We had a lovely time taking care of Mable and Stanley. They are very easygoing dogs and they got on well with our dog Buster. Their house and garden is lovely and we had some nice walks in the surrounding area.

Laurie
I have nothing but good things to say about my time with Chapin at Laurie’s house--comfortable, light-filled house in a charming well-located neighborhood, with a lovable, well-behaved dog. The nearby park and fenced backyard, together with Chapin’s great manners and fun spirit, made the dog care easy and fun. And the house and the neighborhood were so pleasant to be in, unfussy and easy, welcoming and comfortable with easy access to everything. And Laurie's clear communications hit the mark just right too---everything I needed to know, without excessive info or expectations, and quick response to any questions.

Nina
Nina and Nils were very gracious and hospitable and the doggies were a joy to care for. Their home is alongside a lake, and although it was a bit too cold outside when I was there to enjoy it close up, it provided wonderful, peaceful views while in an area close to all the modern conveniences.

Birdie, Julius and Brady are energetic, loving sweeties and it was fun to care for and spend time with them. And chatting with the couples’ two lovely sons before and after their return from their trip was a pleasure too. Thanks again, Nina and Nils, for the chance to enjoy time with your dear doggies in your spacious home!

I had a wonderful time looking after Corrie and the chickens. Corrie is energetic, enthusiastic and full of fun. The location is great for walking and the home was perfect for my stay.

Steve
The communication with Steve went smoothly! The house is ideally situated in the town center of Wanaka.
Spoke and Rogue are very kind ( a little bit shy) and very easy cats to look after !
We are happy to stay in Steve’s house very soon again to take care of them, the garden and the house !

Derrick
Derrick was a great host. He was very quick to answer any of my questions I had in caring for the animal menagerie. Petsitting on the farm was a really fun experience. I had fun taking care of 6 goats, 5 chickens, 5 lamas, one cat, 3 rabbits and two dogs. I especially fell in love with Emily, their dog. Derrick & his wife left me multiple gifts as a thank you for petsitting for the holiday which was incredibly thoughtful & sweet. The house was very comfortable and I was encouraged to pick fresh veggies from the garden which I def did and they were delicious. Overall, it was a nice time!
