We had the best time sitting the girls in Deal! Each of these little ladies has their own distinct personality, sure to keep you entertained, but they also know know how to wind down and snooze — meaning you can go explore the beach and the town! They were easy to care for, fun to walk, and the happiest bunch to come home to. Stephen and Clive's house is lovely and comfortable, Deal was a great spot to visit, overall a great sit and hope to do it again sometime:)
10/10 PERFECT sit. I MISS THESE BOYS. Sorry to shout but I had to get across how much I enjoyed this 2 week stint with Bruno and Beckett. Everything about this sit was perfect. Ahead of time Clare gave a really great facetime walk-around, as the LA traffic was going to make it a long journey for me, she offered to do on FT, though I was sad not to meet the family in real life - I can tell they are good people from their place. Arriving to the house I entered to find two loving kitties to greet me and a sparkling clean beautiful old Pasadena house, with a backyard to die for. I don't want to sell it too much as I want to return myself, but it's only fair to share when I'm unavailable. There is outdoor seating where I would relax every morning in the sun with my coffee. There's a grill out there too and a picnic bench on the lawn. Then there is a GLORIOUS hot tub with great jets. Inside the house is a SUPER comfortable bed with lovely selection of pillows and clean sheets. There's also a standing desk and screen for use. I LOVED using that. Productivity went UP 100%. I also really loved the lighting situation, I appreciate good light options to create your own desired vibe. They have lots of great books too and a TV with channels. Plus some vinyl. There's a Kitchen with all the things, and when it came round to attitude adjustment hour (cocktail on the porch) the sun had moved to the front for you. (backyard in sun all day long.) Even though Clare, Kurt and Maia were far away, Clare responded quickly to the pics and videos I sent, and I don't think I had any questions as clear instructions were left. After a couple of days I felt very bonded with B&B and that great stronger as we got to know each other better. Bruno jumped onto my shoulder and would stretch up my leg in a really cute way. Beckett is a PURRING machine and would let you stroke him forever and ever. He makes hilarious happy noises. I was also able to use their car but it's a pretty accessible part of the city, with a bus taking you to lightrail which is a lovely way to travel into DT LA if you can be bothered with driving (did I mention I could use their car) Lastly Clare kindly organized for a cleaner to be there as I left so I didn't have to do my usual deep departure clean. I could go on and on but this is getting out of hand. I think you get the picture. Loved every minute. Can't wait to return!

Such a very delightful family, and Lola is the most adorable dog you could wish to spend time with. Lupo is an elderly cat and choosy about his interactions......you're allowed to be when you're his advanced age! Sophie was an excellent communicator from the outset; she's reliable and organised, and provides lots of helpful local information. I was openly welcomed into the family, and really enjoyed my stay with them the night before the sit started. The house is extremely comfortable and so well placed just off Finchley high street, with amazing and diverse food shops and places to eat. The tube stations and buses are very near, but best if you have a car to get to the very many beautiful large, green heathland areas within 20 minutes drive ( Hampstead Heath is a must!). Lola is the best walking companion......she's addicted to ball throwing, especially if it's combined with pond swimming! I had the very best fun with her. She's great company, and she does love a cuddle up on the sofa. Bliss. Thank you so much Sophie, Jorgan, Freya and Livia - you are the best!

It was a pleasure working with Fido’s playground BCN. Alex took care of my two fur babies with great handling and love. He is knowledgeable in caring for dogs and made sure my pups were comfortable and at ease while I was away. Alex followed the prep instructions I gave for the dogs lunch. He made sure my dogs had enough exercise and play during the day. Alex constantly sent me updates by text with photos and videos of the dogs. Alex and his team are a wonderful part of our extended family! Their care for Doni is fantastic and he is probably very happy whenever we travel. He gets cuddle and care and a lot of attention🤎 Doni is quite a personality and by his breed suspicious towards strangers and quite protective. But the Fido team has made their way into Donis heart and he is always super happy to be with them! I can recommend the team very warmly.
We have two cats and it is always a challenge to find someone to look after them. But it was a wonderful experience with the Fido’s Playground team - the cats were not only looked after, but also played with every visit, not letting them get bored. I highly recommend it and will definitely contact again!
During our recent summer holidays, we asked Fidos Playground to take care of our little feline, Chapi. Daria helped us and took care of her, and we were amazed how quickly Daria and Chapi bonded. Daria is amazing and a true animal friend. The videos and pictures she shared with us were such a joy to watch! Daria even took care of our plants and started feeding the little birds that come to visit our patio. We continued with this great idea, and now we watch the birds eating and bathing every day with our daughter of three. I would highly recommend Fidos Playground and would rate them even higher, if this was possible!

I left my dog Laymi for 11 days and the care has been maximum. They are very attentive and will inform you if there is anything important that they have to tell you about. The dog has been very comfortable and well cared for. We will repeat for sure!
Bad experience, we left our cocker dog one day, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., we wrote to the caregiver to pick him up and he told us that he had left, that we should come in 40 minutes, the dog left him alone with two others, we found him with the harness broken, full of thorns in the hair, although that can be understood since there were bushes in the yard... If we pay money it is so that they can keep an eye on the animal. I do not recommend it.
We left our dog for three days and she had a great time. She was worried because she has separation anxiety but as they have treated her so well, she hasn't missed us. Three days outdoors, playing with other dogs and with lots of love. Highly recommended. If we need it, we will repeat

100% recommended. My dog has been very happy during the days they have taken care of her. Communication throughout their stay was fluid and they sent me photos and videos of Maffy every day to put my mind at ease and see how she was doing. It is obvious that both Mariana and her husband love animals and take very good care of them. For my part, I will repeat when I have to leave the city and can't take the little one with me.

My dog Lola loves dog home! You never want to leave there! And when I look for her I always see her very happy! They give her so much love that I am always very calm about leaving her with them. It's like she was at home and even better because they play with her a lot and pamper her a lot. I recommend them 100%, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my dog.
