This was a great sit. Where do we start? Blintz was a joy to be around - we missed her presence from the moment we closed the door. She is gentle, well behaved and fun (watch her chase her tail). She's good on the leash and we really enjoyed taking her for walks and excursions. Jim and Francisco were great hosts. We met them before the sit, got introduced to Blintz and shown around their nice house and central and vibrant neighbourhood. The house was professionally cleaned when we arrived, and had good communications throughout and such a good time. We highly recommend this sit and are so happy to be back in December.
We had a fabulous time looking after Tim & Judith's lovely home, Homer the Pinter, Bibble the cat, the sheep & Chickens. There is access from the back of the property to take Homer for long country walks, he loves to run and if he gets the chance chase a few rabbits or deer! There are big open, fenced areas and he just loves it, he is obedient and easy to be with, just a big kid with 4 legs and a joy to be with!! Bibble is easy, she lives in the feed shed and keeps guard, but loves to come in and have cuddles with the humas and Homer, they are so cute together! The sheep and chicken are easy to look after, and getting an average of 3 eggs a day was just awesome. The home is in a beautiful country location, and Time & Judith were so welcoming, we honestly felt like we had known them for years after only a couple of hours. Handover was easy, easy to follow instructions & animal routines, and a lovely home to stay in. Hopefully we'll have the opportunity to come back in the future and look after the place again. Thanks for having us. Ian & Jo.
Roger and Monica are great hosts, made us feel very welcome, The house and garden where lovely and with easy access to many lovely walks in the country side, Dido and Tess where well behaved and playful and we really enjoyed looking after them. Highly recommended
