Great sit, house was as advertised and very comfortable. Irene communicated very well and had great insight on what to do in the area. What was undersold was how loving Nelson, Perry and Rooster are! Easy animals to care for and time well spent!
If you’re lucky enough to sit for Aran, Ben and their amazing girls - you’e going to have the most wonderful sit :) Home: beautiful as pictured and more …the *most* comfortable bed, lazee-boy sofa (omg!), all tv and a kitchen full of every spice/sauce you can imagine if you like to cook…. to top it off a beautiful garden and deck to have coffee or meditate on…..it's a little oasis in Zone 1/2. Many green spaces on the doorstep incl. Kennington Park (5 mins away)... makes walking the pups so easy (and there’s a dog walker during the wk) Aran and Ben, where to start… Two of the warmest, kindest, most interesting people you could meet… They’ll acclimate you to the area (possibly via a pub trip) make you feel completely comfortable and treat you like a friend. They’re just wonderful people. Last (but def not least) : the girls…. You’ll fall in love with each of them….so well trained and a pleasure to look after but each with their own hilarious character, Outdoors: Morgan (the OG) and Otta will play endless fetch, Tegg will go for a wander. good recall and np to get back on the lead Indoors: Morgan will lean on you for a cuddle then happy to chill on her bed … Tegg (half lab) i loves to snuggle up and be wherever you are… Otta (the baby at 2yo) is just too cute and knows it. You’ll be surrounded by so much doggy love …. When you return a quick trip to the shop expect a lovely welcome of 3 wiggly bums holding shoes in their mouths as presents for you as they're so excited you're back :)
We LOVED looking after Arlo, we miss him so much already. He is so gentle and well behaved and he was an amazing companion for both us and our pup Dolly. He really looked after Dolly, taught her to be calm in the house and always brought her toys to play with - an amazing role model for her! His recall is fantastic, he slowed when he sensed a road was coming up and always let me put a lead back on. We had so many cuddles and lots of play, we adore him! Jody was a great host, she had regular check ins with us and always kept us updated on her plans. The house was super cosy and the area was beautiful. We would love to stay and look after Arlo again ❤️
My sit in Portrush was really enjoyable. Judy and Tim are very hospitable and helpful and their home is very comfortable. They kindly collected me from the airport and showed me around the town, and cooked dinner the night before they left. Beau and Socks are very sweet and affectionate and love to sit on the sofa with you and the bed if allowed! Portrush itself has beautiful beaches and cafes and is a great location for the Causeway Coast and its attractions . Highly recommend
I had a wonderful experience cat-sitting at Tori and Matt's beautiful home. Interacting with Myka and Havanna was special during my stay. Havanna, the Savannah cat, communicates uniquely through hisses, unlike your typical meowing cat. Havana warms up with playtime and snacks. She loves her toys! Myka, with her captivating green eyes, is more than happy to be picked up and petted, while Havana would prefer to approach you than be approached. I couldn't get enough pictures of these two sweethearts. The house is a haven, equipped with everything you need – from a gym and Jacuzzi to fruit trees and a chef's kitchen. Tori and Matt's hospitality is exceptional, making the entire experience enjoyable. Communication was effortless, and I look forward to cat-sitting for them again. The proximity to the beach is a bonus, just a short walk away.
Leo is such an adorable cat, and fun companion to hang out with. He has the softest, cutest miauw it just melted my heart. He was very keen to play with me when he was in the mood and always welcomed a cuddle. Other than that he was super relaxed and mainly chilled out nearby just curiously watching what was going on. Communication with Poulami was always great, she was super organised which made the sit extremely easy, and always got back to me quickly with helpful tips whenever I had a question. She was an incredible host and made me feel welcome from the first moment on with this positiv energy she has. The biggest plus about this sit though was the location as it is right next to Helmholzkiez a super trendy area, which has turned into one of my favourite areas in Berlin. So I can highly recommend this sit and would loved to come back to sit Leo any time.
