Ollie is an absolute charming cat! Brenda's house is so lovely and very clean and she was very welcoming, with clear instructions. Ollie was so easy to take care of, and Palmers Green is a lovely area of North London. Communication was smooth and straight forward. Would happily sit for Brenda again.
Before the sit all communication was clear and prompt. Sophia met me at Portslade Station and it was no time before I met the delightful mother and daughter duo, Izzie and Fliss. Both are totally delightful company. Fliss, the tireless one, is forever hopeful you will throw her ball wherever you happen to be - the living room, kitchen, garden, in the park etc. while Izzy has a much calmer temperament, is wiser and stops for occasional long rests from chasing balls. You need to take two balls on your walks, because when Izzy rests, she keeps a ball in her mouth to let you know she’s not playing, not until she’s ready again! Both dogs are extremely photogenic, so you should get some great fun pics. Sophie gave me the use of the master bedroom with bathroom en-suite. Sadly, she had a skiing accident while on holiday, meaning she couldn’t deal with all the steps in the house on her return and stayed elsewhere, so invited me to stay on for the three days before my next sit. I was very grateful for her kindness, so I pottered around and gave her place an extra good clean so there was less to worry about on her return. The village of Portslade is just down the hill and there are frequent buses to Hove and Brighton. The South Downs is within walking distance and there are several parks in the neighborhood. I would most definitely recommend this sit.
