I have nothing but absolutely AMAZING things to say about Calling All Dogs and Cats, and in particular the lovely person I spoke to on the phone, who matched us with the wonderful pet-sitter who has won my very special baby’s heart! My dog needs some time to warm up, and has very special needs. When I very honestly told CADAC about all of her quirks and needs, they took their time, and REALLY matched us with the perfect pet sitter for us! She sends incredibly detailed journals after every visit and is phenomenally communicative, I almost hesitate to tell you their name for fear they’ll become too popular! But, they are too amazing to keep to myself! Thank you Kay-Lynne for everything you do for Duchess! Very Highly recommend!

So far so good I've had one pet care visit so far with calling all dogs and cats. They are professional timely with communication and Linda was wonderful with my dog and sent multiple pictures and a cute little doggie update when she was at my place so I'm very excited to do more with them in the future. I was referred to Calling all dogs and cats by another company. I had never done this before. They made me feel very comfortable and talked thru the whole process. I was put at ease when I met Wendy and her husband. They made the transition very smooth and reassured me that colin would be ok. As a pet parent that worries I was thankful for the updates I recieved with photos and descriptions. Colin looked ber happy and at home. I have already recommended calling all dogs and cats to a few friends. We plan to contact them in the future for more dog sleep overs. Thank you!!!

I have needed a last minute pet sitter on a few occasions and the Calling All Dogs and Cats team were so accommodating. The first time I used the service, I was a bit nervous and unsure of the whole process. They really made the whole experience easy and understandable. They always return my text or calls right away. My dogs are senior gals and require some extra attention, they are my babies and I don’t trust many people to care for them like they need.They do a great job, I enjoying reading the pet journal and seeing the photos of my dogs that the sitter took. I really like that feature. The sitter lets you know if dog went pee or poo. They have a map that tracks how far they walk on the visit. I would recommend the Calling All Dogs and Cats team to anyone needing a dog sitter/walker. They really take the time to get to know you and your pet.

Hands down, most reliable, caring, personable, professional dog caring business I’ve dealt with!! Carly, Emilia, Daniela, Katie, Rachel, Maria, Nicole, Amanda, Sarah La, & Kay Lynne stepped in as Prince & Sig’s step-mom for me while I was away for work for the last 7 months. I’ve never felt so at ease! They took extra care with mid day walks & used caution with the mid day condo foot traffic. At our request, they walked the pups up 7 flights of stairs during the day!! They’ve been so patient with my feisty Sig, gave extra love, pets & hanging out time when Dad was away. They always leave great & informative updates & pics for me to feel like I was right there with them. Maria is most accommodating with changes to my schedule & works to get coverage as soon as possible for my last minute requests. She’s on it with any concerns with the pups or adding new care takers to the routine. The app is super user-friendly as well & the response time is quick! All of the care-takers are MVPs! I’m back home now, but certainly do not hesitate to still use their services a few times a month. Highly recommend this agency & hope you open one in the Riverview area (I have several friends there that would love you ladies!)

The team is fantastic! A personal touch is given at every visit. I love the photos they take of my two boys with every visit. And the little personal note about the visit is a bonus. Maria and the team (shout out to Fallon too she's amazing with my boys) are genuine and compassionate people. They love their job and the care is consistent no matter if I get a different dog sitter, everyone has the same passion and love for the work they do and care for our pets. My boys love it when they visit, might be the extra belly rubs they receive at every visit ha.

The service provided was perfect! Pam went above and beyond caring for our beloved cat. We appreciated the daily updates and pictures where we could see that our cat was happy and enjoying the visits. We were even more surprised that Pam got his eye drops in with no problems. This service allowed us to leave our fluffy kitty boy at home and comfortable while we traveled.

We had a great experience when we used Calling All Dogs and Cats of Central Pinellas for our trip in June and will be using them again later this month. We had never used a service like this before, and we were a bit nervous at first. Our sitter and the manager that worked with us really put us at ease and we got great updates from our sitter after each visit. We were very pleased and would recommend them to others.

We had the opportunity to use Calling All Dogs and Cats to look after our cats while we were out of town and we were extremely pleased with their service. We had a nice gentleman named Jessel taking care of our cats and he gave us daily updates on how the cats were, how their litter box was, and daily photos them playing. Our cats are very timid and Jessel had no problem making friends with them. It was such a great experience to see people caring about your pets just as good as you would yourself. Our neighbor uses them as well and has the same level of service by other members of the company. I cannot recommend them enough, you'd be hard pressed to find a better agency.

My husband and I were new clients in December and we were absolutely delighted with the service that Calling All Dogs & Cats provided. Each day that our CAD&C representative visited, we received multiple pictures of our girl and a synopsis of Jody's visit. Everyone that we met from CAD&C have been great. We will be repeat customers!

I am so happy with the service I got from Evan! He helped take a lot of stress by taking care of my dog while I was out of town. On my ring camera he came on time every single day to walk and feed my dog. Really happy with the service 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

Pete did an amazing job in caring for our 3 dogs, each with different personalities and needs. The love and affection he showed each one was amazing. We were so lucky to have our fur babies in Pete's wonderful care for 3+ years. He became a trusted friend and guardian to our entire family!

We have had Pete helping us care for our two fur-babies for over a year. He has been very prompt, caring and attentive to their needs while in his care. They are very independent cats who enjoy their own company but love to see him and spend some time playing 'chase the feather' and such! Pete also reports on his visits with photos and notes any issues that might arise. We recommend him to all you pet lovers out there!

Pete did a great job watching our cats over the holiday. He definitely went above and beyond expectations from pet sitters we used on Rover. He gave us daily updates as well. We will reach out to him again.

I have used Pete on several occasions to watch my dog. He is compassionate, trusting and very caring. He will even take pictures of your fur babies and send them to you for updates and peace of mind. I highly recommend using Pete. He will do any length of visit/care for your pets!

My wife and I are always bragging to family and friends about Pete's Perfect Pet Care. Our cats have medical needs and Pete has no problem with administering their medication. He also makes sure to spend plenty of play time with them during each visit. Our one cat Boo is.....well.....let's just say she's doesn't appreciate strangers. Even Boo is pals with Pete! We all miss our pets when we travel so Pete text pictures during play time. It's really a nice touch that we greatly appreciate. It's hard finding someone to trust with your babies. Pete is absolutely amazing! Pete took care of my dog Loxi while I was gone and he is fantastic! He goes above and beyond with everything he does. Pete doesn't just watch your animals, he loves and cares for them like their his own. I would never use anybody but Pete again!! Thank you Pete!!!

Pete is an absolute animal lover. He will take care of your pets like they are his own... don’t skip vacations because you have nobody to watch your pet... Your pets will love him... I highly recommend Pete’s perfect pet care!!!

I have never used a pet sitter before and wasn't sure if it was worth it. Well I fund out it was well worth every penny, Pete is great with my cat Spike, who is very reluctant to let anyone into his personal space. Not only was he able to befriend Spike, but was able to spend time playing with him and giving him a little affection. The other nice thing is Pete checks over the house and will bring in the mail, so he also gives your empty house the look that someone is home. When i came home, Spike wasn't stressed out and he acted like I never left. Will definitely use Pete again.

I needed someone to come to my house & bathe my dog. Recovering from surgery I could not do it myself. He's a smelly larger dog. When I called Barks & Recreation they were very accommodating & pleasant. I'm not sure if I'm spelling her name correctly, but Sydney took great care of my hyper Weimaraner/ Pit mix. She cleaned him, got his nails nice & smooth, cleaned his ears and tried to dry him...he did not like the blow dryer! LOL. The van was nice and clean. I love the fact that they require up to date vaccine verification. Keeping all the fur babies safe! He is happy & (not overly perfumed at all) just smells clean. He's prancing around in his new tie & feeling like a king! 5 stars fo sho!

Me and my grandmother took her 1yr old dog King to this place and it was really good, he has some separation anxiety and a bad leg and they were able to take their time and work around it, even saying he’s just a shy dog. The workers were super friendly and care about the dogs well-being which is nice and comforting to know that he was in good hands. I’m glad my grandmother found a good place to take him to given his last groomer ghosted her and beforehand said she would charge more for him being a “bad dog to groom”. Again this place is amazing and I’m excited that he now has a good place to get his lil haircuts done.

I took my baby, Stella, here yesterday to get groomed. They squeezed me in last minute, which I really appreciated, especially since it was the week before Christmas and they were really busy. Stella is a little 11 pd Shihtzu. The place is neat and clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The groomer wanted to ensure that I was happy and she made modifications until I was. They placed a cute bandana on my baby which is always a nice touch. Stella came back smelling SO good, like a real baby (a kind of baby powder smell....seriously, it was so good, the rest of the family couldn't stop smelling her. Hahaha). This place is pricey ($50 for my small dog), but I will take my dog here again at some point in the future and will recommend it to others. They also have boarding available.

I am so pleased with my grooming experience at Barks & recreation! Staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. Called Monday and was able to get an appointment Friday. Price’s are reasonable. Looking forward to taking advantage of their mobile grooming for our petrified pit rescue. Day care is a huge advantage of some of the great things offed. My furry families new go to spot! Thank you for an amazing staff and business.

My Lhasa Eddie and I love <3 Whitney! She has been grooming him for many years and he always feels like a million bucks when he's done.. He literally struts around the house after his groom! :) ... The grooming was really good but it’s nearly impossible to schedule. They never answer the phone and do not call you back after multiple voicemails unfortunately :-/

Everyone was so nice and professional. First time there, walked in for a nail trim. They got us in and out quickly. My pup was comfortable with them. I highly recommend them and will be going back soon for a full groom!

Did a great job on my dog the first few times I brought him here, which is why I’m giving 3 stars. Went in today knowing my dog would probably have to be shaved due to some mats on his shoulders and legs that I couldn’t get out myself after I had to board him for a week due to work. The groomer was not kind to me at all, almost seemingly judgmental of the fact that my dog’s coat was not in pristine condition, which was hurtful (especially because the reason I missed my last appointment was because the groomer called in morning of, and I didn’t reschedule super quickly because I had just put my senior dog down. Obviously, she had no way of knowing this, but this is why good customer service is valuable. It isn’t that hard, coming from someone who has worked in service for years.). Then, I get him back, she had cut his mouth/lip, which the receptionist laughed off about him “being energetic”, even though every groomer, including the previous times I’ve gotten my dog groomed here, have commended my dog for being excellent on the grooming table. His shave job looks awful, not because he’s shaved, but because the cut is uneven on his legs, no attempt at any sort of blending around his backside or underside. I have had him receive summer cuts and he has looked much better due to thought or even mere effort from the groomer. And she was rude, even when telling me she cut my dogs face. I’m never one to leave bad reviews, ever, but I just can’t recommend this place. If the service were better, I wouldn’t have said a word, but it’s audacious of the staff to be unkind while also butchering my dog. I’m not trying to be a Karen, I left a tip and didn’t complain at the store, but wanted other owners to be aware of my experience. It is a bummer to feel disrespected for no reason, especially when you’re being polite and understanding. :( I hope this is taken into consideration. I did not walk in the building demanding she give me my dog back unshaven or make any unreasonable “orders”. I was kind and got a dog back that looks like I tried to shave him at home, all while feeling ostracized.

First time using Alone At Home Pet ServiceS, and it was a wonderful experience. Tammy, Jeff and Marian all came over for the interview and you could see they all immediately connected with my two dogs. Marian stayed with the dogs while I was gone and did a wonderful job leaving detailed notes and taking care of the girls. Will definitely use them again!

Marian and Tammy are the best! Marian takes amazing care of my 2 senior dogs when we are away! She gives them so much love while we are gone, and I never have to worry. I won’t leave my dogs with anyone but her! Tammy is always prompt in responding to scheduling requests. If you’re looking for a pet sitter, this is the one!

Tammy was with my diabetic elderly cat. She leaves daily notes, keeps everything clean and gives the fur babies plenty of loving! My Steve boy was happy as a clam after being gone for more than a week. I would recommend her team to everybody I know!! She's very professional, you can't beat her kind of service ! It's so comforting to know my baby was loved by Tammy just as much as I love my baby!

Tammy and Jeff are amazing. They watched our dog, Guinea pig, and sugar glider while we were gone. She left daily notes and sent us pictures while we are gone. Not only did they take care of the animals but they also brought in our mail. Cole (the dog) loved all the attention they gave him. They are amazing and very attentive to detail. If you are going out of town, I highly recommend using them to watch your fur babies.

We felt very at ease knowing that Tammy was caring for our cat. She was professional, obviously cared for the cat and was very knowledgable about aninals. She took out all stops on taking action to make sure our Sadie was comportable and not nervous. For each visit she recorded notes to give us feed back on how Sadie was doing. We came home to a cat that had obviously experienced a calm, but nurturing environment.

I used Alone at Home services and dealt with Tammy, the Owner, who was very thorough in her interview process and during the care of my 2 cats. She took excellent care of my cats for 7+ days. I had a terrible cat boarding experience so I was lucky to find Tammy's services and keep them at home. She is a certified Vet tech which is great to have a qualified person looking over my 18 year old cat that needed meds twice a day. She cleaned up their messes and did other duties. I can not say enough good things in one review. I will use her again when I am out of town. She is sweet, compassionate and what you want in a pet sitting service.

J. Tails is the absolute best! My girl is always so excited to see her friends and play. The staff is always sweet and kind. Pick up and drop off is fast and seamless. I look forward to seeing Poppy's daily report card and being able to check in on her via the cameras through out the day. I know she is in great hands there, and the staff treats her like she was their own.

Our dog had an amazing first day at J. Tails in Saint Pete! We love to support a local business in our community and they are such a cool local doggie daycare! My process for making sure everything was ready for our pup Reba was easy using the website they have available for signing up. Reba’s first day was free which was really awesome, and makes the experience risk free. It’s important to have your dog’s vaccines up to date, and then I just took a picture of the records and uploaded them to their doggie portal. Then when you go to sign your dog up for anything you can go online, pay for the day, pay for extra treats, etc and it’s all ready and organized for you. That way when you go to get your dog, there’s no cash or cards you need to take out & hand over while you’re trying to get your dog(s) at the end of the stay. The prices are great, the daycare is definitely smaller in terms of the number of dogs, which was great for us because our dog is a little intimidated by being in a high volume daycare. Listen I know that may make me sound like I’m a crazy dog lady! But I think some would understand that our dog is a Pit Mix, so it can be stressful for dog owners with Pitties to drop them off at the groomers or daycare because of the misconceptions about the breed. If she barks or gets anxious, I have seen some people react out of fear. But we have worked very hard on training her for a year and we know how loving and sweet she is. So it was a huge huge relief that everyone at J. Tails was understanding and went above & beyond to make us feel they were familiar with dogs like her— sweet and gentle dogs, but with lots of energy and often misunderstand. When I dropped off Reba I spoke with Mattie who was so kind! They helped Reba adjust to the new smells and environment before I left and they were so thoughtful and kind. During Reba’s temperament test and daycare visit, they texted us a picture of Reba in the kiddie pools having a blast with an awesome update of how she was doing! That was so sweet because I love seeing her having fun with the dogs instead of worrying if she is behaving or scared. When we went to pick her up, she was so excited to see us and she wasn’t scared at all. The folks at the front desk told us how much they loved her and that they had a great day getting to meet her. Seriously just the sweetest people working there, and you can tell everybody there are absolutely wonderful dog people who make sure your dog is safe AND having fun all day. They made us smile because they truly care about your animal. So we were very impressed. We are J. Tails customers now for sure! We used to bring our dog to a bigger less structured doggie daycare and we noticed that her behavior was regressing. By that I mean she was barking a lot more at people, she was nervous often, and though she did like going, she came home stressed and smelling like floor cleaner/sanitizer from the kennels. So we were really surprised and happy that by the time we got her in the car we noticed she didn’t smell like anything! I think her getting to go in the kiddie pool might have even made her smell cleaner than before we dropped her off 😂. Everything from the caring and thoughtful customer service, the easy enrollment and payment system, to the fact that you can watch live video feed of the dogs playing while they are at daycare (accessible only if you have a dog registered for that day)… We were just very happy and so impressed. Our family LOVES J Tails now and we highly recommend this daycare if you are looking for somewhere to bring your pup.

Easiest 5 star review I’ve had in a while! This doggy day care was exactly what we needed while on vacation. They really do take care of the dogs like they are their own, pricing is very reasonable, and you get these enjoyable “pupdates” each day! You can also check on your pups via webcams once they are checked in for the day. Don’t hesitate to use this day care!

The staff is friendly and patient, the facilities are clean and well maintained, and the pricing is very fair for the level of care. J. Tail’s emphasis on safety and well being, as well as the ratio of dogs to human supervision (1 person per 15 dogs) helps me feel confident trusting them with my rambunctious boy. I also appreciate the enrichment activities they offer during nap time—adorable and perfect for my high energy dog. Definitely looking forward to using their daycare and boarding services in the future!

I have a high energy dog that started out really nervous at daycare. After a few weeks going to J.Tails a couple times a week, he runs toward the door when we get there. They have small playgroups of dogs with similar size/temperament, a fun outdoor play area, and someone with their pups at all times. I love that I can check on him throughout the day on their cameras and I look forward to the photos and “pupdates” they provide. We love J.Tails

I absolutely love JTails! They take such good care of my pup and I always get the cutest pictures of him on their Instagram. The staff is super sweet and I know they treat all the dogs so well! I never worry when my dog is under their care. They also offer very reasonable pricing and their facilities are kept nicely. I highly recommend! I also wanted to give a special shout out to Alex for always being so kind to Auggie! 🥰

The staff at J.Tails are so loving and attentive when taking care of my pet. I recently overnight boarded my dog at J.Tails and never worried about his care. When I leave him for the day, he comes home exhausted from a fun day of play. I highly recommend J. Tails for taking care of your pets.

J. Tails is the best. We are so glad we found this place! We have now done the daycare and boarding service. The staff is very friendly and caring. I really appreciate the "pupdates" on how our dog behaved that day. They also have video feeds, which is a plus.

We like to drop our dog off for daycare during the week so she can socialize and get some exercise while we are at work. She is so excited to go every time and we know she’s safe and well cared for at JTails. The pupdates at the end of the day are awesome and they take so many good photos and videos.

This place is fantastic!! I had been to another facility before, this place is LIGHT YEARS ahead of some of the other facilities. My dealings with Paws Inn Paradise has been exceptional. The Front Desk is always professional and courteous, and they are busy, but they are always attentive. I bring my dogs for Doggy Daycare and Boarding when needed, and I would not consider any other place. I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a fantastic facility for your animals.

Christmas Eve and pickup the 26th. My 4 mo puppy was so happy being dropped off and picked up. The people are fantastic. You explain any concerns, mine was rough housing with other dogs. They wrote everything down and when picked up you are told a review. Clean, very well kept and they have video cameras. I was extremely happy with my pups experience and will definitely board there again. Book early bc they fill up quickly. I got a cancelation just called in so was very fortunate. Highly recommend 👌.

This was my dogs previous daycare/boarding center! We recently moved out of the state which is the only reason we have stopped going. This was one of the best centers in the area! The staff was also so kind, I would see photos posted on their Facebook page of my dog so I would know he was having a great time playing with all his friends. The cameras are perfect for checking in and seeing how your baby is doing. The prices are very reasonable for boarding and for daycare. They also have things we added on like nail trimming or baths. He never came home with any injuries and when he did come home he would sleep for days. I would recommend this place for anyone in the area looking for a safe and trusting place to leave their fur baby.

What a fantastic place for dogs! This is the second time I have brought my foster dog Bucky in for doggy daycare and loved watching the live camera. I love seeing all the employees interacting with the dogs. This morning one of the girls was even dancing with them!!! So CUTE! They also offer pedicures (nail trims) for the dogs and are very friendly. I love the photos that the staff took as well. This is the place for your dog!!

On 9/29/2024. I had no electric I have GS called around Fri and Saturday to find a hotel for me and my dog Bruno I was more concerned about my dog. I called paws inn paradise Saturday morning. I am so grateful foe them I was able to bring my dog Bruno. I can't say enough about the service they were amazing every one was so kind. Ron, Owner/Founder, understands that are pets are family members not just pets. He ensures that his staff is trained to provide the most enjoyable experience for each and every one of our pets with the understanding of the anxiety they may face being away from home. They provide daycare, grooming, boarding, bathes, pool time and obedience training. I have utilized other daycare services for my dachshund and boxer before, but would never consider anywhere else but Paws Inn Paradise for their care.

The folks there care as much about my dog, as they do for their own pets!! My little French Bulldog is small, but she goes in with the big dogs, because SHE doesn't know she's small. Matilda definitely has BDE, Big Dog Energy!! Bring your gig for doggie daycare or boarding both services are grest!!

We board our dog, Dawson, here and refuse to go anywhere else! The owner, Ron, is the sweetest and the staff here is the best. They always go above and beyond! Our dog can be full of nerves while we are away, he sometimes gets diarrhea. We got a text and a voicemail with an update on his condition AND that they gave him a stool medicine to help with the runs (free of charge). This is just one incidence of their attentive and caring staff. They even have live camera feed that you can watch while your dog is enjoying playtime with the other boarded doggies. On a separate occasion, I accidentally arrived two hours before they opened to pick up my dog. While I waited in the car the owner had pulled up in their business truck and waved at me as I sat in the car. He came over and offered to have me come inside so he can take care of me , he simply couldn't have me waiting out there for 2 hours he said! This was the owner, Ron, and he made my whole day!

The folks that work here are simply the best! I was incredibly nervous boarding our dogs for the first time! Everyone was so kind and reassuring! I was able to get a room with a camera so I could check in on them whenever I needed to, which helped me so much! The dogs looked like they were having a great time in the toy room!

The most awful experience I have had. NEGLECT! NEGLECT! NEGLECT!! Less than an hour after I dropped my dogs off I received a call that they were being aggressive and they’d be monitored. For the next 50 hours my dogs sat in their room without a single walk or bit of attention from any staff member! THEY WEREN’T WALKED ONCE! My dogs peed all over their blankets and floor and were forced to sleep in it! The staff had NO solution to clean it for them to have a clean area to sleep in. After day 1, the ONE water bowl they provided stayed dry! You can see on the video it was dry and when I went back to pick my dogs up I saw it was dry! We live in FLORIDA, it’s 90+ degrees outside! How NEGLECTFUL! It’s HARD TO BELIEVE that an accredited facility wouldn’t have a solution for an aggressive dog outside of PURE NEGLECT! No water! No walks! What did I pay $250+ for???? The owner says their camera system records however he cannot provide me any footage of my dogs being cared for OR aggressive!! STAY AWAY! BOARD ELSEWHERE! They DO NOT care about your animals!!!!

We have done boarding, training and daycare for our doggie here. Every single person that works here is lovely. They truly love the dogs and will do anything for them. I couldn’t imagine letting anyone else care for our pup. When he was there for Thanksgiving they took such great care of him. Somehow they even got him to dress up for his turkey dinner. (He would never do that for us at home!)

There’s no better care for our dogs anywhere. Maybe not even in our own home. The staff at Pasadena pet motel shows our dog a kind of love I thought only we could. Thank you.

We had the pleasure of boarding our fur babies. 3 corgis Dia12,Fay12 and Ginger3 while we went to visit our son. It was such a nice trip not having to worry about care. We called and checked on them, the staff was amazing answering all of questions about the girls. This is our second time using Pasadena Pet Motel and it won’t be our last. Thanks to all who cared for our Corgis.

We have boarded our two high energy German Shepherd babies here for the last 2 years. When we go to drop them off they race for the door, and when we pick them up they’re exhausted. I know at Pasadena Pet Motel my dogs get attention, exercise, and tons of playtime. I highly recommend this place!!!!

Sorry I am late on my review, however, wonderful is wonderful no matter the time. I have a German Shepherd “Duke”, whom is my companion. I knew I had to board him over Christmas and had never spent one night without him up to that point. I started taking Duke to daycare at least a month prior to leaving. I knew by my interactions with the staff and owner, Duke was truly cared for and loved. I was only able to leave Duke because I knew this place was dedicated to providing the well run caring attention required for me to feel ok. I naturally called every day and listened to what Duke had done and how he was doing. This whole thing was a success for me, my family and Duke . Thanks

LOVE LOVE LOVE this pet motel! It was my first time leaving my fur baby at a boarding facility and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and care our dog received. They are quick to respond, take all phone calls, and are very passionate and professional. They really made sure my big goof ball was able to play with dogs his own size in small play groups and he almost didn’t want to go home after all the love and attention the staff give all the dogs. While I don’t want to discredit anyone, I feel like the negative reviews for this place are largely from people who haven’t even been clients and it is too bad because they are so passionate about the dogs that stay with them. Our dog went straight home for a long nap after we picked him up. He has obviously been playing to his heart's content! I mean just look at that smile!

Our little Pepper goes there. She loves seeing her friends and gets super excited on the car ride there. She’s gotten to love it so much that she even knows the route there when we decide to walk. It’s also very close to us which is super convenient for easy drop off. I can tell she gets lots of exercise because she comes home all tuckered out!

My dog Keith always seems to have a good time. The staff is very nice. not sure what goes on inside but the dog never complains and is usually very tired by the time we get home

We board both our dogs, GSD & a Staffy, here. My Staffy is a rescue and reactive but she absolutely loves Sara here. Everytime I drop them off I know they will be loved and cared for.

Thank you to Carrie and the wonderful staff at APC that took care of my Sadie Mae for ten days. She has the best time playing with all her friends. She is only 9 months and so full of energy but she always comes home from daycare exhausted! I would trust them to take care of my pup anytime. Highly recommend!

Today our puppies Rosie and Finn had a spa day to get fully groomed. Chelsea did a fabulous grooming job. One of their best and definitely Finn’s best ever.

I have been taking my two dogs to Advantage Pet Center for just over a year now. I have a super high energy puppy that is nonstop running and playing all day! Bringing him here for daycare has been a saving grace! He is exhausted from the moment I pick him up and falls asleep in the car almost immediately. The dogs are in the huge play yard for the majority of the day and only put in kennels for their lunch break. My other dog has high anxiety and prefers to be around people instead of other dogs. The staff is aware of that and always gives her lots of attention and makes her feel at ease. The staff is absolutely amazing and loves my fur kids like they are their own. They absolutely love going here and know that if mama says “wanna go play with your friends” it means daycare time! And bonus, they have holiday parties for the dogs with special snacks and pictures!

My Puppy Sky absolutely loves this place. She is able to interact safely with other dogs, she gets to play and exercise which makes for a good nights rest. A Wonderful place!

I am over joyed that my kids found this establishment for our fur baby! The ladies who we interacted with all went above and beyond (Sorry I dont have their names on me as I write this review). From the moment they answered the phone until the time they texted and informed us that Nacho (hopefully, his name helps track down everyone from his appointment) was ready, the service was above and beyond. They really care about the health and safety of not just your pet but all of the pets that they service. One of the ladies even called the vet 4 hours away to confirm Nachos shots were up to date. She could've simply turned us away. Now I do have to advise that over the years, Nacho has let it be known to us and professionals that he does not like being bathed and or groomed and only a few people has been able to handle him. He is a timid yet feisty Chihuahua and super old. We have Nick named him Cujo. When my kids picked him back up, the staff informed us they did the best they could. Let me tell you..... They're best was above and beyond! They were able to hit all of the spots that were over due for some TLC. If they will have us back, we are new customers. Sorry for the long review, but we are grateful and want to let any and everyone know who are looking for top notch service for their pets that this is the place to be.

This is a wonderful boarding accommodation i always use for my dog. The staff is kind caring and very professional. My dog is well taken care of and she loves being there. Highly recommend them for fur babies.

My fiancé and I recently took a trip to Clearwater, FL, and stayed at a beautiful hotel right on the beach with our two beloved fur babies. Our first day out, we decided to leave our dogs in the hotel room. Well, long story short, about an hour later, we received a call from the hotel saying we needed to return due to a noise complaint about our dog barking in the room. After that, we felt our little getaway was ruined, as it was far too hot to take our fur babies anywhere during the day. We were even contemplating going back home. I started looking up dog sitters near me and came across two different options, one being VIP Pets of the Belles. We called and spoke to a lovely woman named Petra, discussing our concerns, certifications, and everything in between. We felt pretty confident, so we gave them a chance and went to take a look at the area where our fur babies would stay. We saw how our dogs interacted with Petra, and vice versa. Mind you, our fur babies have NEVER been to a pet sitter—they are always with us! We felt so great about everything that we decided to take a chance and leave them with Petra for just a couple of hours. From there, we have built such a great relationship! Petra truly is an amazing woman. The way she cares for your babies is so comforting. Anytime we go to Clearwater, we will be going with Petra, and if she's booked, we will at least stop by to say hi! I cannot give Petra enough praise. If you're looking for a sitter and are wondering if the pet sitting route is the right one, it absolutely is! As long as you have your baby in Petra's hands! While in the area for an extended visit, we needed to travel home for a few days. Not knowing anyone in the area, we had to make a tough decision. We researched multiple commercial boarding facilities, plus a few people on Rover. Then, I found Petra and VIP Pets of the Belles. It didn’t take long during the vetting process to decide we wanted Petra to take care of our boy. She may be a little more expensive but she’s worth it. We were able to leave our boy with her exclusively and have complete peace and comfort knowing he would be well taken care of. She also stayed in contact with photos and updates making it the best experience possible. We highly recommend her and will definitely use her again, if the need arises! I called Petra about caring for our brand new kitten while we went out of town. She responded to me right away. She set up a free consolation for the next day. I was so pleased when I met her. She was very very friendly, easy to talk to and mature. She took notes on everything and was very sweet to our kitten. When the time came for us to go out of town we felt assured he was in good care. Petra came every day we were gone. She took photos of our kitten and sent text messages as well. We had great peice of mind knowing he was so well cared for. She brought him a new toy and we can by the photos he was having a blast. We will be using VIP Pet Service again and again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone seeking pet care.

My sweet highly-sensitive rescue kitty Phoebe had never been left overnight since I rescued her ten years ago when I found out that I needed to be out of town for ten days. To say I was over-protective of my little fur-ball is an understatement. I reluctantly researched local pet-sitters, and made an appointment with Petra Taylor, owner of VIP Pets of the Belles, to come to my home to discuss her caring for Phoebe in my absence. I was immediately struck by her warmth and caring, as well as her total professionalism. She took detailed notes and we agreed she would come in twice a day to spend a half-hour each visit with Phoebe, feeding and "loving her up." Petra came in morning and evening, exactly as scheduled, checked in by text, and upon leaving would send me little notes and a few photos that Phoebe was doing just fine. On one occasion, she even sent me a short video of her purring contentedly, assuring me she was eating well and just fine. Every two or so days, I would call her by phone and she further assured me that all was well. I am SO GRATEFUL that I have found a wonderful loving care-giver for my kitty. I recommend VIP Pets of the Belles without qualification. Thank you, Petra, and I'll be calling you in January!!!

Petra has been walking our English Springer Spaniel all winter. “Gronk” loves her and knows when she’s coming. He’s a rescue and quite a handful. Thanks Petra, you’re the best!

We have used Bay Paws two times now for slightly extended stays. Both times went off without a hitch. Very accommodating staff and took very good care of our dog and cat for several days. Thanks guys!

I I was very glad to find a facility that offered a very clean space for my dog is reactive to other dogs. I did pay for one on one play, which I’m note quite sure happened as I checked ( obsessively) in the video system and my dog was always in his space, curled up in the same space. But I have to say I was very disappointed with his groom. He definetly was bathed and blown dry and his feet and nails were done. His face around his eyes was shaved and clean. His hair around his face looked the same as he came in. His beard was not trim and his tail was trimmed unevenly if at all.

I took my dog here for occasional doggy day care and boarding. My dog got a protozoa after his first boarding stay at Bay Paws with bloody diarrhea and a trip to the ER vet. I tried to give Bay Paws the benefit of the doubt, but to be cautious I backed off on doggy daycare for a while and took him to the vet for boarding. After some time, I gave Bay Paws another chance, because he enjoyed going and they have cameras. My dog did ok - on the positives he got to see his friends and I could check in on the camera when I wanted. On the bad side, one time he was sent home wet and smelling like urine. Another time after a several-day boarding stay, he was sent home with all his biscuits and treats when my instructions were to give him those occasionally and one before bed. He was also on pain meds to take with his evening meal, and I could see more often than not at night his bowl was full. I can't say for sure if he was getting his medicine separately. Things were up and down like this for a while. Recently, Taz was sent home with a pretty badly cut nose and no one told me. I called the next day and I was told he got into a scuffle and that the staff didn't see any damage so they cleared him. I don't see how they missed this cut. When I called it out, they didn't offer any apologies and said I signed a waiver so they wouldn't be held liable for any vet visits. That lack of empathy for my dog and rudeness made me angry and I won't be going back.

I did some research prior to moving from TN and reached out to Bay Paws while en route on my move to FL as I needed to board my sweet girl to head back to my old state to finalize loose ends. They got me set up while on the phone for boarding and daycare and when I showed up I was so worried my 1 year old pup would have separation anxiety as this was the first time we’d be apart. Needless to say, she had the absolute BEST time that week and she’s now going to daycare on my busy work days as a result. I LOVED that they had webcams set up so I could check in on her, I honestly think I was missing her more than she was missing me. Haha when I picked her up to bring her home after a few days, she tried to climb out the window because she did not want to leave! She loves Bay Paws and the staff loves her just as much! I 1000% recommend Bay Paws to anyone and everyone looking for either boarding or daycare - the staff is so caring, the facility is always pristine and clean and the staff are beyond what I could ask for while caring for my baby girl! You won’t regret this decision and I know that Coco and I sure don’t; she is obsessed with this location and I love that for her! PS: I love that they sent me photos from one of their pool pawty days, she definitely thrives being around these other furry babies.

I regret to write this review because we loved bay paws 2 years ago. I wrote a raving review on Google, how amazing they were with our big German Shepherd, who is very skittish. However, every time since then we have been hit with unprofessionalism, chaos, missing files, and records lost every single time when my dog is brought in, when at time of setting appointment we are told that everything is current. We drive a half hour each way to bring our dog here. As of July of this year dogs are now apparently required to have a flu shot. If I won’t put the flu shot in myself or my families body why would I put it into my animals? Why would they not let us know at the time of making the appointment and tell us know that all vaccines are current? We made a vet appointment specifically to update him on all of his shots and the flu vaccine was not even mentioned at his vet office. When we took our dog in today and all the files were missing once again we learned that they have him in the computer as a Yorkie. The front desk lady spoke to the manager whom was very rude and told her to just send us home. Wave your money and your time. They have gone downhill tremendously.

Stella is an older dog with separation anxiety and Bay Paws took such great care of her- gave her meds and updated me during her stay as to how she was doing. Will definitely be boarding her there again! Thanks!

Lifesavers!! We just moved to Clearwater from Atlanta. Drove for two days. My pets were exhausted and stressed. Bay Paws allowed us to bring them there for the day for rest and play time while we moved in and unpacked. My pets loved it there. Thank you for taking care of our babies. They will be back soon.

We boarded our cat at Bay Paws for several days. The staff took excellent care of him. Not only were his basic needs taken care of, he was taken out to be played with and snuggled several times a day. Bay Paws is extremely clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. We were sent several photos and videos of our little Peter while we were away. It put our minds at ease.

I never write reviews, but I'm compelled to write this review because I'm still extremely upset with the treatment my puppy received on his last few days at this facility. There seem to be a disconnect between the front office staff and the boarding staff. You provide your boarding instructions to the office staff, however the boarding staff refuses to follow the directions. I had to call several times to request the staff keep my puppy in his jacket to stay warm and comfortable, because they kept removing his jacket. Everytime i called the office staff was cery sweet and would say, yes, no problem, they would take care of it, but it would only last for half a shift. I also requested they remove the water bowl from his kennel as I don't leave water in his kennel at home and he is a puppy and will drink until he can't drink anymore, and also knock the water over. I witnessed on Baw Paw dog boarding camera my puppy spill his water container in his kennel and water went all over his blanket and kennel floor. I called the after hours boarding staff and advised her that the water container was not supposed to be in his kennel and that someone needed to go clean up the water on the floor. I see the staff on camera go inside his kennel and refused to interact with him as he was happ someone was there and was jumping up, she yells at him and throws down the towel in the kennel and left the floor wet all evening. She also left his water bowl in the kennel all evening again as well. Extremely unacceptable to treat my puppy this way.
