Our experience with Ray was excellent. It was our first time using Trusted House-sitter, and we were delighted. Communication flowed very well. Rocky is currently undergoing treatment for his eyes, and Ray helped us continue it. When we arrived, the house was clean and tidy. He was even kind enough to change the sheets for us since our flight was arriving very late. We truly recommend Ray 100%. He is very responsible and respectful.

Mauricio cared for my house, cats and plants for 2 months during the summer. The cats love him, the garden was in a very good shape and the house was clean when I came back. It was an absolute pleasure to have Kate and Charlie stay in our house and look after our girls. They are a very relaxed and easy going couple who we (incl Bubbels and Cannelle) instantly felt at ease with. Communications were excellent with regular updates during our absence. We came home to happy pets, a spotless house (even towels drying on the line) and were served a delicious dinner. We highly recommend Kate and Charlie and would be delighted to welcome them back as we just don't think it gets much better.

Jennifer and Colleen were truly exceptional housesitters! They put the “TRUST” in “zeewoi” and needless to say we were truly impressed with them all around! they have a genuine love of animals that came through from the first moment that they met our six labrador dogs. We would give them ten stars if we could. Jennifer and Colleen are amazing pet sitters who not only fulfilled their responsibilities but also went above and beyond. We needed to come home a day later than expected. They extended their stay, which displayed a genuine dedication to ensuring everything was in perfect order. We cannot express my relief that they were willing to stay an extra day. Jennifer and Colleen are excellent dog sitters. They were reliable, attentive, and showed genuine care for our labs. Communication was seamless, and we received regular updates, including photos. We highly recommend Jennifer and Colleen for their reliability, attention to detail, and the peace of mind they provided. Our pets, the cat & ducks/chickens were extremely well taken care of. 5 stars. Dirk and Rosemary looked after my 2 cats Kiwi and Callie for a few days. They are a very nice, friendly couple who agreed to arrive the day before my departure so we could get to know each other a bit and which made the handover much more relaxed. Kiwi is very shy and not an easy cat to get to know but they sent me a video after about 3 days in which they were stroking and petting him much to his delight. Callie too was very happy and relaxed with both Dirk and Rosemary. On my return the flat was very clean and tidy. I strongly recommend Dirk and Rosemary to other pet owners who want to know that their pets are being well cared for while away from home.

LiAnn and Sky were amazing! Our pre arrival communication was easy, LiAnn kindly let me explain everything about my place and dogs over FaceTime, saving me from having to write a new house manual last minute (I’ve recently moved). LiAnn gave us a ride to the airport in the wee hours of the morning! We got daily updates on the puppies, which were clearly doted on and well loved. Our house was embarrassingly cleaner when we returned than when we left- thank you so much! And the dogs clearly missed their caregivers. In addition, LiAnn and Sky were very self sufficient in figuring out slow internet connections, dog routines, supply locations and such. Highly recommended!!

Tita and Sara have been fantastic housesitters. They sent daily pictures and videos of Maxwell, and I could see he was comfortable with them. When I came back, the house was clean and tidy, and Maxwell seemed unstressed, which is the most important for me. Highly recommended!

My dogs loved Mona and Oliver and I could not have been happier with their pet care and their home care. 😊 True animal enthusiasts, they were great with communication, sending pictures and messages, making sure I knew that Colonel and Winnie were doing fine and getting great care. In addition to making sure my buddies were taken care of, they were very respectful of my apartment and left it in perfect condition.
