Looking after Phoebe was such a wonderful experience. Megan and Scott are exceptional hosts and made us feel very welcome from the first time we met them. Communication with them was easy and they provided us with many recommendations. The house is amazing and has everything you could ever want. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and already miss Phoebe. She is such a bundle of joy! We had beautiful walks with her on the Eco path and enjoyed all the playtime and cuddles in between. We couldn't have asked for a better dog sitting experience and we'd love to look after Phoebe again soon.
This was my first sit through the THS platform and I couldn't have asked for a more positive first experience! Danny and Amy were so relaxed, kind, and generous, with great communication and clear instructions. Nova is SUCH a sweetheart and a real snuggle bug - the moment you sit on the couch she's in your lap under the blanket! I had a fabulous 8 days with her in Enfield and highly recommend looking after her in this part of London. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!
Lara & Winston are amazing! Lara made me feel very comfortable and her apartment is clean, organised and very beautiful design wise. The area is a dream, parks and cafes all around, the typical Berlin life that you can imagine. Winston is such a cute cuddle bug once he gets comfortable and safe with you. Lara accurately described his behavior beforehand so that I knew how he will react. He can get pretty nervous and bark/growl when meeting. But that’s nothing to be scared of! You just provide him space and he will get used to you very soon. He is also super obedient so the training went very well on walks. I miss Winston a lot, we made a good connection so it’s hard leaving him! This was a very memorable first sit for me on this app so thank you! :)
Marion & David’s home is beyond gorgeous. A fantastic setting to do a little South Hams exploring from - although have to say you won’t need to go far! So much that’s stunning in the doorstep. Shadow & Skylar are very well trained labs and then there’s Hazel 😂 No really just joking. A typically hilarious Jack Russell. We love dogs & home from home experiences of real quality & this was just perfect for that. I work from home so feeling professional AND relaxed super key. If you get the chance grab it and enjoy!
What a wonderful sit! I applied to sit for Gina for the weekend as I couldn't resist spending time with the gorgeous Kalu when I saw his pictures. I actually live in Leicester (about 15 minutes away from Gina!) so had no need to look for a sit in this area, I did it purely for my own pleasure - and I am so pleased I did! Kalu is the most beautiful, fluffy, sweet, attentive, active big kitten. He follows you around like a little puppy, let's you pick him up, stroke him and play with him whenever you want and he is always ready to play with his toys. Given his age compared to his size, for anybody not used to cats, his playful biting and scratching (including of the face) might cause some concern, but rest assured, Kalu is not at all aggressive and very easy to distract and divert. He is so loving it is as if he wants to eat you up, but doesn't realise his size! Gina and Victor are really eager to address this so I'm sure this won't be a problem in a week or two. I completed the house sit with my teenage son and we both lapped up the attention and love from Kalu. As for the home and welcome - Gina and Victor are wonderful hosts and extremely welcoming. I visited them the week before and they gave me a tour and they left lovely gifts and a card when we arrived, along with some groceries. They had lovely clean, fresh bed linen, very comfortable beds, left clean towels (and a gown for me) with some toiletries. It was like staying in a hotel! Their home is also beautiful and so well decorated, not to mention, extremely clean and cozy, with all the amenities you'd need on a house sit (along with those extra bonuses: sockets near the bed, dishwasher, tumble dryer and lots of books and streaming services). The home is also very well organised so staying there was a real pleasure. Even though I live close by, I would be more than happy to sit again so I can spend time with the wonderful Kalu (in their lovely home).
Eugenia was very cordial and clear with the housework, her house is very cozy, comfortable and clean. Mia is a beautiful and very affectionate dog, the days at her house are spent very well :)
