They bought a scoop that clips on the side of the box, then left us special baggies to replace the used grocery bags we used to employ. Who knew? Now, as for the house, it was absolutely pristine when we returned home after our week in Colombia. They went the extra mile and even tightened some loose drawer handles that we never got around to. As we settled back into the house, the guest bedroom was perfect -- sheets changed and bed squared away. On top of everything, Wael and Dalia are genuinely nice people -- smart and with a gentle sense of humor about pets, houses, and life. What a blessing they were to us, and we hope they'll return!
You couldn’t ask for a better sitter than Sean. From our first Zoom meeting, it was clear he was going to be fantastic, and I immediately liked him, which was a nice bonus. He even took the initiative to visit before we left, ensuring he was familiar with everything in person. Throughout the sit, Sean was incredibly communicative, sending daily updates and pictures of my fur babies. This not only put my mind at ease but also allowed me to truly enjoy my trip, knowing they were in the best possible hands. My pets are a bit shy, but Sean had a wonderful way of bringing them out of their shells, and it was evident they had a great time together. He left our home spotless, as if he’d never been there.
