This is a great sit! I have watched Roxy, Gryffin, and the newest addition Lenny several times and I love coming back to take care of them. Lenny is very lovable and still in kitten mode so he will enjoy some attention before napping wherever he can. Roxy is very well trained and loves to lay with you every chance she can. Definitely will want a small place on the bed with you but will move with little complaints. Gryffin is indoor and allowed out in the fenced in back yard. Gryffin may not always want attention since Lenny and Roxy crave so much but is very friendly and will come over for pets often when there is a chance. The house is always clean and Eva is a great host. Whenever there has been an issue she has been able to communicate on a timely manner to help figure out the next steps. As long as I am not already booked, I will always accept a sit here. If only so I can spend some time with this great little family of fur.
Really enjoyed looking after George in his beautiful home and garden! Clare was so warm and welcoming making everything easy. It was a last minute stay but Clare made herself free beforehand to meet and go through things before her trip, she also kept communication open throughout. Clare's home is very clean and cosy, the guest room really comfortable whilst the garden the perfect backdrop to the summer evenings. George Pickle, although a little shy at first became quite the character, enjoying a good cuddle on the sofa and would sit with us on our blanket in the garden in the evenings. I can not recommend this stay enough, especially if you are looking for a peaceful place where you can feel at home.
I sit because I enjoy staying in new areas and spending time with loving pets. Elyse’s sit gave me exactly what I was looking for with new adventure in an area of the city I’d never explored before, and of course lots of love from her puppy Piper. Overall she was a great host in being very communicative and her place is nice and cozy, especially with all of her natural light and plants. Her young pup Piper has energy, but it’s the best kind, playful and loving energy. She actually gets a lot of the energy out by playing with herself so easy compared to a lot of other pups her age. Also her place was easy to navigate into the city with an express train being close by. If you get a chance to sit for Elyse and get some love from Piper, I highly recommend it!
Mavis and Baby are sweet pups who love to play and seemed to adjust easily to my presence. It was a pleasure to take care of them! Alex is a thoughtful host who checked on my needs and even left a little gift bag! Her home is well stocked and organized and you will have everything you need. The guest bed was very comfy and the room has a view of the Sandia mountains. There are tons of restaurants and takeout places nearby, some within walking distance. The park is only steps away and it’s an easy drive to hiking in the foothills and other attractions. Thanks for a great experience!
Isabel and Alex were terrific hosts, they welcomed us into their home and made us feel very welcome. Arlo is a lovely dog and lots of fun to be around, he listens well and is very relaxed indoors. Isabel and Alex left great instructions along with contacts of friends, vets and things to do in the area. Would be great to stay there again!
We had a lovely time housesitting for Marissa & Michael. Giles is an absolute sweetheart, and we enjoyed taking him on walks and playing fetch with his favorite ball. The chickens were also a fun flock to look after. Marissa and Michael were kind to give us a guide that has all the information we need to take care of their home with ease. They were very warm and welcoming hosts. Thank you for trusting your lovely home and fur & feathered friends with us ❤️
