We are new to Atlanta and were hoping to find place we felt comfortable leaving our small dog. We tried 4 other doggy day cares and just couldn’t find anywhere that we felt would take good care of our dog. We were thrilled once we found Hounds Town in Stone Mountain. Our dog runs straight inside and comes home happy and excited. The staff is very communicative and their pet taxi service is wonderful. We are very happy with our experience and will continue bringing Bea there for the foreseeable future.

So far it was my dog’s first day at daycare. I absolutely love this place! They helped my anxiety with leaving my fur, baby by sending me pictures and being reachable, whenever communication was needed. I will definitely be bringing in my dog here again for daycare and also utilizing their services when needing on boarding if I’m out of town. According to the pictures that was sent and meet entering the building, the facility appears to be kept clean which I love .

The staff is super friendly and truly cares about each dog at Hounds Town Stone Mountain. They make sure every pup feels right at home, with plenty of space to play. It’s the perfect spot for dogs to socialize and get all their energy out. Definitely recommend

My baby Stone is always excited to come to Hounds Town. The staff is super sweet, when he was sick and missed a couple of days they called and checked on him. They are always happy to see the dogs no matter how early I drop him off. I can tell they work really hard at keeping our babies happy, safe and their play areas clean.

My dog loves coming to day camp at Hounds Town! Everyone is so friendly and excited to see my dog. She is well taken care of and despite being at day camp all day often smells better than when I dropped her off. Prices are reasonable and typically lower than other day camps. Thanks Hounds Town!

I had never done doggy daycare before, but my dog just loves Houndstown. She runs through the door to go see her friends, and she’s exhausted afterwards. Plus, since you can just drop in? It’s perfect for those days when you have a kid home sick from school or something and cannot take your dog for a walk that day. Daisy is a happy pup there!

Personnel at Hounds Town are warm and inviting. They KNOW dogs, how to approach and take time to allow the dog(s) to settle down and to engage at their own pace. We are excited to try their services and see how the dogs respond to a 'day out' as well as overnight.

Came in for temperament testing for my boxer mix and left feeling super confident and comfortable about leaving Lola there for daycare next week and vacation in 2 weeks. The team took time to get to know Lola and no other boarding facility has done that. It’s clean and appears well run. Staff are friendly and patient and other pets and owners who came in seem happy to be there! 10/10 recommend so far! Prices are good and they offer a military discount which I appreciate- I also like that they mandate a daycare stay before boarding in addition to the temperament testing so they can truly see how your pup acclimates and what their needs are. ❤️

I LOVE them! They had the best deal for my doodles- And my dogs are big and i'm small and they're not trained well So we gave them a serious challenge 🤣🤣🤣 Ashley at the front couldn't have been sweeter with the behavioral analysis ( I think, as long as your dogs get along with other dogs, they're fine) There's a hot guy at the front that will help you walk your dog out if you're struggling- let him- seriously 😅 I didn't, but I did get to meet the owner and she was so sweet too. I don't have kids, so I know my vets- well be back soon!

We came from out of town and needed a place for our special boy to stay for a few hours and it was very last minute. They evaluated him, got all of our information, they were super friendly and quick, but thorough. We definitely felt welcomed, and so did our fur baby! Everybody was wonderful ♥️

Would 100% recommend Terie and her team they have done miracles with both my girls Abby being a puppy 6 months and Sophie being 7 yrs old. I wanted to start Abby of on the right foot because Sophie had some very bad habits that I would think were okay for a dog turns out they weren’t and they were getting out of hand like she was very loud, reactive, hated being around other dogs, not social at all, wouldn’t always listen, would bark at the slightest sound and view of people or animals , would excessively bark at guest entering the house, and demanding. Abby in the other hand was mimicking every move and action of Sophie, also having accidents inside the house and taking to consideration that I had previously had Abby go to another trainer before Terie that had no change in any of Abby’s bad behaviors honestly Abby came back home with worst issues being destructive and very demanding with everything. After speaking with Terie on the phone I felt so much more confident that I was making the right decision in sending them with her specially because I was hesitant in the remote collar idea but after Terie explained to me how it worked and that it wasn’t something cruel to use on dogs specially as small as Abby and Sophie being. I was truly uninformed and Terie took the time to explain everything so clearly to me I felt from the first call that she knew what she was doing. Good Dog! Coaching & Pet Care has been a life changer I can’t recommend them enough I was honestly so disappointed in Abby at the beginning that I was considering giving her away do to the fact that neither Abby and Sophie were getting along and thanks to Terie and Gina all has became more peaceful now they enjoy each other’s company. They are so well behaved everyone in my street will stop and ask me how I did it but I always say no it wasn’t me it was Good Dog! Coaching & Pet Care.

Terie is an absolute genius with dogs and people. Make no mistake, dog training without owner training is a waste of time. Terie turned Oscar (4 month old Airedale with superiority issues), into a happy energetic obedient adolescent. You have to understand Oscar, at 3 months he was defiant, and dominant. When I corrected him he wouldn’t listen and he would snap his jaws at me. I’ve owned many dogs (all terriers), but never encountered one as willfull as Oscar. Terie took over his training with home visits when he was 4 months. I soon became clear that Oscar was destined for Terie’s Board and Train program. The transformation was miraculous. Terie worked with my family and me to show us how to continue Oscar,s training. He is 6 months old now and an obedient puppy. We can’t thank Terie and her Good Dog staff for the work they’ve done. We will continue to work with Terie as needed for Oscar as he matures into a young adult.

We absolutely love Terie and her team! Mercy started with some in home training when we first brought her home, so we had the start of a good foundation, but since we were not consistent with the continued work needed, she slipped into some bad habits. Terie always had said that Mercy would be a great candidate for the remote collar training and boy was she right. We enrolled her in the 4 week board and train program with remote collar, and it was a game changer for our girl and us! Mercy had ongoing issues with breaking to the door, always in an excited state, not coming when called, chasing chipmunks and other prey, not dropping a toy, just to name a few of our opportunities. We have had Mercy home now for 3 weeks and she is a much improved dog and we are improved owners! We highly recommend Good Dog! Coaching & Pet Care!

We are so great full for the professional training that our Sheep Doodle received at Good Dog Coaching and Pet Care. We took her at 5 months old and she was a handful. She was chewing, barking, peeing and pooping in the house, very anxious when people were around. Walking on a leash was impossible. After 4 weeks of training our Maddie is the perfect girl. She follows each and every command given to her. She will walk on a leash or without a leash. Not only was our Maddie trained and loved but we received training also. If you are looking for the most loving and professional trainer for your pet, you won’t find better than Good Dog. Thank you Teri for loving and training our girl. She is perfect. Our Labrador puppies were extremely excitable and basically uncontrollable before entering the Board and Train program with Terie and Good Dog Coaching & Pet Care. The transformation was quite miraculous and our puppies are now well behaved and quite pleasant to be around ( which I could not say before). We now have the information and tools to continue developing our dogs according to the Good Dog way. Terie delivered excellent service in coaching not only our dogs, but educating us as owners too. It’s definitely a learning process and we appreciate her continued support. HIGHLY recommend!!!

There aren’t enough stars to describe the value of Good Dog! training. We were at our wits end with our pup and his unmanageable behaviors that we had unknowingly created. He had been to two other trainers and, to no fault of theirs, only behaved perfectly in their presence and reverted back to his naughty ways as soon as we were back home. Terie came highly recommended by our vet and from the very first conversation I had with her over the phone, I KNEW she was the one. Our pup did a 4-week board and train program with her and her team and I cannot say enough great things about it. Prior to going to Terie, he had been reactive/aggressive/ dominant/frightful, the works 😵‍💫. Not only were ALL of these issues gone when he came back, but he is a CHILL and happy pup now. I am finally able to take him out in public and enjoy his company fully. A Terie-trained dog is truly life-changing.

5 stars doesn’t even begin to describe the incredible work that Good Dog does. Before sending our chocolate lab Bailey to Terie and her team, she could NEVER just lay down and chill with us and she had absolutely zero impulse control. Counter surfing and other attention-seeking tendencies were a huge problem for us. Not to mention that we wanted to give her the physical and mental stimulation that she needs, but she was so out of control that we could hardly do anything with her. After Good Dog’s training, we have the tools to fulfill Bailey’s physical and mental needs so that she no longer feels like she has to act out, she feels safe in a more structured world, and knows she’s not the boss!!! We have absolutely loved our experience with Good Dog training and coaching. Absolutely life-changing!! I HIGHLY recommend, you will NOT be disappointed and your dog will thank you!!!

Kario Shadow is a one year old black Yorkie Poo. He was jumping and eating coffee table, rocking chair anything wood.He poop and urine in the house and constantly jump on my bed.. He bark when I was on the phone he eat anything off the ground and grass.i figure it was time for a change Good Dog Coaching &Pet Care was recommend by my Vet and the Vet recepition her dog was train by them. Now to good part Kario came home a complete different dog for the best. He come when you call him , he walk beside you, he go into the kennel by himself ,he doesn’t potty in the house..All those things above he don't do any of those thing and he learn how to socialize with other dogs big dogs and small dogs. I am so grateful for the training I would give them 10 stars and more Thank You

Terie is amazing! We brought home a beagle puppy earlier this year and wanted to make sure that he was well trained and not nipping at or jumping on our young children. We opted to have him trained privately in our home. From the moment Terie showed up, we saw immediate results and after our very first session, it was like we had a whole new dog! Terie is very sweet, personable, professional and a natural with dogs. She listened to our questions and concerns and helped us tackle the areas that we wanted to focus on. I am not sure who enjoyed our sessions more, us or the dog! We constantly get compliments on our dog's behavior now and that is a testament to the training from Terie and the drills that she taught us to reinforce the lessons that were learned.

I have a difficult dog. He is mostly great but has anxiety and issues with other dogs. He is big and strong and intimidating resulting in most sitters wanting to run the other way. Render was not intimidated and was able to manage his behavior. She and Buck had a great time playing in the yard and I was able to go on vacation and not worry about him. I am relieved that we can head out for a full day or longer and have someone who will take care of him!

Our sweet girl loved Render! Render had availability for our dog on fairly short notice and even took the time to come by for a meet and greet! She sent regular pictures and videos. This was the first time leaving our puppy, so she helped us feel and ease and comfortable. She has great customer service and has a true love for animals. The absolute best pet care I've ever had. My pup is an anxious girl and she took the time to slowly introduce her to the other pups. Came out to meet us before and was so incredibly warm and friendly. Always sends photos and updates :) plus my pup loves her. She always runs to the door to go in and she has never done that with anyone else. I'm so incredibly happy to have found render your paws :)

Render Your Paws is absolutely terrific for and with our dog Bison. It is such a huge convenience to have a company that picks up our dog and takes loving care of our dog just like our family does. We’ve learned more about our dog’s personality because of them. I would highly recommend them.

Render saved the day for us when we were unable to find pet care for our 2 cats just 24 hours before we went out of town. She responded quickly, came by for a home visit, and remembered all of the special instructions we had. We immediately felt comfortable having her in our home taking care of our beloved fur babies. Although our cats are shy and didn't come out too much, she did a great job! Will absolutely work with Render in the future.

Render is absolutely awesome!! I left my dog Lucky with her, who is a yellow Lab, & he absolutely took to liking her immediately. Render goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. She doesn’t just come over to let my dog out. She always makes sure to play with him, give him attention, and even clean up the messes he leaves, which is certainly not something I expected! One of my favorite things about Render is how great she is at keeping you updated. I always know exactly how my pup’s outing went that day, and she even notices if he seems a bit off and lets me know. She is also very reliable, which is so important. It happened seamlessly, especially with us needing a sitter last minute. Our sitter Stacy was outstanding. She was kind and kept clear communication with us. Kymberly was always on time and followed our routine and instructions to a tee! She sent pictures and was always available when I called her. I am so grateful to Natalie, of 2 Paws Up, for her excellent loving care of my cat Coby while I was away for two weeks! Although Coby and I are thrilled to be back together, he *still* seems to be telling me, “You know, Natalie played with me for a WHOLE HALF HOUR …” when my schedule cuts his games short! Jan was great! My cats are quite a bit shy, especially one of them, and even he poked his head out to check her out after just a few visits! I was happy to see from the pic she sent of him that he was quickly feeling comfortable with her.

Teresa is the best part sitter we have ever used! She gives so much love and attention to our dogs when we can't be there. She sends us picture updates every visit and even offers to help take care of things around the house as needed (bring in trash, take care of mail). Great communication and always available when we need her!

Teresa has taken amazing care of my pups for several years now! She has both checked in on them in our house and taken them into her home. I always know that they are in the best hands when she has them, and can always count on lots of updates and photos. She is truly an animal lover and she's always our very first choice if we have to leave our dogs. Our black lab in particularly is getting old and has trouble getting around and Teresa even carried him up and down her stairs when she had him last. You can definitely trust her to treat your pets like her own!

Teresa has watched my dog on many occasions. She is incredible with him (he’s an energetic Australian Shepherd). She sends so many awesome pictures and there’s never a moment where I doubt if my pup is in good hands. Teresa goes above and beyond and is just the best!!!

We've had a wonderful experience over the last couple years with Oak Grove Pet Sitting. We've used the dog walking service regularly with our two dogs, and it's been great! Always responsive, nice, and flexible when things inevitably change. Their reports and pictures are lovely, and I can tell my pups have a great time. Smiley and I love these guys. Robin's service has been great for my dogs over the years. I never have to worry that they're being cared for when I'm gone. For every visit, I get a "Pet Care Journal" notification email from the sitter including notes and photos from the visit. In most cases Smiley gets the coveted "Ultimate Happy Dog" status. I rely heavily on this team to take care of my girl when I'm gone.

Wow. All I can say is wow! We used to dread going out of town because we weren’t sure our babies would be cared for properly. We could not enjoy vacations! That fear and dread has been completely erased. Robin and her team provided the MOST professional, loving, and comprehensive care for our (many) animals: dogs, chickens, and even a pot bellied pig! Robin was incredibly thorough. She visited our home before the trip to learn what each individual pet needed and wanted in order to be happy while their moms were out of town. The visit journal they provide after each visit (complete with pictures of all animals!!) gave us total peace of mind. She checked in with us when she had any questions or concerns, and I always knew I could reach out to Robin and she would respond promptly. We will definitely be using them for all of our trips and I feel confident that when we go on a cruise in a few months and will be out of the country our babies will be in good hands. 10/10 would recommend!

We have five cats and the past 2 years we have used Oak Grove Pet Sitters to take care of our beloved cats. We received twice daily notes from the person coming into our house and taking care of our cats. When you are far away, it is comforting to see the pictures of the cats and and learning how they are doing. We have one cat who is very skiddish, and the pet sitter took pictures of him under a bed. We looked forward to the reports we received and knew that the cats were taken care of!

Oak Grove Pet Sitting is the best! Not only do they do a great job with our pets but also do things for the house-bring in mail and packages, water plants, and take the garbage and recycling bins out and bring them back in. The employees clearly care about our pets and the daily email journals they send are so helpful. The online request and payment system makes booking so easy. Robin, the owner, has gone above and beyond for us multiple times. No need to search further, just use OGPS!

I’m not sure how much I could express how special Robin and her team are to us. My husband and I travel quite frequently, and have also had some family emergencies lately, and Robin and her team are ALWAYS there for us. They are sooooo good with our babies, and are reliable and professional as well. We have such peace of mind when we travel that our babies are taken care of by “Aunt” Robin and the OGPS family!

Our fur babies love to have Robin and her team visit and care for them when we're away. We've used Oak Grove Pet Sitting for a couple of years now for pet care when we're away and are very pleased with both the pet care and their diligence in securing our home every day when they leave.

We contacted Robin and Oak Grove after a very terrible experience with our previous pet walker. Robin immediately met with us and fit us into their daily schedule and it has been nothing but excellence since! All of the walkers are amazing with our pups Ziggy & Zoe and we are beyond thankful that they included us into their pet family.

Excellent!!! We needed dog walkers for our two babies while we were away for 3 weeks. There was email and phone communication, a meet and greet with Robin, the owner, a comprehensive online system where you enter all things about your dogs and their care, access to your home, emergency contacts, care schedule... everything! You can tell they take their role as seriously as you take leaving your pets, which meant the world to us! They can also divide walks as needed (one dog needed a longer walk than the other). We had an issue (my fault) and they alerted us and were consistent with communication until it was resolved. They also were a life saver when we had a family emergency and added walks last minute! Amazing!! AND you get journals and photos after every visit. Highly recommend!!! Our babies loved them and they were loved right back. Will definitely use them again!

I *highly* recommend Oak Grove Pet Sitting! They have been a vital part of our village while raising a puppy! Our girl LOVES everyone from the Oak Grove team and I love the journal entries from each visit. They are so thoughtful and professional about taking care of pets. I really don’t know what we would do without Robin and her team.

We are so blessed to have found Telstails Petsitting. Our Snowy had her first visit today and it was a wonderful experience. Ms. Schantel sent photos throughout the session. She also detailed areas that we had no clue was apart of the groomer process. Our fur baby came home happy and playful. Also I am grateful that she was in and out in a timely manner. Sage and I had an amazing first-time experience! Schantel was incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming when she received my baby, Sage. She took such good care of her. My dog’s first pet sitting experience at Telstails was positive and enjoyable. He is a 18 month old rescue and tends to be anxious. The pet sitter/owner is a professional and calmed my dog and earned his trust. There is a spacious backyard that my dog enjoyed. He would to run, play “ fetch” and explore. I was thrilled to receive video clips of my dog’s activities nearly every day. He was well groomed and looking good at the end of his week long stay. My two pups LOVE going to Schantel's home when we're out of town! Schantel picks them up at my home, gives them great socialization with the other pets in her home, provides them with a backyard to get their energy out and explore, gives them their meals and meds with no issue, keeps me updated with photos and videos, and then brings them home in the hours before I return. It's truly like a concierge pet service. I appreciate her so much, and I love knowing that my pets are in trustworthy & capable hands! Her children also love on my pets which is so sweet, and I feel great knowing that they are getting even more love and attention with them. I can't recommend Schantel enough!

Schantel is super amazing and very nice, approachable and you can tell she loves what she does. We did our first groom and she does amazing work, as a professional should. She is always back to her original white and provides expertise in her drainage for her eyes. I trust her.

We’re a repeat customer with Nails & Tails! We love both Marilyn and Pamela. They’ve each watched our 7 yr old beagle who has allergies and needs to only eat her food. They sent the best pictures throughout the stay to show how much fun she was having. What can I say about the awesome service provided by Marilyn? My guinea pig TJ was left for about a week while I was on vacation, my nervousness as instantly calmed when I first met Marilyn, her spirit and genuine love for animals is so amazing! I would get daily photos and videos while on vacation which eased my mind even more. My guinea pig was happy, healthy, well fed and well taken care of. Going out of town for any extended period of time has been difficult having 3 ferrets and 3 guinea pigs. Boarding is expensive, and on top of that you don't really get to see how your animals are doing. My wife and I were super grateful to have found Nails and Tails, and Marilyn specifically. From the first time she came by for a consultation it was clear not only did she have a passion for animals, but she understood how stressful leaving our animals is. Throughout our trip Marilyn kept us updated with texts and photos of our animals, and it really put our minds at ease. I cannot recommend Nails and Tails enough, especially if you have animals that are not as common to board.

Marilyn was wonderful and accommodating! Our regular pet sitter cancelled last minute so we were googling frantically and ultimately took a chance & we are so happy we did! She did not disappoint

I needed someone to watch my puppy for a day last week from Sunday morning until Monday. I tried to reach out to few pet boarding places in the area but most were closed on Sundays. When I reached out to Marylin, she quickly responded. and I am so happy she did! Marylin was so amazing with my puppy and she sent me picture updates of what he was doing. I will be using her services again and recommend her.

Marilyn is an absolute pro with dogs! You can see that she genuinely loves animals and what she does for a living. Marilyn was very kind and patient with my 2 dogs one of which is terrified of any type of grooming and she did wonderful with her. She did an excellent job with them and made sure I was pleased with everything.I will be using her from now on. I would definitely recommend her services.

My grandmother used Nails & Tails for her 16 year old cat, Maui, and absolutely loved the service. Marilyn did an excellent job grooming Maui and getting a mat out that was underneath his chin without upsetting him. We'll definitely be using her again in the future!

Marylin has groomed my little Beyoncé twice she has done an amazing job both times. Having her come to the home puts my mind at ease. She is such a sweet caring person. You should really give her a try if you are looking for a wonderful mobile groomer. Her prices are really reasonable I could go on and on but she is great!!!!!!!

I have found a groomer for life and I will never bring my 3 year old Persian cat Gary anywhere else again!!! Let me preface this by saying Before I met Marilyn I would bring Gary to a grooming salon for his annual lion cut and pay about $120; and this groomer was known to be “the best around”. Well every time I brought him home he’d walk around in a strange low riding position and seclude himself for days. we always thought he was just acclimating to being groomed. I learned after bringing him to Marilyn that this behavior was definitely not normal. The reason he had been walking strange was due to the previous groomer causing a kind of razor burn b/c she was too rough and going too fast/ not being careful. So when Gary came home from Marilyn he was 1) not walking strange and 2) he was so friendly and happy and he looked great! She was also able to erase all hints of Gary’s tear stains so needless to say I will not be taking my animals anywhere else again. The kindness and patience she showed my cat are traits that apparently are not found in all groomers. I am relieved to have found someone I trust to groom my animals and it certainly doesn’t hurt that her prices are AMAZING!!! Thanks again nails n tails!!!!

Fur'st Choice Pet Care was recommended to me by a coworker and we have been so beyond happy with their services. I never have to worry about my pet Guinea Pig when I travel, because Samantha and her staff always do such a great job! Guinea Pigs are very timid and skittish creatures. It is so nice to have an expert who can come and watch him when we are away. For an small fee, she even trims his nails. (...and she charges less than going to the vet for the nail service...) I love that Samantha texts me pictures and updates!

Samantha is very reliable and such a great dog sitter. Her website is so well organized and makes it easy to request services, pay invoices, leave messages, etc....We have an elderly Italian Greyhound that is Blind and deaf, Samantha and her team have been amazing with her. I am so glad we found Fur'st Choice Pet Care!

I would absolutely use Fur'st Choice Pet Care again. I had an older cat, Puma, that needed a lot of attention and care. Samantha had a preliminary meeting with me and Puma and took detailed notes on what Puma needed which put my mind at ease when we left. When we were gone, we were sent pictures and updates throughout our time so that we knew how Puma was doing. Samantha also took notes while we were gone detailing how the visit went. I highly recommend Fur'st Choice Pet Care and appreciate Samantha's attention to detail and the love that she demonstrated for Puma.

My mother moved into an assisted living facility that allows pets. Unfortunately, my mother isn't capable of walking her dog anymore. We began our search for a dog walking service and came across several. After speaking to several, I chose Fur'st choice based on several factors including friendliness, professionalism and sheer understanding of our situation. I couldn't be happier with Sam and all of her employees. They do an excellent job and are always willing to work around scheduling conflicts . While somewhat expensive, it is the perfect fit for our complex situation.

We had such a wonderful experience with Samantha and David taking care of our puppy while we were on vacation. They were able to accommodate us with only a few days notice. We loved the daily journal where they shared photos and notes of the visit. We felt so confident that our puppy received great care!

We have been customers of Petmeisters for years. This past month we found ourselves stranded in NYC after flight cancellations and had to take an unexpected trip for a funeral. One of the only things we didn't worry about was care for our dogs b/c we knew Petmeisters would have us covered and that is such a relief! Petmeisters has helped us care for our elderly dogs over the years with extra love and care and helped us to train our latest crazy rescue dog. They are also great people who have become friends. If you think of your pets as family-Petmeisters is the best choice for your petsitting needs. Also, they are fantastic photographers and send wonderful pics of your pets while you're away.

Craig, Allison, and the gang have completely changed our lives! Sounds dramatic, but bear with me. I have one very loving rescue bully boy with separation anxiety/dog aggression and another that's just a tiny, spoiled, needy, old lady (she actually came down with what they called stress induced pancreatitis last time she was kenneled at a vet). I used to feel terrible guilt every time I left town, I knew they were miserable in boarding, and so I spent half my time away worrying about them. These days, I get adorable photos of them loving life while being loved on by members of the Petmeister gang! Them being so happy and relaxed means I can also relax and enjoy! Not only do they love on my dogs, but they've also saved my garden during a dry heatwave, saved my bacon when I needed to leave town last minute for a family emergency, and stepped in for last minute walks when I've been pulled in to after work functions. They even managed to win over my very hidey cat! My dogs love them so much, they sit at the door for their walks even after we've arrived home from being away. On these walks they double leash the pups for safety and even drop off the old one back home half way through to go back out and really wear out Mr. high energy. I can't say enough about them... if you're on the fence, look no further, Petmeisters is the bees knees!

Absolutely fabulous. We have used Petmeisters for about a year, starting when our dog was just a puppy. Craig and Allison were referred to us both by neighbor's and our previous homeowners from whom we purchased our home. We have had a total of two walkers who walk our dog every day, (one moved out of the city and thus we were assigned a new one) and both have been excellent. They also offer boarding at their home, which we used on a recent week-long vacation. The daily photos and videos are so reassuring and nice! Craig and Allison are incredibly reliable, their their online interface is easy to use, and they are very clear with billing and scheduling. They will hopefully be caring for our dog for years to come!

It isn't possible to write a review that can describe the excellent service that Petmeisters provides. Craig and Allison are truly exceptional pet sitters. They go above and beyond what one expects from a pet sitter. They take the time to get to know each pet, their personalities, likes and dislikes. They work hard to get make each pet comfortable while I am gone. I love their innovation. Craig has built forts from old boxes for my kitties and Allison researched and provided a new feather toy that my cats are nuts about. I often wonder if my kitties like them better than they like me.

We love Petmeisters! They have done such an amazing job with our 3 dogs, and we know they’re in great hands when we go out of town. I love that they send pictures and provide updates on our pups, and we’ve been so impressed with they attention they provide. One of our dogs has a tricky medication schedule AND the ability to pick out pills hidden in treats, but Craig always knows what to do to help! We’re so thankful to have Petmeisters in our community.

We love Petmeisters! They take excellent care of our two dogs and are extremely communicative with us while we are away from home. While many boarding facilities get booked up well in advance, Petmeisters is always available to work us into their schedule. I really appreciate being able to leave the dogs at home while we travel knowing that they will be well cared for and given plenty of attention.

Petmeisters has been caring for our rabbit and three cats for over two years now! Craig and Allison (the owners) and their crew have been 100% reliable and go above and beyond the daily duties of feeding and cleaning the litter boxes, no matter if we’re on a two day trip or two week trip! They never fail to send daily updates with detailed messages and cute pictures of our fur babies. They water our indoor AND outdoor plants, take out the trash, collect mail, and bring in doorstep packages. Last December our house was broken into while we were visiting family in California. Even with the three hour time difference, Petmeisters continue to call/text us until we responded. They secured the house, made sure all the animals were ok, talked to our neighbors, and called the police. Another time I was locked out of my house and they brought me a house key! Craig and Allison and the rest of the Petmeisters crew are more than great pet sitters, they’re great neighbors! Thanks for providing such excellent service in our Decatur community! :D
