I ❤︎ Luciana! I had the pleasure to meet Luciana, before I left my place for holidays and she is a delightful person. Communication was easy and straightforward from start to finish and after 2 weeks I came home to very happy cat and very clean house. Would definitely recommend!
We had a great experience with Jane as our first sitter for our two bunnies this Christmas, how fortunate and lucky we were! Jane communicated with us extremely well leading up to her stay and even came to the house 2 days before to interact with the bunnies. She left clothing in order for the bunnies to get used to her and to get to know the house. Jane then stayed the night before her sit with us thus allowing us to get to know each other and our bunnies. Jane is attentive, considerate and calm allowing her to quickly adapt to our bunnies and their routines. Despite the train strikes going on at the time, Jane was here and ready to care for the bunnies. Throughout the stay Jane frequently communicated with the family asking questions, giving us updates and sending pictures for us to enjoy! When we arrived back home the bunnies were content and happy and were most certainly cared for very well by Jane. The house was left immaculate, clean and tidy with a lovely box of chocolates to greet us on our return. We are really grateful to Jane for her care and consideration during the week she looked after Papi and Nacho and we would welcome her back any time and fully recommend her to any other pet owners in the future. Thank you so much Jane!
