We absolutely loved our housesit at Alice and Richard’s beautiful home. Their furry family, Khaos, Lomu and Poppy won over our hearts straight away. Their house is situated in a beautiful village in the Cotswolds surrounded by fields where the dogs freely roamed and played during our daily walks. The three musketeers loved hanging out with us whether it be while we were cooking, working remotely or snuggling up in front of the TV. Alice and Richard are a lovely couple who went above and beyond in making us feel welcome and at home. We were completely spoiled with the indoor pool, garden, wood burning stove and gorgeous rooms. The local pub is quintessentially British and serves delicious food and drink. Their pets entertain each other and love humans. We couldn’t have asked for a better staycation over the Christmas holidays and can’t wait for our next sit! We highly recommend this housesit!
Being Ben and Allie's first housesitter in their new home was an absolute pleasure. Ben and Allie are genuinely the kindest people you could ever meet. Their warm welcome, thoughtful accommodations, and the sweet little gift they gave me made it all feel extra special. The house is in this incredible location, just a short stroll to a gorgeous park. It's very clean and filled with the most charming thrifted furniture. But Theo was absolutely the best part about my stay! Theo is hands down the goodest boy in town. I brought my dog to this stay, and they became instant besties, playing their little hearts out all week. Theo is a breeze to walk, and he’s a perfect gentleman at home. Honestly, this housesitting experience was beyond perfect. I can't recommend it enough!
Heidi is a very nice host, and her flat is stunning and well decorated. The communication was smooth. Bella is such a beautiful, sweet and adorable cat. She needs a lot of attention and cuddles, but she gives a lot of love too. I had a great pet sitting with Bella, and would be more than happy to come back soon. Thanks Heidi for this opportunity.
Caring for Janeen’s wonderful kitties was a delight. They are very sweet and smart. They appreciate the effort to play with them. I scooped out the cat boxes daily which made that task a breeze. Janeens house is an architectural treasure. It was an enjoyable respite. Communications were always great with Janeen. Highly recommend this sit!!!
Justine's tabby cat, Oak, is adorable. He and I bonded immediately. He liked lots of petting and slept in the bed with me. I enjoyed spending time outside in the garden with him. Justine was very clear in her communication and was kind enough to pick me up from the train station. Bruton is a quiet, lovely village and I was able to walk everywhere for anything I needed. Oh and Justine's home is beautiful! Wooden floors with lots of yellow and complementary colors. I enjoyed my time there. =)
Had a fantastic 2 weeks in Chertsey looking after Cali. She's a stunning dog, who's been well trained which made her such a pleasure to look after. Chertsey is a beautiful town and well worth visiting, especially if you have such a great companion like Cali to explore all the beautiful walking paths available. Euan and Sandra have a lovely flat, very comfortable with all amenities and located centrally for getting around. Even though they were on the other side of the world in a completely different time zone, I could always get hold of them if I needed to. Would happily sit for them again!
