This was the most impossible sit. Somicha treated me like an servant rather than an unpaid pet loving, kind volunteer trying my best to help others. I have huge worries about her animals as I think they are mistreated as in a tiny flat in Amsterdam Somicha has a huge Huskie dog and a hyper kitten she can’t let out and a cat she has to let out. She works in Rotterdam. This is not fair on the animals who need much love, walking and attention. There is not enough space for these animals. As a result her animals are very stressed and unhappy. The untrained dog is very frustrated and attacked another dog viciously and the owner got very upset and it was hugely distressing. I had slept badly on an overnight bus from Paris to Amsterdam. I left her a full fridge of food. She was kind and gave me her bed and lunch on the first day and I made friends with her neighbours including a disabled neighbour who helped me, but I still would not recommend this sit to anyone. On a house and pet sit the home, plants and animals are my priority and these pets need a better life.
Elliott and Debbie have two lovely pets. Charlie, the rambunctious dog, is a lot of fun. Walking him is an adventure--especially if he sees squirrels, cats or other dogs. He will bark and pull on his leash because he is so friendly he wants to meet anything that moves. He is charming and often quite humorous. Clarence the cat is shy--he appears and warms up slowly but once he knows you are okay, he is very sweet and affectionate. This house is in a great neighborhood for walking and very close to an amazing, vibrant neighborhood. Elliott provided detailed information and instructions which made it a very easy sit and he was readily available by phone or text if I had questions.
BEST SIT IN NY! Rebecca and I had great communication before and during the sit. She also walked me through everything that I would need when I arrived. Bernie is the sweetest! She’s super easy to walk and feed, and she really is the best companion!! Rebecca’s place is really close to the Fulton St train stop so you can get anywhere you need quickly. I LOVED this sit and you’ll love it too!
I had a lovely stay at Harriet and Autumn’s nicely laid out, neat and well-organized ground floor flat. Harriet was an amazing, responsive communicator, and proactively made sure I knew about engineering work that was happening at the nearby tube station and gave me directions to her place before I started my travels. She also gave me recommendations on what to do in the area and during the bank holiday weekend as well as plenty of instructions, which was useful and very much appreciated! Autumn was a mischievous princess who would sit by her feeder looking at you for food even though her feeder feeds her automatically, or sit expectantly by her cat flap even though it was open for her to use! Sometimes she would swat at my hand, trying to catch it as if it were a toy, and I was worried that I was touching somewhere she didn’t like to be touched. However, on the last day she did this when I was petting her head and she had enjoyed head scritches all week, so I think it was just her wanting to play! I did have a scare where the house keys flew out of my hand straight into the sewer grate, but I was luckily able to rescue them. Thank you, Harriet, for your patience with this stressful scenario! Overall, I had a nice and relaxing stay with Autumn at Harriet’s flat. Thank you again for choosing me!
I was truly fortunate to sit for Kira while staying in her beautiful home located in the magical town of Kelly in the Grand Teton National Park. Gitel, the cat is the most affectionate easy going kitty who is great at letting you know exactly what she needs and wants. And I cannot say enough about Scheiner, the dog, the best companion and gentle soul who will expertly guide you on his favorite running routes amongst breathtaking scenery. Kira provided all the needed information regarding the home and pets, including navigating a cat vet check, and she was available 24/7 if needed. The transition at the start and end of the sit was seamless and I felt confident that I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Additionally, her local lovely friends reached out and we had marvelous hikes with Scheiner's dog friends in Kelly as well as adventuring on local trails in Jackson Hole. This was truly an exceptional experience spent with the best animals who I miss terribly. I hope I can visit Kira and stay with Gitel and Scheiner again in the future. I would recommend this sit to anyone - I give it 5+ Stars!
We spent a wonderfull stay in Anatasia apartment. The cats were shy at the begenning but after 24 hours we shared the sofa. The appartement is localized in a nice area of San Francisco nice shops and restaurants and good transportation.

My 1 year old corgi Auggie has gone to Castle Rock a couple times very recently and even though I was so nervous, there was absolutely no reason to be. The staff took the time to answer my questions via phone before I dropped him off the first time, and were very transparent that if things didn't go well they would let me know to ensure Auggie wasn't being forced into a social situation that didn't serve him. A happy pup, is a tired pup and Auggie Dog is beyond pooched once we get home! I think it's safe to say this will be a regular weekly outing for him.
After thoroughly researching every kennel on the Coast, I chose Castle Rock for my dog's two-week boarding in August. My regular sitter was unavailable, and I was so nervous about leaving him for an extended period in a place he was unfamiliar with. I have been taking my rescue dog Birdie here for a few weeks on and off. I had a concern today so called the daycare, the owner took the time to talk me through what was happening with my dog, told me how she's been doing and what they were doing to work on her allowing them to catch her (she's nervous of people). I appreciate that she took her time talking to me and made sure I understood what was going on and why. So many people get defensive when you ask questions, but they just wanted me to be clear and feel comfortable with everything. We were in urgent need of a doggy day care but I wasn't going to try Castle Rock because of a very bad experience a few years ago with my two other dogs; my husband convinced me to give the new owners a try. Let me tell you: the new owners are wonderful! They are concern and caring. They assess each new dog so that they are able to place the dog in a group that suits all their personalities. The dogs have lots of play time and come back home pretty tired. When we drop off our dog, he can't wait to go greet his new friends. He's a happy puppy and we are happy parents!
I can' t say enough great things about this place! They are so wonderful with my pets and they make us feel at ease when I eave them with them for the day and most recently 12 days. There kindness to dogs is appreciated and admired. A special thank you to Tiffany, Hannah and Jill.
Dropped my 8m old puppy off today. It was his first time at a daycare and I can't say enough good things about them. He's absolutely exhausted and was so happy, they were super great at communication and made me feel happy to leave him with them. I will absolutely be bringing him back.

Best kennel ever! My dog gets excited just driving past the place, let alone pulling into the driveway! They have always been so kind and supportive, and very understanding with my rescue dogs needs. She's always happy, and very tired from playing when I pick her up. I couldn't imagine leaving her with anyone else!

Castle Rock has been a wonderful place for us to bring our pup while we work during the day. Our pup loves all of her friends and always comes home happy and totally pooped. The staff there are wonderfully attentive to all the dogs and their needs. They are friendly and responsible. Their boarding services are also great as well. So lucky to have a spot that your dog already knows and loves to care for your dog if you have to go away. Highly recommend!
We recently used Leigh’s Pawsitive adventures so that we could do a half day of fishing. I could tell she was extremely passionate about dogs and making sure they were having a safe and comfortable time. They have a well organized set up where they can partition off dogs into different categories, and I loved how we were able to introduce our dog to the setting by coming in with him. It sounds like he loved the daily walk into their fenced acreage. Thank you again Leigh!!
Leigh has been so instrumental in helping develop my dogs social skills and alleviating his separation anxiety. She manages the impossible task of keeping track of what every dog is up to all day and gives me a comprehensive rundown of what my man got up to when I come to pick him up. He has made so many friends, has become so good with other dogs, and he is absolutely exhausted everytime I come to pick him up. My dog loves going to doggie daycare and I owe that entirely to Leigh and her wonderful staff, thank you so much for everything you do for Wally!!!

We used Ceder Creek Kennels for the first time and our fur baby Izzy spend 3 nights. It was pleasure to set up Izzy’s stay with Chantelle the owner! Chantelle is kind, has a real love for dogs and was a pleasure meet. Cedar Creek is now our go to home away from home when we need a safe place for our pet to stay.
We moved our two dogs to this kennel two years ago and it has been the absolute best thing for them. Chantelle, Don and Rhiannon are attentive, loving and patient with our two girls. We know that when we are away, our two pups are in the best hands. Hazel, our eldest, literally waits with her nose to the door ready to run to the car when she knows they are going for a stay, which is often. I can't say enough about these folks. I really feel lucky to have my dogs in this loving environment. Thanks guys!

For over 15 years, we have been relying on Cedar Creek to care for our dogs during multi-day (and multi-week) stays. Our pets have been happy to see us when we returned, but they were always content to be left with Chantelle and her family and they have clearly been well cared for.
I'd give this place zero stars of I could. Chantelle is hands down the rudest person I've ever met on the coast, and I've been here for 10 years. It's impossible to get a hold of her to begin with, which should have been my first red flag. She would ask me questions about my dog, but never answer my questions about her facility in return. I thought everything went fine the first day (she never said anything bad or disruptive had happened), but when I drove in the second day my dog cowered and whined (which she had NEVER done anywhere I had ever taken her then or since). My dog was an untrained rescue, which I had informed her of. I reluctantly left her a second day, but partway though my work day I get a voicemail of what apparently was my dog barking incessantly, which she only does if she's left in a crate too long (from her previous trauma). Definitely not the treatment that's advertised on the website that's for sure. When Chantelle texted "I don't think your dog is a good fit for this place" I agreed and said "yeah I don't think you're a good fit for us either" (apparently agreeing with people is "rude and slanderous now), and she absolutely lost it on me and berated me all day over text message, even after I had picked up my dog. I had to leave work to pick up my dog. She kept calling me while I was driving (I had texted her before I left that I was coming to pick up ASAP), and when I arrived she threw leash at me and said "good luck with THAT dog, I can't believe you'd bring an untrained dog here". I definately told her during the entrance interview, at which she rolled her eyes and still didn't answer my questions about what they do there or even let me see where the dogs are kept (more red flags). Then she called around to the other kennels to try to make sure my dog couldn't go anywhere else either! Good thing I already had my dog going elsewhere regularly, and Cedar Creek was ment to be a backup. Never again! Worst experience of my life, and I never look at that place the same. I was crying after I left there. Only go here if you're in the mood for getting needlessly abused. Good luck lady if you treat any honest review about your mistreatment of people and your horrendous communication skills as slander.
This place has some of the most unfriendly and unprofessional people I have ever talked to. Chantelle was very disrespectful and rude when asking information about their services she provides. I had all my dogs records but went off to say I didn't have them because I found the flea control record one after a couple of hours from her last text. I even felt harassed after talking to her and had to ask her to stop messaging me or I would report her. I couldn't imagine how she would treat dogs.. I would never take my dogs to this place. Beware of this business and the abussive treatment she offers. As you can see on some of the reviews/ commments, she is an unpleasant and unfriendly individual. TERRIBLE!
Amazing! We recently had our wedding and needed a place to send our gals for a weekend paw-liday to keep them busy. Not only did we have an amazing first meeting with the owners, we also had all our questions answered and our worries out at bay (this was the first time we were boarding either dog). We were given photo updates (adorable!) and when we picked them up they were happy, very tired, dogs! Another added bonus; it’s crazy affordable! We will be regulars for sure!
We had a great experience with Nansey providing walking services for our elderly dog, Cadence. She was even able to accommodate a meet and greet on fairly short notice; we appreciated that she took the time to understand the needs of our dog. We loved receiving the cute photos/videos as well. It was great having peace of mind and knowing our dog got the exercise she needed. I’m sure we will utilize her services again :)
I was delighted to find out there was an in-home alternative to a boarding kennel for our beloved pup for the duration of our recent family vacation. Nancey took great care of him. She kept me updated via text and sent photos and videos regularly. It was a huge bonus that our dog's stay with Nancey overlapped with another dog's, and the two of them played happily all week long. I wouldn't hesitate in having Nancey care for our dog again. Thank you for your good loving care Nancey and for keeping me so regularly updated!
Nansey was very kind to accommodate us for a last-minute request to keep our dogs before we had to travel. She took very good care of our two dogs, though she had a little trouble with them on leash because I've been lax lately with my training (sorry Nansey!). They usually run freely in our yard and aren't used to being on leash very much. She sent us good updates and photos for the few days we were away, which we appreciated very much. Overall, a positive experience.
Nansey is a very caring and detail oriented dog sitter. She follows all the rules I have for my dog which is very important for a young puppy. I'm very happy for her help!

Nansey did a wonderful job caring for our dog Louie when I had to travel for work. Louie is an elderly chihuahua who needs daily medication and I was nervous about leaving him with a pet sitter. Nansey is kind and patient, she answered all of my questions beforehand and provided photos of Louie and updates while I was away. It was great to see him snuggled right up to her and sleeping on her lap! I would definitely recommend Happiest Pup Pet Services.
Our little boy Bernie had a great time staying with Nansey. He can be slow to warm up to new people, but he was comfortable with Nansey right away. We really appreciated the updates, photos and videos that Nansey sent while we were away.
Nansey took the time to meet with our highly anxious pup Ellie a couple times before she stayed the night to help her with the transition. We're grateful to have a good sitter nearby that's willing to work with Ellie's stranger danger. Ellie was nervous at first but had lots of fun during her stay.
Nansey is a highly professional, trustworthy person who has always given my pup the very best service. She sends videos of her visits and to see my usually anxious dog greet her with enthusiasm tells me the Nansey has formed a bond and is welcomed by my little one! I am often gone for an entire day and hiring Nansey to care for my girl alleviates a tremendous amount of worry for me, knowing that she is in good hands with an obvious animal-lover! I cannot express the gratitude I have for Nansey. I have an extremely anxious rescue and I've had such difficulty finding care for him because he is so sensitive to his environment and doesn't handle being away from his humans well. Thirty minutes after I dropped Winston, Nansey sent me this photo. Definitely not a photo of an anxious dog. I also really appreciate the photos and strong communication after I dropped him off. I was able to relax, knowing my best friend was happy. Nansey really gets it. :,)
We feel so lucky to have No Pawblems here on the Coast! Our pup absolutely loves going there and always comes back happy and well cared for. We left our dog with Allan and Joyce for 12 days. They came highly recommended however this would be the first time we had boarded our dog, and for such a long time; it made us nervous. I dropped him off and could tell from the cleanliness, organization and interaction with staff that he would be well cared for. We just picked him up and I can say with confidence that they will be our first choice moving forward and that we highly recommend them to anyone making the decision to board their dog. Joyce, upon pickup, spent time with us giving valuable knowledge on training and some tips for scent games we can play with our dog. It was a great experience start to finish. Thank you very much for taking care of our boy like family.

Best place on Sunshine Coast of four tried. Close to the ferry, 3 minutes by car. Great folk. Well experienced and owners exceptionally insightful. Proof it works is my dog comes home happy not wound up, not too exhausted and not upset. I think the right match is different for each person but I would not go elsewhere unless they were full. Book early, they do fill up on long weekends, year round. If you book No Pawblems, they are sensitive to socializing dogs by size and temperament in small play groups supervised. 5/5!
Got our first family dog several months ago - she's now 6 months old - and needed advice on potty training, socialization, commands etc. Joyce and her staff offered instant support and gave us confidence. Now our puppy just cannot wait to go and play with her canine friends each week at No Pawblems, although we will start some training classes just to affirm her good behaviour so far and avoid bad habits - mainly on our part as dog parents! Highly recommend this facility.

Let me start out by saying Sara is an amazing and loving dog caregiver. We were so lucky to connect with her as we were finding it nearly impossible to find a dog sitter we were comfortable to leave our dog Daisy with - with Sara it isn't even a thought. We have been blown away by her care of Daisy and how she truly made it a home away from home for her. Sara doesn't just look after your dog while you are away, she truly integrates your dog into her family pack. Over the last year and a half we have brought Daisy for several longer trips at Sara's and she has always sent multiple photos and videos to us updating how things are going, which is really reassuring. Mostly the videos show how our dog is loving her time there as much or more than home! lol. Daisy has clearly bonded with Sara's family and dogs and is excited when we even say their names. Sara is always taking the dogs to many different trails and beaches around Nanaimo, they definitely get their exercise, rain or shine. She is kind and compassionate and truly knows and loves dogs. If there are any special instructions, you can be sure they will be followed and your wishes respected. If you need a dog sitter, you have found her. We can't say enough - THANK YOU SARA! I can't recommend Sara and Steven enough! They took excellent care of my nervous boy and Sara provided lots of updates which was amazing. After our first meet I could tell Sara is very intuitive with dogs-- and as someone who has dog sit for strangers in the past, it definitely takes a certain level of skill which I could tell instantly Sara had. I don't often need a sitter but I wouldn't trust anyone else when I do!
Cruze Sarah’s care and compassion for animals really shows, my frenchie Cruze loves going for sleepovers and playing with his pals when we are away. The home environment is an amazing place for pets to be, they feel safe and cared for and treat Cruze as one of their own. Cruze loves playing with all the dogs at daycare and goes on hikes with the pack. Sarah is always keeping me updated on what they’re doing or sends me videos of all the fun they’re having sometimes catching a photo of their pack naps. I would usually have trouble asking anyone to watch my dog because he was always able to come with me but having Sarah I feel like I can leave him somewhere safe where he’s going to have all the fun and receives his meds on time, they have a toddler that Cruze loves and is very gentle with, I am lucky to have someone like Sarah who will care for my animal as if he were her own and her background in pet care is very reassuring.

Our dog was returned with no signs of stress (great!) although he was a little dehydrated (not great) and smelled like a kennel (not great) to the point he needed to be bathed. The staff are friendly, competent and always give an informed but informal report of how things went during his stay (great!).
Pup was taken well care of. The girls are so friendly! Gave me an email update with pictures while I was away for the week. He ran back in the building to say bye.
I just had my GSD stay at Del Norte for nine days and I must say he was well taken care of and my mind was at ease the whole time. I will definitely use this kennel service in the future. Thank you to all the caring staff
We have a fear reactive dog and they were able to accommodate his stay. He gets super excited apon arrival and is clearly well taken care of while on his visits. We will not go anywhere else for both our dogs :)

Del Norte is looking after our Husky for 6 weeks and we can’t say enough for how attentive and great they have been! Allowing friends and family to stop by to visit him and to take him out/play etc. Kokomo loves going there and the staff are always so excited to see him.
Sarah and her staff at Del Norte are dog-centred people who understood how to let my dog, Jude, feel safe, welcomed, and accepted with patience and smiles. Literally, life savers over the past two years. So grateful!

Our 12-year-old Charlie and 3-year-old Deacon love going to Wendy's! She gives them lots of love, and treats them like her own. And her dog Bekka is so good at welcoming other dogs into her "pack"! Daily car rides and fun off-leash walks in local parks keep our boys happy. Highly recommended!

My Molly loves going to her ' day care' with Wendy. ( for more that 6 years now. ) She is happy and content and I never worry about her. That is a lot for me to say as I am very selective where I leave my dog. Wendy loves my dog as much as I do. I highly recommend this doggy care if you want the best for your doggy.
Our dog Biscuit loves visiting with Wendy! She does a great job keeping the dogs active and well cared for. She has been flexible and accommodating when we go away, and has taken care of Biscuit for several days at a time, and many times. I would definitely recommend!
This is an awesome doggy daycare! Wendy loves dogs, handles them well and treats them like royalty. It's comfortable, spacious and they go for lots of long walks. The dogs always seem happy and contented there.

This is how much my 10-yr.-old Aussie-cross, Kava, loves to stay with Wendy and Bekka. Two years ago, Wendy drove over to pick up Kava in Sidney, as I live in Victoria now. Our cars passed one another in the designated meeting-place parking lot. Kava was sitting in the passenger seat, when I rolled the window down to speak to Wendy. As soon as Kava noticed it was her, she jumped out of the window and into the open window in Wendy's car. No separation anxiety! I feel like I'm doing her a favour by going on vacation. She gets a vacation too. So reassuring. Wendy has a deep respect and love for her canine companions. I wholeheartedly recommend her digs!

Wendy took great care of our Lab-x Storm. Lots of attention, love and walks, plus a nice large fenced yard.
We are full-time RV'rs and Sprocket is in her 'yoda' years. We found Not Home Alone from the near-by vet. They walked our Sprocket, took Sprocket selfies sending me updates on the phone. She has two medications both they gave no problem and no extra charge for complex feeding instructions. We have used them one two occasions! The first time I left a tip for them-they GAVE me back change, LOL! (i gave them a tip originally because I found their pricing to be a bit low for what they are doing. Im self-employed and know how I value my own time. just honest folks.) Its so nice to go on a day trip to Vancouver and know i can take the late ferry back and not worry about Sprocket or my STUFF! Darryl and Janie are two of the kindest and most careful people you'll meet. They went out of their way to accommodate us on short notice, and our dog came back tired and happy after a good walk and a social day with four-legged friends. They'll take good care of your dog!
Janie took care of our cat Maggie for almost two weeks and we cannot be happier with her services. She is really professional and your pet is on good hands. My wife and I recently had Daryl and Janie come to our house to take our dog Bart for walks. We were visiting family in Parksville, and they would come to our house twice a day, take Bart for walks and feed him his supper. They are very professional and know what they are doing. We took our dog out to WAGSVILLE today just to check it out and see if it was a good fit. All I can is: wow. Beautiful property, very securely fenced. Had a good chat with the owner Barash; he has a long history in the hospitality business so that assured me he’d look after our dog well. We also were very impressed at the limit on the dog numbers found at WAGSVILLE. He outlined the dogs’ daily routine for us - they get an excellent amount of outdoors time whatever the weather, just modified when it’s snowy or rainy or hot. We will take our dog over for a stay about once a month and then leave him there for our next big trip in November. He’s going to love it there. Nice big kennels in a clean, secure, well heated building - and of course , enough space for dogs to run. Senior citizens and small dogs have their own exercise area, safe from larger more boisterous dogs. Easy to get to on Bowen Island, and the island’s veterinarian is close by.
This is the ONLY place I send my doggies when we go on vacation. The grounds are beautiful and I know that they will be taken care of. My dog has a few restrictions and with close care on site, I know that he will thrive!
Our dog, Kona, has been going to Wagsville for the last 7.5 years and we never think of making any other arrangements when we go away. We know he is in good hands here. Kona is never more excited or happy than when he hears the shuttle pull up or gets dropped off at the ferry terminal. This place is like a vacation for him as well, not just somewhere he has to go when we go on vacation!
Our dog Ruby has been going to doggie daycare since she was 2 months old. We've tried other daycares and Ruby absolutely loves Wagsville. Hands Down Flat... If we could give this place 6 stars we WOULD !!! The owner has a natural ability with all dogs and and BIG heart too. You can see it when various dogs see him too. They simply love him to bits. The best part is the one on one attention he brings to all his dogs and the grounds are simply outstanding. Thanks so much Barash for all you do for Ruby!
best dog care you could find.Whenever I turn to the road leading to the place my Bernese starts to jump in the car feeling to excited and happy to be with Barash ,Tara and Ella their young daughter who love her so sooooooooo much. Perfect size of premises meadow,pond,woods around beautiful and very healthy surroundings.Certainly the best place where your pup will be very happy,well taken care of and loved .

I’ve never felt compelled to write a Google Review before but I need to sing Thomas’ praises! Truly one of the best caretakers and services I’ve ever experienced. Not only is excellent about staying in touch (reminder texts, checking in about anything around the house that seems amiss, sending pictures when he visits), I can tell that our cats absolutely love him. We have one outgoing kitty and one shy one, but when Thomas sends photos it’s so clear that the cats are having fun and are enjoying their time. Showing their bellies, playing, etc.! And Thomas’ pet photography is unmatched. I don’t know what we would do without him!
Thomas is a great pet sitter. Very caring, reliable and professional! He is wonderful with our kitties. Even our shy kitty greets him when he comes to care for them. Thomas was very thorough in the information that he gathered to care for our kitties and home. He reconfirms scheduled services a few days in advance, sends emails and pictures when caring for the kitties and asks that we notify him upon our return so he knows that we're home to take care of everything again. We've been very pleased with Thomas' services and will continue to ask him to care for our kitties. We highly recommend Thomas to anyone looking for quality pet care services. Update May 2023: We picked back up with Thomas after the pandemic and his service is still wonderful. Excellent care for our cats, one of whom has a complex care routine. We've used Thomas four times since November and it's been awesome. On our most recent trip, we were delayed and had to ask for one more visit at the last minute. Thomas was flexible and accommodating. It made an already stressful situation much easier! Five stars. Original review: This was our first time using a professional pet sitter to look after our two adult cats--and we couldn't be happier with our decision. Our experience started with a home visit so that we could meet Thomas and he could meet our cats. Thomas was very accommodating of our schedules and agreed to meet on a Friday evening. His first move was to crouch down and meet our cats at their level. He treated them respectfully and non-threateningly. Then, he talked with us for about thirty minutes about our needs, our normal procedures, his normal procedures, etc. At the end of the meeting, we felt confident that he would take the responsibility seriously. He even had a number of general pet care tips that he shared with us that we hadn't heard before. A few days before we left, Thomas texted to confirm his first visit and make sure our travel plans hadn't changed. It was good to be assured that our cats were still on his radar. While we were gone, Thomas visited every day to feed and play with our cats, as well as scoop their litter boxes (daily) and water plants (per our instructions). He played with the cats more diligently than we probably do, and emailed us pictures of each day's adventures. He also left daily notes about what he'd done, what the cats were up to, etc. He even brought a few tried-and-true toys to supplement the toys we'd left. It was heartwarming to see photos of our kitties from thousands of miles away, and we were comforted to know that somebody was paying real attention to them. The day of our return, Thomas texted to make sure we were still on schedule. The plan was that if we didn't confirm that we were home, Thomas would keep visiting so that our kitties would be cared for. It made us feel good to know that if our flight was delayed--or cancelled--he would keep on taking care of the cats. We will absolutely use Pet Sitters by the Bay again when we travel. Peace of mind for a very reasonable price!
Thomas is such a wonderful pet sitter. He really took excellent care of our senior poodle, who takes medications night and day and is a picky eater as well. Thomas went out of his way to make sure she ate her food and was more than willing to carry her down the flights of stairs from our apartment because she has a weak leg. He sent us many updates during our trip so we know she was well cared for, and was very easily reached and attentive. We will absolutely be using Thomas again when we travel, and would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a quality pet sitter!
We feel very fortunate to have found Thomas!!! While we were out of town, Thomas sent us an email with photos of our cat during each visit. Our apartment was immaculate when we returned home (wow!!!). It was obvious Bernadette had been extremely well taken care of (her toys were even in her favorite places). What a huge relief to be able to go away and know that Thomas will be our pet sitter and look after our little girl and our apartment!!! Thank you very much Thomas!!!!
Just used Pet Sitters by the Bay to care for my four cats over several days and couldn't be more pleased by the service provided by Thomas! Making the arrangements was easy and the paperwork I had to fill out was straightforward and not hard since it was my chance to talk about my cats and their preferences. I was also very impressed by the professionalism of Thomas in having back up plans in case of emergencies. I also really enjoyed getting photos of my cats emailed to me while I was away, and also showed me Thomas' amazing skill in easily handing my cat's various personalities (and idiosyncrasies). Thomas was very professional and friendly, and did a great job with my cat. He met me for an initial consultation to get to know my pets and fill out paperwork, and my two animals -- even my shy dog who is afraid of everyone -- immediately took to Thomas. The day before my cat sitting appointment, Thomas sent me a confirmation email, and while he was at my place, he did everything we agreed on and even vacuumed around the litter box. He left a cat calendar for me to keep, and emailed me to make sure I was back home and my cat was doing okay. I definitely recommend Pet Sitters by the Bay!
Thomas was very professional and took wonderful care of our pets! We have a cat and a dwarf rabbit. Thomas came over to feed them, play with them and do some maintenance cleanup every day while we were away (for 8 days). During that time, he sent us 3 email updates with pictures of our critters, so we had no worries during our trip. When we returned home, there were detailed notes about what went on during each of his visits (plus some new catnip toys for our kitty!). He also brought in our mail every day - no extra charge. Thomas was great and we would recommend him to anyone looking for a pet sitter! We'll definitely be using his services during our next vacation.
