Caroline and Jonny were excellent! Jonny gave us an incredibly warm welcome into their home and provided us with a thorough handover before leaving us to take care of Neo and their home. Caroline provided a comprehensive printed and electronic handover. This included detail on Neo’s routine and feeding, as well as care details for the house while we were there. Caroline was extremely communicative and answered any questions we had via Whatsapp! Jonny and Caroline’s home is in one of the most picturesque areas I have ever seen, right in in a valley between two Swiss mountains. Location was very conveniently located, only a 5-10 minute walk to the local store and town centre. Neo is one of the most well behaved dogs I’ve ever cared for! He was so well behaved and has a lovely temperament. He kept us great company while working and studying from home. He was easy to walk with and was great off the lead. We even took him up to Verbier mountain on the telecabine! He is very friendly with other dogs and has many neighbourhood friends!
We had a wonderful time looking after Penny. She was easy to look after and take for walks on the lead in the local area. The cottage is cosy with a lovely log burner for those chilly nights. Penny’s favorite place was in front of the fire! Communication was easy before and during the sit. Would recommend this sit. Thanks for inviting us into your home 😢
