The sit with Max was great since he is a very easy going dog that just wants to have you give him some attention, belly rubs and his favorite treats in the morning and throughout the day. Max has a vibrant personality and reminded me of "Bernie Mac" the comedian because his eyes would tell the whole story. When he did not want to eat because the weather was hot but wanted a treat he would stare at you with is sad expression but then after he received his treat he would go to the backyard and show his appreciation by finding some shade and enjoy his treat. He loved his walks so that he could explore the neighborhood and check out what his neighbors pets were doing. Gerri and Stuart were very communicative and easy to keep abreast of Max's daily routine and they were both very responsive. I really enjoyed the stay at their home.

Bella is the most affectionate cat. She loves curling up next to you and happily playing. She always wonders where you are and often meows loudly for attention or food. As other reviews have said, she is very greedy (but cute).
Avi and Fiona's place is right next to the countryside with lots of walks available. They are well experienced hosts so know the drill. Thanks for having me!

Anna
It was such a pleasure to sit for Anna over Christmas and New Year.

The house is fantastic (with a huge garden and lovely deck where I spent most of my stay).

The location was perfect, super quiet, 5 mins walk to the beach and 5 mins drive to cafes. Lots of bush walks and beach to explore nearby too.

Alice (the pup) was a gorgeous gentle giant who loved nothing more than running on the beach and having cuddles.

If you get the opportunity to sit for Anna I highly recommend you take it!

This wasn't a house sit so much as free pet sitting and dog walking while Ginny went off to Lisbon for the day. It wasn't overnight, in spite of the listing showing two days. Luna is a sweet and affectionate dog, if a bit excitable. Ginny's communication was spot on and she was quite friendly, but I did feel a bit ripped off.

Fritz is genuinely the loveliest dog. From the start, he was friendly, sweet, and easy-going. He doesn't ask for or need a lot but is so happy to hang out with a caring person, go for walks, or take a car ride. As someone who considers themselves more of a big dog person, Fritz has me rethinking this.

Corinne is the type of person who makes this platform a positive experience. She's super straightforward, kind, and thoughtful. She keeps things simple, and her prime concern is Fritz. The home is super clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is close to downtown, safe, and has a great village within walking distance. It was a positive experience I'd recommend to others!

We had a wonderful experience housesitting for Candice and Dave. It was our first housesit on the platform, so their support of us as newbies was extra gracious! They were responsive, friendly, and very clear about how best to care for Ella.

Their home is bright, clean, and cozy, right in the heart of our beloved Canmore, with a stunning view of the mountains and walkability to everything in town.

Ella is a very sweet girl. She was like our little shadow! Wherever I’d go, so would she. She was a very reliable and cuddly couch companion while watching TV or reading, and greeted me every morning by sweetly crawling into bed.

We thank Candice and Dave for their trust and generosity, having accepted us as sitters for their beautiful home and sweet Ella.
