Emmanuelle e Iván son personas encantadoras, generosas, nos hicieron sentir muy a gusto en su casa. Window es una gata fácil de cuidar, un poco tímida los primeros días, pero luego nos dejó ser parte de su rutina (cuando corre sus juguetes es muy divertida!). El barrio es residencial, muy tranquilo, y a su vez está a pocos metros de la avenida principal donde hay todo tipo de negocios. Caminando pocas cuadras es posible acceder a 2 líneas diferentes de metro que conectan Brooklyn con Manhattan. Fue una gran experiencia, que sin duda recomendamos!

What a fabulous house! Yvonne and James live in a really splendid historical home set within large grounds in Newbury, and it is quite a magical setting. Walking the grounds and forests in the morning with Tumble you can come across all sorts of woodland creatures peering back at you through the mist, including deer, muntjac, pheasants, and more! The house is grand, well maintained and has a very interesting history. It's obvious that Yvonne has put a lot of time into training Tumble and although she is full of energy and enthusiasm she behaves well when following Yvonnes advice. Yvonne and James were lovely hosts and we appreciate how welcome you made us feel, especially teaching us the fine art of making a perfect fire!
Betty is such a sweet, fun and loving dog! Had a fantastic time sitting her. The apartment is at a great location. Shayne is really friendly and easy to talk to and he provided clear instructions. Would highly recommend sitting Betty to others!
We spent an enjoyable 10 days over the Christmas period in Alex and Stuarts' comfortable Cotswold home, looking after Tiggy and Moose, delightful mother and daughter Springer Spaniels. The dogs are well behaved, and were happy to accept us as their temporary owners immediately. Alex took us on a local walk which was perfect to assess how the dogs behaved both on and off the lead. Tiggy the mother is very happy to stay close and chase a ball, while Moose likes to run further afield following a scent. Sometimes she can be out of sight, which is a bit unnerving initially, but she does return from her forays to a double toot of the whistle. There are a variety of terrific walks directly from the house both level or hilly; in open countryside, woodland and/or canal tow path, but most importantly all away from busy roads. Our accommodation on the top floor of the house was extremely comfortable. The only disadvantage was the steepness of the stairs to the first floor and the narrow tread, so the house-sit may not be suitable for people with limited mobility. We were welcomed into the family, and felt very comfortable from the outset. The only thing that marred our 10 days was the stormy weather. But Tiggy and Moose couldn't have cared less, they were always ready for their twice daily romps, though they weren't so keen on the warm hose pipe wash after each muddy walk. Would we return to house sit if asked ? You bet!!
Lucy and John were very welcoming and made me feel very much at home. Shine was an absolute delight to look after such a warm and loving personality. The house was beautiful and spotless with a very pretty front garden and all amenities. There was a very easy and accessible bus ride at the end of the garden into Bath and Stonehenge is great for a day trip. Thank you so much I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely return if I get an opportunity.

Love the Perfect Pooch. I found them through Google and Yelp reviews and the reviews are so accurate. I was so worried as a new dog owner and they treat my dog with such care. They started watching him before he was fully vaccinated so more pet sitting and they were fantastic. I got tons of updates and pics and they truly care for the pets. They’re great about notes and requests and did a great job feeding him and keeping him entertained. I most recently tried their overnight service which was fantastic and didn’t disrupt my puppy’s routine. I always feel like my dog is cared for by folks (especially Joy!) who love dogs and take extra care to treat my puppy with kindness -highly recommended.

Maggie is pure joy. She's also a 55lb diva who needs a long walk every day to keep her being a pure joy as my workday co-pilot. I had a scary experience with a solo dog walker, and then I found Leeland, who heads the Perfect Pooch. Lili, Gable, Raeven and sometimes Leland herself walk Maggie both alone, and sometimes with great buddies. I've seen them outside from a distance, and know how Maggie is super excited when it's time for their arrival. Maya stayed with Maggie while we were away, too. I feel confident and very comfortable knowing Maggie gets her walk (no matter the weather). The portal is very easy to use for communication, and payment, too.
I have been using perfect pooch for cat sitting for several months now. They have watched our cats during several trips. As a very satisfied customer of the Perfect Pooch for a few years now, I have relied upon them for overnight pet sitting, walks, and at-home puppy sitting for three of my large breed dogs. I am so incredibly grateful to have them in my life. Leeland is a joy to work with, and the walkers are highly skilled, well trained, loving, and perennially punctual. However, an even higher recommendation comes from my dogs—they are so happy to see the walkers when they arrive that they completely forget I exist.
My experience with The Perfect Pooch has been overly positive. The business owner is very responsive, and helps to do all booking, scheduling, payment, and messaging through a commonly used app. All employees have been trustworthy in my home, including the business owner who shares in the workload during busy weekends. Employees are largely detail oriented as well as cat-friendly and very patient even in the face of very shy cats who can lock themselves in a room.
I've been using The Perfect Pooch NYC for about a year now, and they take the BEST care of my little chihuahua! He was a COVID puppy, so I hadn't had to leave him with a walker/sitter before, but Leeland and her team are so professional, caring, and warm that I felt comfortable instantly. Elena is a wonderful person and fabulous with animals. She has been taking care of my rescue dog since 2019, and I feel so lucky to have found her! He warmed up to her immediately, and she is kind and patient with him. Elena follows any specific directions exactly (including leaving certain lights on etc.) - she even goes so far as to do extra things if she thinks it will help, like giving fresh water if the bowl is running low. Elena is communicative, very reliable, and truly cares about all of her clients. Chauncey is always happy and content after Elena's care and it is clear that she does an exceptional job. If you need someone to care for your pet, choose Elena!

Elena is wonderful!! She took care of our 2 dogs (including our special needs diabetic dog who requires insulin shots) during a family vacation. Elena is the only person I trust with my elderly, chronically ill cat. She’s incredibly diligent about administering all of her supplements and medications (which can be tedious), and always makes sure to check in if anything changes or if she has questions. Elena always sends pictures of my cat and her prepared food bowls at every visit (and of the empty bowls to show that she has eaten well!) — this really puts my mind at ease when I can’t be there to take care of her myself! She is always trustworthy and reliable — in two years she has never been late or missed a visit — which is the most important quality in a pet sitter. It’s a bonus that Elena truly cares about my little one’s wellbeing and is respectful of my home. It’s a big deal to trust someone with your house keys in NYC, and I would recommend Elena to anyone without hesitation! Elena has watched my senior dog twice and he absolutely loved his time with her. She sent me lots of updates with photos and videos and she managed all of his medications without issue. Elena is wonderful! I highly recommend her, I loved that she took time to come over and meet my dog Theo before my trip so that they could meet in his home where he was most comfortable. This past week was the first time that I had left Theo with a dog walker who wasn't family, so I was a bit nervous, but Elena was extremely communicative and sent lots of photos every day. She even FaceTimed me on the first night because Theo was a little skittish, but then he warmed right up to her! She walked him twice a day and fed him, and I appreciated that she was always quick to text if she had a question or needed clarification to make sure Theo was fully taken care of.
Bakers Dog Care did an AMAZING job taking care of my pup! John was thorough when asking questions about my dog’s routine, diet, supplements and walks. John and his team are outstanding! We’ve used Bakers Dog Care services weekly since we got our English Bulldog and it’s been such a positive experience. Our Millie gets excited when they come to feed her and take her out. They care so much about the dogs, the bowls are always washed filled with fresh water treats given etc. My work schedule changes weekly and John has been so accommodating always available. The best around! We've been using John and Baker's dog Care since we found out about him and couldn't be happier. John is more in tune with dog's than anyone I've encountered. I just want to share what a great person John is. His love and compassion for animals is beyond measure. He took care of my dogs like they were part of his family. He had also given me some food suggestions that helped my boys eat a more healthy diet. His partner who also came in to walk my dogs spent time with them that they needed while I was away. John was nice enough to help us out last minute and watch our black lab Adonis overnight and he had the best time ever! John and his wife are so sweet and clearly love animals. It is with great enthusiasm and not an ounce of hesitation that I recommend Baker’s Dog Care. They have been professional, reliable and all around wonderful since the moment I called for them to walk my pup. This may be a little long, but… I came home from work one day too sick to walk my dog, so, I called them based on a friend’s referral. They walked my dog 3 times a day for the next 10 days as I was unable to get out of bed. They also checked on me every time they came to the house. When one of the walkers was concerned that I looked worse than the day before, John, the owner, called to see if I was ok and offered to bring soup or whatever I needed. Since I began using their services I have taken in 3 fosters, 1 at a time. The walkers have been super helpful and accommodating with each new foster and the owner even let me borrow a crate. One of the fosters has had some trust issues due to neglect / abuse / no socialization. John spent some time visiting with my foster pup to build trust, a few times, before taking him for a walk. They are all professionals who truly love the dogs. I cannot recommend them enough. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. 🐾💕
We used Baker's Dog Care a few times and each time Lila came home so happy. She reminded me of a child who didn't want to leave their day care because they were having too much fun! The second time we went to Baker's, Lila started barking when we were at the top of the block! By the time we parked she was pushing against the car door. This was a few months after our last visit! Both John and his wife took care of Lila like she was their own beloved dog. They were so respectful of our needs and concerns. We had used another dog care facility before so we know what Lila looks like when service is NOT good. This was not the case here. Lila came home buoyant, clean, smelling great, and filled up with kisses and love. She had none of the trouble that other dog places will tell you is "normal" when you bring your pet back home - no "readjustment" or feeding issues at all. Quite the opposite. Lila came home happy and content. I highly recommend Baker's Dog Care with no reservations.

I love Furry Tails and every single staff member who works for them. They make you feel so comfortable leaving your furry children in their care. They really cater to those who are working all day as they conveniently have a pickup and drop off option, which is beyond helpful. The team communicates with you throughout the day with pictures and videos of your pup. My dog LOVES going, taking the “pawty” bus, and playing with his friends in a safe and nurturing environment all day. He is absolutely wiped by the time he gets home. I would recommend Furry Tales to anyone looking for a nice, safe, vetted place to send their dog. Amanda, the owner, is also a certified trainer! We love Furry Tails!

Our rescue Great Pyrenees Pup, Delaney did a ~3 week board and train to help with her outside/walk anxiety and skittishnish and it was the quickest turnaround in confidence building we had seen in a year of working with her since adopting her. I cannot say enough great things about Amanda and her team at FurryTales. We have been using them for close to 2 years now and they have truly been outstanding for every service. The team has attended our wedding so we could have our dog Diesel Buddy at the ceremony, we have hired them to petsit while we were away on vacation, they have helped train our 2nd new dog/member of our family Dexter, and watched both of our dogs while we were welcoming our son into the world. Furrytales now regularly walks both dogs while I am home on maternity leave and unable to take the baby outside. Furrytales had truely been apart of the most important days of our lives and have given us great comfort to know diesel and dexter are being watched and taken care of by such an incredible team. i think it goes without saying that i highlllly recommend their services.
FurryTalesNJ was Halley's (Standard Goldendoodle) trainer, is Halley's place of daycare and preferred boarding next to home. Amanda, Daniele, Terreca, Olivia and the FurryTales family are amazing professionals, truly cares about our pets and their pawrents. Amanda is an amazing trainer. After one session, Halley was loose leash walking. Halley has made many furry friends at daycare (with regular video updates of play time) and developed a strong social interaction with other furry friends. We would highly recommend ALL of FurryTales' services.
Can’t say enough amazing things about FurryTales! So much so that I’ve referred up to 5 friends for their services. We take our dog Butter to daycare every Thursday. He enjoys his supervised time with his friends and is cared for by the FurryTales staff. Amanda and Terreca are always sending photos and videos while he is at daycare so we know he is happy and having fun! Not only do they have daycare, we use them for boarding too! Dropping Butter off and picking up from boarding is close by and easy. I give them his schedule and his little backpack of food, toys, etc. I always get photos and updates on how he’s doing throughout the stay. And sometimes he even has another furry friend that’s staying too. I love that Butter stays with someone and at their residence. Not some kennel or crated all day. Overall, the prices are so reasonable and service is extremely convenient. They’re very responsive to emails and messages. Any question or request has been handled promptly. I love this place because they know us by first names and our dog. We aren’t just another couple or dog that won’t be remembered after the day is over. Seriously - come here if you want your dog happy. Look at his face - (he’s the photogenic one)!
FurryTales has been great for my new rescue pup -- she goes for daycare and has done some training with Amanda as well. They keep you updated with photos throughout the day and their pick-up/drop-off option is super convenient. They're pretty booked on boarding though, so be sure to schedule further in advance!
Amanda, Terreca, and Danielle care for my pup as if she were their own. They are incredibly attentive and professional and I never worry about leaving my dog with them. I know she is in safe and capable hands! I especially appreciate all the photo and video updates and constant communication.

My dog and cat love Julie and her team! They do dog walks and I use Julie's Jungle often for pet sitting as I travel a lot for work. Julie, Mita, Kevin and Erica give so much love and I am always confident leaving my pets in their care. They send pictures often and I can see my dog and cat snuggling up with them. My pup can be a bit of a handful so I was a bit nervous about finding a walker for her, but I knew from the moment I met Pedro that she would be in good hands! Pedro is *obviously* a dog-lover and has a lot of patience. He is also extremely communicative and reliable; he has NEVER not shown up for a walk and has never canceled on us. It is SUCH a relief not having to worry about my dog while I'm at work! I also always receive text updates about the walk, which is great. All I know is that my dog absolutely adores Pedro. BOTTOM LINE: You can't go wrong with Hot Paws Pet Care. P.S. While Pedro is our every day walker, I have met two other walkers with Hot Paws Pet Care and both were great, too! It was important to me that my dog could expect the same walker every single day, which Pedro accommodated, but for two days during which Pedro was out of town we had sub walkers. Pedro was gracious enough to give plenty of notice about his trip AND set up a time for me and my dog to meet the sub walkers beforehand to make sure everything would be good. We had Pedro dog-sit our 2 dogs at our wedding recently at Wave Hill in the Bronx. He was TREMENDOUS! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dog sitter. He was amazing to work with and such a great guy. He took phenomenal care of our dogs (1 big dog and 1 little dog). The dogs were honestly upset to be leaving his care at the end of the night. Pedro was a class act. He dressed incredibly well and was such a pleasure to work with. We were so happy we found him!
Pedro has been taking care of our Jack Russell since 2013 and she absolutely loves him. Pedro is a total professional and a pleasure to work with. He took care of our cats while we were away for the holidays. Pedro and Vincent have been walking my large, lazy dog for nearly 2 years. He is professional, flexible and easy to work with. He is always cheerful and pleasant and really cares about our dog. Our dog can be quite resistant to getting off the couch to walk during the day - especially in the summer or if it's raining - and Hot Paws can always get him happily out the door. They are awesome and a real asset to the neighborhood!
I hired Pedro to take care of my GSD while I was working out of state. Pedro did an excellent job taking care of my pride and joy. He promptly gave me updates every time he completed a walk and kept me up to date on his mood. I even got to FaceTime with my dog which I think help put both our minds at ease. I had a an emergency & I came across Chica Bow Wow for my older special needs furry girl child. I needed someone super special, understanding, intelligent & kind, immediately. I couldn't even give 24 hours notice. The owner Barbara called me right back. She promised to help. I texted my instructions for my girls care in the midst of my madness and she kept up with every instruction from food to meds, from quirky to specific tasks she followed. She assured me all would be fine. She has so much experience, she didn't need me to hold her hand, she took the lead and saved both me and my kid. She even came to my home because I had to leave before I could see her. I took a leap of faith & what a blessing. I am forever in her gratitude. I don't think I could have been this fortunate. I will use Chica as long as I have furry babies. Everything was perfect & honestly you expect little mistakes, but that's not at all what happened. My dog girly is older, she needs medication, special food, extra walks & literally everything was done. Barbara even went to my vet in Cliffside Park & got meds for me because I didn't have enough when I had to leave. Bottom lines... I have in all the years of being with my fur baby, i haven't left her, but i had to & I now I'm never going to be afraid again. She makes her clients her family. Barbara is extremely professional and reliable. My dog warmed up to her right away during the meet and greet, and my dog is very timid around strangers so it was an immediate great sign. Barbara has a very calm and soothing aura about her, which is probably why dogs love her so much. She's done overnight stays in my apartment when I travel and takes great care of my dog. She uses the DoTimely app so you can keep track of when the walks start and stop, where they walk, if your sog went to the bathroom, and any other notes. Peace of mind with Barbara. Highly recommend!

It went great. He really loves and understands animals, and that shows in the quality of care and personal attention he gives his charges. My dog became best of friends with his dog, Nico, and loved socializing with his other clients' dogs (very few on any given days, since he does not do big group walks). My dog's mood visibly improved as a result of the social and physical activity that he provided. He could not have loved or taken better care of my dog if she were his own. Description of work: Andre, The Pet Concierge, took wonderful care of my dog nearly every weekday and overnight on weekends and business trips when I was away from home. He picked her up at my place each morning and gave her plenty of walks and lots of play and rest time--and fed her meals when I worked late. As she grew older, he carried her up and down stairs and made sure she remained as comfortable as possible.
I have used The Pet Concierge with Andre Kourkoulis for the last ten years. He walked my dog Lucas who sadly passed away last year. Andre would take him to the vet, stay for the appointment and administer the medication while I was at work which was a blessing. He also cares for Chloe my cat. She is 7 and is diabetic. Andre administers her medications and IV as well. I’m happy to have found somebody who truly cares about my babies as I do. He’s pricey but well worth it. I prefer to pay for individualized care. When Lucas was alive Andre only walked him alone. I never wanted my dog with a group of ten dogs. I’m so happy to have The Pet Concierge in my life. The best in Manhattan if you ask me. Five star service.

We were really scared of leaving our kitty for the weekend. But he made us feel safe, and all the questions he did let us know that he was on point of everything and knew what he was doing, he kept us updated every time, it was not necessary to text him to ask him, he will just send his daily update on time. We used J&J PetCare during the summer of 2023 to take care of our two dogs (a yorkie and a chihuahua) over the course of 10 days when we were away, and we couldn't be more impressed with the service! They made apartment visits twice a day for our paper-trained pups, ensuring they were fed, had plenty of fresh water, and were treated to delicious treats. What really stood out was their attention to detail and the love they showed our dogs. They sent us regular videos and pictures, which made us feel so connected to our pups while we were away. It was clear they spent a lot of time playing and engaging with them during each visit, keeping them happy and entertained. Additionally, they always cleaned up the wee wee pads and replaced them with fresh ones, which we really appreciated. We would highly recommend J&J Petcare in a heartbeat. We frequently take unplanned weekend get aways, and J&J is able to take our puppy without advance notice. My dog really looks forward to seeing Jorge every morning! I get update pictures from every walk and my little guy comes back very exhausted from the amount of exercise he gets which is great! J&J walks our dog Coco daily and on most days we get a photo of Coco showing her having a wonderful time on her walk. They are reliable and flexible and have really helped us out in emergencies. It is apparent that they LOVE animals - so gentle and loving with our pets. We highly recommend them. They sent us this photo of Coco on her walk one day (see attached).
