Jon and I absolutely loved our pet and housesit! Ella is the most loving and playful dog who we enjoyed spending time with and we will certainly miss her. She took right to both of us and would sleep on the bed with us each evening. She loved to go on her walks and cool off in her doggie pool. She’s playful and sweet. We were also fortunate enough to spend a day ahead of the sit with Alison and found her to be so open, friendly and welcoming that we really feel like we are now friends. Her home was comfortable and clean and we had everything we could possibly need. She was also kind enough to let us know of many places and things to do nearby and even set up transportation for us! She truly is a wonderful lady and we both felt very fortunate to have met her and Ella. We hope to pet/housesit again for them!
Unfortunately, we never had the chance to care for Spiral. Jessica and Peter had to regrettably cancel their plans due to heightened COVID (Delta) numbers. A decision we wholeheartedly agreed with. Their communication was friendly and prompt. We wouldn’t hesitate to apply for one of their sits in the future.
Our stay at Elizabeth and Van's beautiful woodland retreat was a nature lovers paradise. Coming from life in the city having the smell of the pines and redwoods surrounding the house was deeply restoring. From their charming abode it's only a short distance to beautiful hiking trails, while a short scenic drive leads to a plethora of pristine lake trails. We also loved that we could walk to town in just 5min and even a sweet farmers market was in walking distance. We both fell in love with Juneau and Sunny and miss them already. Being with them was the highlight for us. Juneau is a ball-fetching ninja and Sunny girl is the sweetest who loves heartfelt connection time. Liz and Van are the most genuine, sincere, kind souls who we now call friends. We had smiles our entire stay and can’t recommend them more highly.
My mom and I had a wonderful time house sitting for Kedar and Erika. Their pup, Rishi, is extremely sweet, smart, and high energy. He is a wonderful companion on any outdoor adventure and is ready to snuggle up with you when the day is over. Kedar and Erika were perfect hosts; they were extremely communicative and they provided a detailed welcome guide so we knew exactly how to take care of Rishi. The location can't be beat either; Dozens of hikes and other things to do were all within 5 miles. This was definitely a 10/10 house sit!
Caring for Marty McFly was such a lovely experience in Vienna! He was a bit stubborn when he wanted to go his own way, which we did most of the time, and all his arthritis would somehow vanish as long as we were headed where he wanted. He even turned into a young sprinter when headed towards your restaurant! Very lovely fellow. Very pleasant location 20 min walk to the museums and still within the city feel of Vienna. Loved my time here. Thank you for the coffee and contact with the neighbor who gave me some great tips on trips to the woods and Danube!

This is by far the best daycare and boarding place I have ever brought my dog to. Our dog is obsessed with K9 and literally runs toward the building and is so excited to be there every time we drop him off. They even took special pictures of our dog when we boarded him for Thanksgiving and Christmas. The best part is they send a progress report with photos and update on how your pet did during the stay, so glad we found them..I would highly recommend K9 Resorts for their caring and professionalism.
We loved the experience boarding at K9 Resorts. From the very first interaction I could tell that the staff cares about the dogs in their care. The drop off and pick up process is always quick and easy, and they know exactly what I’m there for every time I walk in. The pictures and vedios were absolutely adorable. They were much more thoughtful and comprehensive than we expected, and they gave us some comfort while we were away. He made so many friends and looked very happy every time we boarded. We initially only needed boarding, but we started putting him in daycare so that our pup can hang out with all his new friends! He got a bath on his last day and came home clean and tired! We love K9 Resorts of Stamford, and our dogs love them, too! We boarded our golden retriever and chihuahua mix for a 12-day stay when we had to travel abroad. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish---including daily updates via text and email on how our pets were doing with adorable photos, departure day baths, easy check-in and flexibility on pick-up/drop-off, and a kind, attentive staff. We were especially happy that our dogs got to board together in their own suite. The facilities are immaculate, and our dogs seemed super happy and relaxed the whole time. We look forward to bringing them back again for our next trip!
My dog Sydney is very shy and does not like strangers. I had to place her in daycare and a couple of overnight stays while I was visiting from Florida to prepare my parents house for sale. The staff was extremely attentive to Sydney‘s special needs. She did very well and was happy while she was there. I love the report cards that they send! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who needs to board their precious fur baby!
Pickles was well cared for and was very content while at K9 Pet Hotel. The place was immaculate and the staff were great to interact with. We enjoyed the photo and video of Pickles. We highly recommend the K9 Pet Hotel Stanford!
My 3 month old puppy had the best time! I stopped in to tour and the place was spotless and odor free. I was looking for a place where my puppy can stay in a play area with a counselor for the majority of her time there rather than a cage like other places in the area. Ruby, Tyrone, Nicole and one of the managers were friendly, informative, and truly cared about my pet and her needs. They accommodate your pets needs, you can opt out to have them put up in a suite if they prefer to be alone and have 1 on 1 play sessions with a counselor. They send over updates with videos/pictures throughout your pets stay. K9 staff responded promptly via call/text/email. It’s a calm, quiet, and relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend! They have my business for sure.
I absolutely love k9 resorts. My dog has been going there for about 3 months and I can't imagine finding a better place for him. The care he received was better than I could have hoped for. we love the updates and pictures they post daily. I would always recommend K9 Resort for daycare drop-off or overnight stay. Our dog loves going to K9 for daycare and boarding. She attends daycare 2-3 times per week. It is wonderful to know she is safe and having a great time while we are working or away. Everyone on the staff at K9 is kind and wonderful with dogs. We highly recommend K9 Resorts to everyone!
This was my dogs first time staying at K9 due to our usual hotel being fully booked for the weekend. The staff was so friendly and even gave me a tour of the facility because it was my first time. Everything looked very very clean. Getting the report cards with pictures of my dog and notes on how we was doing was so reassuring and I looked forward to seeng them each day. They even accommodated me for late pickup because I was stuck in traffic. Thank you for taking great care of my boy. Definitely will be back!
Bringing our puppy Border Collie Oakley to Paws has been one of the best decisions we have made! It is very clean, the staff is amazing (especially Tatiana!) and Oakley has made many other doggy friends! He is very excited everytime we drop him off and exhausted when he comes home! Our toy poodle Georgy can not wait to get in the door and start playing. She seems happy when she is picked up. She has made friends with dogs of all shapes and sizes. It has helped her to be more socialized.The staff could not be friendlier and more caring.

I can’t say enough good things about Paws of Greenwich Canine Club! It is the happiest, cleanest, and safest doggy daycare that there is. My dogs absolutely love being there. Jessica and Brian are amazing people- I would trust them with anyone and anything. I’ve known them for years. And their whole staff is dedicated and happy to be there. I wouldn’t send my pets anywhere else!

I recently hired Carissa to watch my dog Jack and cat, Roxy for five days while I went on vacation. This was the first time I was away from my pets for an extended period of time so it was really important to me that everything would go smoothly. I was so impressed by how Carissa took care of them. Each day I was away I would receive updates from her including photos and videos of the pets out on hikes, playing at the park with other dogs, etc. Carissa is extremely professional and caring. You can see how much she loves the animals in her care. I highly recommend Carissa to anyone in need of dog care.
Carissa is a great doggy daycare provider in Stamford! She took great care of my pup who has a good amount of separation anxiety. My dog was happy and relaxed when I picked her up and got along great with the other dog Carissa had with her! I would definitely book with Carissa again.
My dog Zoe had a great stay with Carissa! She seemed very happy and well cared-for. And I enjoyed working with Carissa. She was quick to respond to messages, sent good updates during Zoe's stay, and attentive to my care instructions. I would gladly book her again and recommend her to anyone! Not to mention she’s great with clicker training for puppies.
Carissa took care of our two dogs when we were moving, and they couldn’t be in the new house yet. They can be a handful, but she did a great job with them and had helpful tips about walking them (they have always been terrible on leashes). She is very knowledgeable and caring! They came back as happy as ever, and we were very grateful for her attentive care. She also kept me updated with pictures!
Carissa was an amazing caregiver for our pup! She was super timely and responsive to all messages, and treated our baby like she was her own. She even baked Jackson some fresh muffins and brought her to an amazing dog park. We will definitely use her again when we are back in Stamford.

You know you have found the perfect sitter and trainer for your fur baby when your dog does not even care when you leave, because he is so happy to play with Carissa and her other furry friends! Moreover, she is not only a loving pet sitter, where the dogs are physically, mentally and emotionally enriched, but she is a terrific trainer! When my dog (who is so picky, even with treats) was not 'normal' treat motivated, she made homemade sardine balls, not only tasty but terrific for their fur and coat. I cannot say enough about Carissa. She is willing to meet you at your home, her house, or even run over to my work, when I was running late and did not have time to drop him off..Not to mention she is so professional, thinks of everything, such a dog seat belt for her car. My dog is very happy to have found his "PAWFECT COMPANION" with Carissa!

Carissa treated our dog Stanley like her own when she watched him for a weekend. We could tell that he was having the best time with the other dogs during daycare and we received picture updates through his stay. It was a relief knowing that Stanley was well taken care of while we were gone. Carissa is awesome. I took my dog Oreo for daycare a couple days a week and it was great Oreo was well taken care of, he went on numerous walk through the day and had a blast. Carissa also gave me advice on behavioral issues with Oreo. I had a great experience with Carissa
I cannot recommend Harbor Pets enough. I moved into town less than a year ago, and Hillary was incredibly welcoming to me and my dog. It's by far the cleanest facility I've ever seen. My pup loves going for daycare multiple times a week, and has also loved her boarding experiences (the pics they send are also adorable). There is so much room inside and out for them to play and she comes home absolutely wiped! The staff not only looks after the dogs, but you can tell they genuinely love dogs. It makes all the difference to not have to worry about how your pup's day is going when you're at work or away.
I love Harbor Pets. The staff (Hey, Hillary!) is remarkably friendly and helpful, and the prices are very reasonable. But what I love most is that 1) my dog can roam free for most of the day, and 2) a staff member is onsite 24/7. At most places, my dog would be in a cage or a crate for a good part of the day and would have to spend the night without a human companion. Thanks, Harbor Pets!
Chloe’s home away from home! Great daycare and free roam boarding, lots of outdoor space for the dogs to play and indoor space as well. Chloe is always happy to see the staff and Hillary! Very accommodating for those last minute work changes where I need help with Chloe. She loved participating in the Howloween Festival in October! Thank you!
My dog, Grover, absolutely loves Harbor pets. In fact, when we turn the corner onto Elmcroft he stands on his hind legs in the car looking for Harbor Pets. When we arrive he starts whining because he can’t get out of the car fast enough to run to the front door of Harbor Pets. He enthusiastically greets the human that comes to take him back to the other dogs. Grover is a very shy dog that is very particular as to which dogs he will befriend. He also is typically uncomfortable with a large group of dogs. When we first brought Grover to Harbor Pets, about one year ago, we explained his personality to Hillary, the owner. Hillary and her staff worked with Grover and by his third time there Grover was clearly thrilled to spend time there. Grover is the dog on the left.
Raf is great! It was our dog’s first time in a doggy daycare and he made our dog feel comfortable. Made sure he was eased into it. The facility is always kept clean and love their yappy hours!

We love taking our 7-month-old puppy, Harlem, to Harbor Pets. The staff are friendly to and attentive to both pets and their humans. Harlem loves to play with the other dogs. We always know she's in good hands. You can tell the staff really love the animals and know their individual personalities and how to keep them happy and safe. We're so glad to have a place like this for Harlem to call her Home away from home :)
Hillary & co run a tight ship; the first thing that popped when I walked into Harbor Pets for the first time back in june was the cleanliness of the facilities, the front desk is surrounded by photos and memorabilia of the dogs that they have come through. The main room in back the dogs can hang out in has ample space, plenty of toys, and the staff onboard are locked in, engaging the dogs. I appreciate that people can let their dogs board here. The staff is very friendly, Id trust them with any of my dogs.
Incompetent staff. Wrote clear and concise directions for feeding my dog, and not only did they ignore the instructions, they must have forgotten to feed her for one meal because the food was returned with an entire meal plus some left. The cameras were also off most of the times I checked during the day at various times and the password changed after day 1 of boarding our dog. We had to reach out to figure out the new password and the staff member didn’t know the password. In a business where you need to be professional and responsible and where there are other competitors in the area, it’s unfortunate they couldn’t check those two important boxes. We won’t be sending our dog here again.
Definitely the best doggy day care in Stamford. Super nice, clean facility with a big outdoor area. The staff play and engage with the dogs and post lots of fun pictures on social media. Everyone there is so great and my dog could not be more excited when we arrive.
My dog Otis and I moved to Harbor Point a little over a year ago. PCBA came HIGHLY recommended from a friend and I am so thankful for their amazing care of Otis. The PCBA team are skilled and trustworthy. Otis has been living his best life in part thanks to them! He has made so many other dog friends in the area and is thriving. They truly are like family and it’s so comforting to know Otis is in the best care when with the PCBA team, especially Jillian and Cabrina to name a few. If you’re looking for top notch care of your dog, they are the best choice!
Anna and Steph have cut our Daffydog’s nails since she was a puppy (she’s 3 now). They have always been great …. On time, professional and friendly. They obviously love dogs and we couldn’t recommend them more.

Anna and Steph are the absolute best thing that ever happened to our puppy Josie. We have some very dramatic and scared dogs when it comes to nail trims and PCBA has always done a wonderful job with them at the convenience of our own home! From day one Anna and Steph have been amazing with both my dog and cat! I was lucky to find someone that cared as much for my two guys as they did. PCBA has been great for us! We have two cats and have used PCBA for cat visits when we go out of town. They are very friendly, easy to work with, and easy to book. Very reliable too. It is such a relief to be able to leave the cats at home where they are comfortable and know they will be taken care of when we are away. Highly recommend them!
PCBA is the best! Our two English bulldogs can be difficult when getting their nails trimmed, but Anna and Steph are so patient and accommodating and make them feel comfortable throughout the whole process AND they do a wonderful job. For any of our other pet care needs, like walks or overnights, they’re just the best. They are so experienced and because of their vet tech backgrounds we always know our babies will be safe and getting all the care that they need. They are so professional and responsive, and are always flexible and accommodating with your scheduling needs. We couldn’t love or trust them more!
Initially I was a bit anxious about leaving my cats home by themselves for the first time. But I honestly cannot say enough about how awesome Stephanie and Anna are, and how comfortable they made me feel! They watched my 3 sibling cats, for 3 weeks, and sent me pictures and video updates every day. They reported back to me regarding their eating and litter habits as well. My cats seemed to be absolutely in love with them. I personally felt super comfortable knowing they are certified vet techs as well. I will 100% be using their services again when next I travel. Please do not hesitate to hire PCBA for your pet sitting needs!
Our dog, Bode, has been going to Camp Bow Wow for over 5 years for both daycare and boarding. The staff is caring and professional and my dog loves going. With all the pets they have come in and out they know the owners and names of each dog and always make them feel special. I have such a piece of mind leaving him there overnight knowing he feels safe and comfortable.
My big boy (127 lbs!) Quincy has been a camper for more than 3 years, having started as a 6 month old puppy. Quincy LOVES Camp bow wow! He’s stayed overnight when I’ve traveled. Wonderful, caring staff, great hours for busy pet parents and lots of fun for pups!
Harold had the best time at Camp! The staff was super thorough and sweet with my bb and it was so nice to check in on the cameras to see him wagging his tails with some new friends. They’ve always been taking care of my Akita Kuma for the last 2 1/2 years since I got him. I know that he is in safe hands when I drop him off. They also have great services to add to your pet needs five stars.
Terrific place! Well-run, convenient drop-off & pick-up hours, clean, & fairly priced. They offer everything from day care (drop in, no appt needed), boarding, birthday parties, to grooming & more. My frenchie Gizmo absolutely LOVES it! He’s been going there for nearly a year, since he was a puppy. All I have to do is say, “Bow Wow today!” & he gets wicked excited, runs to the door, jumps in the car & yanks me out when we arrive. 😆 He gets lots of exercise, socialization & playtime with friends, & TLC from excellent, caring counselors — from Michelle, Justin, Ryan, Jonathan, to the whole team. Gizmo is always happy & content at pick up & sleeps like a baby that night. 🐾♥️🦴
I can’t say enough good things about camp bow wow Stamford. The staff are outstanding, and genuinely enjoy taking care of animals. My puppy always comes home exhausted from running around all day, and when we check the cameras, the staff is always giving all the dogs attention. I highly recommend using them!
We have been bringing our Siberian Husky, Wasabi to Camp Bow Wow Stamford for about 8 years. He day boards a few times a week and when we go on vacation. This is the only place I’d leave my pet. I tried a few other places but Camp Bow Wow Stamford was the best by far. The staff are wonderful, attentive and caring. They love him as much as we do and it shows in how happy he is when he arrives. Many of the staff have been there since Wasabi started which is a true testament to a great place for people and pets Big thank you to Michelle, Justin and all the amazing team at Camp Bow Wow!
I would give more than 5 stars if I could. My dog Shoshana is obsessed with all the staff at Wagmore. She runs in every time we arrive and comes out happy and tired. She regularly boards there when I am out of town too and is just as happy and comfortable as when she’s there for the day. The staff know her daycare habits and the dogs she interacts with and it’s obvious that they take good care of the pups because she absolutely loves everyone who works there. It’s also one of the only daycares in Stamford (I looked at three) with a large outdoor area for the dogs, and they don’t crate the dogs during the day unless they’re eating. Wagmore is the best!!!!
My dog absolutely loves coming to daycare. She's a rescue and is terrified of people, but she loves the girls at wagmore! They're always so happy to see her too, which makes me feel like she's in good hands. She's 100% pit bull and I was worried we'd face some difficulties when I first signed her up, but they treat her like an absolute princess. There's no camera but they post pics all the time on Instagram and my dog always looks like she's having a blast! They even took these adorable photos of the dogs on Halloween. I fully recommend wagmore to anyone considering a doggie daycare in the area.
Our dog LOVES going to Wagmore! The minute she sees me switch from her bandana to her collar she knows exactly where she is going and drags me right to the car! We have been sending her there for two years and cannot say enough great things about the staff and facilities. The folks at Wagmore are awesome! Our rescue pup Oliver looooves his playtime there and all the terrific staff. He goes BANANAS when we pull up in the car. The staff is knowledgeable, caring, and accommodating. Importantly, they monitor the dogs' behavior and have new dogs pass a temperament test before being able to play. Safety is a priority. And they post fun pics on Facebook! We are so particular about where we bring our dog and highly recommend Wagmore for doggy daycare.
Wagmore has been the most amazing place for our dog Barnaby. The staff loves him and always makes sure he is safe and happy. They go above and beyond to treat him like Family. Wagmore also introduced us to our brand new rescue puppy Betty. They made sure Barnaby and Betty would get along and they are a perfect match. We love you wagmore!
Wagmore has become a part of our family! There are so many dogs that come through wagmore, but each staff member addresses our lil guy by name each time he comes in. Our dog, Parker is a rescue and has a lotttt of energy and is able to play all day long at wagmore! The best part is when we pick him up, he’s exhausted from a day of fun with his friends! We always know he’s in the best hands at wagmore!

Wagmore has been so great for our dog! The staff is always very friendly and accommodating...I've made some mistakes on dates when booking overnight care and they cheerfully took our dog without a problem. I love that they have outdoor space and someone who stays overnight. They also do nice events like raising money for local dogs in need and taking cute photos of the dogs. My friend brought her dog here everyday for years and they treated her like family and were so kind to her when her dog passed away. Thank you Wagmore for taking such good care of our precious pup!
We love Wagmore and their staff!! We take our dog Ryder there for grooming with Niki. He’s a very anxious dog but Niki and everyone at Wagmore make him feel so comfortable; he actually has started to enjoy going for a bath!! They do such an amazing job. We would be lost without them!
Wagmore is all around the BEST! The staff is so helpful and so kind. I couldn’t have had a better experience than what I have had here. Doggy daycare has my pup exhausted and ready to chill out when he gets home in all the best ways! From playing with other dogs to hanging by the pool - wagmore has got it all! I am always so hesitant to leave my baby boy anywhere, but after meeting the owner and the staff at Room for paws Pet resort I knew that my mind could be at ease. The facility alone is so impressive. They have everything down to a science and it’s a completely customized experience for you and for your dog. I received several emails while we were away with pictures and when he got home, he was so happy although so tired from all of the playtime. I love the fact that they don’t crate the dogs until night time and they each have their own individual suite. The facility is so clean and you can tell that sanitation is high priority, which I really appreciated. My boy came home bathed and with a blow dry and that was a really nice touch. He will definitely be staying here again.

*the reservation was under my husband’s name Ian Read FYI **I’M ADDING A VIDEO OF PICKING UP MY DOG FROM THE FACILITY ROOM FOR PAWS, SINCE YOU’RE CLAIMING THIS IS A FAKE REVIEW. My husband and I used Room for paws for boarding one week. First, when we entered the facility smell was really bad. I understand this is a dog boarding facility and it will smell like dog, but this was a really powerful smell. We have boarded our dog at other places and none of them were this bad. Anyways, we dropped him off and picked him up after one week. When we opened the used food bag we had left for boarding, the food was clearly spoiled. The smell was so strong it seems like must have been spoiled for a few days already. We gave the facility two full bags just in case but they didn’t use the other new bag. I don’t think I should have had go explain to them to use the new bag of food if the first bag starts stinking like its rotten. Since we picked him up, our dog seemed weak and sick. His weak/less energy condition lasted 3 more days. During that time we took him to the vet since he had diarrhea, weak energy, and liquidy stool would leak from his body. Our vet tested his stool at it came up positive foe Giardia, which he would have had to have picked up at Room for Paws as we delivered him there healthy.

Best doggy daycare and boarding in the area! The staff is very friendly and our dog always comes and goes happily. They’re diligent about feeding and medication as well, and offer walks and hikes to ensure dogs get a chance to spend time outside.
Wonderful kennel with boarding and doggie daycare options. I love the flexibility in boarding options and always add in a bath before we leave so our dog comes home smelling fresh and clean. The facility is clean and the employees know and love my dog. I also adore the photos they share during my dog's stay. This place is a total home run. Competent people and amazing facility.
