My two high spirited Aussies visited for the first time in Nov 2024. They were very wound up when I dropped them off & I was extremely nervous to leave them. I returned to pick them up after four hours and found them happily playing with the entire group of six dogs in the outside room. It brought me such comfort! We just had our first stay here. Our dog has sensitive skin and developed a hot spot that became infected, but the team here was on top of everything. They knew when to seek care, they gave us updates, and even checked up on our boy a week after our stay. We truly felt like they cared and that they did everything to help him out. Definitely recommend. All the staff was great! We will definitely be back!

We had a great grooming experience with Sam! I had a full groom done on my senior Golden Retriever, and our puppy got his first nail trim. Communication was great, and the boys came out looking amazing and so very happy! Highly recommended! ❤️

Sam did a great job grooming my 3 month old golden retriever for the first time. She was patient and found a way to help him feel relaxed during the grooming process!

Our 8 month old pup loved her time at her very first doggie daycare! The staff was very communicative and posted pictures of our girl on their social media which made me feel as ease knowing she was having so much fun!

A terrific experience with Sam. She was so personable and very sweet with my four dogs. Not only do they look great, they smell great! I wholeheartedly recommend anyone who has a dog in need of a bit of grooming love to make an appointment with Sam at Friendly Paws Pet Resort, LLC.

Finally a doggy daycare that my dog likes. She's excited to get out of the car (instead of trying to get back in like she does at other popular daycares). The staff is super friendly. Knew which one was my dog from the first visit.

My girl, Molly doesn’t travel well in the car & I had to board her while on vacation. It broke my heart. She’s 3 & the 1st time we’ve left her. The staff was great with her. I checked in several times that week & they gave me honest feedback. (She was a bit upset we left her.) They helped Molly adjust without having her family & gave her extra attention to ease her transition. I cannot thank them enough for taking care of my baby! I highly recommend Friendly Paws & will def use them in the future.

My Corgi Freddy goes here and he loves it! He charges in the door to greet all the staff and then in to play with the other dogs. I feel confident my best buddy is safe and secure when I can’t be with him. The staff and Beth are all awesome and friendly. The location is nice and convenient ! Five stars!

Our dog LOVES it at Woofles. Unlike other dog daycares that have a large dingy empty room, it has home-like creature comforts and a great backyard that has water areas to play in on hot days. The place is clean, and there are sections for large vs. smaller dogs. I get updates from staff when he stays overnight. I tell everyone about this place it’s so amazing!!!

Our golden doodle has been going to Woofles for daycare, boarding and grooming since early 2021. The only problem we have had was our dog’s own fault and Beth and Woofles were understanding and accommodating (he chewed through the wall in one of the suites when boarding as a puppy, so we had to pay a reasonable fee to pay for the damage, and now he does the cage-free lodging which has prevented any further problems). He goes to daycare twice a week, boards a few times a year, and is groomed there as well. He loves all of his time at Woodles. I especially love getting daily photos when he is boarding and updates so we know he is happy and well cared for. He never shows any signs of stress after boarding there and has never become ill. After grooming he is always so soft and smells wonderful. We’ve had a great experience overall. We are thrilled to have Woofles nearby to provide so much fun, love and care for our fur-baby.

We have a family vacation coming up and we can’t take Jordy. I was so anxious and nervous about what we would do. Jordy does go to day care at Woofles but never boarded I had Jordy stay a night to get acclimated. I am much more at ease and so happy that we have Woofles to take care of our Jordy. Thankful for Woofles and the staff. 🐶 …

My dog is wagging his tail before we even enter the parking lot to go to daycare. Beth and everyone there is so nice and you can see they genuinely care about your pets. Grooming has always been spectacular and the open boarding is great for my anxious pup.

The staff is loving and caring. I never worry about how my pupper is being treated. I know he is safe and secure. I know he is having a good time. Woofles is the best doggie care facility I know of. I travel 30 minutes on the Parkways to take my Cebo because it's worth the trip.

Woofles has taken care of my dog for 2 years now. He goes for both daycare and boarding. The staff is very friendly, the facility is very clean and I never worry when he is there for boarding. I also use their grooming services! Highly recommend for ALL things dog related.

This morning when I dropped my dog off at Woofles, Beth, the owner, flagged me down as I was driving out of the lot to show me she found a small tick on my dog’s snout. It was so tiny, it looked like a hair follicle. I would have never noticed it myself! Beth let me know they would remove it for me, and asked to make sure I had treated my dog recently with flea & tick medication. I am SO Grateful!! What wonderful and caring service. Beth and her staff know my dog by name and always greet her very warmly. My dog loves going there, but today was the icing on the cake! I highly recommend Woofles!!! Thank you Beth

We have been using the services of Woofles for over a year and even though we have moved 30 minutes further away we still keep coming back for their Day Care, Boarding and Grooming services. Most importantly our dog truly seems to enjoy her time there whether it be for the day or for a week or more. The facility is clean, the staff are attentive and the facility is well managed. I have boarded dogs at numerous facilities over the years and Woofles (in my opinion) is one of the best.

My grandpup goes there and is well taken care of,lots of room to play,water area,my son and his wife give this a 5 star thumbs up!!

I highly recommend Comfy Dog Club to dog owners. My French bulldog stayed there for a week while we were on vacation and he absolutely loved it. Michelle is very detail oriented, reliable and trustworthy. She sends out a report card at the end of the stay, which is informative and adorable. Their place is clean, very secure and is a lot of fun. Huge fenced in backyard and her own pets are very sweet and friendly. She will pick up and deliver your pet! All around 5 five star service!

Our cavapoo Ruby just spent 10 days at Comfy Dog Club for her first time away from home. We were nervous about how she would do but Michelle took such good care of her. We could tell from all the pictures and videos that she was having nothing but fun. Ruby made many new doggy and people friends while she was there and we couldn't be happier! It's nice to know that Michelle is now our go-to if we ever need a place where our pup can feel at home and have a great time, too!!

DuMontier's Doggy Daycare has been a savior for our family. :-) They care for older dogs and smaller dogs and its the perfect spot for my two old timer labs. I have used them multiple times to board my labs while we travel. (You can even see daily photos of your pups on their Facebook Page while you are away.) Michelle is as sweet as can be and will taxi my labs to her house and back again! I highly recommend boarding your dogs with Michelle.

Michelle takes great care of my Beagle Buddy! He absolutely loves running around the large fenced in yard with her dogs and all of the little friends he has made there. I'm always comfortable taking Buddy there and I never worry while I am away because I know Michelle will treat him like her own. She is very knowledgeable about dogs and dog behavior and she genuinely cares about all of her clients and their needs. I am very happy we were referred to Dumontier's!!

I am so happy to have found DuMontier's!! Michelle genuinely cares about every dog she has. My dog loves going and enjoys running around the secure fenced in yard. Not to mention all friends he has made there plus all the attention he gets. I never worry about him and know Michelle gives him great care. Also rates are very reasonable and easy to complete. DuMontier's Doggy Daycare is the best!

We have been using this service for years for both daycare and for boarding when we are away and it truly is the best pet care service in Pittsburgh. It is a home away from home for our dogs and we never have to worry. Our dogs are treated with lots of love like they are family there which gives us great peace of mind when we are traveling. We always say we would be lost without Michelle because it's hard to find someone you trust to care for your fur babies. I definitely recommend this service!!

We love Michelle, so thankful we found her, would not take our Bailey anywhere else. Michelle treats her just like her own dogs and makes you so comfortable when you leave them with her. She will also come to your home to feed or walk your dog if needed. Bailey has been going to Michelle's for about four years now and even though it is so hard to leave her I am confident that she is loved and well taken care of.

Michelle provides a wonderful environment for my dogs, Frank and Mimi. I wanted to find a homey place for them while I was at work all day that wasn’t institutional. Michele is exactly that. They love going there everyday because it’s her they’re going to be with, and not an array of assistants. Within days she knew my dogs, that Frank was a cuddler and Mimi was a runner. It showed me she spends time with them individually. The yard and the house, the dogs have access to both inside and outside, are beautiful, a perfect home away from home. My guys are excited to go there and excited to come home. Also, equally important, Michelle doesn’t over extend herself. Your dogs are never going to get lost in the crowd there because she doesn’t let that happen. She carefully schedules her crew so you can always feel comfortable that your fur balls are going to be safe and tended to.

I don't know what I would do without Comfy Dog Club! Michelle is so great at meeting your dogs needs, whatever they may be. I have an anxious little beagle and an mischievous bulldog mix who climbs onto chairs and tables...Michelle just rolls with it! The pics/videos she posts during their stay are a great reminder to me that my dogs are happy while we are away. Thanks again Comfy Dog Club

Michelle's doggy daycare services are the "gold standard" in Pittsburgh. Our 2 dogs have been visiting DuMontier's for daycare and sleepovers for years and it is the only place we trust. She goes above and beyond to ensure that every dog feels loved and at home. I highly recommend her services for all of your dog-sitting needs!

Much different from the Camp Bow Wow I know from Maryland. I’ve taken my 3 dogs a few times here while I was temporarily living in the area. Their play yards are not large. They have multiple yards, but seems to me only 1 is utilized as the main yard at a time. Is there not enough people to supervise the dogs? There are too many dogs packed in one yard. You could easily split the dogs in different groups based on breed/size/temperament and put them in different yards. One of my 3 dogs was allegedly aggressive the last time they were there. Funny, he is actually the friendliest of the 3 and most timid. Perhaps this location was too overwhelming for him. All my dogs have been to many doggy daycares in multiple states. Never had this concern before. My pups have a lot of energy, but a decent daycare should be able to handle it!

Bailey and I had a great experience here. Caty was an incredible instructor that really give me the tools and knowledge necessary to train my puppy. I do intend on coming back for phase 1 sessions In the future. Overall, I would strongly recommend anyone going to caty for dog draining as she is the real deal!

My only experience with Camp Bow Wow was with their Level 1 Puppy Class since our puppy wasn’t quite ready to stay there for the day camp. Catey, the trainer, was patient and engaging during the sessions. I could tell how much she truly loves dogs - even our puppy who doesn’t like when strangers touch him. She had a lot of good hints and tricks for how to help him with his lack of self-confidence. We had a nice group of puppies and owners, too, so it was a good experience overall.

Melissa called me a few days into a week-long stay to tell me my dog was having stomach issues overnight. I really appreciated how they kept me informed and took special care of my dog feeding her rice and pumpkin to help make her more comfortable. They also returned her bed cleaned and good as new. I am very thankful for their above and beyond service.

I will say we did use them once for boarding years ago and didn’t have any issues and that the facility seems clean. Unfortunately, for them, they now offer an interview to meet the staff and allow you to view their webcams to let you see what really goes on day to day—which appears to be bored dogs without water or a place to lay comfortably. My recent observations from the cameras are there is absolutely no stimulation for any of the dogs; the play areas don’t show any water bowls; and there doesn’t seem to be places to lay down. The only things dogs seem to do is follow the person with the treats around the pen and maybe climb stairs. If your dog is lazy, it doesn’t appear there is anywhere for them to rest or lay down, so your dog is simply roaming all day trying to avoid being jumped/nipped at. If your dog gets thirsty, who knows maybe they’ll get sprayed with a water bottle since that is the only water I could see. If your dog happens to be active or enjoys play—this is likely also not likely the place for them. To make an extra buck, they will try to sell you a 6-week behavior class when your dog wants to play or gets nipped at for attempting to interact with other dogs. If the nipping dogs have been through these courses or if the person offering these courses doesn’t see a problem with the nipping dog, I am definitely not going to be enrolling my dog in the courses you’re trying to upsell. I highly recommend popping into the webcams before booking to see that most dogs are not “playing” in the “play yards” and to see the lack of water/rest areas. I also recommend meeting the staff to see how they interact with your pet and to see how little they seem to understand the animals they work with.

Mickey loves every experience he has had at Camp Bow Wow. He has done Day Camp, Boarding, and training. Catey is an awesome trainer! She does a great job of making the skills she is teaching easy to understand. Although it is a group class she gets to know the dogs and their needs and quirks (owners too!). We always feel like we are getting individual instruction. We have taken Level I and Level II classes, and look forward to Level III.

Staff is friendly, love the web cam feature so I can check in!! Puppy gets to play all day and is nice and tired at the end of her play time 😁 Update: Lucy just had her first overnight stay, and loved it. Added some extra ‘cuddle time’ to her stay, and got an email at bedtime telling me how her day went, including pictures of the staff reading her bedtime stories during cuddle time. Such a relief to have somewhere to take her when we have to go away overnight; the staff takes such good care of my fur baby!!

We love that our dog Coco loves Camp Bow Wow. She gets so excited every time we leave the house in the morning because she knows that means she's going to daycare. We feel confident boarding our dog with them as well, knowing she is well taken care of.

I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow! I have used Camp Bow Wow - Southwest (Greentree) for boarding, daycare, and training. The facility is nice and the staff took their time with our dogs to acclimate them to daycare. We always see a familiar face when dropping our dogs off, which is comforting. When we board our dogs they send photo updates during their enrichment sessions so we can see how much fun they are having. Catey led our training class and she was knowledgeable and fun. Our youngest dog graduated from her Level 1 training and we look forward to Level 2 with Catey!

Alright, so we have been coming here for the last two years. They have typically done a great job. However, today is a different story. My significant other arrived at 953 to pick up our dogs, I was not feeling well and elected to stay behind. She was met with an open door, a sign that said the business was open until 10, and an individual at the counter. This individual informed my significant other that the facility was closed and that we could pick our dogs up at 4 pm when they open again. Mind you, there were still 7 minutes left until they were scheduled to close. I would understand if this was a resturant or an establishment were your property and family pet were not being taken care of. To quite literally deny my significant other of the ability to take what is rightfully ours home is completely unacceptable. I will follow up with what the manager and owner say. ------------------------------- Follow up a few hours later. Spoke with the owner, who looked into everything. After talking with the owner, it's clear that they are understanding of the emotions as well as the disappointment in the service. They are looking back to see how often this has been happening and will be dealing with the situation.

This was the second time we used the Sewickley location for our Bug. He is a nervous cat with strangers and their professionalism and kindness to both Bug and us was so much appreciated. The facility was clean and bright, they didn't mind us calling to check on him while we were away, and within 5 minutes of returning home, he was back to relaxing on the couch with us. Thank you Jen and staff for caring for our love Bug!

I can't say enough wonderful things about the Pittsburgh Paws Resort! My 15 year old Havanese recently passed. I had used the kennel for almost the entirety of his life and it was such a positive experience! Leo was well cared for and the staff went out of their way to give him attention. From easy online reservations to communicating with the staff about a change in Leo's food or meds, I knew he was in good hands. Jen, the kennel owner, definitely knows what she's doing with running a kennel. I never hesitated to board Leo at Pittsburgh Paws!

We have taken our dog Penny here many times over the years while we went out of town or had busy weekends where we’d be unable to give her the attention she deserves. I love how easy it is to book her stay online, and communication is always top notch. During one of her more recent stays, Penny wasn’t behaving normally, and I was alerted to the issue immediately. We were fortunately returning the next day, and during the time between Paws kept us in the loop every step of the way. Fortunately P was just a bit stressed and back to herself in a few days. Jen (the owner) and I chatted about accommodations we could make during her next visit, and during her most recent stay our girl had a fabulous time. The staff even sent me a text during our vacation just to give me peace of mind that she was doing well. It’s also comforting that the employees generally remain unchanged at each of our visits. That’s always a detail as a client I pay attention to. Can’t say enough good things about P’s home away from home.

Our old daycare/boarding site closed, and we were referred here by a friend. From booking, the staff has been so helpful and kind, and the response time has been very quick. Our dog loved daycare here, and we feel so relieved knowing he’ll be here for boarding when we need it. We already love it Editing to add: our dog stayed here through the Thanksgiving holiday, and I genuinely cannot recommend this place enough. The staff is amazing, we got pictures from them frequently, and they even did a special Thanksgiving dinner for the dogs! Dogs are like family and we are so happy we found a place we love and trust with our pup!

Special shout out to Mike and Pittsburgh Paws ! Our girl “Gilly” spent one day at daycare and a few days following stayed for five days and nights. Mike was incredibly kind and took extra special care as I was quite nervous about leaving her. Gilly had never been at a daycare let alone boarded, we had been with her pretty much 24/7 since getting her last May. Mike put me at ease and I am forever grateful. Gilly was taken great care of and surrounded by new furry friends as well as great staff. Thank you all so much !

I can not say enough good things about Jen and her awesome staff at Pittsburgh Paws Pet Resort Sewickley. I was a bit nervous taking my 5 month old puppy to a doggie daycare but it feels like I’m dropping Finn off with family!! After Finn’s first visit he was so happy! Then when he came back a few days later for his second visit, we were greeted with “Hey Finn! You’re back, we’re so happy to see you!” They remembered his name and showered him with love! My heart was full! They go above and beyond for our four legged family members!! I go to work knowing Finn is in an safe and amazing place filled with fun, love and friendship!

Really like this place a lot…. Me and my girlfriend have taken our dog here for years and the staff is always nice, friendly, and treats our dog well.

Just another prejudice sdaycaee discriminating against certain breeds. I guarantee beagles and chihuahuas would not be held accountable for playing a little too much/rough the way a pit bull or Rottweiler would. They don’t seem to have the experience in these breeds. Girl at front could hardly walk large dog. Also facility doesn’t seem that nice compared to others in the area.

Great place! I was a little nervous leaving my newly adopted cat there. He needed medicine twice a day so I had to board him for a week while I was on vacation. No need to be nervous. They told me how they did it and my cat was perfectly fine. Thank you so much for taking good care of my cat! And your location is very convenient to I 79! A definite plus!

I used Fetch many times, Gina was my cat sitter and my cats LOVED her, we are new to the area and I was so happy that we were able to find someone to watch our two kitties, who you can see in the photos! We hired them from August 3rd to August 11th and Paulette, the owner, was the one who watched them. We were so happy to have the owner take over for Gina, but it was the worst experience we have ever had and I have spent the entire last month trying to get this fixed. Our last visit was at 7:30 pm on August 11th and we returned at 6:00 am on August 12th. When we arrived our cats had no water at all, they have a large fountain and it was completely empty. What if I didn't get home until later that night? Their litter box was also almost empty, instead of the 3 inches we left it with there was only about 1/2 inch of litter, while the giant tub of litter was right outside the bathroom door. I leave a note detailing instructions, nothing complicated, but I don't believe it was ever read, cans were put in the open recycling instead of a closed garbage where we put them for safety. None of my outside plants were watered, the cats treat container was broken and just left on the counter, where the cats could get it. No one reached out to me the entire time I was gone to ask any questions at all. Gina would text me each time she visited, while I know that was extra it was appreciated. Honestly I would think that a trainee came into my home, not the owner of the company. I never write things like this but it was appalling . I have now spent the past MONTH trying to reach some sort of solution to this issue. I have emailed them 8 times, no response, and I know that they check the email because they have chose to text me, but then not respond to any emails. I texted them, I only asked for a partial refund for how honestly horrible the service was, but have got nothing back. I have never been treated this way I have no idea what is going on with this company. I travel 3-4 times a year and have hired Fetch for every trip, but never again. I am honestly so hurt and disappointed that they would treat my cats this way after I trusted them in their care and then never rectify the situation. I will NEVER use them again and warn others against using them. I spent a month trying to fix this so I don't have to be that person writing a bad review, but here we are.

Fetch! has been such a great service on our past few trips. We have had Monique and Adrienne help out. They take such great care of my cat and it gives me great piece of mind that she’s safe and happy. - They do a mini consult to meet the pet and go over the details of their visits. - for my pet, they clean the litter, refresh the water, refill the food, give snacks, and play/snuggle - after the visit you get photos from the session and a journal - they will even bring in delivery packages and cans, no problem!

Very easy to schedule pet sitting and the sitter is always responsive. They provide great care to my cats when I am out of town. I've been using them for the last few years anytime I am out of town and I have never had an issue. I would and have recommended them to friends.

I cannot recommend Fetch highly enough! The app is so well-organized; you will receive a "yes or no" checklist of things your pet-sitter did during each visit (fed, watered, scooped litter box, etc.) and if they return for multiple visits, they will also note how your pet reacted to those things (did they eat? want to play? use litter box?). They also send a personalized note and photo of your pet each visit; it was such a relief to be able to watch my cat get more and more comfortable hanging out with Paulette in real-time while I was away. :) They put so much care and attention into pet-sitting and communicating with pet-owners while doing so. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my cat!!

Highly satisfied and very happy with this company. Monique did a fantastic job cat sitting our two furbabies. She took notes of our instructions and gave us peace of mind making sure that our kitties are going to be safe and sound. She kept us posted in every visit and we love her regular journals and updates regarding her latest adventure with our cats. I never have to worry about the care of my pets since I found Fetch! They are so dependable, the price is great, and the app is easy to use. I also love that the same wonderful Fetch! pet care person (thank you Lenore!) has always been available to care for my pets- cause when you have cats that take a bit to warm up to people, that is piece of mind! I have recommended Fetch! to two coworkers and they too are happy customers.

Monique understood exactly the situation I was facing, helping a family member who had to leave town for an emergency (and I'm in a different state). They were able to find a wonderful pet sitter for us in a flash, who was just wonderful with Cookie the kitty. We are so, so happy with the services of Jonathan, and would definitely ask for him again! Thank you.

We've had a great experience with Fetch. I am so happy that we connected with Lenore Wossidlo through the service. She is extremely reliable and has great availability. I know that she cares about my kitties just as much as I do. Fetch makes it easy to book and pay without adding stress to my schedule and travel.

Those of us who have pets know that they are not just "pets". They are members of our families. I had a family emergency and had to go out of town. Monigue took care of my bird at my home while I was away and she was absolutely great! Honestly, I think she took better care of "Nancy" than I do! She sent me a picture every time she visited which made me feel a lot better about leaving her in someone else's care. Another thoughtful item is that Monique did a "meet and greet " with Nancy and me before I left. She was also extremely responsive when I would send her a text regarding any additional information she may have needed, etc. I would use their service again in a heartbeat.

Monique did an awesome job checking in on my two cats for 9 days. She was reliable and took care of everything they needed. One of the cats knocked over a glass and she let me know immediately, swept it up, and checked to make sure neither of them were hurt. I would use her again for peace of mind while away!

My husband and I had a really good experience with friendly paws Littles when we left our cat. Misty with them for a week. We have never used a boarding company before and you were able to check in on her throughout the week and got good reports that she was doing well. We just had to supply her food and they supplied everything else. The staff was extremely helpful throughout the process and entered all of my questions through email. Although I emailed them quite a bit before we left her vacation. We would definitely take her back there again. We also felt that the cost was reasonable.

Our sweet “wobbly” cat just spent the Christmas holiday with the great folks at Friendly Paws Littles. Because of his condition he has some special needs. Thank you to the wonderful staff for taking such loving care of him! He’ll be back the next time we travel!😻 …

We took our Aussie, Milo, here for about two months. He’d practically break the door down as soon as we got out of the car. Everyone we dealt with was amazing. When it came time for Milo to “graduate” to normal Friendly Paws, they were very open and honest that despite Milo being under the 40lb weight limit and matching the energy of the other dogs, he’s just too much of a powerhouse for them sometimes. All in all, Milo loved his time here!

The reception service was extremely friendly, but unfortunately, our experience with the overall service was disappointing. My dog was returned to me completely wet and not dried after his bath. The manager’s explanation was that I had not paid for the drying service, which was never explained to me when I dropped off my dog. When I requested the drying service, even offering to pay extra, I was told that there was no one available to perform it (this was at 4:00 pm). The only solution they offered was a towel so I could dry him myself. It’s worth noting that it was raining, and my dog was visibly stressed. I recommend providing a more detailed explanation of the services when they are requested and clearly outlining what each service includes.

This is the first time we have used Friendly Little Paws, our cat Jessie stayed with them for 11 nights. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Check in and collection were easy and facilities were good. Jessie was well looked after, will definitely use them again

Amazing place. This was our first time leaving our pets with Friendly Paws Littles. The caring staff really gave us the comfort and piece of mind to come back again.

Our dog has separation anxiety and you would never know it, for when we picked him up, he was so happy! They let us know he got along well with the other dogs and did very well. You always worry a little when you have to leave your dog behind, so I was so happy to hear that. I highly recommend Friendly Paws Little. On a scale of 1-10, definitely a 10. I won’t be worrying the next time we have to go away!

We switched daycares for Teddy to Friendly Paws Littles and I definitely see a change in him for the better already. Firstly when he comes home, he is super tired because he has been playing all day. Teddy won't walk down stairs and at his last daycare he wasn't able to go outside when he wanted because of this. At Friendly Paws, he can access the outdoors whenever he pleases. My neighbor commented on his behavior changes too, he has been letting her pet him more and I know this is due to him getting attention from staff at daycare. We are SO happy we made the switch.

I got my dog Freddy registered quickly and they were able to help me out watching him overnight and throughout the day. I got a dog mom beautiful pink carnation and he got a bath and brushed there too. Picked him up the following evening and he was tired from playing and came home relaxed , clean and ready for bed ! This was our first time hiring a catsitter and we were reluctant to have someone we didn’t know take care of Cece while we left town for the weekend. We use Sarah as our cat sitter and she is amazing! We know our cats are in great hands with her. In addition, this service is reliable, friendly, and always makes sure we have a sitter. We had such a great first experience with Fetch. Our sitter was extremely professional and provided great care for our two cats while we were on vacation. She called or texted me each day she visited to let me know how they were doing which I really appreciated. She even was able to help us by coming over early one day at the last minute when there was a potential emergency situation with water leakage in our home. I contacted Fetch Pet Care to take care of my cat when I had to go out of town on relatively short notice. They were very accommodating and flexible, which I appreciated! Aimee took great care of my cat while I was away, and even sent me pictures of him to let me know he was doing ok! It was such a peace of mind to be able to keep my cat at home while I was away. Fetch is now my go-to group for pet care and I highly recommend them!

I have used Fetch for the last 10+ years. When I have traveled I have had the same two people come into my home to care for my cats. I have never worried and whenever I have returned home the cats’ attitudes have been “we didn’t miss you at all“. Beth W has boarded my dogs in her home for the last 5+ years. After a bad experience with another pet sitting service (dogs were their priority), we discovered Fetch and used them for over a year when we lived in Pittsburgh. What I love about their model is that you get assigned an animal sitter which I prefer so that our cats get comfortable and familiar with one person. Obviously if they are unavailable, Fetch can arrange for a back up. Our cat sitter was Paulette and she was warm and wonderful to our two cats! She would usually send photos during each visit which gave us piece of mind. She would come twice a day, usually for 30 minute visits. And she was always ready to care for our furbabies on short notice. I highly recommend Fetch and Paulette for peace of mind when you have to go away! Billing is done monthly and you can add a tip if you are short on cash before going away.

We love Captain Flosse Dog’s Pet Services & highly recommend them to everyone we know! We’ve had an amazing experience with all of the gals that have come to care for our Bulldogs. The communication has always been excellent & timely. They have been very accommodating for any last minute changes especially with our sweet boy Fred who has epilepsy & frequent seizure episodes. They are ready to give him his meds. If ever necessary & that gives us peace of mind while we aren’t home with him! The boys are so excited on days they have their friends from Captain Flosse’s over to play & go on walks. After the visit they always send us a report card to notify us of which dog did what & share a nice visit summary including many photos which always brightens my day when I’m working! We had the team dog sit our 3 dogs for 5 days, 2 times a day. We loved all the pictures and updates and never had to worry about our fur babies. The ladies were great with them! We highly recommend them and will be using them for now on in the future!

I can’t say enough good things about Captain Flosse! We engaged them to walk our Boxer for two weeks while we were in Italy. Everyday I received an update with details of the walk, lovely anecdotes about the experience and lots of great pictures. Our son stayed at home with her but due to his work schedule he was unable to walk her every morning. I never once worried about her being bored! And we were delayed one day getting back and they were able to add another walk that morning. I highly recommend them, they are professional, caring, dependable, and responsive. Our new young dog spent a week here is boarding and training because our usual pet sitter and the dog weren’t comfortable enough with each other for the sitter to get her into the crate or out for a walk. Dan, Amanda and Michael did amazing work teaching her “stay,” loose leash walking and “leave it.” Most importantly they and the kennel staff worked with our pup to make her comfortable and happy with handlers she didn’t know. They were also patient and supportive with me, the nervous owner who hadn’t kenneled a dog for at least 15 years. Anytime I called, they were knowledgeable about our dog’s progress. It’s clear to me that care a lot about their clients and their owners. We will definitely use their services again and recommend them to friends. Thanks to Dan, Amanda, and Michael, the trainers, and the kennel owners and staff who put our puppy at ease!

They took great care of Ecto! We feel better knowing someone is there later in the day if needed. Most facilities will leave after 6pm and not come back for 12 hours. We loved that they offer tours without notice so you can see how they actually run the facility.

This place has really grown. The grounds are clean and well kept. Our dog does not go or come home very happy from here, which is concerning. But he seems cared for.

Just Phenomenal. This was Max’s first time at a kennel and I was worried sick he’d be unhappy. Let’s just say- he was far from unhappy! I loved hearing how his day went and getting happy pictures of him every afternoon! I will 100% be using parkway lodge again! Knowing my pup was in great hands made our vacation the best it could be. We took our rescue puppy Penny here for training. She was a difficult student, but the staff was exceptionally patient and kind. The format is great for puppies (and come on, it's also so cute!!) Highly recommend!

DPD has been taking care of our dog Cooper since he was 12 weeks old and we couldn’t be more grateful for all their care over the last three years. We just got back from a short trip to NYC and we used DPD for the very first time. Steve was really great with our dog Sophie. I loved getting the update reports and additional text messages that really set our minds at ease. We haven't been able to travel together in 6 years because we couldn't get anyone to watch Sophie and we didn't want her in a kennel. The DPD team has been so wonderful, they began walking my dog angus a year ago, I stopped using them recently due to a move but would recommend them to anyone. I have a large Staffy and he is incredibly difficult to walk and care for and they have handled him swimmingly and provide the cutest pictures and updates from his walks. We will miss working with DPD so much!

DPD has been crucial to being able to have a puppy while working full time out of the house! We got our puppy at 2 months old and DPD was able to start walking her right away- relived lots of our worries about going to work and helped us in potty training. Now she's 8 months and has started walking with other dogs for socialization! Kevin is exactly the person you'd want to speak with when getting started with a puppy- so knowledgable. The walkers are dependable, friendly in their communication, punctual and true animal lovers. We know Pierogi is in good hands everyday :) Plus our day is made getting a midday picture and update. We love the flexibility of cancellation, ease of use with their online portal and ability for last minute requests as my husband's schedule can change occasionally. We've also used the boarding services for a trip and again knew our pup was in good hands- she came back tired and happy after lots of outside play time! Couldn’t be happier with the DPD Team! The owner, Kevin, is awesome and taught me how to properly walk my dogs and fit my nearly unmanageable golden puppy with a collar that stopped his pulling. My dog walker, Tim, is very professional and has done wonders for my dogs. Tim’s communication is great and he sends me an update and pic after each walk. Every other member of the team have been great to work with and they’re quick to respond if I have a last minute request. I’ve been nothing but impressed with Downtown Pittsburgh Dogs and they’re worth every penny!!!

We have been using Downtown Pittsburgh Dogs to help fill in the gaps when we aren't able to walk our German Shorthaired Pointer puppy. The walkers always show up, they are all great with Luna, and we appreciate the post walk messages that they send. It is also incredibly easy to book appointments with the online portal. There have been a few times I needed last minute walks booked and they have a number you can text and someone always responds within a reasonable amount of time. Having a puppy, especially while working full time, can be stressful at times but having a trustworthy service like DPD around has made this experience so much less stressful. I appreciate this local Pittsburgh company and highly recommend (esp for my fellow healthcare workers who work long shifts!!).
