Rebecca and her husband Jim were wonderful and friendly people, and ensured we had everything we needed for a successful house sit. Their home was clean and comfortable, and located very conveniently just a five-minute walk from Green Lake! The only reason I am rating this sit as a 4 out of 5 is because Diego and Esperanza require a bit of special care due to the circumstance of Esperanza being a relatively new (adopted) addition to their family. Diego is a sweet kitty, though he hissed at us a few times so he can be a bit moody. However, I think he's just bark and no bite, as he would then proceed to rub his head against our hand. :-) They are both extremely independent cats, and Diego loves to be outdoors. He doesn't have a cat door, so the house sitter must let him in and out. He likes to come in only for a few minutes to eat, and then go back out again. Sometimes he would come in and out around 5 - 8 times a day. Because Esperanza is still new to the family, she is quite leery of Diego and growls and hisses at him every time she sees him. This always created a bit of tension in the environment, but Rebecca had notified us fully of the situation, so we were well-prepared. Therefore, Rebecca prefers that they are not left in the same room together when the house sitter is not home to watch over them. We avoided petting Esperanza and just let her come to us, as her behavior is still being formed. Rebecca is doing a wonderful job of acclimatizing Esperanza to her new home, and is doing everything in her power to get her to become more comfortable around Diego and other people. But for now, she prefers to be in her "safe places" around the home. Again, the 4 stars instead of 5 is simply because this house sitter must have a bit of patience, as having the two cats around each other can be a bit of a dance at times, as Esperanza needs to be put back into her "room" (Rebecca's office) and Diego needs to be called into the house in the evening so that he stays indoors overnight. At times this was a bit difficult, as Esperanza cannot be picked up, so we had to coax her into her room using food (which usually worked but a few times it took quite a while.) I would recommend this house sit to somebody who loves cats and can be patient with them as they get to know each other over time. Also for somebody who will be home more often than not, so that the kitties have time to run around and play rather than having Esperanza be in her room without play time. However, I'd like to note that Rebecca herself is a FIVE star! She was great with communication and open to our feedback about Esperanza's behavior. I believe that over time, Esperanza will become much better and perhaps she and Diego will even become friends! :-)
We had a lovely time sitting Rourky and Cookie, they are very affectionate , happy dogs, love their walks and plying with each other as well as snuggles on the couch. They were very well settled while we were there and a delight to look after. Christina and Davis are friendly welcoming hosts, we enjoyed staying with them the night before they left and the wonderful dinner Christina made. Their house is very comfortable, with a fabulous guest room and bathroom for sitters and well equipped kitchen. The lawns and pool were easy to care for and we were left clear instructions for everything we needed. Highly recommend this sit , and would love to come back. Thanks again for having us 😊

We feel so blessed and grateful to have met Joanna and James and their two amazing dogs Hector and Maple. It is always such a joy to arrive at an assignment and find it exactly as described: a lovely, spotlessly clean home in a quiet, residential area. Joanna and James are wonderful hosts who were great with communication before, during and after our stay. They welcomed us at their house and helped us recommending places to go and also introduced us to their neighbour. A very good welcoming folder was made with all the information we needed about the house and Hector and Maple, but also suggestions for things to see and do. Joanna and James went to great lengths to ensure we were comfortable, which we appreciated very much. It was an absolute pleasure for us to care for Hector and Maple, both treasured family members. They are such adorable characters that love nothing more than human company. Wherever you are, they will join you. Hector is the friendly laidback one who will love whoever feeds him. Maple is very sensitive and somewhat anxious. Both very handsome, clever and well behaved. Trier is amazing and an absolute dogs paradise. Dogs are allowed almost everywhere. We were happy to be able to spend nearly all our time with Hector and Maple, who are great companion for long walks, picnics in the forest (only a 10 minutes stroll away) and spending time at home. While we were reading, writing, listen to music or watching a movie, they would come to sit or sleep next to us, always ready for some tickles and cuddles. Thank you Joanna and James for letting us be part of your team! :) We enjoyed the stay! It’s a real privilege taking care of your gorgeous sweethearts in your beautifully appointed and situated home. We have taken away so many fond memories and can not thank you enough for choosing us to house sit for you. We thoroughly recommend this sit and hope to return.
It was such a pleasure to meet those two! Asya is the cutest ever. It took her about 10 minute to warm up and cuddle with me. Chatty & friendly she’ll express her frustration when her “hints” that she’s nearly starving are not understood. And then, when the miracle happens, and she hears the feeding machine - what a run. What a joy. And then a nap. Few hours long nap. She’ll sleep with her guest and will cuddle. So sweet! Veronika is a great host, super organised & tidy (as a host myself I took on several ideas) the communication and information provided are great and she’ll make sure you feel at home. The flat is perfect - very characteristic, lots of daylight, the area is chill, lots of shops & public transportation options. Recommend to book your long distance train to/from “Berlin Südkreuz” - only 20 min. walk to the flat.

Daisy has recently returned from one of her many stays with Hendrix Teal Dog Boarding over the past year. After the initial ‘sniffing session’ each time she is always very keen to get out of the car and eager to play- never worried about us leaving her. Col & Sara always look after her so well and we receive both picture and video updates during her stay. They also look for where they can train her whilst she is with them and offer their advice and tips. Daisy is always shattered when we collect her, something rarely achieved with a working sprocker! There really isn’t anyone else we would trust even half as much to look after Daisy when we go away and we can not recommend them highly enough.
We LOVE Hendrix Teal Dog Boarding. I almost don’t want to leave a review as they’re so good you want to keep them all to yourself. We have a 3yr old corgi who is either fairly chill or an absolute lunatic & he loved his stay here. Col and Sara are so friendly, so knowledgeable & utterly brilliant with dogs. We are very particular with our dog - what dog owner isn’t - & we trust these guys implicitly. Will happily use them again & again & again. The updates are fantastic and our dog was not fussed when we came to pick him up, he’d probably still happily be hogging the sofa if he could. Thank you so, so much for the love, care and attention you gave our dog.
We left our next puppy at Hendrix Teal when we visited Norfolk for a wedding. We were a little apprehensive as we hadn’t left her with anybody before, but Col & Sara did a great job of putting us at ease. They have a great space for it and the other couple of dogs they had looked really happy. They shared photos and videos of my puppy throughout her stay and she looked to be having a great time. I’ll definitely use them again when in the area!
Our greyhound has just had a wonderful stay at Hendrix Teal. We couldn’t be happier leaving him, knowing he is in a lovely environment with equally as lovely people who care so much about dogs. We are just so happy knowing we’ve found a safe space for our beautiful boy where he’ll have a fuss made of him and we get regular updates of his adventures.
We picked Luna up yesterday after her 10 day holiday with Sara and Col. She is like a completely different puppy, she is SO confident, walking nicely on a lead, not glued to our sides, she even wanted to play with a couple of dogs that were over the field. They didn’t want to play with her but she wanted to play with them and wasn’t scared of them like she normally is. It’s lovely. Thank you so much. Staying with you has helped her come out of her shell 🥰.
Sara and Col are such an incredible duo. So knowledgeable and caring. They put the dogs in their care as their number 1 priority and always ensure that the client leaves safe with the knowledge that their dog will have the best time! The fact that they run their business in the memory of their recently passed dogs is so heartwarming, and shows the amount of authenticity around their practices. We would have no hesitation in recommending Hendrix Teal and no hesitation in using their boarding services again. Rocky had a fantastic time, and Sara and Col kept in touch throughout his stay. Colin and Sarah were amazing and I would highly recommend them! They had our vizsla for the weekend and she had the time of her life! We were kept updated with lots of videos of her happy and playing and our on long walks and they spend time with the dogs in the evening so it’s a real home environment. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone and we will definitely book again, you can tell how much Sarah and Colin really love and pay attention to the dogs in their care.
Izzy our cavapoo has just come back from her first proper stay at Hendrix teal boarding. Sara and Colin put our minds completely at ease for her stay with them. They kept us updated with regular photos and videos which meant we could relax on holiday knowing she was being taken care of in an environment similar to home. I can see from the photos that Izzy made herself at home there. Izzy will definitely be returning for a stay for our next trip away.
Hendrix Teal cared for our 2yr old labrador extremely well for a week. They were very responsive to messages and sent daily pup updates which not only put my mind at ease but showed what a fantastic time he was having with them! I would unreservedly recommend them to everyone and will be using them again in the future.
Tracy and her husband took care of my cat for 5 days, and he absolutely loved them! He normally doesn’t like strangers, but he seemed to warm up to Tracy from the first day, and he was very happy to see her every day! It definitely allowed me to relax knowing he was being taken care with such great care!
Tracy looked after my cat and rabbits while we were away for 10 days. It was not ideal timing because we had builders there while we were away and my cat is very wary of strangers at the best of times. Although Tracy didn’t see my cat every day she reassured me that he had been coming in for food every night. She also did a brilliant temporary repair job for me when one of my rabbit homes developed a hole in the bottom of it. She kept in regular contact and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.
We have two female cats with very different personalities and like any pet owner, we are anxious that they are fed, watered and cared for while we are away. This was the first time that we have used Maccy G Pets service and we can report that we are very happy with the service. Tracy visited us to meet our cats before we travelled which was a nice touch. Tracy kept us updated with daily videos of her interactions with the cats and when we returned all was well with them and our home. Thank you for the care. We would happily recommend their service.
We could not be happier with the service provided at such short notice. Our two elderly cats absolutely love Tracy. Sadie, our eldest at 18 with failing kidneys is a hard nut to crack and very hard to please but the daily photos showed us that she was very happy in Tracy's company, along with Jinx, who has suffered with separation anxiety previously. She took the time to come and visit and introduce herself to the cats prior to starting to care for them. We have booked again as they have been so well looked after.
Having Tracy to look after our Maine Coon kittens for a week meant that we could go on holiday without worrying about them. We had daily video updates to show all the strokes and attention they were getting! And they were bright eyed and bushy tailed happy kitties when we got home :) We would recommend Maccy G Pets without hesitation!
It was the first time we used Maccy G and they were fantastic We went away for a week and Diane was absolutely wonderful. Our cat Archie is very shy but Diane was so patient and managed to help him overcome his shyness and I could see from the photos she sent that he looked so happy and content. It took away all our worries about leaving him. They are wonderful and we will always ask them to look after Archie when we go away. We really would recommend them. 😀
Tracy is a very experienced and trustworthy person who has a real gift/talent in looking after pets. Everything from pre-visit to regular updates whilst on holiday was brilliant. The pets were extremely well cared for and we didn’t have to worry at all whilst away. We would highly recommend this pet sitting service.
We booked Tracey to come twice a day for 5 days, to feed our 2 cats, while we were away. She came to visit before hand and meet them, the paperwork was quick and easy to complete and as she'd already looked after other family member's pets, we didn't have any concerns about the care she'd provide. She wanted to keep their routines as similar to normal as possible and was happy to spend time with them on her visits, brush them, play with them etc. Turns out, as our cats are total wimps, they didn't want to spend much time getting to know her, but Tracey made sure we knew they were safe by contacting us with photos or video of them when she popped in. Although this is her business and it would potentially reduce her profit, Tracey offered to cut back from two to one visit per day, due the cats having access to inside and outside space and eating dried food. We did take her up on this and saved ourselves a few pounds - thanks Tracey. Our cats, Percy and Archie, would not have coped well in a cattery, so this was a great option. Although they were probably a little miffed with us going away, they were both fed and watered and happy to see us in our return. Photo of Archie who was pretty illusive while we were away.
Had a fabulous experience with Tracy looking after my two turtles. You can tell she cares greatly about keeping animals safe, happy and healthy and wants to learn about their personalities. I felt super comfortable leaving my turtles in her care, she sent me daily updates with photos which really put my mind at ease while I was away! 💚 Cheap and friendly service that I will be using again!

I have had my rescue cats 10 years and given up going away for any longer than 36 hours. Anna and her team changed this for us. We have just enjoyed 5 days away with our son and felt totally relaxed knowing Elisa, who is so calm and gentle, was looking after them brilliantly, sending us videos and making friends with both of them. Elisa even made friends with the really nervous one from day 1 ! Outstanding service, has changed our lives. We can now look forward to going places, knowing they will be so well cared for. I can tell how good they all are as my boy is soo excited when he sees any of the team I have to drag him away! If you see them out, all of the dogs are happy and are having fun and the team are so friendly and accommodating, I highly recommend them.

A massive thank you to Anna and her team for the patience and care they provided our cats with while we were away. We were very skeptical having never had to use a service like this but would use these guys again without question. I felt so comfortable with them, knowing my two were okay and the house was safe. We have one very shy timid girl and the love they showed her was second to none. Getting photos and videos too was just amazing. I swear the house was cleaner when we came back 😌 thank you guys. We would not have been able to go away on our adventure of a lifetime if it wasn’t for you! X
Stan and Fifi had a short 3 night 4 day stay and I couldn’t be more complimentary about the whole place!! Fifi has her issues and can be defensive after being attacked but they dealt with her perfectly!! The girls we dealt with were brilliant and so caring!! They came home in great shape!! Many thanks for a happy dog family! We won’t be using any other kennels from now on that’s for sure!
I’ve used both Noosabay and Bondi for my dog, we tend to use Bondi more because it’s closer to our home, but have had the same experience at their sister site. When we get close to Bondi my dog gets excited and practically drags me across the carpark for hand over. He loves it there! I worry a lot because my dog is quite hyper and whilst he is very friendly he can be a bit much, and I don’t want him to be a pain, and whilst I’m sure the lovely ladies at Bondi do find him hard work, they have never said so, and are always really reassuring and kind about Frank. I’ve even come home with his bed freshly washed! So thank you very much everyone at Bondi, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else, and it’s so lovely to be able to go away knowing that my dog is so happy to go to the kennels.
Took my Dozer here for a 1 night stay as a trial. These ladies are fantastic. It’s really like letting go of your child for a night but they reassured me and unsurprisingly he was absolutely fine when I picked him up the next day. I now know I can book him in again and be happy that he’s happy! Quick to answer the phone and to reply to emails. Website for online booking is easy to navigate and easy to book & pay online.
Once again our boys have been well looked after and where happy to be at Bondi. Great to know their safe and happy when we are away
We left our dog at Bondi for 1 night and he was traumatised when we collected him. Stiff rigid not eating or sleeping and very upset. I tried to call to see if everything had been okay but as usual there was no one to speak to. We paid for him to have an extra walk but not sure if he got that. We won't be leaving him there again sadly
Having just moved to this area found it so hard to find kennels available for my dog Archie - Bondi took him for me and he lived it there. Such a great place, so clean and the staff love the pets. We will be taking Archie back.
We were given the option when putting the booking form through of PM pickup for Sunday- booking was confirmed and no one queried the pickup or thought to get in touch to say that they do not actually offer Sunday pm pickup, until I had paid and then on email receipt it says Sunday opening of an hour early morning. As this was last minute and a stressful time I missed this on the email (my mistake here as it did clearly say) we only realised when we dropped off the dog that there wasn’t an option to pick up Sunday pm- unless we agreed to pay £80! We managed to book the dog in somewhere else, with one to one care for two days for £20 less than the proposed fee! Promised a call from the manager to discuss as we would like to at least partially refunded as we feel this is a joint mistake- ours for missing the info, but also Bondi for accepting the booking where it clearly shows PM pickup, without asking questions. Very quick to take money. My decision to remove the dog from the kennels and find an alternative was also made easier as whilst in the car working out what to do I witnessed a staff member trap our dog in the gate as they went to the back, easy to do when carrying lots of stuff, but seeing her then yank the dog through in what appeared to be frustration was not nice to see.
Just wanting to say Than you to all the staff who looked after Lou for the last 8 years when we went on holiday, they showed great care for Lou for all those years but sadly Lou passed away on Friday 26th May, he will be deeply missed.

We were looking for a trusted pet boarding place for our nervous dog Pixie and we were so happy when we fund Mutlins because it was exactly what we needed: a family business that cared for the dogs and looked after them as if they were their own. They also don't take too many dogs at once which was reassuring because our dog is nervous would feel overwhelmed with so many other dogs around. Sarah and her team looked after Pixie so well that welt her stay there again. Thank you Sarah and team!
I want to express my deepest gratitude to Sarah and the team at Mutlins Luxury Dog Boarding for taking such excellent care of our border collie on very short notice. Sarah kindly accommodated us for a trial night and then a two-week holiday, making sure our fur baby was in good hands while we were away. She was always responsive, friendly, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. Our dog had a fantastic time with Sarah, Georgie, and their wonderful assistant and groomer (my apologies for not catching her name). As a border collie, he needs plenty of exercise, and he certainly got that and more at Mutlins. He was well looked after, and it was clear he was treated like a member of their family. Looking after other people's dogs is no easy task—it's stressful, tiring, and comes with great responsibility. I am so thankful to Mutlins for offering such a high level of care, allowing me to take an urgent trip without any worries about our dog.
I have known Sarah for many years, I have seen first hand how well she looks after her dogs and other dogs she looks after. Her care is second to none, and I would have no problems with Mutlins looking after my dogs. Ignore the spiteful, fake and negative reviews, they simply aren't true. She looks after the dogs to a very high standard.
Don't usually give reviews, but Sarah's Mutlins Boarding bailed me out last year and returned many times. I had to return offshore early and the usual family members who would look after my dogs were on holiday. Viewed local kennels, and wasn't happy that they used the standard outside kennel runs and knew my dogs would get stressed being in that environment. A mate recommended Mutlins telling me Sarah keeps and sleeps the boarding dogs in her house, I reassured Sarah my dogs are house trained and do the Do!! outside and wouldn't chew things either. On my return, Sarah told me the dogs settled into the new environment and behaved well. Sarah sent me daily pictures and videos and when I lost my mobile signal she went out of her way, to email me pics and vids, which put me at ease. I've used Mutlins three more times in 2022 and am now booked in at end of the month. Recommend Sarah's hard work and dedication to her dogs and borders to friends and family and they all agreed and thanked me for that. 11 out of 10
I needed somewhere for my jack russell Chelsea to stay while on a work trip. I was really impressed by all that Mutlins had to offer and my dog was at home with Sarah and all of the team. Would definitely use Mutlins again and I know Chelsea would love to return. Thank you again!
I don’t normally like to give bad reviews but I want other people to be informed about this service. I boarded my 3 dogs there a couple of weeks ago and did not have a good experience. To be fair they took the dogs in at short notice but the whole experience was awful They say on their website that they are not kennels- yet there are kennels attached to the house.This is very noisy and inside the house there was quite a few dogs (over 6) with crates lining one wall. Amiee has been lovely but from the moment I arrived I found Sarah to be hostile and not welcoming at all. No updates were given or photos sent- I had to message them each day to see how things were going and only received negative comments back. My dogs were apparently howling a lot and kept them awake at night and I apologised for this and felt awful. The noise levels outside would not have helped and they did not cope well in the environment at all. When I got back to London Marleys medications were still in the sealed envelope I had given them- he had not been given one dose- despite me filling in their very detailed online booking form with all instructions for each dog. Luckily it wasnt medication for a serious health condition. I also noticed that one of the vaccination records was missing- I called and was told this would be posted to me. It never arrived - so I rang Sarah to ask about this and she really couldn’t care less- said ‘can’t you get your vet to print one out, it’s quite simple’- in a really condescending manner. They say they are 5 stars and had a recent inspection but the customer service is not 5 star at all. I would never use them ever again.
Sarah was very friendly and helpful, even with the extra day requested. Wilma ( our dog ) was very happy when dropped her off and when we collected her. I would highly recommend mutlins.
My beautiful Honey who spent a wonderful first weekend at Mutlins where the staff were so kind and understanding of her nervousness and anxieties and despite being frightened of men, she snuggled up to George on the sofa - a huge stride forward for her 🥰 I certainly intend to use Mutlins in the future, I can’t recommend them highly enough. Honey tells me she is “no mates” and sulked 🤣🤣🤣 Bless her she obviously enjoyed herself 🎉 Michelle 😘🤗🐕
Both our dogs stayed with Sarah, Aimee and their amazing team for the first time these past 2.5 weeks. They immediately helped us out last minute when we had to go on a business trip abroad. We cannot mention often enough what great care, lots of love & pampering our dogs received from them during this period. Daily updates (photos and videos) were sent to us with written notes. Sarah, Aimee & team are most helpful, very pleasant, and also very knowledgeable. This is for us the only boarding hotel to bring our dogs to from now on, for sure!! We can strongly recommend this luxury dog boarding hotel to whoever looks for a safe and loving place for their pets. ❤️
I would like to start this review by dispelling any assertion that I am a personal friend of Sarah. I am not and I have only lived in Norfolk for a few months. Having moved here and in starting a new job I found myself in need of doggy day care something I had up to now avoided on account of a horrendous experience when our dog was 6 months old and at his first and only day at doggy day care in Kent they lost him (thankfully he was found after a terrifying few hours). I was absolutely not going to leave our dog with anyone but on meeting Sarah and seeing how much she loved and cared for her own dogs I had a good feeling that our dog would be in safe hands and I have absolutely not been disappointed. He has been several times (days and nights) over the past few months and is always super excited to get inside when we arrive greeting Sarah with so much love and affection. Yes her dogs bark when a car pulls up but they soon go quiet and they certainly have not barked continuously when I have been there. Sarah does have large pens which I assume her overnighting dogs stay in but they are ample size even for a large dog and reassure me that our dog is safe from harm or mischief at night. The garden is large and safe and our dog loves that freedom of being able to go inside and out. I have seen Sarah first hand looking after one of her breeding dogs as she had her puppies and she reminded me of my amazing midwife when I was having my son, I simply can’t believe someone would say what they have about her dogs with absolutely nothing to back up such slanderous statements. I would also like to comment on the word luxury, if you want bells and whistles with agility courses and gold plated bowls then maybe you will be disappointed but for me luxury is the fact that for our dog gets the same love, care, cuddles and attention as he does at home. He is safe and not with crowds of other dogs and I trust Sarah. I simply wouldn’t send him anywhere else.
We went to Sophia at Petstay Norfolk to find a holiday home for our little dog Beryl. Sophia was incredibly professional whilst also bring thoughtful and considerate, knowing we'd never left our dog with anyone before. Beryl stayed with Sophia and her family, including her own dog Mary and had an amazing time. We didn't have any concerns, we got daily updates on what they'd all been doing and Beryl is nagging us to stay with Mary again! It was a great experience for all of us and one I can't recommend highly enough
Recently used Petstay & very disappointed.i was reassured that there was a lot of repeat paperwork to complete & a telephone conversation took place to ensure that the correct carers are found for your dog & received this reassurance in an email. I have a springer &, as any responsible dog owner would know, they need a lot of exercise, so finding the correct carer was important to me. I was very thorough to what I was looking for including allowing dog in the bedroom, not to be left for long periods, eating & walking routine on the form and in our telephone conversation. I was happy, for the extortionate fee I paid, that Petstay would do their job & found the carer for me to meet my dogs requirements. I went ahead with the meet, which I followed up with my own sheet outlining my dogs care, booked two separate 2 weeks dates with the carers. I then received continuous emails asking to complete the booking form & pay my deposit. As nothing was raised by our carers or by Petstay regarding her exercise I assumed that this was no problem & that two to three walks, one first thing in the morning to do her business, one lunchtime & one late afternoon would be carried out each day for 3/4 hour, which is what she was used to, with ball play in between However I became concerned after the first couple of days I left my dog with the carers when I received a message a few days later at 11.00 saying they hadn’t taken her out as it was raining. The update followed that they managed to get her out at. 2 when the rain had stopped.& no ball play due to the rain so she had only one walk. I had feedback following day that she was walked once late morning, I got further feedback that due to the rain they took her for one quick walk & these updates continued outlining just one walk even on better weather days. I didn’t want my dog to be embroiled in me being unhappy with her care & further suffering, I contacted Petstay to ask her to look for another care for my second lot of holidays I had booked as I was unhappy on the amount of exercise she was getting. I asked her not to say anything to the carers as I didn’t want them to take it out on my dog or not tell me the truth.Petstay came back midday the following day, so no urgency in dealing with my concerns, it was agreed that she would send a general email around to her carers about the necessity of exercise, so was hoping that would be the end of it However I got an email later that day saying “in their defence”, so now obviously defending the carer for not providing the adequate exercise, “it is really atrocious here at the moment and I don’t think your dog is suffering from having less activity for a few days” I was absolutely astounded that she thinks that because we have a bit of rain all dogs stop being exercised. I appreciate that some pampered pooches would bolt at being taken out in the rain but, as any responsible dog owner would know, a springer loves the wetter & muddier they get the better. When I am paying for a service I expect the dog to come first. ‘Bad weather is only bad if you are not dressed appropriately’ and this should not jeopardise the care & exercise of a dog. I chose to ignore this email just hoping the email she was supposed to send will rectify the problem, which in fact didn’t as exercise didn’t increase even in the better weather. I then got yet another email the following day from Petstay, whilst trying to enjoy my holiday, saying “having thought I wonder if Petstay is the best option for my dog in the long run” & then started going on that “it sounds like I feel that my dog needs a lot of off lead walk” deflecting from the main issue of her not being taken out. I have used boarders for the last 10 years for about 8 to 10 weeks a year & would be horrified if she was walked off lead It is quite apparent that the welfare of the dogs takes second priority to the carers getting a bit wet and this will not be highlighted until you have paid your money. Under the circumstances i would not use or recommend Petstay
It was our first time using Pet-Stay. The booking and pre-meet arrangements went really well and the Covid protocols were carefully observed. Janet and Arthur in Norfolk were great hosts with Jasper and Alfie, our cocker and labrador. They were helpful and friendly, are obviously very kind, and our dogs came back happy and in good health. Jasper is very elderly and they looked after his care requirements extremely well. They also sent photos while we were away. We are looking forward to our next trip in the autumn.
We have used Petstay Norfolk for a number of years and been very pleased. Unfortunately our usual carer has now retired. However, Sophia introduced us to Margaret and Kevin just outside Norwich and after a visit with them we signed up for 2 weeks in November. Whilst we were away we were sent regular bulletins and photos. Willow was obviously having a wonderful time and she was in no hurry to come home. We would not hesitate to recommend Petstay and Margaret and Kevin to anyone. Thank you all for the peace of mind you provided whilst we were on holiday.
I have never had a problem with this company but Sophia did not need to be sarcastic on the phone, and laugh when I ask for help I did not appreciate that at all! Was even arguing when the customer is concerned ! Please bare that in mind when using this lady. Not very good customer service.

My dogs didn’t want to leave! I left my dogs here for a week and I can’t thank them enough. They were amazing with communication, photos and so much more! I always get nervous leaving my dogs at kennels but I would definitely take them here again. They came home smelling amazing and clean! I could tell they’d had a lovely time, I felt safe leaving them in their capable hands. I can’t praise this kennel enough.
We had Dexter here for 4 nights and he’s a nervous dog and has a bit of anxiety when leaving us, but we was so so happy with how he was when we collected him! The two women we met dropping him off and then collecting him they was so lovely and friendly , we felt at ease with Dexter being here, we have already booked him in 3 times for next year and they was pleased to take our booking without any moaning! We will not be leaving Dexter anywhere else than here from now on! Thank you Daniel and Nichola
My two year old spaniel had his first stay at these kennels at the end of May/start of June and came home happy and smelling lovely. The owner is very helpful and answered all queries I had prior to booking him in. He is already booked in for his next holiday with them :-)
Just collected my dogs from Andrews Holiday Inn and I thoroughly recommend this kennel. I was very nervous about putting them into kennels for the first time, as they are spoilt doggy’s. Andrews holiday inn was very reassuring, no question was a problem for them and I felt confident I was leaving them in a nice place. They were very relaxed and happy to follow my dogs usual routine with feeding etc. I was also able to take all the toys and comfort items my dogs needed. I was nervous about how the dogs would be on pick up, having never been away before, but they seem absolutely fine, they look happy and healthy and have settled back down again straight away. Very pleased with the service received at the kennels, staff were friendly and everything was clean and homely. I’m delighted that we now have this option for when we next need to go away.
They took great care of our pooch, she had lots of walks and cuddles. When our flight was delayed getting back from holiday it was no problem for them to look after our dog for another night. Would highly recommend and will use again.

My dogs have been there several times and I am very impressed with how well the kennels are run by the three sisters. The dogs are always happy to go in I wouldn't take them anywhere else

Having just collected my 2 dogs from 10 days boarding at Andrews Holiday Inn I am more than impressed with how my boys have been looked after. They even have a groomer on site. The staff are very professional and caring. Will definitely use these kennels again.
From start to finish we were really impressed. Having only used home boarding previously I was a bit apprehensive about using a kennels but the experience has been great. We boarded our golden retriever for 2 weeks. The kennels are clean and well ventilated with lovely comfy beds and rugs. We were encouraged to bring toys, chews and blankets to make it feel like home. There is a radio playing and the dogs are so well looked after with plenty of exercise including lead walks. All the girls we met through viewing and dropping off/collecting were so lovely and clearly love working with the dogs. When we collected ours after our holiday she was very relaxed and happy. Her coat was shiny and she didn’t seem particularly keen to leave! I would highly recommend this kennels.
Julie has looked after my dogs once a week for over 8 years. She is really caring and knows and understands my dogs individual idiosyncrasies! She provides excellent value for money, is flexible with my shift changes and always there when needed. My dogs have stayed overnight on some occasions and it is so reassuring to know they are being cared for by Julie in her caring home environment.
Julie has looked after our Labrador since she was 12 Weeks old, taking great care of her 3 days a week whilst we were working, now retired our Lab still stays with Julie on odd occasions. We would not put her anywhere else, as Julie treats her like a family member. Our Lab has stayed with Julie whilst we were working and when we have travelled abroad, being with other dogs in her home, has I believe greatly improved her socially with other dogs.
Have been using Dogs Vacation for a number of years now for long stays & shorts stays. Our two Labs love Julie & her place. As soon as we pull up in the drive way they know where they are & cant wait to see her and all the other dogs that Julie looks after. While we are away Julie keeps in contact & sends us whats app pictures & videos of our two labs having fun or just sleeping after a busy day. My Jack Russel has recently stayed with Julie for our annual 2 week summer holiday. This was the 1st time he’s been away this long so naturally I was a little worried. Julie put my mind at rest with sending regular pictures & updates on how he was & what he’d been up too. Julie is a lovely person, with plenty of dog knowledge & I left feeling confident that he was in very safe hands.
Julie regularly looks after my dogs. She is incredibly caring with the best interests of the dogs in her care at all times. They love going to Julie's and I can see they are having great fun by the photos she sends me. I trust Julie implicitly with my gorgeous boys and wouldn't want them going anywhere else.
Julie has been looking after Pepper, our Labradoodle when we go on holiday for the last 4 years. We have always been very confident that Pepper is well looked after, we get regular update and photos of her playing in the garden with the other dogs and she is always tired and happy when we pick her up. Couldn't ask for more for your dog.
Skip our lively labradoodle has been holidaying with Julie for 13 years. She's always excited to see her and comes home looking very smart after an expert groom. Julie is a thoughtful and caring host and we have complete faith in her. Highly recommended.
We were lucky to find Julie over 10 years ago for our terrier Roxy and have benefitted from her professional, passionate and personal care ever since, both with her and another of her hosts when she was full. She now looks after Roxy and her daughter Coco and my mum’s saluki Tessy regularly and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending her. She is good value for a proper home experience for the dogs, regular exercise, cuddles and medication administration when needed, so our minds are at rest when we are away, especially for Mum who’s Tessy is of a nervous nature. Julie is friendly, efficient and very knowledgable and the quality of her care is excellent.
Alfie has been to Julie since we adopted him 10 yrs ago. He loves going to see her and play with the other dogs. Home from home, loads of affection, walks in the country, lovely garden to play in and competitive prices. Alfie also has regular baths at Julie's and comes home happy and smart. Would not go anywhere else.
My 7 year old dog has been going to Julie's since a puppy. He is always well cared for and I go on holiday knowing he is in safe hands. I especially like the fact he is in a home environment rather than a kennels.

My dog stayed here Friday-Monday. A lovely, hygienic place, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Upon booking him in the lady arranged for me to view the kennels first, which I did and the gentleman (sorry I forget there names!) Showed me around and made sure our dog had the correct vaccinations so that when we dropped our dog off we would be ready to go. He explained the days routine and upon collection brought my happy dog out to me and spoke to me about his time with them. Very pleased and will definitely use in future. :-)
Our dog Lily was under their care for 6 days, although I wasn't happy to leave her as she us a rescue dog and obviously spent a lot of time in kennels, but she went off happily, which again upset me, I phoned after a couple of days to see how she was getting on and told "she us partaking in activities" by which I assume was being nosey. She eat her food, therefore she was obviously happy. Whilst sorting out forms etc. I noticed one thing, there was no doggy smell everything was very clean and they were very efficient. I will definitely use again if and when the need arises, I would whole heartedly recommend Charlou, they have very high standards, and above all they are 'doggy people'

Run by a lovely couple who could not be more helpful. They love animals and are really attentive to how well our pets are looked after. Can handle vet visits, groomer visits, special diets and making sure animals get their drugs if needed. Have been a customer for years.
Dee and Pete love animals and are very caring of our 16 year old dog. She can be a challenge for people but they always come up to the mark. She had been a visitor for 14 years, would highly recommend.
My rescue cat,Cous Cous, was very contented and well cared for here - we were away for 2 weeks and Lianne was really sweet to her when she was stressed by our absence. Heartfelt thanks - meant we could relax on holiday - would definitely recommend and hope to use Charlou's services in the future.

Great place to take your🐶/🐶s, they are very good and they take very good care with them. You might even have your 💩 ch photographed for inside their grooming shop and your dog/s will get a free silk bow tie or something else if they become regular's. Excellent. Claire and (sorry can't remember other young ladies name) very good with doggies. Wash dry comb all loose fur out. And my dog has a LOT!! Claire is a natural. Doesn't stand any nonsense! My dog can be contrary! Also clip their nails and brush teeth now by ultrasound. Very good. Parking outside. Bit in the countryside but good for people in the surrounding areas

Very happy with my little Sandra’s new “do”.. Arrived half an hr late but received a full and thorough consultation- and she came out looking FABULOUS! Have found finding a good groomer is trickier than you would imagine- Sandra will now be a regular with Claire!
These ladies do such a wonderful job. Our 14 year old cockapoo isn’t the biggest fan of a bath, let alone a groom ( discovered this in lockdown!!) she happily trots in, comes out smelling delicious and always looks even more beautiful after visiting. In her old age she’s come to dislike other dogs, there’s a separate space where she can wait, away from other dogs, which reassures us as owners.
Been using Claire’s since she was mobile. She was so good that I still drive half an hour to the salon as I didn’t want to go elsewhere. Trusted her with my blind dog. He was very tricky. Love that we’ve become friends over the years. Jaie is amazing too. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I have been taking my Cocker Spaniel to Claire for 5 years since he was a puppy, I would never take him anywhere else. I trust Claire and Jaie completely with my precious boy. He loves them so much and gets really excited when we pull into the driveway. They are friendly, professional, very skilled and clearly adore dogs, in fact Jaie says she has the best job in the world! Bruno and I highly recommend this salon!
Lolly loves having her groom at Claire's, someone has to fix the bar haircuts that mummy does . Claire and Jaie do a fab job, really pleased with the results. Nice and clean doggy, she came home smelling of cologne. What more could you wish for??
