Booking in with Eclipse pet care is the best thing we did for our dog. Beth is so loving and caring towards our little dog! I could not recommend Beth enough. Beth has been caring for my pets whenever I am away from home for a couple of years now, and has always been very reliable, and willing to work to sometimes quite complex arrangements. She sends me reassuring update photos regularly so that I can see that all is well. My usually very nervous cat seems to find her presence safe and reassuring, which is a big bonus! I have no hesitation in recommending Beth to anyone looking for someone to care for their precious pets!

Beth has been looking after our French bulldog Lola for a few years. Lola is nervous aggressive and doesn’t like strangers but from the first meeting Beth did everything she could to win Lola round. She now absolutely loves Beth looking after her. We have left Beth on a few occasions now to look after her and I wouldn’t want anyone else. She regularly updates us with pictures and messages and keeps our house spotless whilst we are away. I would highly recommend Beth for any pet stays or walks, she is also the loveliest girl and will go out of her way to make your pet comfortable.

Beth looked after my cat when I went away and the whole experience was easy and comfortable from start to finish! It takes a lot to trust someone with your pet, but I found Beth to be incredibly personable, trustworthy and she put me at ease so that I could enjoy my holiday without any stress. She even sent me picture updates and her communication was great the whole way though. I'm so glad to have found Eclipse Pet Care so that travelling in the future will be so much easier knowing that my cat is in great hands. Thanks Beth!

Beth stayed at our house and looked after our 2 family dogs. She is very friendly and caring and both dogs were settled with her. Beth sent regular updates and photos throughout the day. She is very reliable and trustworthy and I would definitely recommend her.

Beth is amazing with our 11 month old mini schnauzer border terrier cross, Hektor. From the moment she met him she was able to bond with him immediately. Hektor loves the small group of dogs that he walks with and meeting them has improved his social skills no end. Beth is always on hand to answer any questions and is a real peace of mind when we have to leave the dog for work.

Beth regularly looks after our Cavapoo Bear and also takes him for weekly walks. I can only say that it is an understatement to say we couldn’t do without her. Beth has gone over and above her duties and has always done everything she can whenever she can to help us when asked to do something ‘out of the box’. Moreover Bear absolutely loves her and is a testament to how she loves him back. Beth is honest, loyal, hard working and truly passionate about her commitment to her dogs and her duties.

Since having my puppy over the past year, I would not have managed as well as I have without Beth's support. I have found from day one, Eclipse pet care has been reliable, honest, trustworthy, professional and Beth has a natural gift with connecting with animals . My dog has been going for a couple of walks each week and I know he thoroughly enjoys them. I have also used dog sitting services while away on holiday and felt at ease that my pupster was in good safe hands. To see my dogs face light up when he sees Beth, puts my mind at ease when I can't be around for him. Thank you Beth, we don't know what we would do without you!

Our cockapoo Freddie was extremely well looked after by Beth whilst we took a much needed weeks holiday abroad. We could see from the many videos and photos Beth regularly sent to us that Freddie was having a fantastic time with her. We found Beth to be very professional but also very caring and clearly passionate about her work, she was great with Freddie and we think he’s actually sad his ‘holiday’ from us is over! Our minds were totally at ease whilst we were away thanks to Beth and we’d thoroughly recommend her services to all. Thanks again Beth, you did a great job.

Beth has been taking our French Bulldog Stan out for a weekly walk since January , he absolutely loves going and gets really excited when I say Beth is coming for walkies 🤣 he waits at the door for her. Hi everyone. I would like to share my experience with everyone who love dogs. Sally is a best!!!! Our working cocker spaniel Nessy loves to go to see Sally. When I say to Nessy that we are going to Sally then she will sit next to main door and can’t wait till we go. She takes them every day for very long walk and not just Nessy but all dogs loves it. We would never go to anyone else. Thank you sooo much Sally for everything.🤩

Happy Paws has been the best and only place we leave a little pooch! Sally has been great with him and he loves going there. She follows our guidance and feeding plan and our pooch comes back happy every time. She has been great with assisting with his training and ensures our pooch is well looked after! Highly recommend!

Sally is amazing with my dog. She is highly experienced and gives me confidence that he is in safe hands. Sally’s set up is very well catered to the dogs with plenty of space. I would highly recommend Sally as dog sitter and boarder. Always available to look after Marlo and never says no - always accommodating. She loves dogs so much and can see when we drop our dog is tail can’t stop wagging. We know he has so much for with the updates and videos Sally sends us which is so nice to see he’s having fun and enjoying himself. Sally has been looking after my girl Bella once or twice a week since we rescued her in September and she has been amazing!! Bella loves her time there and gets to play with lots of other dogs and have big long walks, she loves going. She always comes back tired out from playing which is a bonus! Would very highly recommend Happy Paws Leicester to anybody who needs doggy daycare or just wants their dog to be able to socialise with other dogs.

Sally has looked after my much loved dog since she was little. I wouldn’t leave her with anyone else. She cares about her welfare and my dog literally bounds into her house. Whilst I’m at work I get videos and pictures of the fun my dog is having on her daily walks, which is always lovely to see. When we were on holiday, Sally spotted a potential problem and took her to the vets to be checked over, which was really reassuring and thankfully all was well. I can’t recommend Sally highly enough!

Sally is totally amazing! I wouldn't trust my dog with anyone else. My dog can be difficult in situations he is unaware of but he loves going to Happy Paws Leicester and Sally does a fantastic job of looking after him. Would totally recommend.

I contacted Kitty @perfect paws to find a companion for my 74 yr old mother. Kitty contacted my mom directly, discussed her needs and vetted her home before pairing her with a beautiful calm cocker spaniel called Phoebe. When we collected Kitty took time ensure they bonded and that my mom was aware that if she needed any support or to rehome Phoebe they would take her back at anytime. You can tell Kitty and her family do this for love and not money. The kennels and animals were so well kept and loved. Thank you, my mom and Pheobe have become besties.

We left our lab Hugo with Perfect Paws for our holiday last year and were really pleased. We wanted to use them again this year, but unfortunately it looks like impossible! We've been trying to contact them for a fortnight, but the phone just rings and rings without being answered, and they don't respond to messages through their website either. What a shame!

Picked up our dog and had been bitten by a dog or cut her self in the kennel and they said didn’t know anything about it when I went back up to them and said something must of stung her and she did it. But the vet said it’s either a bite wound or cut from something sharp. Tried to call the kennels but number unavailable. My dog is now on pain relief and antibiotics because it’s infected.

Our dogs came to stay for a week, we have not long returned home. All three dogs have been well cared for. It is evident that all three have had lots of attention. They are very relaxed and calm. We have been very impressed with the professional advise regarding our old English sheep dog and his sensitive tummy. Not only have they shared their experience, they genuinely care. We would 💯 recommend doggie day care or ba9rding and looking forward to taking our dogs here again. Thank you for taking care of our dogs whilst we were away, it was comforting knowing we could relax as they were in very good hands x

We are so happy to have had our German Shepherds stay at Perfect Paws. The accommodation, the care and attention given to our ‘Bears’ was exceptional and all the people there are so caring and knowledgeable we are definitely taking the ‘Bears’ for their next holiday there. Purchased a puppy. All seemed well during the visit. However, after a visit to the vets to register her, we were informed that she was previously mistreated, had ear mites, and separation anxiety. When we tried to contact them, they said we don't answer messages (unlike how we contacted her to purchase in the first place) and that we were to call. So we tried to call them but they wouldn't answer our calls. The vets exact words were, they need reporting.

Absolutely brilliant dog boarding! We’ve used Perfect Paws a few times now. We have 3 dogs and Walter is now very old and needs special care. Nothing is too much trouble! The dogs always come out healthy, happy and clean! Thank you Jocelyn, Kitty and staff. We wouldn’t use anybody else!!!

We were worried about leaving our elderly dog for 10 days as due to COVID he hadn’t been in kennels for a long time. But I needn’t have worried as he came back really well and happy ( not anxious like previous visits to other kennels) I have utmost trust and confidence in the staff and they clearly love all the dogs in their care. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

Our puppy Frankie spent a week here and what a perfect experience for us from start to end. The reassurance we got when booking Frankie in and throughout her stay was amazing. Rachel has looked after our Cockerpoo Woody on several occasions over the past few years and quite honestly he loves going to stay with her. We get regular updates whilst we're away with photos and its clear he's having a great time with the other dogs. She's always very thorough and professional and ensures that the animals that she has in her care are harmonious together. Its great to have peace of mind to know that he's being looked after so well. We can't speak highly enough of Rachel and the care she provides.

Rachel and Mark are super!! Our dogs adore them and love to see them. We love getting the daily pictures and Mark certainly knows how to use a good filter. Can’t recommend them enough!!

Rachel looked after our two cats while we were on holiday for a week, visiting twice daily. She was very thorough, reliable & gave them plenty of fuss & playtime. Absolutely flawless service. We had a holiday to Florida and needed someone to come and feed our old cat twice a day whilst we was away. Service was great, communication was fantastic, kept us updated with photos. Whilst we was away we got delayed coming home and had to stay an extra 2 nights because of a hurricane. Was not a problem extending the service to carry on feeding our cat. I can't recommend this company enough. If you need a service they offer, don't think about it, just contact them and book. 5 star service. Thank you 💙😻

Honestly, Rachel has changed my life. My Assistance dog wasn't getting walked as much as he should, so we found these. She focuses on my dogs needs during the walk making it dog focused and allowing him to decompress. She has respected my wishes in terms of not letting him play with other dogs other than ones he knows. My dog absolutely adores her and gets so excited in the morning to go, she's so amazing with him and I can't recommend them enough.

Rachel has fed our two cats Rocket & Dixie on a number of occasions and has always looked after them incredibly well. She gives us peace of mind whilst we're away, both in terms of the cats & also our property, ensuring it's left clean & tidy. She gives regular updates about the cats and provides pictures/video which is lovely to see. Nothing is ever too much to ask. I would highly recommend her services.

RM Pet Care are fantastic! Rachel & Mark care deeply about the animals in their care. My Rommie rescue is very nervous around new people & Rachel spent the time getting to know her. This is invaluable for our sensitive souls & my dog absolutely adores both her & Mark! Highly recommended.

Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful attitude towards myself and my wife. My dog came back in such an awful state we actually thought we would need to take him to the vets. Apparently another dog viciously attacked him and left him with a severed ear. The owner was damn right rude and aggressive. Would not recommended to anyone whom care she their pet.

Rachel has been doing pop ins and walks for our dog since she was a little pup, and is absolutely brilliant. She is extremely trustworthy, sends photos and updates and gives our dog so much love! It is really refreshing to see someone really love what they do. Even more so, the tail wags when we’ve seen Rachel on the street are probably more that what we’d get shows a lot!

Couldn't recommend Rachel enough! Our dog always has a waggy tail when he sees her and we feel so confident that he is being well looked after when out on his walks. He's also boarded with her, we get regular photo updates and her communication has always been great.

Mel provided the best service for our little dog, Lucy. It was so hard to get out to walk her when my son was a newborn, it filled me with so much confidence she could still get her exercise and Mel helped relieve my stress always coming with a reassuring, friendly smile even after a sleepless night! She made sure Lucy was at ease, calm and trusted her presence before walking her and is really knowledgeable about animals (helpfully answering a fair few of my daft questions!) Can't thank you enough Mel, one of the best decisions we ever made, make sure you choose her too, your animals will thank you x ❤️

Recently had Melanie look after our two cats whilst we went away. She communicated excellently through enquiries and throughout our trip away. Updating us about our cats and how they were. Her service is excellent, she goes above and beyond. Will definitely be using her again in the future.

Melanie provides an amazing service that really eased the stress from a difficult day. I accompanied her when she took my cat to a cancer specialist. She brought me home again, then picked my cat up at the end of the day. This, otherwise, would have taken four taxis, who may not have liked taking pets. I felt that Simba, my cat was safe, less stressed, and cared for, and would not hesitate to use her pet ambulance again. Professional and friendly. The cost was very reasonable too.

Melanie is simply and completely fantastic. We always knew that our dog was in good hands and He loved seeing her! We took advantage of both the walking and holiday service and Melanie always easily accommodated changes to our schedules. We cannot thank her enough and would not hesitate to recommend her at all!

We absolutely love Mel. I think my 4 ‘kids’ as I call them (4 chihuahuas) love her more than me! Haha. Mel has often provided day visits for my 4 dogs plus 2 cats and over night stays when we are away. Couldn’t recommend anyone more. Wouldn’t know what to do without Mel and the care she gives our pet family. 100% trust and confidence. Melanie helped me so much when I lost my best friend, my support, my world. My bunny x She handled him with care after he passed, she sat with us as we said goodbye and was incredibly sensitive and thoughtful. She was a huge support when bringing back his ashes and helped my children by showing them the little box and including them and showing them not to be afraid. My grief is so raw and Melanie has been an angel at a horrific time. She’s so understanding and caring and although we met under awful circumstances I’m glad it was Melanie we chose, thank you for your kind heart Melanie x

I had Melanie come in for an in house petsit for.my sprollie whilst I was away in Devon for the weekend. On returning, found my dog to be very bright and happy to see me. Melanie was in touch once a day with updates and videos. My dog absolutely adored her. Would highly recommend Melanie without even having to think about it. Excellent, friendly, and very professional.

We found Mel a few years ago and have been lucky enough to use her services ever since. She started by visiting our cat Oscar while we were away and administered his meds. She has since regularly fed and looked after our chickens when we take a break. She's also great with our 3 rescue pooches and stayed at our house when we have had the odd night away. Trustworthy, caring and very professional. Definitely recommend 🐾😊💜

Ali and Chris have looked after my dog Pippa for the past couple of years and I can’t recommend them enough. She looks out the window for them before every walk and gets so excited when the van parks up. She always comes back a happy dog and sleeps all afternoon so I can tell she’s had a great time. Both very friendly and have always been reliable!

Had 6 weeks with Jo, at puppy training. Jo was very helpful and taught not only my puppy but myself too. Lots to build on. So glad I went. Thank you Jo from Netty and me.

I definitely recommend for dog training, I have had individual sessions with Jo and my dog has definitely improved! She is very good with my dog and patient, he’s always happy to be there. I’ve learnt a lot of different training techniques too! 10/10 would recommend.

I have attended Joanne’s classes & have individual sessions with her and can highly recommend her . She understands our challenges and is very good with my young nervous dog. ( and nervous owner!). Wouldn’t have got to where I am now with my boy if it wasn’t for her help & advice . Very highly recommended.

My puppy, Shea, goes to visit Jo 2-3 days a week at Hopping Mad Pet services and I couldn't be more pleased with this service. She gets picked up, looked after and dropped off. Shea comes back well and truly tired out and is always very excited to see Jo when she comes to pick her up. This service is professional, friendly, reliable and I honestly couldn't recommend it enough. The fee is very reasonable for the level of care that she provides. I have complete confidence that my pup is looked after, the facilities that are available to the dogs are amazing as there's paddling pools, sand pits and all sorts of toys, shelters and space for the dogs to explore. Other than day care, there's boarding and training is offered which is a fantastic additional service to offer, which I will certainly be taking up in the future.

I highly recommend Kirby Bellars Pet Services for dog training. I enrolled in a 4 week course with our rescue dog Ralphy after bumping in to Jo on a walk. Ralphy is my first dog and I just wanted to build my confidence with the basics ( recall, loose lead walking, leadership etc) Jo is informative, proffesional, friendly & most of all patient & happy to go at my pace. Ralphy gets it first time round! Jo even finds time after our class to email me with what we went through as I find it hard to remember everything we cover! Ralphy is a nervous dog but he instantly took to Jo & we will be signing up to another 4 classes when these finish. I am so grateful to have found her.

Big thank you to Jo for looking after our 4 chickens while we were away. The regular updates and photos really help knowing they are fine and happy. Highly recommend Hopping mad pet services. Would definitely use again.

I called Hopping Mad and spoke to Jo direct .. hopping Mad had been recommended to me by someone else... i have a Springer cross English White Setter.. he is a lovely boy but quite lively and likes a lot of walks and love ect.. I asked Jo if she would walk Louie for me & we initially met up and got on very well.. Jo came & walked Louie & took him for a night and day care.. im very happy with the amount of attention Louie had and picture Jo sent me of Louie.. most of all Louie loves her and thats what is the most imortant thing for me peace of mind i will be calling Jo very soon for her help. We have just finished our 5 week training course which was very enjoyable and informative. Marion is very good at explaining the tasks and covers more than just sit and down. The lesson on doing a bandage was very helpful. As was getting us to think about our interaction with our dogs. Would recommend and we have signed up for further training.

Marion is a truly brilliant trainer. She has trained both of our spaniels and become part of there family . She is always on the end of the phone with advise . And will bring the best out in your furry friend.

I have an extremely fussy and nervy cat who generally doesn't like anyone. I was worried about leaving her for 2 weeks but I can honestly say Marion was brilliant with her and provided a first class service including regular photos and videos of my cat coming to her for fuss; extra visits during the heatwave and buying treat foods for her when she wasn't eating. Thoroughly recommend and will use again when I have the need.

Marion is brilliant with Leo. I feel totally reassured when he is with her for the day, knowing he's in safe hands and having fun with his walking buddies. Leo always returns happy and tired. I have two Alexandrine parakeets (one is a rescue and very timid) but just one week in the care of Marion and she literally had them eating out of her hand! This is a very professional service and I would highly recommend E&P Pet Care - very happy.

Marion has been brilliant I could not recommend her enough, when I had my spaniel lady I got Marion involved as she had separation anxiety and we worked as a team to deal with her issues that a previous trainer couldn't do and also we worked on her recall as she was a rescue dog 🐕 and she did brilliant with her and lady became the most amazing dog with some boundaries but also some fun games to keep her busy . Once lady had gone I got a puppy who is a cockerpoo, very different to lady n very fiesty, I worked with Marion to get her trained up , we done puppy classes which was well worth the money, recall classes and are also planning lead work and now despite everything iv done Nellie got really bad separation anxiety As cockerpoo can be quite needy so we ate going to do some work to fix this while she young . Marion is a fantastic trainer but it only works if ur willing to take the time to fix the issues with ur dog like I'm doing with mine , I'm happy to say Marion been through it all with me even when Nellie hurt her leg, had a ear infection and helped me, Marion prices are decent to which even someone like me can afford also she has a very caring nature and I would class her as a friend
