From the moment we picked Alecia up at the airport we knew things were going to go well. She was very friendly and happy to share stories of her travels with us. The orientation at the house went well and our cats immediately took to her. During our trip, Alecia frequently sent texts, pics, and videos to reassure us that everyone was doing well. We just got home this morning and the house was very clean with nothing out of place. Wishing Alecia safe and fun travels and hope our paths will cross again!
We were extremely happy with Flora! Her communication was impeccable prior to her stay with our cats and throughout, she gave us daily updates as requested and also included the most beautiful photos the kitties. When unsure about something, she asked us questions rather than improvising, which we also very much appreciated. The house was spotless upon our arrival and the cats were happy and relaxed, nothing more we could have wished for. We would a hundred percent recommend Flora and we would happily welcome her back in the future!
Freya & Joe were beyond wonderful with Ollie - he was so relaxed and happy when I got back, it was like I had not gone away for 3 weeks at all! Most importantly, F&J bonded deeply with Ollie and cared for his emotional needs just as much as they cared for his physical needs. He’s a big boy, and they exercised him and socialized him and spent quality time with him. The proof of the pudding - Freya & Joe came over to visit us last evening, and Ollie spent that entire time cuddling with them and playing with them, exhibiting the sort of familiarity he only displays with me and my daughter. That speaks volumes to me. Ollie & I feel lucky & blessed to have had Freya & Joe be with us. I will not hesitate to ask them again.
Sarah and Andrew are perfectly gracious hosts, warm and welcoming. They gave us detailed instructions on how to look after Dash and Jax even though we were there only for a night. Their lovely home is comfortable and beautifully maintained. Loved being with Dash and Jax. They are so affectionate and absolutely adorable. Their antics are pure entertainment. They are good boys and listen patiently to their commands. Absolutely loved this sit. Hoping to be back. All the best Sarah and Andrew and many many thanks for this lovely opportunity.
We feel very very grateful for this 20-days-sitting! Penny, Carol, Riley, Summit and Piper are a beautiful family and we had an amazing time with them all, since the first contact! They welcomed us very well, the pets are wonderful, the place is surrounded by nice areas such as parks, beaches and the river. We will miss Summit's smile, Riley's resilience and Piper's intelligence!!! Communication was also 100%, we were able to get all the information we needed to take better care of the pets and have some fun with the pictures shared during the trip. Thank you all for this amazing time in Gaia and to trust us :) Really hopping to see you again!
