Tamara and her family stayed at our home the week prior to Christmas to care for our home and two labs. This is the first time we had selected someone to housesit without reviews through the TH website, and we weren't going to meet the family at all, so we were a bit more nervous than usual. I can assure you, we could not been happier with our choice. Tamara was in regular communication with me, letting me know when they arrived, asking questions about the instructions that were unclear and regularly sending photos and updates on how the dogs were doing. As a pet and homeowner, we all know how these elements give us peace of mind when we are away. We came home to a clean house and well cared for pups, some sweet treats, and even some arts and crafts from Tamara's daughter. Come for the view; stay for the two sweetest pups you'll ever meet! I am truly a better person for my time with Harry and Stella. As others have noted, they're sweet, easygoing little characters who make great companions. The only hard part was saying goodbye. Matt and Nancy were warm, kind and communicative from the start. They answered all my questions, sent updates the week prior and even followed up with their trainer to provide additional guidance around a couple of Harry's quirky habits. My sit at Danielle’s was great! Paçoca was really sweet. Never had any difficulty since Danielle informed me about her needs (nervous personality, avoid other dogs on the street, etc). Her apartment was in a great location, very clean etc. would recommend! :)
Great and wonderful experience with Noodles and Mochi and the hospitality of Naiara! We were amazed by Naiara's swift and timely communication, always helpful and willingness to get acquainted with us before the sit. She is a very nice and open person. Noodles and Mochi are unique😃🐱. They are used to live together. from a very young age and still tend to be together whenever possible - sleeping with us in the bed, napping on /under the sofa, playing, eating 🙂. Naira told us that Mochi is the "shy" one, but we found him quite socializing from the first day. Noodles is always seeking a human presence and will bring his toys to you to invite you for a game or two... Both of them are very easy to care of - they have automatic feeder and water fountain, perfect hygiene habits and very cuddly. The flat of Naira, Noodles and Mochi is with perfect location, sunny and with a view over the river. When you have such a wonderful hosts like Naiara, Mochi and Noodles it is not just a pleasure but a real honor to be part of their world even for some days. Hope to meet you soon again!
We had an amazing stay at Allie's place and Bella was so so cute! Everything was perfect :)
We had a wonderful stay at Laura and Liam´s house looking after their gorgeous pets, Mac, Athena and Tigs. They really are the sweetest little things you´re ever likely to meet and the interaction and bond between them completely melted our hearts. We had wonderful walks with Mac, who was extremely well-behaved on his lead and gets on with absolutely everyone. And at home, if you sit still for just a minute, you´re likely to have either Athena or Tigs snuggle up on your lap, which was a real pleasure for us. The cats are so playful and inquisitive and it was so much fun playing with them – especially when they chase the laser pen around the house! Laura and Liam are warm and friendly people and we enjoyed sharing some time with them before they left on their stay. Their house is in a quiet location on the edge of town but is easily walkable to the centre, where you´ll find a weekend market and a wide range of pubs and restaurants. All in all, a very nice stay with friendly hosts and incredibly adorable pets!

Cuddle Buddies!! Hands down the best pet care provider!! Kristine loves our 2 black labs and 3 cats like they are her own. We never have to worry when we’re on vacation. She sends sweet videos to keep us updated with each visit. She is careful to understand any dietary needs and is very mindful of weather situations that could cause discomfort for our fur babies. She even leaves music playing if it’s raining or fireworks are going off to ensure our dogs are comfortable overnight while in their crates. Kristine and Traci have been taking care of our cats for many years so it’s about time I leave a raving review. I love the daily videos and they make sure they locate every single cat (we have 5). In addition, they had to solve some interesting challenges: a blaring alarm siren that wouldn’t shut off because of a dead battery in a sensor, a malfunctioning sensor resulting in police showing up with drawn guns (yes we have that on security video), a cat that locked himself up in a room…. My cats now think that every time the front door opens they get fed 😂 Highly recommended!

Kristine is the absolute best!! My four dogs trusted her from the beginning. She’s very experienced and knowledgeable, and she goes above and beyond to put your pet’s needs first! My husband and I went on vacation for a week during some terrible storms and flooding, and one of my dogs sliced her ear open the night before we left. Needless to say, the entire household was stressed. Kristine braved flooded streets, torrential rains, and loss of electricity in our home for two days to make sure our dogs were well-cared for. She even brought her own fabric cone for my wounded dog to keep her from scratching her ear, and she brought her own radio to leave at the house since our power was out, so that our dogs wouldn’t have to listen to the rain and thunder. She is such a blessing!! I never have to worry about my pups when they’re in her care! Thank you!!!!
Travel without worrying about your pets! Cuddle Buddies have been my pet sitter for several years! I travel for work, and I don’t think I could handle it without their loving care. I get video feeds every time there is a visit and lots of updates. Even during the big ice storm when I was out of town, Cuddle Buddies went above, and beyond, keeping in touch with me the whole time while they went in with flashlights, and made sure my dog was fine. You just can’t put a price on the piece of mind when you leave your pet behind.
10/10 recommend this facility for not only boarding but also daycare. I have three high energy breeds and they come home completely worn out. The staff are super friendly and take excellent care of my pups. My dogs look forward to coming to camp! As soon as I pull out their leashes, they go straight to the car. They love it just as much as I do!
It’s my dog Daisy’s favorite place! Everyone is very friendly and I love and appreciate all the love and details in taking care of my fur baby. From the very creative enrichment they offer to the cleanliness environment they make for the pups and owners, it sets them apart as the best place to leave my pup.They’re are a lot of fun and for me the selling point was the cameras and being able to see my pup having fun. Super awesome place and highly recommend it.
Daycare: I love it that they have webcam for me to check up on the little guy. Giving me a peace of mind. All camp counselors watching the playroom are tentative. One time I saw another dog got on top of mine and the counselor immediately separated them. Thank you so much!!! Grooming: Bianca is an amazing groomer. My doodle never sits still but she managed to had him groomed from head to toes! I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow for grooming service. On top of that, your dog will get free play for the day too. Boarding: I have not yet tried their boarding service but planning to do so in the near future. Will come back to share the experience.
DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE 🐶 Cypress location off Telge.. THIS PLACE has Gone downhill since new management took over. Our pets left in “cabins” from 9:30 - 5ish. Pay attention, how you hear lots of barking, BUT No dogs on cameras… that’s because they’re left in crates now. According to the girl at the front rest with the red nose (must of had a bad cold, shouldn’t be there spreading her germs) you now have to ASK to let your pet be in the yard. If you don’t your pet is locked up in a Crate until your pet is picked up. That’s inhumane! That never happened before with the previous management. Basically they fired half the staff and keep all the pets in crates and on top of that, they raised their prices 🤔 The groomer just says All dogs are matted and shaves them short because that’s the only cut she knows how to do. I could have shaved my pet better than the “cut” he was given. GOING ELSEWHERE! This won’t last long. Do not contact me. Don’t want to hear any more lies or excuses.
My mom brings her dog here - and the staff knows who we are as soon as we walk in the door, and are already sweet-talking them before he even gets handed off. You can tell there's genuine care for the dogs they take care of!
This is my second time taking my dog here. This time on 8/24/24, I wanted a simple bath for my dog, she was there for 4 hours, and around 6 pm I called to see if she was ready, I was told that they just finished, and I rushed to pick her up. When I picked her up, she had poop on her leg, paws, and on her side, she looked like she was never bathed and brushed. I told the lady at the reception that it looked like they did nothing, and she told me that she can go and wipe her, I asked her what happened, and she said my dog pooped after they bathed her!! When I touched her, her fur was wet, and I asked the lady if they dried her, and she said she just sprayed her. So, if you did not let my dog out to poop for 4 hours and she did it because she had to go, whose fault is it? My dog is trained but I don’t know how to tell her not to poop when she goes for grooming!!! I still don’t think that they bathed her and brushed her, she looked exactly like when I dropped her off plus the poop. I did not want to hold the front desk lady as countable, so I took my dog and left. I still want to talk to the groomer and get the whole story and what she has to say about this situation.

Camp Bow Wow is a great facility for doggy day care, boarding, and grooming. They have enrichments that have helped our pups exercise their minds. They have seasonal pictures and holiday enrichments. We love the cameras, so that we can watch them play with other dogs and the Camp Counsler. Their boarding suites are awesome too. It has a camera to continue watching them overnight. You can tell the Camp Counselors love dogs and take care of them. We would highly recommend Camp Bow Wow!
i’m a teacher so i take my dog sam to camp bow wow everyday while i’m at work and it’s been such a lifesaver!! i never have to worry about him being at home all day because he’s having fun and being well cared for. he doesn’t like eating breakfast before we go, so i bring his food and they feed him for me which is awesome. sometimes i put up the live cam for my classes and they love watching him play while we do art. 10/10!!

Our family loves Northwest Paws Retreat. We especially like to use them for boarding our personal/foster puppies (6 months to 1 year). I’m always nervous to board a pup for the first time and they let me tour the boarding area the first time we booked with them. The kennels are good sized with the ability for the dog to hang out inside or out at their leisure. The pups are able to interact with their “neighbors” but within a controlled environment so you know they are still safe. The team offers additional walks, individual play time, and they send picture and text updates! And when speaking with them, you KNOW they love dogs (and cats). I have and will continue to recommend Northwest Paws to my neighbors.
Northwest Paws Retreat was a lifesaver when we needed to go out of town unexpectedly after rescuing a dog named Roxy. As first-time dog boarders, we were anxious about leaving her, especially given her background. Mary at the front desk was incredible—she gave us a tour of the boarding area and completely put our minds at ease. While we were away, they sent us regular updates and photos, which was so reassuring. It was clear that the staff genuinely love and care for the dogs they board, going above and beyond to make the experience great. Northwest Paws Retreat will definitely be our go-to for all future boarding needs, and I can't recommend them highly enough after such a positive experience. Boarding new adopted pets Bulldog and Yorkie 5 year old best friends. These guys took such great care of them, even sharing super pictures of them playing during one of their afternoon play sessions. Understood the dogs were 8 lbs and 48 lbs but great friends so kept together and didn’t blanch at my having transitioned them to decent refrigerated food. Appreciated they washed dog bed too.
Our furr babies, Milla + Scout, are always well cared for by the attendants at NWPR. Love the option to have them walked together, and the sweet photos the staff sends us while we are away. The friendly, affordable pet salon next door is a huge plus, too. Will continue to recommend this excellent pad foot boarding facility to friends and family🐾🤎
Unprofessional staffing the manger has a terrible attitude she calls herself a manager she sure doesn’t act like one. I went in to inquire about getting a copy of the video due to one of their staff hit my truck in their parking lot because she was on her phone and wasn’t paying attention. She did damage to my truck and now is denying responsibility and I simply just went in to ask for a copy of the video of the parking lot and all I got was attitude, immediately from the person that stated she was the manager poor poor attitude she wouldn’t give me the owners name. I will need this video to help me get a police report started she continued to be rude and belligerent. She just kept giving me attitude then when I walked out to my truck, she comes out to take a picture of me, but it was OK for her to take a picture of me, but I couldn’t take one of her. I would think twice Before using this facility very unprofessional people. If they treat people this way, do they treat the dogs and cats this way as well? They just sit there and eat their lunch like there’s nothing else to do.
I love taking my cat here! The ladies in the office are very sweet, they make your animal feel at home and their living area is spacious. Prices are very reasonable as well. They also leave the cutest report cards documenting how your furry bestie has been while there!! Definitely will continue coming to this retreat.
Happy with the service they provided. Dogs were groomed and smelled clean and fresh, nails trimmed. She was able to get us in on short notice which is always a bonus. All at a fair price.
My dog has stayed here a few times and we would not put him anywhere else! My pup is a rescue and was very nervous but the staff spends a lot of time with him to make him comfortable. I appreciate receiving occasional pics and updates while I’m away and they even remembered him the second time. They really treat the pups like family here!

Ana is such a professional. Both my dogs hate getting cleaned up, specially my husky. I honestly thought i could never find anyone who could deal with her stubbornness but Ana handle her like a pro. We now take them both regularly with her. Highly recommended.

Ana took excellent care of our diabetic, elderly, blind dog during our recent trip. She stayed at our home which allowed our fur baby to have no disruption in her routine. Our dog receives eye drops, probiotics and insulin which Ana was very familiar with giving these medications. Our home upon our return was clean and Ana had already done the bedding!! We had a daily up date so there was no worry that our baby was not being cared for. Can not say enough about the service we received. I would highly recommend Ana for anyone who has a dog with special needs.
Ana is wonderful! I have 4 cats, 3 dogs, and a lizard. Going away on vacation is always so stressful leaving my babies behind. Ana gives me so much peace of mind to know that they are being well cared for! I always come home to happy pets.
Ana is the best. She does a great job and has reasonable prices. We have taken several pets to her several times and have been more than satisfied with the results. All were clean , fluffy and happy.
I have a rescue that was on her own, with her brother, until they were about 7 months old. My daughter found them in her backyard and named them Bonnie and Clyde. She took care of their vaccinations, spay and neuter, but she had two dogs already. I offered to foster Bonnie and then decided to keep her and my daughter kept Clyde. They had been thru alot and Bonnie took to me and my husband immediately but was nervous with strangers and other dogs. She was terrified of cars (we think she may have been grazed by one at some point), but we worked with her and she is now happy to go on walks. Training went well as she is very smart. However, she definitely needed more socializing to help her with her agitation around strangers and other dogs. I found Cypress Falls, talked to them, and she has been in daycare twice a week for two months. They have done magic with Bonnie by gaining her trust and working with her to help her gain confidence around strangers and other dogs. Julie has been amazing working with her and is slowly introducing Bonnie to her own dogs gradually and Bonnie is becoming more comfortable and really connecting with the staff and is adjusting to new dogs in her life. I could not be happier with the team at Cypress Falls Pet Resort!
Friendly staff, reasonably priced, and my pup always comes home happy and exhausted from playing all day. I love that they give you the option to pair your pup in the kennels with another friend if need be and also saves you some $$$ UPDATE: 2 years later and we’re still loyal dogs to Cypress Pet Resort. The staff is truly 5 STARS all around, they reassure you when you call about questions, I was concerned about my dog during NYE because of the fireworks, they explained they do take extra precautions, making the indoor music louder to drown out the noise, spray calming scents and will administer medication for your pup if the anxiety is bad. The little details they focus on is very appreciated and I’m sure the ppl that continue to give business here know what I’m talking about. I would recommend this place for your pup because the staff treat your pet like their own. UPDATE 3: Going on 5 Years and we are still loyal dogs at Cypress Falls Pet Resort. Amazing staff. Your dog would know.

Our Koda Bear loves coming here for boarding. The techs are so sweet to him and I love the daily reports we get when we pick him up. He loves getting pool time and they know him and love him here. Just picked up my two dogs after boarding them here for 6 days. I scheduled one of my dogs to also get a bath and groom. When I picked up my dogs, neither the bath or the haircut had been done. I was told I couldn't have her groom done till a week later. I already had to pay for an extra day because I couldn't get here till after 1:00. They didn't offer a price break or anything for the inconvenience of not doing what they were supposed to do. I also didn't get any updates on my dogs the entire time I was gone. This is the first place I've ever boarded my dogs that didn't send daily updates with a text or email. I will never bring my dogs here again. Horrible service.

I really love the engagement and activity our dog was involved in while at My Heart Is For Paws. We've only been once so far for daycare, and the owners seem to be very involved and genuinely have a lot of love for the dogs they care for. While there, our dog got to have a neighborhood stroll, did some agility and enrichment activities, and his favorite - playing with other dogs. It was great getting pictures and updates on how he was doing. When he got home, he was a different tired from other daycares he's been to. Physically, he played hard and mentally he worked hard, and it would seem he really loved it! We will definitely be going back and look forward to seeing how he does with boarding. The main thing to be aware of, appointments need to be made for drop off and pick up, which may not always align with scheduling needs, so I would recommend scheduling appointments as early in advance as you can.
Mesha is amazing!! She is extremely educated and takes amazing care of your pup! My boyfriend and I dropped our puppy off for the first time ever and we were super nervous about how he’d do. But with the assessment and updates that mesha does, she consistently lets you know how your fur baby is doing! We will definitely be back!

My Heart Is For Paws has different options available for you and your pet(s) including the drop in care we selected for our little dog Gemma. Emeshako scheduled a meet and greet with us and Gemma and it is immediately evident she truly loves animals and your pets will have the best care and attention in your absence. She shared photos each time she stopped in to play with, feed and love on our little Gemma. Our cat Duke didn't hesitate to get in on the action once he realized there was someone to give snacks and lovings. I am so happy I stumbled upon My Heart Is For Paws while looking for a doggy day care!!! This is the first time we have ever tried doggy day care so I was worried dog would react. But he had a BLAST the two days he was there. Emeshako kept us updated throughout the day with pictures that always put a smile on my face. He received great excerise and enrichment. We will definitely be booking her again in the future!!🤩
We had a 4 week family trip planned to Spain and were concerned to leave our dogs for that long in a kennel, also didn't feel confident having somebody else taking care of them at our home considering that one of our dogs was diagnosed with cancer. Luckily, we had My Heart Is For Paws recommended by a friend and got in contact with the owner Emeshako Hines. It was a blessing to find and trust her to take care of our babies during our trip. She kept us updated on daily basis sending us messages and pictures, I could see they were happy and having fun. We even started wondering if they will go back home with us or would prefer to stay with Emeshako after all that fun. One day, she noticed some blood in the urine for my dog with cancer and contact us and her Vet immediately to discuss next steps and to schedule a visit to the clinic. Such a relief to have her taking care of my fur babies while we were miles away and very satisfied about how quickly she dealt with the emergency. No doubt we will use "My Heart Is For Paws" again in the future for any trip. Very happy that we found Emeshako to trust her with our dogs.
I would recommend Mesha with My Heart is For Paws for in home visits for your pets 100%. She was very professional, prompt and thorough, but most of all loving and kind to our babies Coco and Shiloh. We have been very hesitant to leave our babies with just anyone since one of them has a special medical need. Mesha took the time to get to know them and their needs. I appreciate all the pics and videos of our babies while we were away, and I was able to rest assured that they were being properly cared for. Thank you so much!
We used Doggy Day Care for 2 days & Koda (our pup) was excited to return the second day! He had a blast & was taken care of well. The picture updates were greatly appreciated & we loved that she read Koda a story!
We have finally found the right solution for our family dog when we travel! Almost every time we boarded our German Shepherd mix at a local kennel, we'd get reports upon our return of separation anxiety that required medication and/or isolation—causing US anxiety every time we went out of town. A happy-go-lucky boy at home, our rescue couldn't always get the human attention he loves at a busy kennel, understandably so. Thankfully, Emeshako was recommended to us in the course of our search for in-home options, and she went above and beyond our expectations in caring for Donnie. We were highly impressed with the professional communication leading up to and during her week-long stint with him, as well as the individualized drop-in visits that ensured Donnie got all the exercise, mental stimulation, and cuddles he craves. I also appreciated how she made two visits before her time with him so he could become comfortable with her. The photos and videos she texted each day of a loved-on, happy dog put our minds at ease and smiles on our faces. No medication needed. No negative reports. Just a relaxed and cheerful Donnie to welcome us home like he does every day:).
Amazing! My dog has gone here since he was 12 weeks old. They truly love and care for your pet as if it is their own. My dog is so excited he almost jumps out of the car when we pull up. He goes twice a week and loves all his friends there . Very reasonable price and well worth it for the peace of mind knowing he is in good hands and having a great time
The groomer did a great job de-shedding my two long hair dogs. They smelled and looked great! All staff is super friendly. I will be taking my dogs there from now on
Great doggy daycare to go too. I do not live in the area any longer but when I come out to this area, I bring my dog Fancy here. I have been coming here for years and every time I drop Fancy off I am greeted with a smile. That there goes a long way. So, if anyone is in need of a dog sitter, I highly recommend Preppy Pet!! I have been taking my dog to Preppy Pet since 2021 when I moved to Houston. I am very satisfied with their services. My dog gets super excited when he sees we are arriving at the building. No issues with grooming services and great customer service.
My girls love love love the team at Preppy Pet! They go above and beyond for the dogs there and it shows. My girls jump out of the car immediately when we get into the parking lot. Thank y’all!
2nd Update - The repeated dishonesty and issues from this business on more than one occasion is alarming and should remind us all that first and foremost this is indeed a business trying to protect its image. This was not the first time restrictions and notes were not followed. I stand by the facts in my review and recommend this franchise location undergo serious review immediately. Specifically Roxanne’s lack of communication with her staff, decision making qualities as a manager, along with her dishonesty and offensive behavior you can see from her previous comments. Update to Roxanne Spencer’s response for my previous review: The severity of my puppy’s injury was disclosed to Preppy Pets prior to drop-off, and both the condition and care instructions, including medication, were approved and accepted by the facility. I contacted the facility the following day to check on my puppy and was informed there were no issues. However, on the second day, I received an unprofessional and rude call from Roxanne, as described earlier, upon the start of her shift. It is the facility’s responsibility to ensure effective internal communication among staff, not mine. Unfortunately, this is not the first instance where the facility has failed to properly communicate restrictions or notes left in my reservation. This location raises several serious concerns, most notably the wellbeing and care of my pet, as well as the unwarranted filing of a cruelty claim. Given these recurring issues, I strongly believe this location requires immediate review and corrective action, if not closure of its facility. I suggest anyone considering this location, do their due diligence in reading the similar reviews of this facility because I unfortunately did not and could have saved myself a lot of undue stress caused by Roxanne Spencer. Previous review below - I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding multiple issues I have encountered at your Northwest location. While I appreciate the care provided to pets, the experience my puppy and I have had has been deeply troubling. Initially, we faced repeated pressure to purchase additional services beyond our needs, and there were instances where our puppy was placed in daycare despite explicit instructions against it, resulting in additional charges. When I raised these concerns with the manager, Roxanne Spencer, she questioned why we preferred not to use the daycare service—a discussion that, while uncomfortable, I managed to navigate at the time. However, the situation escalated this week when my puppy, who is under medical care, was boarded temporarily with medication and restrictions previously communicated and approved by the facility. While I was on a business trip, I received a phone call from Roxanne questioning me in an accusatory manner about my puppy's condition. She took my puppy to another veterinarian without my consent and made assertions that I was not adequately caring for him. This is categorically untrue, as I informed her he has ongoing medical appointments for treatment. Additionally, she claimed there was matting behind his ears, which contradicted the assessment from his recent grooming and vet visit just two days prior. Despite this, she proceeded to cut his fur excessively without my authorization. Roxanne also made an unsolicited request for one of her employees to adopt my puppy, which was inappropriate and unsettling. Following this, she contacted animal cruelty authorities and filed a false report. I deeply value genuine concern and responsible care for animals, but Roxanne’s behavior has gone beyond acceptable boundaries. Her actions have been offensive, controlling, and have left me feeling uncomfortable with the care provided at your facility. Due to this experience, I have decided I will not be returning to Preppy Pets. Hopefully, this feedback helps to address any underlying issues in their management and service practices to prevent future incidents for other clients.
I can’t recommend Preppy Pet enough!! We have a very temperamental chihuahua. We have been nervous to send her anywhere grooming or boarding. She stayed six nights and was groomed. Not only was she ok, she was spoiled and completely loved on the whole time. She was wonderfully groomed and happy when we picked her up. I can’t tell you how much this meant to us. We’re so thankful for their love and patience!!

First, Oakley randomly goes to this place when I am out of town. This is a top notch place that really loves your animals. Whether it is daycare or overnight stay; this is the only place you should use. Yesterday was the first day I used their grooming service. They are amazing and were able to trim locations that are difficult. Please note my dog is an older grumpy dog that is set in his ways and doesn’t like to be handled. He is very difficult to groom. These awesome people did more than any previous grooming facility has ever done. With that being said, I highly recommend them for grooming, daycare or overnight stays.
I brought my dog Luna here a lot over the summer and they always created a positive and happy environment for her. Especially for daycare and I will continue to bring her here when I can. She also boarded here and they treated her amazingly and kept me updated on her.
Elaine watched out two cats when we were away for a week. It was a great relief that our fur babies could stay at home rather than be housed in some small cage while we were away. Elaine came by every day to feed them and clean their litter boxes and she played with them as well, in their own space with their own toys. She sent us daily pictures and updates. She is quite good with them and they made friends at our meet and greet prior to us leaving. We much prefer this to boarding them in a strange environment and will be calling Elaine in the future when we go away again. Thanks Elaine! I have used Elaine’s services three times and I’ve always been very happy with her services. One of my dogs needed heart meds administered twice a day and Elaine updated me throughout the day on how my dog was doing. I was very nervous leaving my dog and Elaine made me feel very relieved when she told me my dog was taking her heart meds. I highly recommend her!
Elaine is a pleasure to work with. During our initial visit, she took notes specific to our routine and needs. While we were away, she sent updates on how our two Aussies were doing along with pictures. When we returned home, we could tell Elaine took care of them like they were her own. Highly recommended for professional pet sitting services!
Elaine took great care of our dog and cats while we were on vacation. We have a cat that needs medication twice daily, and it was a relief to know that she was getting her meds on time while we were away. It's so much less stressful for the animals to be able to stay at home where they are comfortable than to have to go to boarding. Elaine is professional, prompt and polite, and everything was taken care of exactly like I wanted!
Elaine has gone above and beyond for my dog children many times but this one takes the cake. My loved turtle had to go to the emergency vet and she did not hesitate. I am forever grateful for her services since 2015 and whole heartedly recommend her to care for your pets.
Elaine took excellent care of my fur babies (two cats) during a busy holiday season. Not only is she trustworthy and experienced, it's clear she truly loves animals which was so important to me as a pet owner. I will definitely be giving her a call again.
Elaine is the best as far as I'm concerned! This is not just a job for her; she loves on the animals she pet sits. I know when I'm gone, my cat and dog will get play time with her in addition to food and water, backyard breaks and fresh litter.
