Anyah was nothing short of amazing! Great communicator, showed up two days early just to get the lay of the land and to meet Karma. Even worked around a change in my schedule. If you’re lucky enough to have Anyah apply for a sit for you, confirm her right away!

It was so nice coming back to our apartment where our rabbits were clearly taken care of! My shy rabbit seemed very calm when we came back, which assured me they were happy with their care. She even went the extra step of a very tidy apartment, even though I assured her I would be able to do it for her. Thanks Priscila!

Paul and Maureen are the best! They have become more than pet/house sitters; they are friends. We cannot imagine leaving Oliver and our home in better hands

Carrie is AWESOME! Somehow, no matter how much we clean before leaving, our house always looks cleaner when we return. She definitely goes above and beyond. More importantly, our Mixi is happy to see Carrie and the photos show her completely comfortable (and inviting petting) and eating well. Carrie keeps us updated and at ease with delightful photos and messages. She is the ideal sitter and will continue to be the first we invite when we are going away.

Morgan was such a great cat and house sitter! My cat Astrid is picky about who she loves, and she immediately connected with Morgan and became her best friend for the week. Morgan was very communicative and sent lots of photos of the cats throughout the week. She was also very patient and understanding when my freezer started buzzing and making crazy noises. I definitely recommend Morgan as a pet or house sitter!

Phuong is a lovely person and Puff and Polly seemed to enjoy her company very much much. She watered the plants and kept the house clean and tidy and even left us some delicious food!

Michael was a wonderful housesitter. I have two dogs (one I just inherited who’s relatively new to the pack) and two kitties (one still a kitten) and Michael was able to easily manage them all, walking the two 50+ pound dogs regularly and keeping the timid kitties well-fed. We had an unexpected water leak in the bathtub faucet (on the same day as the Global IT Outage, so it was an eventful day), but he just rolled with it calmly and we were able to figure out a work-around. I really appreciated that he reached out immediately when this happened and he communicated regularly before and after, helping me feel that my pets and home were in good hands. I returned to happy pets and a clean home - which was all I could ask for. I’d definitely recommend him.

Darien watched my dog Lucy for a long weekend in New Orleans. Easy to communicate with. He followed all my instructions and Lucy was well taken care of. Easy, stress free sitter!

He lived literally ONE mile away from me. This made it easy to meet in advance of the sit and go over details. During this process, he told me he would have to leave soon. This gave me the impression it was a lower priority for him. Being 1 mile away, however brought up some things I hadn't experienced with sitters from out of town. He wanted to know if it was ok to have friends over to my apt. My cat is very shy and timid around strangers and I told him no. He wanted to cook in my kitchen. It was left very messy. 3 cupboard doors left open, food stains on the stove, counter and fridge. Pots, pans and utensils, he used were not put away. For a person who lives one mile away, these are both things I would have thought could have just as easily been done in his own space. Why did he need to use mine and leave it in this condition? He didn't clean out the cat brush, not sure if this was to prove he had brushed my cat. He left the litter scoop IN the litter box. An amateur move, this would make many cats NOT use the litter box. In the past my cat has stopped using the litter box for similar reasons. She is older and relies on steps to climb onto furniture to sit with me or to sleep with me. Cats, creatures of habit, are upset with changes and one of her steps was moved. She's old, the equivalent of a 90 yr old grandma who depends on these things being there for her in the same place. Without telling me he locked the chain on my front door from inside the apt. So I was unable to enter my apt from the front door. After a long trip home, after getting to my front door I discovered, I had to use the back door. Had he just mentioned that in advance it would have been nice. I left my keys in a lockbox and the lockbox was not returned to inside the apt like I asked. The management company has asked us NOT to leave those out. My internet device was left plugged in, I had asked in person and in writing, it be unplugged when not in use. I had asked that bedding not be removed from my bed, I prefer to do that myself as the bed frame is susceptible to easily being damaged. The bedding was left in a pile on the floor with a damp towel at the bottom of that pile. Personally I was taught, if you use something belonging to someone else, including their personal space, to return it to the same or better condition you found it. In my opinion, this was not done for my space and my things. Petcare felt to me, as if it was less than the top priority and that Andy is not very experienced with pet care. Overall, I was unhappy with Andy's care of my pet and my space.

Nate is fantastic! He did a splendid job watching our pup, Turkey, and cat, Doug, while we were away on our honeymoon for two weeks. He even stayed later than needed when we had flight issues on the way home. Nate is great, we feel very lucky to work with him.

Tati was an incredible pet sitter; she’s one of those who rarely comes along and sets the bar high for other sitters. She has a great personality and will go out of her way to make you and your pet comfortable. She was highly communicative, sending me cute photos and videos of Mona at least twice a day. Tati actually took the time to play with Mona and give her the attention she needs— and the treats she craves! I could tell that Mona adored Tati and didn’t want her to leave. (Mona wasn’t even mad at me when I got back, which was a pleasant surprise!) Never once during my trip did I feel anxious or worried about Mona or my apartment. Tati waited for me to come back home, and everything was in order. Mona was happy, the apartment was tidy, and Tati even put a fresh set of sheets on my bed before she left. I would hire Tati again in a heartbeat and am actually quite sad that she won’t be around the next time I travel. That being said, I would 100% recommend her!
