Lisa and I had a fabulous time looking after Benno and staying in Monica and Alexander’s beautiful home! Monica, Alexander, and family gave us a warm welcome and were wonderful hosts, making us feel at home and comfortable right from the start. Their home is gorgeous and is in a wonderful location, just a short walk to Charlottenlund Station, which makes getting around a breeze. We even packed his food and took Benno on the train into the city one day. Benno is a delightful little guy, so darn cute, and very easy to care for. Walking Benno through the park to the beach was lovely. We highly recommend house sitting for Benno if you have the opportunity!
We had a great time housesitting for Karen and Simon. We felt very supported during the entire sit and it was easy to get our questions answered very quickly. The cats are beautiful, loving and very cute, and easy to take care of. The house is well equipped and tastefully decorated, and we enjoyed spending time both inside the house and in the beautiful garden. The Herne Hill area is safe and green, and easy to get to central London. We'd definitely recommend this sit!
We loved our time looking after Echo and can’t wait to go back. He is a big handsome doggy with the best nature. Calm, cuddly, and well behaved. We loved taking him for walks on the beach, looking for pebbles in the sea, and swimming; lots and lots of swimming. Tanya’s home is in an amazing spot, 2 mins walk to Coogie beach, and 10/15 mins to South beach. Everything was super easy to look after (including Echo) clean and comfortable. Lots of space inside and a lovely small garden outside. Thank you very much Tanya, we feel very lucky to have sat for you and Echo!
An all around incredible sit! Moxi and Pirate Jenny are two of the loveliest cats that kept us entertained and full of laughter. Ginger is a sweet pup that just needs sometime to get used to you. Super easy and fun to be around them three. We spent most of our days working from Victoria home. A lovely location. With everything you need within a few blocks.
We cannot express enough praises for our experience sitting Maddy for Allie and Brad. They are warm and generous people that made sitting Maddy a true pleasure. Their home is beautiful, peaceful, convenient, and comfortable. Cutie Miss Maddy is cuddly, sweet, and easy to love and care for. She has the most precious little voice and likes to carry out conversations with her sitters about what she'd like... Adorable 😍 We would not hesitate to sit Maddy in the future. You'll be fortunate should you have the opportunity to sit for Allie and Brad.
Cynthia and I had a superb stay with Lenu, the cat, at Fern and Jono's place! From the very first message we got on well with Fern, and the communication before and during our stay was direct and helpful. Fern and Jono also very kindly gave us a lift from and to the station. Lenu has been a lovely and friendly cat. He slept most nights with us, and shared some telly and yoga time as well. Fern and the family have a modern and welcoming house, full of memories and books. It is a peaceful and homely space, with everything you need. It's also very close to one of the Bath's railway stations, which makes it very convenient for a visit to the nearby city of Bristol (just 15 minutes by train). If you have the opportunity to look after Lenu, and visit Bath for a while, I would recommend you to do the Roman Baths visit (they are marvellous), and I encorage you to do a free walking tour of Bath with one of the Mayor of Bath's Honorary Guides. I hope we can look after Lenu again, on a future occasion! X
