I took her for about 6 daycare trips to get used to the place and the staff updated me during the day on how she was doing and sent pictures. The week of boarding went smoothly and I am so relieved. They sent me updates and pictures every day. When I returned she seemed happy to see me and was obviously well cared for. The staff are all obvious dog lovers and friendly and kind people. I definitely recommend this place and I am typically a very picky and critical person when it comes to my kid's and animals.

So grateful for having this boarding place with reasonable size and wonderful staff. We boarded our two dogs recently, with one of them wearing a cone and needs special attention. Both dogs came home happy and healthy. Thank you!

We boarded our dog over a long weekend recently. He had a blast! They sent pictures frequently so we could see that he was playing and happy. We got a written report of who he played with, who he slept with, and how he ate. We plan to use Tale of the Dog on a regular basis for day care fun and socialization, as well as overnight boarding.

This in an incredible daycare/boarding. My dog (Chance) is a rescue. Very shy & unsure of a lot of things mainly other dogs and humans outside of my family. After his temperament evaluation a few daycare and boarding stays he is a different dog. He is so social and confident. He is learned new and appropriate dog behaviors. We now love getting to take him to dog beach where he runs and plays for as long as we let him. Tale of the Dog really made such a difference in our lives. I am so grateful for this team. The staff is incredibly understanding, responsive and caring. I get daily pictures and updates when Chance is with them putting my heart at ease. Knowing that Chance is in such good hands allows me the freedom to be fully present wherever I am. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Thank you so much Tale of the Dog. My dog came back happy and healthy after a three night stay. I got pictures and a video. The place is kennel free and has lots of space. It looks like they rotate the dogs through the yard, which is reasonable. The staff was really nice and very informative.

Love Laura! She took tremendous care of our dogs, and happened to unfortunately be with one of them through their last days. She's very caring and you can tell she loves what she does. Highly recommend.

Horrible job done. Do not send your dogs here for grooming for sure! No matter what you tell them, they just shave your dog and send it back. Again!!! Do not send your dog here for grooming. They are much worse than any other place I have been..

Last night I called 6 places to find a cat groomer but everyone only grooms dogs not cats! Finally after calling around I found this place in Poway and Laura said she would groom my cat Maeve so we had an appointment scheduled the next morning. I took my baby in this morning and I was greeted outside the entrance and felt really welcome. When Maeve was almost done I got a text so I headed over and she was waiting for me!! my kitty's fur was sooo soft, my entire car smelled so good from the smell of my cat, and she seemed like she enjoyed the whole experience because she was calm on the car ride home. It was nice to try out a local business, thanks Laura and Chad for taking care of Maeve. i will be back next time!!

If you are looking for a place for your pup, this is the place. They are great at taking care of my pup. They have helped me out several times, always willing to offer their services. Laura and staff are so caring, understanding, helpful and just all around good people. I highly recommend this place!

Having a handicapped dog makes it difficult to find care for her when I need to travel. Laura Lewis takes handicapped dogs and seemed to be a good situation for me and my little dog, however it didn't work well for me as she had to go out of town during the time I needed care for my dog and her backup plan fell through so I had 2 days to find an alternate caretaker.

My experience was just ok. It was my first time at a professional groomer. For the same outcome, I actually had better experience at Petco for a lot less money. The groomers at Petco have more time to talk to you and help beginners. I'm glad I tried it though.

I wasn't real pleased with the service. Supposedly we had an appointment time at 1:30. Which I was there at. They said come back at 3:30. Called to see If they were finished with Payton they had bathed and dried her but not groed her. They clipped around her eyes and I think clipped her nails. Didn't do a complete job.

Laura has groomed our dogs for a long time. She is so good with them and they always look adorable.

Crafty’s is an amazing facility!!! They provide daily updates and pictures on how your pup is doing as well as amazing enrichment activities suited to your dogs needs! Recently adopted Luna from their rescue where we were given all the necessary support and preparation to bring a new dog into our home! I cannot emphasize enough how supported we felt throughout this process, and we continue to keep in contact with Don and the other trainers through play sessions and general questions over email. Since Luna has reactivity issues, the facility ensures that she interacts with dogs that’s she’s already familiar and friendly with, taking her needs into account. I highly recommend Crafty’s crew to anyone who cares deeply about their dog(s)!!!

If you’re like me and went down the rabbit hole of researching board and trains because of all the internet horror stories, read this!! I am truly amazed and so grateful for Don, Gabe, and the team at Crafty Canine Club. They have a ton of certified experience and have done fantastic behavioral modification work with my French Bulldog (and myself) in their board and train programs. I have learned to be a better leader for my dog and how to keep him mentally balanced so he’s at his best. The structure of the training programs and regular boarding at CCC are solid and well planned so our furry family can learn and have fun in a safe environment while in the care of strong leadership. A bonus in my particular case; CCC techniques are aligned with what is recommended by my board certified vet behaviorist and was covered by my pet insurance. CCC communicates with me openly and regularly before, during, and after any bookings and will send photos and videos of the fun which helped ease my thoughts in the beginning. Now, I will only use CCC for care and follow up training for my boy. I believe they truly care about him and our relationship. A very small investment for huge lifelong returns you won’t regret!

My wife and I have trouble trusting just anyone with our little Louie. A friend recommended us Crafty Canine so we decided to give it a try for our vacation. The facility is clean, secure, and equipped with everything a dog could dream of. We really love how there are so many add-on options. The staff here truly love what they do, and it shows in the care and attention they give to each and every dog. Safety is paramount, with secure play areas and trained professionals overseeing the fun at all times. Very important to us. Especially because our Louie isn’t the most social dog in the world. Our favorite part was receiving photos and videos of Louie throughout our vacation. We missed him so much everyday, but knowing he was in good hands allowed us to enjoy our vacation stress-free with no worries. We highly recommend this facility for any stay! My wife and I have been bringing our dogs to CCC for years, since we moved to San Diego. When we moved to SD in 2020, our one dog (at the time) was suffering from a huge amount of separation anxiety and a few other behavioral issues. After being referred to CCC, we brought him here for their 3 week board and train and he came home a new dog! Much more confident and well behaved. When we got our second dog about 2 years ago, we knew Crafty was the right place for both of them. We travle a decent amount, and would really be up a creek without a paddle if it weren't for Don, Gabe, and the rest of the team at Crafty. It's an amazing feeling to know our dogs are safe, happy, and having the time of their lives while we are away. We get daily pictures of their fun play times while we are gone too!. Additionally, Gabe has come to our house a number of times for some behavioral training for our second dog and helped us teach him how to go on a walk (he was super reactive when we rescued him) and not to be so aggressive when people come to the door at the house too! Thanks so much Crafty, I wish we could leave more stars, but 5 will have to do!

Crafty Canines is the ONLY place that I trust boarding my beloved dog, Mandu. They are absolute professionals. From the first meeting, I knew this place would be fun and most importantly safe. They have a clear process of introducing new dogs to the pack. I always have peace of mind, knowing this team will take care of Mandu as if he was their own. You can't beat this level of expertise and customer service. They have a life long customer!

We were referred to Crafty a few years ago when our dog was having serious seperation anxiety issues (could not leave him alone without non-stop wailing and stress), was reactive, and overall not "behaving" very well. We did a 3 week Board and Train, and when we brought him home he was such a less stressed, calm dog - and they were even able to get him to be comfortable in his crate (which we had been very unsuccessful at!). He now sleeps it in every night and spend some independent alone time in it during the day! I learned so much for how to interact with our dog from them (what I wish I knew when he was a puppy)! We now have another dog who is also slightly reactive, and are so happy to have a place where we can board both dogs when we are out of town, where we know they will both be safe and will utilize the same commands we use to keep their training in check! Cannot say enough about how much Don and Gabe have made such a positive impact on our doggos! 10/10 would recommend!

*Updated Review 8/16/21* I truly cannot say enough good things about boarding my pups with Crafty. Don and his team take such good care of my pups that I have no worries whatsoever while they're with them. Our most recent trip - our airlines delayed and canceled our flights back home. We were no longer going to be able to make our original pick up time, but Crafty told me to not worry about it whatsoever. They kept me updated daily with pictures and how the pups were doing. When we did pick them up, Gabe brought out the pups and filled me in on their time with them and how well they did. When my pups were a bit too excited coming out, I was impressed at how well he worked with them! I'm so happy to have found such a great place that my pups can visit and enjoy themselves while we're gone. Thanks Crafty!! *Original review* I have had such a wonderful experience with Crafty Canine Club!!! I boarded my pups, Odin and Freya, for a weekend stay. Every day, including the day I dropped them off, I was sent videos and pictures of them enjoying their time. When I picked them up Sunday afternoon, they slept like rocks until the next day as they had had such a good time! They even ate all their food that I sent them with - something that has never happened at other boarding facilities I have tried in the past. Their prices were very reasonable, especially compared to other dog boarding places I've boarded them where they were not as communicative with me, didn't provide as much structure/one-on-one time and charged more in price. Odin and Freya have also worked with Don one-on-one with a walk and train session at my home. He taught us some great techniques to work with the pups on on our daily walks. He provided some really helpful easy to understand blog posts on topics like loose leash walking, using a gentle leader and more. He's quick to respond to questions with helpful information and tools that I have been able to implement successfully. Already I'm seeing an improvement in both pups with their responses to commands, and one pup's anxiety. I think both of the pups and I are excited for their next stay at Crafty Canine Club! I am very impressed with Crafty Canine Club! We just completed the 2-week board & train program, and I feel empowered & motivated to break some bad habits that were making things harder for my puppy and causing unwanted behaviors. Every staff member is knowledgeable, patient, honest and understanding in our quest to be the best owners we can be and reach our goal of a calm, relaxed dog. I have already signed her up for another stay, and feel like she has another family. The videos, evaluation and instructions provided upon completion of the training are an excellent resource to transition your dog back home. Thank you!

I cannot say enough good things about Don and the Crafty Canine Club. I decided to take my little Piper (9 month old Mini Dachshund) to Crafty Canine after realizing she needed a little more controlled social interaction with other dogs. We met with Don for an assessment and decided that a short 2-day stay at Crafty Canine would be the best place to start! As this was my first time leaving Piper overnight somewhere, I was a little nervous, but Don reassured that she would be just fine! We saw the facility and filled out lots of information about Piper's routine. I felt great about leaving her in such good hands. While Piper was there, Don worked with her to interact with other pups and updated me along the way. I received daily photos and videos as well as update texts. I absolutely loved it! Crafty Canine is clean and reliable. Don and his team take GREAT care of all of the pups! I will continue to take my dogs (I have another Dachshund too!) to Crafty Canine Club and cannot say enough good things about them!

We love Crafty Canine, our dog Peppa is a rescue Bullmastiff, she is scared of everyone but Crafty Canine is like her second home, she loves Don and his team and never resists staying there, it feels like she is really excited everytime we pack her bag. We feel so relaxed leaving Peppa there, knowing she is with someone she likes. Would definitely recommend Don and Crafty Canine for dog training and boarding needs.

Marlie and her family are wonderful! I must have toured 5+ places before I found a place that I really liked for my special boy. Hilariously, my dog cannot wait to leave me once I drop him off. Ramsey absolutely LOVES his stay at Pet Adventures, and it makes me feel so happy knowing he is in the best of hands.

Justin and Marlie are our pups 2nd family! We've been blessed to have them take care of our 7yr old since he was a puppy and now we've added another puppy (9 months) into the mix. We use them for both the day-care and overnight stays (weeks) and the pups come home like they've been on a vacation. Justin and Marlie are fantastic, both personable and professional, always flexible and willing go the extra mile.

Our 1 year old Goldendoodle had never been to a boarding facility before...so Marlie and Justin made sure our puppy was lovingly cared for and that all his needs were met. Marlie and Justin are simply the BEST dog sitters we have ever had! Our pups love going there for daycare, and they love going for sleepovers! One of our dogs has a lot of medical issues and medications, and it makes us feel so comfortable that Marlie was a vet tech, just in case something happens! We adore their pickup and drop off service, which is great for two busy professionals. We are so happy to have found them!

We cannot recommend Marlie and Justin highly enough! They have been taking care of our pups for so many years... way back to when they first started their business. They so kind and caring and feel like family to us. It is so reassuring to know that our dear Emma is safe, happy and so loved when we have to go out of town... we never worry about her and know that she is treated by her family like one of their own. Our dog, Steve, and our family absolutely LOVE Justin and Marlie. We’ve known Marlie since our Lab was 6 months old as she used to work at the Vet we take him to. He is now 8, so most of his life, prior to them relocating north, he spent with them playing and having sleepovers :). There were times that we would just send him overnight because we knew he missed being there and they missed seeing him. They are both extremely professional and have a true passion for animals which can be seen in all areas of their business. We love you guys! And miss you down here in San Diego.

Marlie and Justin, who own Pet Adventures, are very caring and genuine people. My dog can be somewhat shy and they made her part of their sweet family...a home away from home. Marlie has a background as a vet tech and knows a lot about dogs. I trusted her insights. Justin is so heartfelt and allowed my dog to bond with him, which helped her to feel safe and secure. Many times they came to my rescue when unforeseen things would arise and I needed help with boarding. I was so grateful for all that they did for both myself and Kioni!! I miss them as they are now in Gold Beach, Oregon. The bar has been raised and it will be difficult to find another facility as comparable. Marlie and Justin are a kind and loving gift for those lucky to have found them! 🐾💕

We can’t begin to say how happy we are with the care Marlie and Justin give our dog Beau. They are so accommodating and knowledgeable and the best part is Beau loves them and loves going there. We have boarded with them too and the feeling of knowing your animal is safe and loved is the best part! We can’t thank them enough for working with Beau, he’s a strong willed large puppy and they have really helped us with him. He comes home tired and happy and calmer! I would give 10 stars if I could!

Our family has entrusted Marlie and Justin with our family dog Brody’s care many many times over during the last 5 years. Brody’s stays ranged from extended weekends to multiple weeks at a time. Each and every stay Brody was over the moon happy to go with Marlie and Justin, never looking back. When Brody returned home he was always in good spirits and well taken care of. North County Pet Sitting provides a terrific service. Rumi is super caring and took care of our 2 cats for 2 weeks. She communicates with you everyday and send tons of pics after each visit. I highly recommend extremely trustworthy pet sitting service.

Rumi has always been available and more than willing to care for our pets while we are gone. Each time she visits, she always sends a picture or video and lets us know how our cats are doing. Rumi has been taking great care of my cats for over a year now. She is super reliable and even makes sure she can be available at short notice when unexpected plans come up. Both of my cats need pills and/or supplements and Rumi is awesome and diligent about ensuring they have what is required every day. Very honest and reliable - highly recommend!!

My dog is always happy to go to Sue's house. He has so much fun with his friends and is always excited to play with them. Sue is very flexible and made my life easier with my constantly changing schedule. Prices are very reasonable and she will treat your dog like her own. She made putting my dog in daycare stress free and easy. Highly recommended.

Sue specializes in smaller breeds at her doggy day care. Her home and large yard are kept clean and secure. The dogs are very happy to go there, and play with their friends.

Sue comes to take care of all my babies and I wouldn't trust anyone else to do this important job. She also has daycare and boarding in her home and when I need that extra care my babies seem very relaxed just as if they were at home.

They don’t accept all kinds of dogs. They are not all aggressive and they rejected a sweetheart today just because she’s a pitty. This broke my heart to know there are people like them who would judge her for what she is.

Our dog showed signs of reactivity and has a very strong attachment to us (aka separation anxiety). Our Kingdom K9 experience was extremely beneficial and educational. At the time of our consultation, Khalil took time to get to know our dog’s personality and the goals we had in mind for training. Leading up to our 3-week board and train program, we met with Khalil every couple of weeks for about an hour to get our dog acclimated to the training, language, facility, etc. which helped him excel during the actually B&T program. We highly recommend kingdom k9 to anyone who’s looking for a facility that promotes foundational training. Everyone at kingdom, especially Khalil, is a dog-lover at heart. Some days can get stressful when training, but we’re glad to have joined a caring community of dog-people. 5/5!

Uncle Kahlil is what my dogs know him as !!! We are now all Family!!!! I put both my dogs in Kahlil’s program at Kingdom K9 and this experience has been nothing short of incredible and life changing for my family and for my Pups!!! Both dogs where both in an intense program to work on there stubbornness and aggression. But having them back at home you see such a remarkable difference. There mindsets has change to making better decisions then being reactive. But also gave us the tools to maintain and keep consistent with. I am so glad we got the opportunity to work and continue to work with Kahlil!!! You have to trust the process and be consistent with it in order for it to work. I Highly recommend Kingdom K9!!! Couldn’t recommend Kahlil enough! The training he does is truly life changing not just with the dog but as an owner as well I learned so much. In just a couple sessions my puppy was making so much progress and will continue to be a well trained dog. Thank you for everything you’ve done, hands down the best trainer!

I cannot recommend Kahlil enough! I brought my at the time 8-year-old pittie, Eli, to them after losing hope to find a trainer. Eli was stubborn, aggressive with leash pulling, and I truly thought training him at his age was impossible. From the very first session, Kahlil worked wonders! He instantly corrected his leash pulling and addressed his stubborn behavior with ease. Eli’s transformation has been nothing short of amazing, I can now walk Eli without a leash, I never worry about leash pulling on walks and he listens to commands! He’s also pretty good around other dogs! I’m forever grateful for Kahlil’s patience, expertise, and dedication. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely care and understands dogs look no further, you’ll definitely get the results you’re looking for at Kingdom K9! Being in the military and having a dog is very difficult. I had PCS'd to California and had a friend and then a deployment dog sitter cared for my dog for a little over a year in South Carolina. When I got my dog back, he was different. He would lunge, growl, bark, and try to bite other people and dogs. I felt hopeless, I couldn't keep him away from dogs and people forever, California is a lot more populated than South Carolina. I had to keep a muzzle on him, walk him outside at awkward hours in the day. I couldn't keep up and his reactivity was just gradually getting worse. My significant other and I reached out to Kingdom K9 for help. At the free consultation, Zuko barked and growled at a dog statue, and even tried biting Kahlil. Boarding training was our best option. I visited weekly to take notes and see my dogs progress. I picked him up recently and I'm so grateful for the Kingdom K9 team. I have a 1 year old, female German shepherd named Kiara. Before training she was super hyper, jumping, nipping when you would pet her, etc. It was tough to be able to take her places or even bring her in the car. But when I saw Khalil on instagram I checked him out and decided to do a board & train. When her board & train was over it was on me to make sure that I kept up with the training. But Kiara now is a completely different dog she’s better behaved and can go off leash, recall is amazing. The results I see are amazing and I don’t have to feel so anxious that my dog isn’ behaved because of how much she has gotten out of this training. Definitely recommend to check out kingdomk9.

After being deployed for 6 months, Kahlil brought me so much comfort and peace of mind with training my beautiful golden baby boy (yes, that’s my son!). I highly recommend this training and Kahlil went above and beyond with training and caring for Oso. I noticed a huge difference in my dogs character and can say that this training program worked 100%. You just have to ensure you continue to apply the training daily! I can’t express how grateful I am for this and I can finally continue to reintegrate back into California living with one less thing to worry about.

Lori did a great job with my rodejian ridgeback puppy. She was a stubborn terror that jumped from standing position to our counters. Lori had her job cut out for her. She is so kind, caring and dedicated. We received pictures a few times a week. Lori asked questions during the weeks so she could tailor trying as needed. Due to the stubbornness of my pup she had to stay beyond the 2 weeks. As a result we are very pleased with the changes. This girl used to purposely sit down and stare at me when I called her. The difference is well worth the investment and time. We are very happy with our improved girl. Thank you Paw Paradise!

We took our (then) 6 month old lab to Lori for training and it was the best thing we could have ever done. He was just a rambunctious pup and needed to learn his manners. My husband had had an emergency surgery and I had a toddler that was just starting to walk so I knew I needed help. Lori is incredibly knowledgable and was updating me and sending pictures. My lab came home incredibly better behaved and the leash training is Probably one of my favorite things. I can take him on a walk and he walks by me and the stroller the whole time. So grateful for Lori and to have found her.

Bodhi (my dog) first boarded at Paw Paradise during a training boot camp. This was his home away from home for 1 month. That was 1 year ago and ever since he has boarded there whenever I travel (almost 1x per month). The best thing about Lori and her team is that I NEVER think about how he is while traveling. Of course, I miss him...and think about him..but I know he is in good hands. Thank you Lori and team for everything you do to make Bodhi feel special in his home away from home.

Paw Paradise did such a great job with my 2 year old high energy, very reactive pointer boxer mix. She not only worked on commands like sit and "place" but now my dog actually listens when I say come and she helped give my dog Willow so much more confidence. My dog was snippy at little kids and tried to bite my nephew. After training with Lori she learned she didnt have to bite she could just run away from the toddler which is exactly what she did the next time she saw him. Lori provided so much love and care for my dog as if she was one of her own. Willow ended up needing to stay a few extra weeks, as she didnt feel like Willow was quite ready to come home, at no extra charge! She wanted to make sure Willow was set up for success before leaving. She truly is the dog whisperer. Now we have the best place to board Willow when we need and know she will be safe and well cared for.

We brought our 8 month old golden retriever to be trained. It was a great experience and she is trained and happy! She was there for a 2 week stay but Lori asked to keep her a bit longer to work on a few minor issues. We are very pleased with her progress and I highly recommended Paw Paradise!

Paw Paradise, recommended to me for training my energetic and stubborn 1-year-old dog, delivered on its promises. Under Lori's guidance for 3 weeks, my dog learned commands like heel, come, and sit, and I was taught to use an e-collar as a harmless reminder tool. The dog isn't afraid of the e-collar, and it doesn't hurt him. Despite some ongoing issues, the training, including a prong collar for better heeling, has been effective. While not inexpensive, I believe the investment in Paw Paradise's training was worthwhile.

We love Paw Paradise!! Our dog Ravioli has the best time and we never worry when he is staying here. We know he is well taken care of, gets to play as much as he wants with his buddies, gets love from Lori and Sadie and everyone else, and so much more. If he has tummy problems they will watch closely and give him pumpkin or whatever else he needs. They send updates when we want them. Lori is a genuine, nice, and caring person! She cares for the dogs like they are her own. We have recommended friends to bring their dog here and everyone feels the same way. We feel so lucky to have found Paw Paradise!

We've been boarding our pup Crash there for almost two years and love it! Crash spent 5 weeks there as part of a training boot camp and he feels right at home. Lori and her staff are so accommodating and easy to work with. If our travel plans change or if we need a last minute booking, Lori is always able to make it happen. The facilities are large with lots of fenced in areas to roam. The kennels are always clean and air conditioned. And it's clear that every dog's safety is their top priority. For us, it's a 45 min drive to get there but we wouldn't even consider somewhere else. They know Crash, they're familiar with him and when we pull in the driveway, Crash runs to the gate excited to be let in. It's like a home away from home. We love that we found Lori and Paw Paradise!

Best trainer ever!! Sincerely cares for dogs she’s training. Our dogs barked at everything on walks, chased everything off leash, and pulled like crazy on leash. Now, they are amazing!! Can take them to restaurants, off leash hikes/beach with no issues. Recall is amazing! Very smart training method using psychology of dog, can’t find anywhere else!

Love bringing my dog here she is a pretty big Akita and she is always super happy to show up to Paw paradise. There are many yards here and she loves running around in the big yard and playing. Also it is very clean and safe for the pups. Lori and the staff are all super nice and I can tell that they really make a connection with my dog and love what they do.

I wish I could give 10 stars! Hector's service has been nothing but the best for our dog and for us! We love the pick up service since my husband and I both work. When our dog was a puppy, he was attacked by another dog leaving him with an injured leg and low confidence. Once our dog's leg was healed, Hector helped with our dog's confidence, happiness and was able to build up the muscle in the injured leg with exercise so he can play all day with the other dogs at The Bark House. Thank you to The Bark House for everything you have done for us!

Been working with Hector for years! Amazing is just the beginning of all services provided! I cannot say enough about how he runs his business in a way that its professional yet you build a friendship! The Dogs adore him and his staff! Just thankful we have Bark House to turn to! After trying different facilities this was THE ONE!!!

The Bark House has been THE best for us and our German Shepard over the past year and a half. Usually, our Shepard has horrible separation anxiety. But she LOVES The Bark House and has such a good time with Hector and the other animals!

I hate to leave my kitties more than anything, but I hated it significantly less knowing they were in SUCH incredible hands. Ashley sent SO MANY photos, and went above and beyond my expectations. She even cleaned the counters and bowls the cat food is on, and took the litter tray out of the cabinet and cleaned that out as well. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I want to express my delight and gratitude to Ashley for taking care of our kitty while we were away. She made sure to make him feel loved, ensured he had a clean space, and played with him plenty. My cat truly felt comfortable with her and that gave me peace of mind. I can tell Ashley loves caring for clients’ pets which is why I highly recommend her. She even captures the best moments! I had such a wonderful experience working with Ashley!! This was my first time using a professional sitter, she came highly recommended by my best friend. Ashley is an absolute heaven sent! She completely eliminated all of my anxiety about leaving my cat when I go on trips. She is so attentive. I cannot recommend Ashley enough if you are in need of a pet sitter! We were on vacation for a week and she stayed at our home every night and checked on our doggies multiple times a day. She took them for walks, playtime and snuggles every night. We came home to a spotless clean house, bedsheets and towels already in the wash, and two very happy doggies. Ashley sent us multiple photos and videos and texts to let us know how the dogs were doing. I loved receiving their pictures & knowing they were happy. Ashley is a wonderful pet sitter! I trust her completely with my cat, Sasha. She’s very friendly and communicative and always sends pictures. When I’m away for a week (or more) I can tell from pictures how my cat is doing and when I get home to her I get a sense of how much attention she had when I was gone. With some other pet sitters I’ve had my cat seemed so much more lonely and needy when I came back, but not with Ashley! I’d definitely recommend Ashley and will continue to use her services!

We were so fortunate to have Ashley care for our pets and house while away several days this month. Our older lab loved her and seemed so comfortable with her right away. While he stayed at her home to curb separation anxiety, she spent plenty of time with our cats at our home. Prior to the trip, she visited us and was prepared with lots of questions getting to know our pets and house. During the trip, Ashley was in close communication with photos and updates. We were so grateful to have her excellent care and love, it made our time away truly relaxing.

This was my first time using a service like this and I was really nervous and feeling unsure of the whole situation as I’ve never boarded my dog, but on that same note never been able to take a family trip because somebody always had to stay behind.. usually me, with the dog. I found Ashley online and saw all the great reviews, so I reached out to her. After having a couple of conversations via phone, she then came to the house for the meet & greet and immediately knew I made the right choice. She was such a delight, so sweet, kind and she immediately bonded with our dog Sadie. Ashley came and watched our dog for a week during the holidays. Not only did I know my dog was in good hands, but I could see that she was based on all the updates and photos that she sent back. As much as I would love to gatekeep Ashley and not share her or how wonderful she is, I know I can’t do that..lol I hope that her business expands and she’s successful as she deserves to be, because she’s amazing person to hire for watching and taking care of your fur babies.
