Greeted by Nick & Hattie who showed us all around their old character filled farmhouse and explained requirements of the sit. We were provided with a light arrival meal which was very much appreciated as we had been travelling a long way. Our accommodation was in a self contained barn conversion which annexed the house. The 2 dogs are a delight and very easy to look after. Bonnie is full of character and loves to be outside. Otter is so loving and she is happy to sit and be stroked at any opportunity. She loves to nuzzle you when you have simply stopped to turn the page in your book! There is ample space to relax, walk and be free with the dogs all within the grounds of the house. We had a superb time enjoying the garden, fields and local walks. The main house is full of character (wifi partly restricted in some areas but good in the guest accommodation). We would gladly visit again in the future.
Patty and Steve were amazing hosts - they welcomed us very warmly by having dinner the night before they left for their vacation. They told us about amazing Duluth, where to go, and even gave us some gift cards of their favorite places. They were quick to respond with every question we had and gave very good notes on how to take care of Lola and the house. Lola herself is dog goals. She is very sweet, loves being around people, loves treats, explore the property, and to chill outside with you on the patio. She is very well behaved and we didn't have to worry about leaving the house for a day trip. We will both miss her very much. She will most definitely steal your heart! Patty and Steve's house is an absolutely gorgeous cabin in the middle of a plot of land that you can explore. Lola is the best adventure guide and will always show you different trails. They have a garden that you can harvest some vegetables, great places to work both inside the house and outside, great kitchen, and even a sauna. We also really liked their homemade beer. Patty, Steve, and Lola, thank you so much for your hospitality. We truly felt at home at your place and we hope that we can come back. :)
Well this was truly a house sit from heaven. We felt encouraged by Sharon and Will's attitude from the off, from initial contact right through to phone calls in the days before we arrived. Our arrival date changed due to COVID related travel restrictions, but they were very accommodating and flexible. Upon arrival, everything had been planned for us and we were given a lovely en-suite room in their luxurious home. The house has everything you'd need and a lot more, including well appointed kitchen a home cinema. They live in the New Forest National Park with great walks right from the front door. The canine accompaniment of Winston, Jenson and Bentley are the most perfect buddies you could find. Winston is the most laid back fella, nothing worries him unless he thinks you're taking too long to serve his dinner. Jenson and Bentley are the best of friends. In the house or out walking, they are are just great. Jenson 'The Gentleman' is always reserved but with a lovely thoughtful character. Bentley 'The Kid' is full of enthusiasm about every aspect of his life. But particularly his walks..! If you ever get chance to sit for Sharon and Will, please politely decline. We want to keep this one for ourselves....!

Bootsie and Peaches are absolutely the sweetest little muffins! You will love taking care of them. Roger and Sarah's home is clean and comfortable and they are extremely welcoming and kind. I highly recommend them to you!
