Ines came to look after Theo for a couple of days and all was great. Communication super easy, got updates, pics or little videos every day and Theo seemed happy to have her around. She also had lots of patience waiting for him in the Evening while he was out and about. The house was super clean and I received a sweet card when we got back from our holidays. I would ask her again to stay and I would highly recommend her. Thx so much.

Eveline was the most wonderful cat sitter you could ask for. The communication before, during and after our stay very friendly. When we were away we could really tell that Eveline was having fun taking care of our two fluffballs and making them and herself a great time! She would keep us updated as well. When we came back our cats were super relaxed and happy and our apartment was exactly as we left it. We wholeheartedly recommend Eveline to anyone!

We were delighted to have Mona as our house/pet sitter when we were away in Italy last week. She was easy to liaise with before the visit, asked all the right questions about our dog Mattie when she arrived, and we were very fortunate that when our return flight was delayed she could stay another night and even put our shopping delivery away in the fridge/freezer. Nikki did a great job caring for my cat Dexter! She is a polite and lovely person. She kept in touch while I was away and updated me with cute pictures of dexter :) I also came home to a very clean and tidy house which was really nice. I would 100% recommend Nikki as a house sitter!

Marie and Laura were fantastic sitters for our cats. Their communication was consistently prompt and thorough, offering us a sense of assurance while we were away. It was evident that they have a genuine love for animals, which translated into close attention and heartfelt care for our furry companions. Under their attentive watch, one of our kittens, previously struggling to socialize with other cats and humans, underwent a remarkable transformation by the time we returned. We are immensely grateful to Marie and Laura for positively changing this kitten's life. And, despite the unexpected circumstance of having to care for two extra kittens due to a delay in pickup by the new family, Marie and Laura handled all cats with remarkable grace and flexibility. The only reason why we were not able to give 5 stars on all categories is due to: Regarding reliability, there was an incident where one of our cats returned with a limp and swollen legs during their stay. Although they promptly notified us and gave us their assessment of his state that he has no visible injury, a closer examination might have resulted in better care (identification of probable cause and appropriate treatment), as we later discovered some scratches and nips in his frontal body and head upon our return and came to understand that the cat did not fall from a tree, but rather got attacked by a neighbor’s/street cat and suffered from an infection caused by cat fight wounds. In any case, the cat’s condition was not critical and we were not greatly alarmed as Marie and Laura were ready to provide whatever the needed care and attention. In terms of cleanliness, our home was mostly well-maintained upon our arrival. However, there were minor oversights such as food debris in the dishwasher drainer and dried-up sauce in the fridge shelves. Despite the above, we firmly believe they are extremely minor concerns that are easily addressable and do not overshadow their sincere care they provided to our cats. With more experience in zeewoi sits, we have full confidence that Marie and Laura will excel not only in pet care, but also in home maintenance. Their dedication to the well-being of our cats far outweighs the minor shortcomings, and they will always be welcomed in our home with open arms.

Eline was very friendly and communicative. She seems like a real animal person, and Arthur clearly enjoyed his time with her. She left the house very tidy too. We highly recommend her, and hope to have more sits with her in the future! Thanks so much, Eline!

Mirèse and Luc were absolute gems from start to finish and we cannot thank them enough for taking great care of our dog Frida and our house. From initial communications to regular updates during their stay we felt reassured and confident Frida was well looked after. Will strongly recommend to anyone!

Teresa kept us very well informed whilst we were away and the cats and chickens were well looked after and we knew the house was left in good hands. We are very happy to recommend Teresa for any future housesits she may have.

This was Malika and Lucie's second time to care for Mitsou and now they feel a little like family to us. We are more than grateful for their affectionate care and their joy being with our little girl Mitsou. They took her with them everywhere and we got some fantastic pictures and videos of Mitsou all over the city with a happy face. We love that Mitsou was so much a part of Malika and Lucie's New York adventures. As always, Mitsou's needs were well taken care of, her food and supplements, midday broths, her daily walks, all well understood and administerd. Malika and Lucie are very respectful and responsible and we look forward to having them back. We hope they know that they now have a home in NYC anytime they want to return. Mitsou loves them.

Angela has been amazing with our pet sit. She arrived before hand to make sure she understood the routines and meet the girls. She was organised, helpful and kept us in the loop for how the fur babies were doing… Would definitely recommend her 👌

Anne-Marie & Roland were lovely, friendly & diligent housesitters who left our house spotless (and a huge pot of soup for us to come home to!). There was an occasional update while we were away which was helpful. Communication beforehand was excellent so our handover was easy. I very much recommend them!
