They were both very helpful in making sure I knew not only everything I needed to know about their pets and home- but also information on Nimes and surrounding areas. Macey and Seeka are incredibly sweet - we had nice walks in the day and cozy evenings by the fire. I would fully recommend this sit.
Millie and Mocha were the cutest pair of Pugs! Quiet and well behaved, Millie, the older of the two at 5.5 years, is the "Queen Bee." She knows the rules of the house and follows them. Mocha, her younger sister at just over a year, is still learning the ropes. Like human siblings, Millie and Mocha have their quarrels but make up quickly. Becky, the homeowner, provided fabulously detailed information about the dogs, their personalities, their care and routines. She also provided written details about the house and surrounding area. Based on her information, I found a lovely trail for a beautiful afternoon hike. Thanks Becky for letting me sit with your two cute, cuddly pups. It was fun.
We had a delightful time looking after Nico and also Trish’s lovely home and garden. Nico was friendly and sweet from the moment we arrived, and would follow us around and settle down wherever we were :) Nico was easy to look after and we loved hanging out with her, especially in the garden or when watching tv in the evening. Trish’s home has everything we needed and she kindly made sure we had space to put our things, and made us feel very at home. We particularly enjoyed having Chorlton Water Park so close by, which meant we could wander around and explore it each day. We enjoyed the food from the Himalayan Kitchen in the park. We’d love to look after Nico again if we get the chance :)
We had a wonderful housesit with Champ in the Pacific Northwest. Rob was very communicative prior to our arrival, making the housesit and caring for Champ extremely comfortable and easy. We have two children and Rob went out of his way to inform us of things to do with the kids in the area and had great suggestions. Rob and his family were extremely kind and understanding of our children and our kiddos had an amazing time. They live in a beautiful Craftsman home in lovely neighborhood with many mature trees and gardens so we throughly enjoyed our daily walks with Champ. In addition, there was a park/playground nearby for the kids and Champ to run and play. Champ was one of the sweetest, laid back dogs we’ve ever met and he was excellent with our kiddos. We miss him! We had a really great experience and would love to house sit for Rob and his family again in the future!
I had a special time with Fred - I miss him already! Clarissa welcomed me into her home - our communication was relaxed and open, and I appreciated the touches she made to help to make my stay homely and comfortable. Fred is a sweetheart! He's playful, chilled and a joy to be around. I hope to keep in touch and wouldn't hesitate to sit again. Thank you Clarissa!
A most enjoyable pet sit. Labradors Mabel and Lily are very affectionate, have a lovely nature, and want to be with you. Lily loves to chase a ball in the large garden whereas Mabel is less energetic. Ivy is an independent cat but is also affectionate. Looking after them was a pleasure. Sally was very welcoming and kindly cooked a dinner for us the first evening. There was good communication before and during the sit and we were made to feel at home. The house is spacious and comfortable and has everything you need and with lovely pets and much to see in the area this pet sit has everything and is recommended. Keith and Janet
