Bunny is a dream! A big friendly German Shepherd that loves to hang out and enjoy nature. She's very sweet, listens well, and is well behaved with boundaries. The property is gorgeous. A mountain campground with great views and trails. Bunny is a great walk buddy and protector. You'll have a nice relaxing, nature filled stay with fun hikes and low-key home time. If you're lucky you'll get to hang out with the neighbor pup "Luna" as well! Would sit again in a heartbeat
I recently had the pleasure of housesitting for Erica, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the outset, Erica was incredibly warm, friendly, and communicative, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Her dog, Mika, is a gem. He's incredibly well-behaved and sweet. He is a joy to look after. It's clear that he is well-loved and well-trained. Spending time with Mika was a highlight of my stay, and I genuinely enjoyed every moment with him. Erica's home is a cozy and beautiful space, equipped with everything you could need and more. It's situated in a lovely neighborhood that's perfect for dog walks, complete with hiking trails just around the corner. I would happily housesit and pet-sit for Erica again. The combination of her wonderful hospitality, Mika's delightful company, and the charming location made my the experience a real pleasure. Highly recommended to other sitters!
We had a lovely time sitting for Nancy. Ginger was the star of the group who was immediately friendly and would often prefer to sit on our laps than elsewhere. Miggy was fairly shy and skeptical at first, but after a couple of days warmed up and became especially close to Brian. Myrka and Tucker were both shy at first but then couldn't stop themselves from giving us kisses and cuddles. While four animals may seem daunting, they are all so low-maintenance! We stayed in the basement on the pullout couch, which at first one would assume would be super uncomfortable, but the pullout really wasn't bad at all. It shares space with the office, which also acts as the cat food/litter box room so everything is within reach. All the pets love to sleep with or near you and kept us company while working, which was so cute. Nancy also lent us their stick-shift Jetta, which was quite fun to drive and made getting around so much easier! Nancy was really communicative and always willing to help any time we had questions or concerns. We will happily sit for her again

The talks, the dinner she prepared and too see how much she loves Phoebe were really incredible and inspiring. Muito obrigada Heather🙏🏾 The apartment is fantastic with an amazing location (very very central, I could go to many attractions by foot) and Phoebe is the kind of cat, full of personality, that you fall in love in the first minute. She’s lovely, soft and sweet. But you need to respect her. In the first floor she’s very independent and playful, but it’s in the second floor that the magic happens with lots a cuddles and love. I already miss her touching my arm asking for cuddles in the morning. But I’m not said, because I know I’m gonna be with her again. 🥹 Thanks for sharing your home and the sweet Phoebe with me Heather. See you soon. 💜🙏🏾
We really enjoyed this first house sitting experience. The location is great and you can walk to anything you need, groceries, restaurants, etc. The dogs were perfect and collecting and eating fresh eggs was really fun!
