Reacher was the best dog I have had the pleasure of sitting for. He is sweet, calm, and great on walks. An all-around happy and loving dog. Also, so easy to care for. I am going to miss my time with him. I enjoyed my time with sweet Trixie as well, who would purr gently when I was in the room, and loved the sides of her head scratched. Jahn and Allison have a lovely home in a quiet part of Sydney. They ensured I had enough food and supplies for the pets and were so accommodating with their home. I felt at home at their place and enjoyed my time there. My only recommendation is a car as public transit can be a bit tricky past 9 pm at night most nights.
I had a really nice time looking after Willow and Sam for Robin and Judi, they made me most welcome in their house upon arrival and kindly allowed me to stay on one extra day before i left the area, enjoyed the 2 daily walks through the parkland golf course and nearby paths, many thanks again.
Romeo and Andrew were the consummate hosts and Hadara and Wispy were two affectionate and well behaved pups who were stellar companions to us. We were blown away by the beautiful views and sunsets across the bay to San Francisco from the living and dining room windows! Pictures can’t do it justice. The house was so clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. Our hosts even laid out logs and kindling ready to light in the fireplace. Communication was easy with daily pix of the pups sent to the hosts and everything went smoothly. Montclair is a short drive with a number of good restaurants and shops/Safeway . Sibley Park is a wonderful place for hiking with the dogs and is less than 2 miles away. Thank you Romeo and Andrew for being such gracious hosts. We miss Hadara and Wispy and we too hope our paths will cross again! Highly recommend this sit.
We had the most incredible stay at Emma & Adam’s home. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome upon our arrival and were quick to respond to any questions during our stay. Their gorgeous puppies were a delight to care for and we will miss their playfulness and daily snuggles. Would come back to house sit for Emma & Adam in a heartbeat. Thanks again for having us
I don't know whether to start off with how great Roz and Chris are or how great their cats are!! Roz and Chris are kind, generous, helpful, and responsive hosts! They were very welcoming, gave a great overview of their home and pet care, and even provided two sleeping options! All instructions were clear and easy to follow, and any questions were answered quickly, even while they were away! They truly couldn't have been nicer or easier to deal with! Now, the cats! Grizz and Jackson are the sweetest boys! They are friendly and love to be petted! You know Jackson is happy by his loud purrs, and Grizz loves nothing more than to be held on your shoulder. Roz and Chris live in the historic Federal Hill neighborhood in Baltimore. There are loads of shops and restaurants in walking distance, and it's a great base to explore the city. Their house is lovely, loads of plants, and relaxing spaces, a real oasis in the city! Would love to return to sit for Roz, Chris, Jackson, and Grizz anytime!
