Joe and Bea were absolutely wonderful. It’s not always easy living in a very rural area with a lot of rainy weather as in North Wales. Their week was very wet but this did not deter them at all. Moose and Merlin had a fantastic holiday with lots of runs in the forest, cuddles and love. Kev and I cannot thank them enough for coping with our energetic boys with so much care. When we came home the house was clean and tidy, vases of flowers from the garden all over the house, ( Bea is an amazing at flower arranging!). We travelled all night to get home and Bea cooked a delicious meal for us, what service!! We would 110% have Bea and Joe again…

Jessica was a pleasure to have look after our pets. Her love of animals was clear the minute she walked in the door and within seconds was sitting on the floor giving belly rubs to our dogs. She also was extremely patient with our kids who all wanted to tell her everything she needed (and stuff she didn’t need) to know about the house and dogs. 🙈 She was easy to communicate with, easy going and very attentive to the dogs. We would ask her to sit again in a heartbeat! Thanks Jessica! 😊😊

Janjarang & Christoph were perfect housesitters. Prior to their arrival communication was great and when they arrived Indie fell in love with them straight away - we were so reassured we were leaving him in safe hands. They understand our anxious dog parent needs and sent us photos and videos every day, and left the flat and garden completely spotless.

We had a lot of very useful and practical contact with Eimear and Rory both before and during their stay here. As pet parents who had never left their cats for four years, we were very nervous about how Nexy and Preston would react but they were fine. Lots of messages with photos came our way to reassure us. Now that Eimear and Rory have gone, our young cat, Preston, has been looking for them, I’m sure. So I think we can definitely say that they would be welcome back here again. Thank you Eimear and Rory.

We've had many housesitters and Francois and Mariana are the best of the best. They are true professionals. We were so lucky to have them housesit for us and our cat and dog. They were confident, calm, and attentive with the pets from the first minute they walked in the door. It was very clear that they are extremely sensitive to animal needs and "communication", so they were closely attuned to what our pets were feeling and what they needed. For example, our dog gets agitated about us leaving and Mariana talked to her and petted her quietly as we got ready - eventually, the dog was lying down calmly as we walked out the door (this never happens!!!!) As housesitters and as people, they are also wonderful, trustworthy, and attentive. It was clear from their updates that they not only read, but thoroughly studied and understood all the instructions in our detailed welcome guide. They are also friendly, respectful people who were extremely responsive, always available when we checked in and ready with a little story about what they and the pets were up to. They were scrupulously on time to start and end the sit, even though we asked them to arrive at our place at 6 in the morning!! The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived and the pets were happy and relaxed. Our animals were very clearly in amazing hands. The dog was well-behaved after their stay (usually she has a bit of a backslide in bad habits during extended stays with others, but not this time!) and even the cat seemed much happier than he usually does when we come back from a trip. There is no better feeling as a pet owner - that your house sitters truly understand AND care deeply about your babies. We are so happy to have had Francois and Mariana as our housesitters, and we truly hope to meet or have them sit for us again. PS They even sent us the most delightful video they had created showing the pets' adventures during the week. In short, they are the best!!

It was great to have Dominique sit for our little Pina while I was away for the weekend, she was very communicative and it felt easy to leaving behind for a few days because I knew she would be in good hands. On my way back I had delays with the train and it was no problem for Dominique to wait a little longer so Pina wouldn’t be alone for too long. When I came back home the house was how I left it which was great as well.

We invited them for the second time and that again deserves a 5-star plus. With them, you can rest assured that your little four-legged friends are in excellent hands. Smooth and easy contact is guaranteed and you return home with peace of mind because your home is in excellent condition. We would love to invite you back soon!

Ali was was an absolutely delightful to work with. From the very beginning, she was warm, professional, and thorough in her questions . Ali took the time to come to our home a day in advance to meet our animals before we left and ensure that they were comfortable with her. She was sweet in interacting with the animals and was very attentive to the information we gave her. While on our trip, Ali kindly kept in contact to let us know that the sit was going well. My husband and I felt quite comfortable while we were gone knowing that our animals were in such kind and capable hands with Ali. We came home to three very happy animals, a very clean house, and a thoughtful gift of a potted plant. Ali was a joy to work with and we would definitely welcome her back for a future sit. If you are considering Ali as a sitter, I can only say that my husband and I both highly recommend Ali as a kind, professional and trustworthy house & pet sitter.

Aina and Lara were just amazing ! They took a great care of Samy and Captain, spent time playing with them and cuddling them 😊 We had regular pictures on our trip and the 2 cats were perfectly happy when we came back ! The house was as well in a perfect state. I definitely recommand them ! Thanks a lot for your stay Aina and Lara and good continuation in your trip 🤗

Andreas and his family were great sitters! It was obvious that our dog and cat were thoughtfully cared for and entirely comfortable with them. Honestly, it seemed like our pets were sad for a whole day after they left. They also left our house even cleaner than it was when they arrived. They were extremely well-prepared; they even brought their own sheets, which was not at all expected, but it did save us a couple loads of laundry.

Rebecca took great care of my elderly dog / cat. They were happy as evidenced by the many lovely pictures / updates that were sent frequently. The house was well cared for also, coming home to a clean house after a stressful day of travel is always such a nice thing. She was pleasant company while staying and overall had great respect for the house and our instructions. Our pets were clearly well cared for and happy and it was so easy to coordinate and work with her on everything (as they have medicine, we have lots of plants, etc.). I would not hesitate to have her watch the pets again, thanks so much for the wonderful care!
