I appreciated Rory’s care of my pup! He and his friend made sure she enjoyed hike and brewery patios.
I would have Elaine back any time :) She took care of the kitties, the house was in order, I got photo updates from home. It was great all around!
Eric and Mel were wonderful house and pet sitters! They hung out with my dogs and cats a lot, and I know my animals are missing them already! I loved getting updates and pictures from them. Eric and Mel are also highly responsive and communicative, and took great care of the house as well as the animals! Highly recommend them as sitters and look forward to more sits from them in the future!
Despite the summer heat in Valencia, Anna’s apartment, being on the 7th floor, has a fantastic cross-breezed that helps tremendously. We thoroughly enjoyed taking care of Bets. She’s a very sweet lady, who enjoys long cuddles, only on her terms! She greeted us back home after each of our outings visiting the town, and she very much enjoys company. Valencia is a beautiful town with so much to see and eat. Bus and metro are right next to the apartment and the view on the park from the balcony, with the sounds of birds, and a cat purring is a lovely way to unwind ☺️ Anna is very communicative, easy to reach and has great recommendations. All the best to you and Bets! 🧡
It was a pleasure petsitting for Tara in her wonderful place in West Roxbury. She was easy to communicate with while she was away and extremely personable. Parker and Eabha are such loves and easy to take care of. I highly recommend this sit and wouldn't hesitate to watch Parker and Eabha again in the future.
We so enjoyed sitting Bo and Besa, the affectionate Bengals. Sammie and Michele’s house was very comfortable and they were kind enough to offer the master bedroom. Sammie set-up free access to the Community Centre, including: 2 pools, gym, library and much more. Communication was clear and we thoroughly enjoyed the sit.
Jessica is so sweet, informative, responsive, warm & welcoming. The home is quite comfortable and 8 minutes from a popular mall and shopping area. The dogs obey the commands that Jess suggested very well and they are quite affectionate and loving. However, I would suggest putting Bandit outside if you plan to play with the cat toys.. He gets a little riled up lol. Also may want to keep one eye on the black cat when you openthe door. She's easy to catch if she gets out but I thought you may like the info ahead of time. :) This was the first time that I watched so many animals and I was a little intimidated at first but they are very loved and Jessica has all the creature comforts that make it so easy. For example many treats and automatic cleaning litter boxes and air purifiers/fresheners. I fell in love with this pet family. Surprisingly this housesit is actually pretty low maintenance and I slept great in the spare bedroom. The airport is relatively close and downtown is easy to get to. I recommend this stay.
What an absolute joy it was sitting for Simba in Julia’s absence. Julia is such a genuinely lovely person and her home is very beautiful. The surrounding area is also fantastic, with lots to do and see closeby. We would love the opportunity to return to care for Simba in the future.
We had a great time in Varaignes with Barnie. She is a lovely old cat. She sleeps most of the day and does not venture far. Considering her age she only has one tablet a day which she took easily with some extra food. The first evening she sat next to us on the sofa, after that she was a lap cat. The sit was short so we did not get to explore far but we know that the Dordogne is beautiful from previous visits to that area. We did have a lovely lunch in the Auberge in the village. Ken and Sue have a lovely, clean, bespoke home in a super setting. The back of the house looks out on the garden and fields. There is a nice shady area and also a large sun area depending on your preference. A well equipped kitchen. The extra bonus is a large family of feral cats who play in the field behind. Food is put out for them regularly so there is nothing to do except top up the outside food bowls and sit and watch them play. We hade a very relaxing time with Barnie in the Dordogne and recommend this sit to cat lovers.
