I spent a wonderful three weeks in Ana's home in Gland, looking after her two cats. There are many lovely towns and cities within easy reach by train and the views of the mountains and lake Geneva are hard to beat. Ana and her husband Jaques were very welcoming and pleasant. On my last day there, Ana took me for a drive so that I could see more of the area. I would highly recommend her for a housesit.
We really enjoyed our time at Somersal’s lovely home. Pip is the most gorgeous dog, well trained and so easy to look after. She can be walked both on and off lead without any worry. No issues with other dogs which meant wherever we took her, we had a fantastic and relaxing time. Merlin the cat came and went as he chose, but generally joined us in the lounge during the evenings! Somersal was a fantastic host, friendly, interesting, generous and organised. She provided clear but simple written instructions that made our stay easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend and happy to return anytime.
Cathy and her home were inviting and comfortable. Cathy provides many amenities to make sure you're well informed and feel at home. I liked the various brochures and maps of St. Pete she left out. Porsche is a cute little dog and fairly easy to take care of. She likes company so she will follow you around the house when you are there. You will need to pay attention to her eating habits as the 1st couple of days she will be finicky (Cathy did warn me about this and made sure I had some alternative food just in case so I was prepared). Porsche may also be constipated the 1st couple of days. Just make sure to watch her closely on her last walk before bed to make sure she's gone #2. All in all it was a good sit.
I had such a lovely time sitting for Eleanor and George. They provided clear instructions and were very welcoming. Their home is so cosy and comfortable and the local area is really fun to explore. Ferdie and Pangur are such sweet, lovely cats, they're both very well behaved and very gentle. Really recommend this sit!

Reuben is so charming, you can’t help but fall in love with him immediately He loves to cuddle and is the best coworker you can have The house is beautiful and Rebecca and Duncan made us feel at home since we stepped in. Super well located and with beautiful garden. Communication was easy and they are super lovely! Would def recommend it for everybody We will miss Reuben so much!
It was a pleasure to stay at Amy's for a restful weekend in wine country. The dogs were fun and chill. Pigs were adorable and low maintenance. Her place is beautiful.

First time using PetSuites Grooming and it was really nice and a relief! Back story: I have been taking my fur baby to a main stream retailer for baths for years but started to feel like they weren’t doing their job according to what I was paying for. My fur baby also started to show signs of stress whenever I would take her there. They then complained that she didn’t like her nails trimmed and stated that they couldn’t do them but they still charged me when went to pick her up. I decided to try PetSuites. I tried to use them a year ago for pet boarding but my trip got canceled so I thought of them when wanting to try a new groomer. I’m glad that I did! All I can say is that it was very nice to get pics of my baby during and after her bath. She looked so happy and I was relieved! Her coat was very shiny, she smelled good, and her nails were perfectly trimmed. She also got a really cute bandanna. Thank you so much for taking care of my Oakley! We will be back!
I brought my dog here for the first time because I moved too far from his other daycare and I am not disappointed! I was in a rush this morning and they helped me very prompt and kindly. I had a busy day at work so I couldn’t watch him on the cameras, but a few hours into my shift they let me know he passed his evaluation and was making so many friends! This absolutely made my day! The ladies on the night shift were so sweet and even let me pay for my pup before they brought him out (he gets OVERWHELMINGLY excited). Now!!? Knocked out!! Thank you PetSuites Alliance! Was an emergency situation and they accommodated us quickly and applied discounts we were unaware of and was a great experience for us… now we had cats so it may not have been wonderful for them LOl but they were SAFE FED AND LOVED we will definitely use this same place in case we have another emergency situation. Had cute bird tv in condo and both of our cats shared a condo and could go back and fourth also were let out for playtime everyday. Very easy process and so affordable. Boy was they happy to see our faces :) pics are them there and when they got home LOL
This was my first time ever boarding my dog and pet suites alliance made it a wonderful experience for me and my dog!! I would use pet suites alliance again in a heart beat!! They were amazing!!! They made sure to communicate with me everyday of how my dog was doing, and sent me the CUTEST pictures of my sweet boy. I have a very high energy dog and they did a great job at keeping him entertained and just truly did a wonderful job of dealing with his unique personality!! Excellent place for those looking for a last minute place to board their animals (espcially when it comes down to the evening hours). Clyde the cat was given his own 2-story suite with a little TV to watch. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive to his needs. They provided adorable and thorough updates. Some places are hesitant to bathe cats, but this place was willing and did a great job with that too. I will definitely be using them again if and when I need a place to board Clyde in the Dallas area
I have pit bull rescue and she’s a good girl but she has a tendency when she gets excited to see someone or another dog to leap up and say hello by putting her front paws on them. 5 weeks of having a personal trainer made her great with me, but we could not break her of that. So while she doesn’t bite or growl, she’s got to be monitored around new beings. Petsuites has always accommodated her issues, private luxury suite, personal play time with the staff and she always comes home happy. I wouldn’t take her anywhere else but the Petsuites on Riverside in FW! 💕
These people seem to really be involved with the pets they receive. My dog was too shy of other dogs and they told me. I had to get individual play which was a great option for her. Also, I was able to package all of her food up prior to her arrival and I have never had a Vet even offer that!
Everything seemed okay the only thing that lacked was the zero attempt of feed back on my two dogs stay. I wasn’t told how they did if they ate if they had any problems. They seemed happy at check out and so I guess everything went well? Other than that everyone seemed nice.

I love taking my dog Moose to The Paw Pad for grooming!! He gets to be in daycare while he waits for his turn, and has fun with the other dogs there. The groomers always do an amazing job on his haircuts, thanks to Tyrone and Axel!! Try to add in it’s first come first serve style, which is reasonable

My dog came back from grooming with severe bloody diarrhea. It’s literally only blood in his poop! He has no medical issues and has never had bloody diarrhea before. I called Paw Pad and the front desk lady told us my dog already had once diarrhea at their place but NOBODY TOLD US!! I want to know immediately if my dog has any issues! Even at pick up, everyone said he was fine and happy! My dog is a very friendly and confident golden retriever. We rushed him to Emergency and ended up with a $400+ bill. I told the front desk lady I want to talk with the owner, I want to know exactly what happened to my dog today. But she said the owner is home today and cannot contact me. Does this place truly care about dog health and clients??? Sorry about the disgusting pics but that’s what we ended up with our poor boy today.
I’ve brought all my dogs to the paw pad and they always have the best time! They love doing daycare as well as boarding over night. They are welcoming and accommodate all of our pup’s needs. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. My pups get so excited to come here and we will keep coming back!
The Paw Pad is an amazing place. I have boarded both of our dogs and 2 cats with them as well as had them groomed there. One of our dogs is deaf and they are so patient with him! Their prices are very reasonable. We have boarded with them 1 time so far and have had them groomed twice. This has become our new place to go for all of our needs.
I have lived here in Fort Worth for 5 years now. I have been to many different boarding places as I have 4 large dogs and travel a lot for work and to see family. This is probably my favorite boarding place so far. You get report cards for your babies and they have cameras if you do the daycare there. The staff were all very kind and understanding. When picking up the pups, they were clean and very happy. I would recommend this place to anyone trying to find a good boarding/daycare.
Love the paw pad! My dogs have been to other dog daycares but this one is by far the best in the area. I love that I get photos from staff and I can watch on cam! Also the grooming is amazing. And the wait to get them in is not long at all!
My dog Axl Rose went and saw Axel the groomer! Now Axl really looks like a rock star! Australian shepherds are the best dog breed period.
My little baby absolutely loves place and get a ton of exercise and comes home exhausted. I really love the staff Laura has been extremely helpful and kind along with the rest of the staff! Highly recommended for everyone looking for a quality place to take their pup.
I brought him to a same-day appointment after replacing a previous appointment scheduled at 10:10 AM. I then get to the office at 10:06 AM to describe what I wanted for my dog. Immediately, they asked if I need a groom or board, and I replied with 'groom'. However, I wanted to specify the services I wanted for my dog. The receptionist then grabbed my dog before I was able to make my requests, and I had to stop her and tell her the services that I wanted. My dog has had dry skin and itchy skin, and I wanted a skin-soothing treatment. The receptionist did not know what I was talking about, and I had to ask another receptionist for help. Their online portal has all the options, so I know I wasn't speaking anything out of the ordinary. They then took my dog after that, and I went about my day. An email showed up stating my dog was taken in, and services would be scheduled to end at 12:00 PM. I then waited till noon, and no answer was given. I then called at 1:28 PM, asking how my dog was, and they told me he should be getting his wash now, but I would come to find out that was a lie hours later. I grew tired of waiting, so then I decided I'm going to walk over there and call to get my dog back at 2:57 PM. Nearly 5 hours since dropping him off! I rushed to the office, angry, and demanded my dog back and asked what services were rendered. They told me a 'PRELIMINARY' was rendered, and that was all. He was NEXT in line for his actual wash. They then told me he would have been scheduled to complete at 4:00 PM. They told me five dogs were somehow ahead of me at the time of my turn-in, and I was FINALLY next in line. I then repeated to the receptionist that over a span of 5-6 hours, they were only able to complete 5 dogs with multiple workers? Never taking my dog here again due to the incompetence of all the workers from the front to the back, from over the phone to in-person.
I don’t think I’ll be taking my dog back here for boarding. I’m not big on writing reviews but I felt like I needed to write one after leaving my dog in the care of this facility. When I got there, I asked for a quick tour to see the area where she would be kept and the young girl at the front desk said they aren’t allowed to have anyone but staff where the animals are. So I asked if she would take a video with my phone so that I could see the area and she said she would go talk to her manager. When she came back, she showed me one picture she took on her phone of a small, vacant stall that had 3 tiled walls and a tiled floor with a blanket that was wadded up. She said this was what their rooms looked like. My dog is a large, full grown lab and it just looked like it was way too small for her with little to no space. I asked if there was a gate (because it wasn’t shown in the picture) and she said there was a door. A solid door. So there is no interaction with other dogs. Total isolation. I asked if there is anyone who stays at the facility overnight and she said no. Everyone leaves at 6:00pm and no one comes back until 7:30am the next morning. I replied, “So all of the animals are left here alone… in isolation… for 13 1/2 hours straight??” She said yes but that they had alarms if anything was to happen. That wasn’t really reassuring at all and I wanted to take her somewhere else right then but since we were leaving for a trip that day, I didn’t have another place to take her to. When we got back from our week long trip, I went to pick her up around 8:15am (just after they open) and she was literally pulling me out the door choking herself, ran to the nearest grass and peed for a really long time. When we got in the car, I noticed she smelled. Horribly. A little while after we got home, she was whimpering and begging. I thought it was just because she needed some attention but then I called the facility and asked if they had fed her that morning and the answer was no. So she went over 14 hours in complete isolation without getting to go to the bathroom, and who knows how long between dinner and breakfast and is now showing signs of stress here at home. And this was more than likely her routine for the entire week. Not good. Maybe that’s why they have tiled walls in all of their stalls- so that they can just hose them down after dogs pee or poop in there and then sleep in it because they don’t have a choice otherwise. It just doesn’t seem like this is a very attentive and caring place to board your pet. At least that’s the impression I was left with.
I have a 4 month old puppy that is hyper and very full of spirit. She’s so active that the first groomer I took her to called me within 15 minutes to pick her up with the instructions that I could bring her back medicated- so she would be calm enough to groom. Having had a negative past experience in sedating a dog- I thought it didn’t hurt to give my dog one more chance with a different groomer to see if there was anyone out there that could groom my sweet mess of a dog. I decided to give Pet Paradise a try. I’ve heard great things about them and they are all true. Their groomer Katie not only took the extra time needed to groom her, she did so with perfection. She looks amazing. She also greeted me at pickup and gave several suggestions on how to get her ready for next time. I’m so impressed with this business. If you’re looking for a groomer- you need to give this place a shot.
I have had my 3 dogs groomed at Pet Paradise Pet Resort & Spa in Burleson once a month for the past 4 months. I took my German Shephard today by himself and received a phone call shortly after dropping him off saying he has destroyed over $200.00 worth of their property and he bit the owner! When I went to pick him up and the receptionist said that Prince "tried" to bite the owner and said nothing about any damage For one Prince has never bit anyone and does not bite! Not sure what has happened that is different at this place! The owner did not even come out of the back to speak to me! Now the receptionist said he tried to bite the owner! Did not see or show any damage! Really confused!
My rowdy, nervous and talkative gsd was checked in for daycare. We were informed that she showed her teeth to the male attendants. When she got home there were clear signs of stress. She is 10 months old and has been professionally trained since 8 weeks. In my opinion, she had to have been abused. Her trainer (a man) recommended this facility. Again, in my opinion, they're incapable of handling high energy dogs. She absolutely loves people and is neutral towards other dogs unless goaded into play. From their evaluation of her and her reaction when she got home I believe there was clear evidence of abuse. Take your high energy animal there at your own risk. I don't believe their staff capable of handling gsd puppies. This is my third and she is the most active, loving and talkative of the bunch. We won't use their daycare again.
Went out of town for weekend and took my fur baby Lola . This was her 1st staying somewhere and they said she did awesome.. I was very pleased with staff very friendly and helpful thanks ya
Friendly staff that does a great grooming job. My little dog doesn't cringe when we go there like she did at other grooming places. She is ready to go in and go with the workers there with no issues. They do a great job!

The staff is super friendly. I was traveling last minute, and very thankful they had one spot left when I called. Drop off was very simple and when we return my dog was super happy. I can tell he was well cared for. We have also used the grooming services which were excellent.
Do not board here. they lock the dogs up and do not let them out. there park is never used whenever you drive by. Staff was extremely put out by early pickups because they wash the urine and feces off to hide that they are only locked up the whole time.
I took my dog in to have his nails clipped. He will not let me do anything with them. The girls there suggested using the dremel file because they could get shorter and It would not be as sharp as clipping. It only took 10 min, and his nails looked wonderful. A few more trips and they will be as short as they need to be.

Everyone here is very kind and professional. My son comes to get his two mini'Australian Sheppards groomed and he has boarded them there when he travels for work, which is quite often. Eleven is my girl. She is a rescued American Bully and has major separation anxiety. The kind folks at Muffins Doggie Daycare quickly put her at ease. They do a great job with bathing, de-shedding, and clipping her nails. Muffins Doggie Daycare are so consistent and reliable they are always booked up. If you want your little one to get the treatment, prepare to wait. Most times you must make an appointment many weeks in advance! Thank you so much for taking such good care of my Eleven! Your guys are Awesome!
I left my fur babies there for their first time boarding...we did 9 days and the owner was great caring for my babies with no problems. I know I called and bugged them to death but she was still so nice answering to easing my anxiety as well as theirs.

We spotted Muffins from the road and decided to try it out - and we are so glad that we did. Before, we took our puppy to one of the larger pet store chains, and got him back half cut, still damp, and no sanitary trim. They said he wasn't ready for a groom - and still charged us. Davina took great care of our dog and he looks so handsome - nail trim was included instead of extra. She took time to remove the ear hair,, which is especially important as our dog is long hair and prone to ear infection. We will be long term customers from now on.

Best grooming experience by far, and an even better price! We were paying 3 times the price at big name pet stores such as Petsmart or Petco. We got the Neat Cut package and paid less than $30 for the bath, nail trim, ear clean, etc. Whereas, at Petsmart we would have paid almost $90! On top of that Muffin's did an amazing job. Petsmart couldn't come close to the work they did. Highly recommend, will be returning again and again! Thank you guys!

We love the boarding barn. Casandra is amazing with our dogs. We have 2 huge Rottweiler/Doberman mix dogs and we had our house on the market from August to March. We had many showings and it was easier to take the dogs out of the house than try to isolate them in one room. The Boarding Barn was their home away from home for 6 months. They were always excited to go! Casandra takes such good care of our dogs that I have started referring to her as their other mom. She made our life so much easier during the home sale process. I will never use another kennel.
We will definitely use them to board our dog again. They took great care of our dog and kept in close touch. They were easy to deal with and pricing was reasonable.

We left 5 dogs with the Boarding Barn for a week just before Thanksgiving. They treated our dogs so well and sent us photos regularly. We are so happy we are using them again for 9 days at Christmas!
Staff is always friendly and helpful. Clean and it doesn't smell like a pet hospital. Staff is very acomodating. It has a pool and grooming. Spa so cool. Im not sure if they put cucumbers on thepets eyes though...lol you've got to check it out!
Got my dogs groomed here today and was very happy! The pups seemed happy, the facility was clean, and the employees were friendly. My dogs looked and smelled great, nails were smooth, ears clean, all around gorgeous. We will be back!
Clarissa is the most patient, gentle and detail oriented groomer I have ever encountered. I have peace of mind knowing the pups here have all their shots and will not get my doggie sick! I would recommend ensuring your dog has met all their vaccine requirements prior to the appointment. Cutting a schnauzer is no easy task but they have mastered it!
Customer service is poor. The girls at The Grand acted like they hate their job. I even attempted to make small talk by asking questions such as "How long have you worked here? Do you like it here?" Both girls I asked worked there for about a year and responded by saying "it is ok" while never making eye contact. Not too reassuring when you are dropping off your fur babies into their care for a certain amount of time! My animals spent 4 nights there and never got the services I requested such as nail trimming and baths. When I picked my dog up her whole back side was covered in poop. Plus my kitten came home with a mystery lump on her chin that was not there when I dropped her off DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE!! 1👎👎👎
My chartreuse kitty had been through a lot of trauma before he became mine. We had a family emergency and had to leave him. These people were awesome and called us for suggestions when he wouldn’t eat. He looked and acted like he been on a spa vacation when we picked him up! I cannot thank them enough. I highly recommend them - they care!
Additional charges were outrageous. We were told our dog would need a flu vaccine since that was not included in his yearly vaccines. We agreed, but were charged $72 for an office visit in addition to the cost of the vaccine. The flu vaccine itself was $54! Plus had to pay fees for “biohazard” and “clinical support”. Just outrageous and not explained prior to the stay or else we would not have booked. Save yourself the headache and do not board here.
I have enjoyed taking my dog here for boarding for the last year however they just started this new rule that if you don't bring your dog during certain hours or pick them up in a certain time frame then they charge you $25 extra fee. Whats the point of using a facility that has a 24 hour animal clinic next door if you can only pick up your dog between 9 -12 in the morning or you get charged an extra fee. If you are traveling, it's almost impossible to plan you schedule around these ridiculous hours. I have loved taking my dog here the past year and you used to be able to drop your dog off anytime, even if it was after hours the animal clinic next door was open 24/7 and you could drop your dog off or pick them up there. Now this place has just become a Money Hungry establishment taking advantage of people. Great with animals and for boarding options but charging an extra $25 fee when its only $35 to board your dog for one night in the first place is crazy. That's almost an entire day charge and you don't even get to board your dog for a full 24 hours. Plus, I tried to go here for grooming my dog and they couldn't give her a bath. I understand my dog breed is afraid of water and probably more difficult to bathe, but this is supposed to be a professional establishment. If Petco could succeed in giving my dog a bath, I expect that the Grand Pet Resort would be able to. I was really disappointed. Overall, last year this place was great, but the more I come here, the more disappointed I get in service. They can't keep staff. I used to come in so often that the staff knew me by name, now the entire staff has been replaced and their new staff barely knows how to use the computers. Extremely disappointed in what used to be a great treasure has gone down hill dramatically.
This is the first time I left my babies anywhere. They had a good reputation and they were excellent to the dogs. We called quite often they didn't seem to mind ,we checked on them quite often they had cameras where you could see them all day really nice people. We're not hesitate to take them there again
I’m from Houston, and decided to take a road trip along with my dog. We went to Austin first and he had a blast! Then we went to Ft. Worth to visit some family, my family isn’t dog friendly like I am so I decided to board my dog Taco. Being unfamiliar to Ft. Worth, I looked on google and looked for places with a good rating. I stumbled upon this place and I am super glad that I did. They treated my dog Taco really well there, he was happy and the staff said they really liked him. I was so glad they took him last minute, so remember, if you are in the Ft. Worth area and you are looking to board a dog, please come visit these guys, they are worth it! M.J. was a big help and was super kind. All I know is that the next time I am in Ft. Worth, I will be boarding my dog here again. Highly recommend!
I had scheduled a grooming appointment for my dog, when I arrived the people at the front desk asked any updates on my dog's vaccines, which I provided. Then they said they required to run a fecal test on my dog and to give him the influenza vaccine, those 2 alone were about $95, that is in addition to the grooming. They refused to take my dog unless I accepted their quote for the fecal exam and the shot. What bothers me is not that they require the flu shot or the fecal exam, but that they not tell in advance when I scheduled or confirmed the appointment, so I can take my dog to TCAP or somewhere that doesn't overcharge triple the price. The same happened the first time I took my dog there but to the other facility, they always try to make upsales.
We've been boarding our dog here for over a year now and he loves it! He's always very excited when we show up so I know he is well taken care of and has fun here! Staff is always very friendly and helpful.
LOVE metro for all dog related things. The boarding is great, daycare is great, and the grooming is just as stellar. My dog George is nervous and they take such good care of him. I get updated and pictures which my daughter loves to see
I would not recommend bringing your pup here 🙁 I worked here for a short period 3-4 months and oof it’s not good. They say that dogs are there number one safety priority, but just so YOU know that they accept aggressive dogs, ones that have had incidents… and multiple. We also accept dogs with shot records that are expired and out of date and we continue to extend there boarding too when out! Also don’t get me started on their cleanliness, it for sure is not up to date. If it was up to date we wouldn’t be having 2-3 kennel cough cases from clients every 1-2 weeks.When I started there I had printed out signs and stuck them up to show people how cleaning needs to be done because I had worked at previous daycare’s, shelters and vet clinic offices. HR and Owner wouldn’t allow us to kick dog's out because it’s “money”. They DO NOT CARE about the people and there workers that are outside that headquarters building. I’ve had concerns I have brought up to HR and have been completely blown off and disregarded. Having 2-3 people on shift to handle 40+ dogs a day is kinda crazy. Understaffed, was getting a call everyday on my day off asking to come in. I’m just giving a heads up to those who want to go here or are already going here. This business is only money hungry they do not care about the dogs or there workers. They also fire you without explanation to🤗 If you could look at the reviews previous employers have left on indeed about this place is should tell you WAY more than enough!!
I have been taking my 1 year old goldendoodle here for a little over a month now. He goes 1-2 times a week and it is a blast for him! He gets all of his energy out playing with all the other pups and the staff is awesome! They are always so nice at pick up and drop off! I would highly recommend bringing your dog here!
My doggo and I both love this place! He always plays so hard at daycare. It is a great way to keep your dog socialized with a busy schedule. Very friendly staff! The photos are ones that they have taken of him and posted on FB (which is another great perk). I love seeing him have fun. Highly recommend.

They assured me that they groom many golden retrievers. They shaved mine and his hair never grew back. 1yr old AKC puppy. Apparently it’s common knowledge that shaving Goldens is a big no no.
Sugar is our 4 month old lab puppy. She just started attending Metro and completely loves it. She actually whines with excitement when I pull into the parking lot! Their hours are flexible, rates are reasonable and the staff is comprised of animal lovers. So glad to have Metro as a resource as I return to work this school year. Thanks for taking such good care of my sweetie!
Absolutely phenomenal experience! Rover Oaks went above and beyond to ensure our furry friend was happy, comfortable, and well-cared for during our time away. The staff is incredibly attentive and clearly passionate about animals. It really feels like this resort treats every pet like family. Knowing our dog was in such capable hands gave us complete peace of mind. We can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be booking again! 5 stars all the way!
Jazz always has a great time at Rover Oaks. She has friends that she loves to play with, and she is always excited when she comes. She has a better social life than me..lol! The staff is fantastic, responsive and highly skilled. Each of them care about the dogs, and there is enough staff to look after all the dogs safely. They know how to properly assess dog behaviors and they update with me about how Jazz is doing. They are very easy to talk to and very friendly. They work hard, and I appreciate their efforts and I always look forward to seeing them. They make managing my life much easier. The front desk staff answers all of my questions and they are very polite and professional. The management is superior! Every manager that I have interacted with is professional, and welcoming. I’m confident that Jazz, who is a high energy rescue dog, is well taken care of.
I’ve been taking my dogs to Rover Oaks for about a year now. First dog I took was my Missy who we picked up from the streets but a very well behaved dog at that. She passed her daycare eval with flying colors and the whole process was so easy. She’s had so many great days at day care and being able to see her on video is a huge plus. We recently rescued another dog, Olive. Olive has had a rougher life than Missy for sure and is more difficult behavior wise - but Rover Oaks has taken great care of her and made her a part of their family! I leave my dogs at the care of Rover Oaks employees with a peace of mind. Knowing my dogs will always be well taken care of is a huge relief. They have both been boarded there as well and they always look happy to go back. This is how you can tell your pet is well treated. Thank you Rover Oaks for being great with our dogs. Couldn’t recommend them more!
Charlie, my corgi, absolutely LOVES daycare at Rover Oaks! He gets so excited every time we arrive, and it's easy to see why. Angel, Julie, and John (the manager of daycare) are amazing—they make sure he has the best time every visit. The fun photo shoots are a great bonus too; I love getting adorable pictures of Charlie in themed costumes! The staff truly goes above and beyond, and it’s comforting to know he’s in such loving and capable hands. Thank you, Rover Oaks, for making Charlie’s days so special! 🐾
Rover Oaks is simply the best! My dog, Oliver, has boarded with them a few times and they do such an amazing job taking care of him. The staff are so friendly and you can tell they really care about your pet’s experience while boarding. I know Oliver likes staying because he’s always so excited when we pull into the parking lot!! Also, the “Paw-gress” reports are so cute and such a fun attribute to receive at the end of your pet’s stay. Thank you Rover Oaks for all that you do!! :)
We lodged our miniature Aussie here and were blown away by how well he was taken care of. Between play times and photo/ text updates, we know he enjoyed himself and never had to wonder if he was safe. I would recommend Rover Oaks to anyone! Your pet is in good hands there.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about Rover Oaks Pet Resort! The facilities are spotless, spacious, and designed with pets’ happiness in mind. My Dogs Benzi and Enzo have been coming here since they were puppies. They are now 5 & 4 years old and it is still their HAPPY PLACE! They have done just about every service the resort has to offer and it has always been extremely smooth to book, drop off and even receive update pictures! Thank you to the amazing team for going above and beyond to ensure my pets are comfortable and loved. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my fur babies other than Rover Oaks! 🩵
First time boarding our dogs, a 7 month old Cavalier King Charles and 7 1/2 year old German Shepard. We've never boarded.any dog as we always had someone stay with them so we were a little concerned how they would do, We visited quite a few places before deciding on Rover Oaks but immediately knew this is where we wanted to keep them. Employees seemed very professional and everything appeared very well organized. The dogs seemed to be very happy, adjusted well, and were well taken care of. We loved being able to watch them on the camera also.
Rover oaks is a second home to my baby, if for any reason I have to go out of town I know exactly where I would leave him without a second thought. The staff is just so loving and friendly, I know that they would take the best care of my King. He always has so much fun there and I love the photos and report cards they leave at the end of his visit, makes me feel so much better about leaving him there. Rover oaks Houston is definitely the best choice ❤️

I came here to get my dog groomed. The girl that took care of my dog was a dark skin, I believe African American girl. When I got my dog back, he smelled amazing !!!!!!! So nice, shiny and clean. My dog is the type to fuss and whine while getting groomed. She took care of him very well and he seemed relaxed and not in distress at all! 10/10
I really had a great experience getting my dog groomed here, the person in charge of handling my bundle of joy was a tall African American girl, she was the sweetest and the most patient when it came to my dog. You can see the care and dedication she has for her job through the care she provides her customers with !!!! I’d 100% recommend this place as I WILL ALSO BE COMING BACK !!!!!

Okay, so we rescued a mini poodle puppy with special needs quite unexpectedly over Christmas break…and we’ve never had a dog that needed grooming before! To say we were lost is putting it mildly!! After digging around online, endlessly trying to figure out how to care for her coat, I showed up on Pet Care’s doorstep. They were AMAZING!!! They taught me how to brush and bathe her, which brushes I needed and which ones I didn’t, and everything else under the sun! They have a self-wash at the store and they even stepped in to help me wash her, showing me some tips and techniques. I LOVE THEM! I brought Tilly back a couple of weeks later to be groomed and they were outstanding. They helped us choose how to cut her hair and took such kind and loving care of her!! She’s deaf and has very limited vision, so it was a big deal to find somewhere loving and safe for grooming. I just can’t say enough good things about this family owned spot, y’all! 10 out of 10!! Tilly is about to go back for her warm weather hair-do! 🤣🎉 ❤️

This is the only place I’ll take my animals. The staff are patient, positive, and obviously love dogs (and my dogs like them, too!). Their customer service is top notch.
I learned about Pet Care Plus last week because the store hosted TCAP for vaccinations for my shih tzu Buster! The store was immaculate and stocked with essential pet supplies. The staff were very friendly and kind! I scheduled a grooming appointment for Buster for the following week. I forgot to show up for my appointment, and the staff responded so kindly, offering me another appointment two days later. I kept that appointment! Again, Sam and the staff were pleasant and so friendly. They were so kind to Buster! When I returned to pick up Buster, Buster was happy and the staff gushed over him! His grooming was excellent! I will use Pet Care Plus in the future! Highly recommend!
I first learned about pet care plus around Julv when my puppy was finally old enough to start getting groomed. I started off using the self service wash station and it was so easy to use, plus the 2 ladies who own the business are so kind and helpful. I booked an appointment with Rebecca and she did a wonderful job on my standard size Golden Doodle. She started his New Years with a fresh shave! 100% recommend this place.
The owner, Pam and Sam, are first class. I walked in with My little buddy Copper. He was in desperate need of a bath. After I finshed giving him a bath. Pam came over, gave him a bandana, and put some conditioner on him. I asked whether they could do a little grooming for me. Copper went with them and acted like he had known them forever. I recommend them to anybody. They 100% are animal people.
Can’t say enough good things about this business. They truly care about my fur baby and he comes home happy every time! The groomers are top notch and professional's. I’ve boarded my dog here many times and couldn’t ask for better service!
I had an amazing experience here. My dog is a 7 month old maltipoo mix. This was her first ever grooming session. She is a little terror but the groomers here did an amazing job and far exceeded my expectations They were able to cut her hair and trim her nails. I’ll post a before and after. I’m so excited to have found a place that I can bring her to and feel that she is in safe hands. Highly recommend you bring your animals here for grooming needs.
We brought our precious girl to the fur studio for the first time this weekend! We have nothing but awesome things to say! She has super thick hair and they got every single tangle out. She was given love and attention and seemed very happy when we picked her up! I loved how quick they were too! The best part - the bows!! Highly recommend the fur studio and arrow will be going back in a few weeks!

I take my cat here and now my new little dog. The staff is always friendly and amazing and do a great job! This is the only groomer I've found willing to take cats, a when I brought my dog she asked me how I wanted her cut and did exactly what I wanted even though I had a hard time putting it into words. I would recommend them to anyone needing a good groomer who listens to what you want!
They love their clients and go above and beyond to make sure the dogs are comfortable. Our pups come back happy and perfectly groomed every single time. Call ahead because they get booked up quickly!
I recently rescued a young dog that had seemed to never have been groomed before but was quite obviously in need of it. I originally took her to another groomer and quickly got a call after dropping her off stating that they wouldn’t complete the haircut unless I got her on the ACE medication because she was too scared and nervous. I picked up my dog with a TERRIBLE haircut. I made an appointment with the vet and got the meds just in case, reached out to that same groomer and never heard back. That is when I decided to contact The Fur Studio. I told the owner what had happened and she said she wanted to meet my dog and make her feel welcome before so quickly resorting to the meds. Sure enough, a little over an hour later I got a call saying my dog was good and ready to go. The way the handled the situation and treated my dog was incredible and extremely sensitive - as needed for her skittishness and nerves - and all that to say, we never had to use the meds! I would so highly The Fur Studio Pet Spa.
Took my puppy Freyja (shih tzu-Aussie mix) here for her first ever groom, and brought my sisters Lhasa Apso Quentin with me since I’m pupsitting. They did an amazing job!! Very pleased with his Freyja turned out and I will definitely be bringing her back. From a little rug dog to a pretty little lady!
Did a amazing job on my husky. We did the grooming with FURminator and wow, I will definitely be coming back. They were friendly and great customer service as well.

Prices were very reasonable for the two hours she spent working on him. She gave great feedback after she completed the job and will tailor future visits accordingly.
