Ana is an absolute angel! She is a beautiful caretaker and our kitties really love her so much 💗 One of our girls unfortunately started to feel ill right before we left, but we were so lucky Ana was there to take such incredible care of her! 🥹💞 We arranged a visit to the vet, which Ana brought her to and she later administered a medication to our kitty. She gave us daily updates so we could see how things were progressing, and really helped us remain calm and at ease while we were away 🩵 Ana also made sure to give lots of attention to both kitties during the sit, even while keeping an extra eye on Delilah 😽💞😽 We knew they were in the best hands with Ana!! We’re so grateful for her loving attention and thoughtful caring, always 🌸💗 Gracias por todo! 🌊❤️
I was asked if They could come a night earlier for their convenience. I agreed and stayed up later than I would have to let Lewis in (he came on his own). He then was obviously ill and was up going to the toilet all night (5-6 times) turning on lights and keeping me awake when I needed to drive and tow a van for a big drive the next day. They used my bar of soap (special expensive soap for my skin condition) I had put away even though I provided shower gel for them. They also damaged my brand new cooktop by scratching it really badly while cleaning it. It’s not fixable. They also took my daughters pillow from my daughters room as an extra pillow even though I had closed both my door and my daughters before I left. They did not contact me at all while I was away for a week even though there had been a bad storm come through while we were away. I could have also told them where extra pillows were. Other than that I believe they watered the plants a few times and the house seemed clean and tidy when they left and sheets were washed and on the line when I arrived home.

Best pet resort in town. They have regular boarding or you can add day care for a nominal fee. We have used this location for years and we've tried other spots around town but have found that Liberty Pet Resort and Wellness takes care of our dog best when we are away on a trip. Prices are reasonable and location is great. 5 stars and two thumbs up!

I take Magnolia here for doggy daycare because she just loves being here so much!! The staff is so friendly and everyone loves her. They even sent me pictures of her with her friend that she plays with. It helps me with keeping her social and whenever I come pick her up she always is happy to see me but tries to run back in the back with them because she doesn’t want to leave! They also gave her a bath and she still smells so good. I recommend coming here especially if you have a new pup (Magnolia is 4 months) and we all know how much energy puppies have!!!
I had asked them to cut her nails and do anal gland cleaning. They did neither when they said they did. I had called to let them know that they didn’t and I wanted a refund. Never got a return phone call back. I would have gone back to them many times, but now they just lost a customer. I had to do a chargeback. Just beware that they don’t do everything that they say they will do. All this happened when I was boarding my dog and they had plenty of time to do those simple tasks. I just had to bring my dog to petsmart to get these things done and girl told me that her nails weren’t cut in a long time and her anal glands were full.
I have been taking my dog 4 to 5 times a week for almost a year now. they always take such good care of him when I am at work. he is shy but loves the people here. every time I pick him up he tries to go back and get more petting time in. he is 16.5 yo and I am very picky about what I do with my dog. so he is very spoiled. I tried other dog day cares before here and none of them were up to my high standards, but Liberty Pet Resort always exceeds them. thank you for taking such good care of my precious boy.
The new owners have made a big difference. My dog gets so excited to go to doggy daycare! She goes 5-6 days a week and has so much fun playing with the other pets and staff. She literally runs to the door when we pull up and she’s exhausted when she gets home.
Liberty Pet Resort and Wellness Center offers exceptional grooming services! My pet not only looked fabulous but also seemed relaxed and content after their grooming session. The attention to detail and the caring approach of the groomers truly set this place apart. A fantastic experience overall!
My puppy seems to enjoy it after picking her up. She was really nervous the 1st few times because of hearing the other dogs barking and a different and unfamiliar environment. The staff is friendly and they will send photos of your pup playing with others.
Zeus loves going here. One big thing for me was, if you book a package stay for boarding, day care is included and most places make you pay extra for that. So far, this is now my new boarding place. Staff is friendly and they also offer grooming and vet services. I may be switching all my services over.
I brought my Kona bear here for a 7-day boarding back in June and after that I put her in the daycare a few times. She absolutely LOVED it. She loved the people that worked there and was always happy when we walked in. Liberty sent me pictures every time she was in daycare and that helped my mom anxiety a lot! She was never injured, which seems to be super common at many places in the area. I can't say more great things about Liberty. We unfortunately had to send Kona to live with a family member because it wasn't working out with her and our daughter. But we will definitely be returning when we get a new dog! Thank yall so much for what you do and your kindness and patience with the animals. It is so hard to find these days!
