Loved this sit, one of our top favorites. The four cats here are a great bunch and affectionate once they get to know you. Roscoe is the best! There’s plenty of space and toys for them to play with, try the laser light, endless entertainment. Sometimes they will cuddle on the couch and even want to sleep with you. Even Bodie, the shyest of the bunch, cuddled on our last night. Suzanne and Mark were very helpful and provided clear instructions in a book about duties and all necessary information. We communicated regularly with them during their trip. The home is in a quiet neighborhood right next to Mt Diablo with amazing views across the valley and great hiking trails. Turkeys will be regular visitors on the back deck. It was a privilege to be a pet sitter here. The kitchen and entertainment areas are wonderful. Plenty of space for us to settle into. Would definitely pet sit here again :)
Claire and Paddy’s hospitality was top notch. We had everything we needed, and Claire cooked us an Irish fry breakfast on our first day! What a special treat! It was so fun to watch and learn the personalities of Bella, Jagger, and Robin. Bella was especially fun to watch playing and swimming at the beach nearby. We highly recommend a housesit with this wonderful family!
Lovely few days in Wilton with mother and daughter duo, Mischief and Braveheart. Very easy, well-behaved dogs who get on well with each other. Mischief may look a little cronky at 14 but she loves her walks and lots of tail-wagging at the chance to chance to chase tennis balls. Excellent communication with Abigail and her daughter. Very easy access to Salisbury, Stonehenge, beautiful Shaftesbury and other places. Thoroughly reccommend.
Wonderful sit opportunity with Ivy and Daisy. Our 5 year old enjoyed playing ball with Ivy and brushing Daisy cat, as well as direct access to the swimming pool. The hosts Christopher and Laura were exceptionally nice and provided everything that was needed, plus use of many of their "toys". They were always available if needed and an attentive property Manager nearby that responded when we had a small issue. Very safe gated Finca in a Tico neighborhood outside of the fray of Tamarindo but a close 10 min drive. Would definitely recommend!
We had a wonderful time. The location is awesome and we had a great time walking places. The house is small yet plenty for a week long stay for two. And the internet worked great, as we work on our computers. House had all of the staples and anything we needed to buy was just a 5 minute walk away. Cookie was very easy to take care of, and slowly warmed up to us throughout the week. Very pleasant experience.
