It felt very safe and reassuring to leave Dylan and our house in Ju-Ju‘s care. Communication was excellent with detailed daily updates and photos. We came back to a very happy dog and immaculate house. We would highly recommend Ju-Ju.

Tim and Jeannene did a fantastic job for us. They happened to be in our area well before our sit, so they came by to get to know us and the fur babies in advance. They were very communicative before and during the stay, which was awesome. We were on a cruise so we had no text or cell service, but they both sent updates via email - even including some pictures. Our dog loved getting his walks every day, and Whiskey (the dog) and the cats were very happy and well adjusted when we got home. The house was so tidy when we returned and not having to make the bed after a long trip home was icing on the cake. I would 1000% recommend them for a sit, and I would 1000% have them back to sit for us in the future.

Susan was a charming self sufficient American it was a pleasure to have looking after Coco and our house. She really enjoyed exploring our area as well as being around for Coco

Amanda house and cat sitted for us for two weeks over the holidays and we would highly recommend her. She’s friendly, has excellent communication and left our cats and house both healthy and happy. She went above and beyond navigating the arrival of holiday packages we didn’t anticipate as well as misdelivered ones intended for our next door neighbors. Would recommend 10/10!

Carrie arrived on time and immediately connected with our two dogs. She took excellent care of the dogs. They went on walks around the neighborhood. She communicated with us every day, sent pictures, and left the house spotless. Highly recommend her.

Naghmeh watched our house and senior Siamese cat for a week over New Years! We met over video chat and we got a great feeling immediately. She was very communicative, sent regular photos and videos, and left the house very clean and tidy. Will definitely reach out for future sits. Thank you!!

Tori was an amazing sitter for our dog and our home. They were super communicative before and during the sit. Even when we had a last minute change to our plans, they rolled with the change and were very flexible as we worked out a new plan. Throughout the sit, Tori sent photo & text updates on our beloved dog which we looked forward to everyday and we got the sense they really bonded, which made us feel so much better about being gone! Tori also has a lot of dog experience, which was clear in the kinds of updates that they sent us. Tori also left the house in just as clean shape as they arrived and were clearly very respectful of our space and our shared building. 100% recommend!

We had almost decided on another housesitter for a recent family vacation when we got a message from Liz, who travels with her dog Buster. Our dogs love other dogs and we thought the addition of a play pal would really help ease any anxiety they had in our absence, even though there’s always a little concern with adding another dog in the mix we decided it was worth a shot and boy did it work out swimmingly! We have always felt that our dogs have been well taken care of with TH, but this is the first time we’ve been away and had daily professional photographic documentation that they were also having mega FUN in our absence! Liz took all the pups out on 3mi minimum hikes every day and facilitated a ton of play and cuddle time at home. I think our girls both fell in love with sweet Buster, he’s 11 so totally mellow and even keeled- he got along perfectly with both Reaux who loves to rough house and Cece who is a lot more mellow. His stint here may help me convince my husband we need another dog! It was a real treat for us to get to travel without any of the usual anxiety that the dogs weren’t getting enough exercise or play time- we are pretty active and they are used to being tired/happy all the time so it’s usually our biggest concern. Liz took such great care of our home and property through two winter storms with several inches of snow, and successfully finished off a 30 course of antibiotics with both of our dogs. We had a little bit of a hectic exit from the house to leave for our trip and she was so sweet to even fold a load of laundry we had in the dryer and take care of a few other loose ends- really above and beyond! As usual with TH- our home was in gorgeous condition when we returned and we couldn’t be more grateful for the respect and attention paid. Thanks Liz for all the love you showed our dogs and our home! And especially for the incredible pics- they were such a treat. Wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend Liz and Buster to anyone looking for a great house sitter and dog buddy combo! We’re so thrilled with how well things went we will actively seek out other TH sitters traveling with their pets in the future. 10/10, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hope to see you guys again some time! Maya was great! So glad she took extra great care of my home and dog.

Joseph took care of our cat and house-sat for us for 2 weeks. In advance of our trip, we were able to do both a virtual and in-person meet and greet to ensure everyone felt comfortable and do a walk through of the house, which we really appreciated.While we were away, Joseph responded quickly to texts/any questions we sent and provided photo and text updates every 1-2 days. Upon our return, our cat seemed happy. Unfortunately, the day of our return, Joseph accidentally locked himself out of our house. He communicated with us and we were able to provide him access to a backup key. However, when we returned home about an hour and a quarter later, we were surprised to find that he was still there (he was supposed to have left much earlier in the day before we arrived home, and we knew he was running a little behind because of the lockout, but he didn’t tell us he would still be there when we walked in). He texted us that the house was clean and ready for us, but unfortunately the house was not clean and the cat litter boxes were quite smelly and appeared not to have been changed or scooped in many days. While we realize that getting locked out of the house created some delays in getting packed and tidying the house, we were upset to find the kitty litter in that state and for the clear disorganization, at least in the final day. We provided this feedback directly to Joseph and hope that this was a one-time experience. However, we would urge clear communication around any expectations for cleaning, communication, and care.

David and Dottie had a short stay with Nalah and did a great job. Nalah was happy and relaxed when I arrived home, my place was extra clean, and we had good communication throughout the stay.
