This was our first house-sit through the website and we are so grateful Lucy trusted us to look after Bundle. She allowed us to spend such an amazing and relaxing time near Annecy with a sweet dog and a lovely home. Bundle was very easy to look after. He would always have the energy to go for small hikes besides the regular morning and evening walks and was also very calm and relaxed when being home. Lucy' appartement has an amazing view with great mountains and is about 5 min walk to the gorgeous lake of Annecy! All her instructions were clear and we felt our arrival and departure went very smoothly. We look forward to sitting again and hopefully meet Lucy and her daughter in person! We 100% recommend this house-sit!
A lovely sit nestled in a gorgeous house which backs onto the native bush in the Perth Hills. Sally and the family were there to greet me when I arrived and Sally briefly showed me around the property and was very helpful in explaining what they needed done whilst they were away. Leila, a large, strong but vey gentle dog, who absolutely adores her walks, literally jumps up and down at the mention of the word, responds well to lots of love and cuddles. Hugo the cat is half human and he will happily chat to you all day long. He seems to be happy spending the day sleeping in the sun. The 5 chooks and 2 ducks are pretty easy to look after and start following you around whilst you're cleaning out their water troughs. This sit would suit someone who is happy to enjoy some quiet time away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Loved this sit, thank you so much Sally and Michael.
We loved every bit of this house-sit, and most of all we fell completely in love with Romy and haven't stopped talking about him since. Zlatko is a warm, welcoming and easy-going host; he had us settled into the house-sit in a quick afternoon, showing us the sights and cooking us a delicious meal. The house itself is extremely comfortable and easy to look after, in a fantastic location between beach and mountains. Our stay was for almost four weeks across December into early January and we couldn't have found a better place for the European winter. Romy is of course the highlight of all this; full of character and wonderful company. A highly intelligent and adaptable dog, every day with him was different and we can't wait to go back to stay with him again. We miss him a lot!
Tara, Andrea and Jack are a loving family who received us excellently and whom we added as new friends. Jack is a very talkative cat who makes himself understood in anything he wants, from food to pampering and at the same time very independent. The apartment has a dream view to the Adriatic Sea just a few meters from the walled city. We really recommend this beautiful family and hope to meet again very soon. Thank you very much!!
Our stay with Baloo in Marina Del Ray was pure joy. An awesome friend, Baloo was a sweet, easy-going pitt-baby. He was incredibly well-behaved the entire stay. On leash, Baloo was a great walking dog; he conducted himself with the utmost class and poise. At home, Baloo was calm, quiet, and loving. Lisa and Gabi were lovely, too. They warmly welcomed us into their cozy home and kept in great contact with us during the entirety of our stay. Their instructions and requests were detailed and clear. We would certainly watch Baloo again. He was a fantastic companion.
This house and pet sit exceeded my expectations. Troy and especially Deb were so great. Information and expectations were clear and welcome. Aspen was one of the best behaved, loving German Shepards that I've even gotten to know. She's very smart and made it perfectly clear what she wanted or needed. I only wished I could 'speak bark' so I could respond quicker. Their home on 10 acres is so beautiful. Hope the opportunity arises so I can sit again.
