Super welcoming, lovely couple ! Felt like staying in a cute airbnb ! Very cute little garden too. The dogs were well behaved and warmed up to us very quickly. They were easy to walk and were happy just sniffing around or cuddling on the lounge. Thanks for our stay Alice and Toby :)
Pet sitting Ziggy for Ben and Anna was a joy; Ziggy is a lovebug and a very easy going boy :-) Ziggy is mix of likely collie & German shepherd; he's very gentle and easy going with humans and animals alike, nothing particularly startles him and he rarely barks, except if someone is at the door. He doesn't pull on his lead and is responsive to voice command; though as a food motivated hound, if litter or picnics are around, you need to get him on the lead. He is a total love though and will pad around behind you and settle in rooms where you are and join you to stream a show on the sofa :-) Ben and Anna are his lovely owners who can't do enough for you to make your sit comfortable and provide you with as much information and recommendations on the Bristol and its surrounding environs as you desire. They provided me with a great cheat sheet on Ziggy's habits, areas to walk, local amenities, etc. Their house is very comfortable with a private back garden that is peaceful and the house gets a good cross-breeze in the summer months. They have all mood cons, including my fav stovetop espresso pot :-) Their wifi is top notch as well. Their suburb is green and leafy and has some great country estates and woodland with public footpaths for walking or running. They also have good transport links into Central Bristol. I would very happily sit for them and Ziggy again and highly recommend them :-)

Sitting Nora's lovely cats Gina and Elsa was another great cat-sitting experience for me! Communication with Nora prior and during to the sit was really easy-going, unproblematic and very friendly. The apartment is situated in Lichtenberg and is very well connected to public transport. It has all the amenities you need, and shops, supermarkets, restaurants etc. are within walking distance. But the protagonists - the most important part of this sit – were Gina and Elsa, obviously. Both of them have great personalites. Gina is a real comunicator, she talks a lot and will follow you from the moment you enter the flat. Elsa is said to be very shy, to be honest, she wasn't with me, but after a few hours she started to follow me everywhere and also she talked a lot to me. They are both very sweet and cuddly, and I immediately fall in love with both of them. They are a delight to care for! If you want to take care of 2 super sweet cats in a nice and very centrally located apartment, don't hesitate to sit at Nora's.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time looking after Simba. Before the sit I had great communication from Besh and Ellie with all the details I required. Besh met me at the station when I arrived the night before they left along with Simba to get to know him. Besh and Ellie are a lovely couple and it was nice to have a chat with them that evening and get to know all about Simba. They were great to keep in touch with when they were away also. Simba and i had many walks around the parkland that surrounds the area, a lovely lake and cycle paths which he thoroughly enjoyed and was always ready for another walk! It was also nice chilling in the lovely home with Simba as well and being greeted by him in the morning. He is a playful lovely dog and is very handsome as well. I will have have fond memories of my time with him and was sad to say goodbye to him! I would thoroughly recommend this sit with gorgeous Simba and gladly come back if ever down this way again.
My daughter and I had a great stay with Rudy. He is such a sweet and easy dog—happy to sit next to you on the couch or go for long walks around the neighborhood. He was thrilled to go with us just about anywhere, and he charms people and other dogs alike. Megan and Julio were very helpful and gracious during our stay, and they were easy to get in touch with for questions. Their apartment is beautiful, and it’s in a great location to easily explore the city. We had such a fun week and would definitely go back!

Its a Dogs life is the best! My pup Lexi has been going for about 6 months. I got her as a rescue and she was a shaky, nervous bundle of nerves. Scared of everything. Danielle and Mike are amazing. They were extremely patient and caring with her and helped her to socialize with the other dogs which has helped build her confidence. Lexi can't wait to get out of the truck every morning and comes home nice and tired from playing with her friends. I wouldn't send my fur baby anywhere else.
I love this Dog DayCare! It's so nice having piece of mind when I drop my dog off that my dog is comfortable and I am comfortable leaving him there. Danielle is so attentive to all the dogs there. And my dog always has a great time with all his friends.
My dog has been coming here for over a year a couple days per week and loves it! It’s very relaxed (you rarely hear dogs barking when you pull up, they are playing or relaxing inside or outside), the facility is super clean and you can tell the dogs love Mike and Danielle- who are the best!
Doggie Daycare has been a saving grace. Poor Kobe was quite the wild child before starting! Now he’s matured and can’t wait to leave in the morning. He sits by the door waiting to head to school. The hours are great and it's nice to know our dog is well taken care of during the day.
I absolutely love It's a Dog's Life! Danielle and Mike are both great with dogs....and people! My 100 pound Bernese Mountain Dog comes home exhausted and happy and can't wait to go back the next day! I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants a great place for their dog!

I love this place!! I have a large breed dog (cane corso) who can be high energy and Groomin and Roomin has taken him several times with no hesitation. The staff is amazing it feels like home! Highly recommend and will continue to use!!!
I am so sad to leave this review. I take them seriously and at first this business seemed wonderful - they took my pup when I was hospitalized. I was told she was fine - even though she has anxiety I was told she was fine! She was so happy to see me I didn’t see she was injured immediately. When I got her calm I saw there was an injury to her nose. My family called 4 times for explanations and they avoided me and never responded to my calls and voicemails. If they had at least told me something happened or called me back that would be something but now I am filing a complaint with the BBB and I highly recommend not bringing your pets to this business.
We took our Bernese Mountain Dog for the first time here and she looks great! I was happily surprised by the cost, too! They did a great job and we will definitely be back again.

We boarded our two dogs and cat there for a week while on vacation. We only did the boarding, not the groomin' and the dogs still came back clean. We've boarded our dogs in other places in the past and the dogs would come back filthy and in desperate need of a bath. We didn't have this issue with G&R. Very happy with the service we got. We ask tons of questions, had to call back multiple times with more questions and they were always knowledgeable and willing to answer our questions. Happy to say we have found a new place and reliable place for future boarding needs.
I just brought my two dogs here for a week. It was the first time boarding my dogs. When I dropped them off, my nerves were put as ease by the compassion they displayed. I felt as if my two dogs were treated like royalty! They offered play time, doggie daycare and even a pool!! This facility was very clean!! When I picked them up they were even groomed. I drove over 40 minutes just to bring my dogs here and I'm so glad I did!
Buckley loves it there! He goes a couple times a week. Staff are fantastic and go out of their way to prove it to you, for example at Easter they made us a cute card from our Buckley. We have been taking him there since he was a puppy and it was recommended by our vet as being the best. The saltwater pool is a bonus in the summer months. Tip: buy the 5 days pack it's a bit cheaper and you can split them up!
Carla did a wonderful job groomin our goldendoodle puppy. His nails were trimmed perfectly and his ears were cleaned very well. I even received a call as soon as he was done. Our whole family was very happy with the way he looked and smelled. We will definitely use them again.
We bring our dog here regularly for boarding and grooming. Our dog always likes his stay and the people are always nice and courteous. They take the time to get to know every dog and their needs, and it shows in the way they interact with each animal. We will continue to be a return customer.
Geoff & Ronda have looked after my cat for 4+ years now when I have to be away from home and now also look after my new pup. They take time to develop trust with your pets and to make sure they understand your particular needs (medications, behavioral considerations, etc.). It's always nice coming home to detailed notes from their visits. They're friendly, professional, and communicative. I've always felt that my fur babies were in great care. Recently Ronda and Geoff took care of my family's cat and turtle while we were on vacation. We have never had someone come into our home to care for our pets that wasn't a close friend or family, but we are SO happy we found Ma and Pa Fur. We were blown away by how professional and prepared they are. They take time to learn about your pets personality and needs. The come by your home for a meet and greet and take the time to allow the pets to get to know them. They were both extremely professional and personable. We felt completely at ease when we were on vacation knowing our pets were in good hands. And we LOVED the daily text updates about what our pets were up to. Highly recommend them and we already have them booked for a future vacation.
Wonderful people! They have been taking care of our furbabies (all 7 but now only 6) for the last 6 years. They are professionals. The people that work at the Dog Cabin are the absolute best. Our golden retriever loves it there, I think not only because of the fun with other dogs but also the people who work there. We have dog care places close but we go out of our way to go there. Best in the business.
Staff at the Dog Cabin have always been friendly and have gone out of their way to accomodate late reservations and last minute changes in plans. Our dog Bullet is always well cared for and usually comes back all worn out from playing.
Winston when he goes to doggy daycare here h is so happy to go and happy to come home.he loves it there. Whenever there is a need for him to go there he is so happy and they lve him there too and it's close to home. So happy we found this place so close by too.
We LOVE The Dog Cabin! Our Coco girl gets excited the second we turn onto the street! She nearly busts down the door to get in the back to start playing with her friends! There is an array of dogs, some like to play some like to relax so your dog will fit right in! The staff is absolutely amazing and Coco loves them all! They are all so caring and attentive. They meet your dog’s needs, whatever they may be! Our pup is exhausted after a full day of playing, which is great for her high puppy energy! I don’t have enough nice things to say about The Dog Cabin and all of the staff!

My 13 year old Morkie is a nervous wreck when it comes to the groomers, but since switching to the Dog Cabin, she has been far less anxious and comes out looking and smelling great! The staff is super friendly and their services won't break the bank! 100% recommend the Dog Cabin!
I have been using The Dog Cabin for occasional boarding, grooming, and daycare since 2015. I have never used any other place as I have been 100% satisfied with the quality of care, services, facilities, and pricing. My last dog and current dog like going there. The staff is great to work with and show real concern for the well-being of my pets. The dogs come home clean, happy, and played out.
We've been taking our dog to Dog Cabin for about a year and a half now for daycare multiple times a week as well as boarding when we need it. She couldn't love it any more! The staff know her by name when she comes in and she always leaves pooped after a fun day of play. They are very receptive and flexible with scheduling and have essentially acted as a collective third parent for our pup. I would give them 6 stars if possible!
Very disappointed to give a 1 star review. I’ve recommended folks (including my friends) to use this place for more than a year but rescinding my recommendation now. Wouldn’t recommend this place for any dog owners that have a hyperactive dog. We used this place for over a year and a half and all of a sudden we were told that our dog was too hyperactive. The previous staff were great but none of the new folks are pleasant to talk to. They’re rude and condescending for sure. The guy is pleasant and soft spoken but not the staff. We were told only once in the duration that he went there that our dog was too hyper. We haven’t received any serious complaints. neither has anyone called us that our dog was not behaving. And we’ve left him overnight there. Yesterday, when we went to pick him up, we were just casually told that he’s difficult to control and that we weren’t welcome. I had checked the camera on and off during the day and could see at least 50 other dogs with only 2 people overseeing the dogs. With that amount of dogs in one room, things are bound to get difficult. Our dog has a routine that’s pretty quiet. He’s the only dog at home and usually spends the entire day with me when am working. The environment has definitely changed over time there. More dogs now as compared to when we started. I wouldn’t have chosen to write this review but our dog has been very sad since he returned from this place. He has not slept all night and has not eaten neither has drank water all day. We’ve been snuggling and comforting him all day. He definitely is depressed and am sure we’ll fix this over time. Disappointing that this happened to us. This is one time I wished he could talk and tell us what actually happened there.

Hands down, BEST service I’ve ever had. My pup Poppy is a handful and needs a little extra patience when it comes to nail trims. Every one of the techs who’ve come have been so knowledgeable and kind and absolutely wonderful I can not recommend them more. They always respond in a timely manner and call if they ever run late (which isn’t often) it’s also incredibly easy to make appointments which for a busy person just is a cherry on top.
My cat Oscar has severe fear of dogs think he was attacked by one.Making it difficult to bring him in to grooming places I had Holly come to house to do his nails this morning. She was fabulous and was so marvelous with Oscar. Nails got done with ease and no freaking out on Oscar's part. Thank you Holly

I heard about the nail trim service and decided it was worth a try. Our dog Chloe would get so nervous going to the groomer to have it done. Jenna came on time and made friends with her. She stayed pretty calm throughout the nail trim and it was done in no time. Totally worth the cost to have an at home service with friendly, efficient staff. We will be using their nail trim service again.
All IV Paws Pet Care LLC is where it's at! I have 4 dogs and it's so much easier for someone to come to us than to hassle around and bring all of my dogs somewhere for nail trims. They all have different personalities and two of them are seniors. I have used them twice already for nail trims and they are very responsive and punctual. PetEx Pet Sitting was wonderful! My pets and home were well taken care of while I was away. I preferred Mary's services over others because of her personal dedication and one on one services. I no longer board my pets because of a history of them being ill for a week or so after being back home. My pets are always safer and at ease with staying home and utilizing pet sitting services. The last pet sitter I had moved out of state and I needed a new one quickly. Services that were very impersonal were irritating to me with online applications and the inability to meet all of their employees that may be entering my home and caring for my pets. Other reviews prompted me to contact PetEx so, thanks to those that also rated PetEx so highly. I understand why the reviews are great now and am confident that the next time I need pet sitting services, I will be using PetEx. Thank you Mary!!!! Mary took excellent care of our pets when we were out of town over the holidays. She was so great with our furry babies (2 cats and 2 dogs). They loved meeting her at the meet and greet, and she was clear about what we could expect. She was great about communicating with us before, during, and after our trip, and she sent us lots of pics of our buddies. We missed them a lot, so it was great to know they were in good hands. We will definitely call her again the next time we need a pet sitter.
Mary is wonderful! She did a combo board/train with my dog Marty for a full month while I was on vacation and I was so impressed with her training and care. Marty had never been away from me that long and it was difficult for him at first, and Mary was kind and patient while she trained and cared for him. I dropped off a very anxious, stubborn dog that was ruling my home, and I picked up a happy, calm, dog that listens. I’m so appreciative of Mary and what she has done for me and Marty and would highly recommend her services!
Will definitely book with Mary again! I never left my two Boston Terriers with anyone… well I did once years ago and came home to sick dogs! We booked a family vacation and I had to find someone to watch my fur babies. We booked a sitter to move into my home for 7 nights, we also booked a kennel that was highly reputable, but I just wasn’t feeling good about either. Then I saw Mary’s website and reached out to her . She came to my home to visit us and meet my dogs, went over all the paperwork and explained her methods. Mary is very professional, super nice and very sincere and definitely knows a lot about dog behavior and needs. She sent pics and updates daily and when we brought them home they were healthy and happy ! I highly recommend Mary and will be booking her again in the spring !

Mary is phenomenal with our German Shepherd and Pekingese mix. She has built such a strong rapport with both of them and can tell they really love her. Both of them get lots of playtime, walks, training, and quality time together with her. Feel much better leaving them at home while at work knowing she’s coming over to take care of them. I recently found myself needing to board my special needs dog so that I could travel to the west coast for my granddaughter's graduation from high school. Bree (my schnauzer) is a rescue that has some behavioral issues. She is very fearful and hasn't been out of my sight in four years so I wasn't sure how she would react in unfamiliar surroundings. After discussing this with Mary in our initial meeting we decided to do a trial for one night to see how she reacts. Well as it turns out she was fine! Mary has a way about her with dogs that put my concerns to rest. Bree stayed with Mary for almost two weeks during which Mary sent me pictures and texts to keep me updated on how Bree was doing. She provided my wife and I the peace of mind that we needed to enjoy out vacation. Thank you Mary for taking care of our baby! Looking forward to the next time.
Mary (PetEx) is a pet lover so loves being with and taking care of pets! We feel good about leaving our one year old black Lab mix, Otis, with her when we’re away rather than boarding him in a kennel where he’d spend at least 12 hours alone in a crate!! ☹️ Otis likes Mary (he thinks she’s a big toy 😂) and likes playing with the other dogs she watches when he’s there. (No more than 5 at a time, but most often less). We highly recommend Mary and PetEx!

I would like to express my appreciation for the exceptional customer service provided. The team was able to accommodate us on very short notice and demonstrated great compassion regarding our situation. I was given a tour of the facility, which was not the case at other locations I considered. They attentively listened to my concerns about my dog's leg, which had previously undergone surgery, and ensured that her food schedule and supplements were administered as instructed. I also appreciated receiving regular updates and photos whenever I reached out. Katie was fabulous, as well as the other two women at the front desk we encountered. Our dog returned home happy and healthy, and she is completely herself! We look forward to bringing her back for daycare and boarding in the future. Thank you all for your outstanding care!
Our rescue Roxy is very fearful and aggressive towards strangers. We rarely have company in our home to spare her the anxiety and to prevent guests from possibly being bitten. We were planning a family vacation down the road and weren’t certain if we would all be able to go. After many searches we decided to reach out to Paws pet resort to try out a playdate . We were waiting for that phone call every mom does not want to get from their child’s school. We held our breaths when the call came and to our surprise (and we were extremely surprised), our Roxy had the time of her life. She was such a happy girl. We’ve now booked her for our vacation week and added weekly play dates. Can’t thank Paws enough

They contacted us with a mid day report. They did with pics and a voicemail message. A happy dog is a tired dog and our two fur babies were pooped.
I would like to recommend Paws Pet resort for the wonderful job they did taking care of my Nutella. Her first time away from me since I had her 5 years ago. I had surgery and needed to stay overnight. This group put my worries at ease and treated her as if she were theirs. She was there 3 nights and enjoyed playtime and treats with all her caretakers. All 3 of them.Thank you so much. Your baby will be well cared for with this group. ❤️
Today was Luci’s first visit. She is 2 years old and very anxious around strangers. We are very impressed with the staff. They are all so pleasant and knowledgeable and caring. Luci spent a half day and got a 1 1/2 hour play session in the yard with other dogs her size! There are two staff in the yard with them watching out! This is great. Scheduled a full day next week. We think this will help Luci develop in important ways. Very pleased! 🐾
My pup was so happy to stay at Paws. I called them looking for a place to board my pup after not being able to find a pet sitter in my home. They were able to take Bailey practically last minute and allayed any anxiety I had about boarding her as Bailey is a very nervous dog. All staff were kind and welcoming.
Stella loves coming here! It has been consistently positive for her as she is in great spirits when I pick her up. I also love how the staff sends photos keeping us reassured that all is well. The 'report card' at the end of her stay, is unique and ❤ caring!
My dog comes home happy and playful! He loves when we pack his bag for day care or overnight, he knows where he is going and drags us out the door to get there..ALL staff helpful, friendly and Brody loves them. I feel very safe to leave my dog in the care of Paws!
Denver had the best first day at daycare, I couldn’t ask for a better place to have him stay and work out all his energy. You guys are amazing and he is so excited to come back again!
Scott is wonderful. My dogs had a great time staying at his kennel. I received a bunch of videos and updates of my pups. You can tell Scott loves dogs and will care for yours as if they were his own. The facility is so clean. Thank you Scott!
We left our 9 month old lab here while going on a short vacation and were very nervous after never leaving him with anyone else before. Immediately arriving to Sunset Ridge Kennels, you can tell security and adventure was top priority! When greeting our buddy after a couple days he was VERY happy and very excited to see us! Couldn’t have been more relieved. Scott was amazing with responding and updating us about our little buddy while on vacation too. We will be boarding our dog here in the future! I have had my dog boarded here twice. She was very well cared for and was so happy. when we picked her up she ran back to give a hug which tells me she loved being there. I loved getting texts to let me know how she was doing. I have boarded my dogs before at different facilities This one is by far the best for quality ,price and pride in what they do
Our pup had a great time! While we were on our trip, we received videos showing our little guy playing and having fun, which was a nice addition to the boarding experience. This place is well priced and flexible. Would highly recommend.

I love Sarah's Pet Sitting for taking care of my fur babies when I am away. I am extremely fortunate that they have sitters who can take care of guinea pigs, because many pet sitting services do not. All of the sitters we've had have carefully followed the instructions for their care. The service request process is straightforward and rates are reasonable. I also love the reports that they send for each visit that generally includes pictures and a short video. And it's clear that the sitters who come to my house really love and care about animals. My piggies have gotten used to their sitters. And often come up to them looking for food and begging for treats. I know this is a service I can trust and will continue to use as long as I have piggies and live in Connecticut!
My family is very happy with Sarah’s pet sitting service! We recently went away and had them watch our 3 dogs. The detailed notes for each visit along with the pictures of our boys made us feel at ease they were being well taken care of. So easy to book and communicate with! Highly recommend.
They are the best. They take the time to get to know your pets. They then report back and send pictures after every visit and include updates of what they did during their visit (empty litter box, filled their treat ball etc.). You schedule each visit within a 2 hour window, so your pets get to eat at the same time they are used to eating. Great easy to use app to update pet profiles, request what you want done for each visit, and pay. I have tried other sitters (friends, neighbors etc) and never quite knew what was going on, or came hours late. I will never again use anyone else. If you want peace of mind while you are away, these are the folks!
From dog walking to training Sarah's is top notch. No one wants to need someone else take care of their pets, but Sarah's is the only service I trust. My silly rescue pup loves his walker and they have built a great bond. With their help I am also making huge strides in training my guy with positive means only. I recommend them to anyone.
Sarah's Pet Sitting provides a great service for those of us that can’t bring our pets on travels. After each service visit I got an update on how my dog was doing (eating, drinking, bathroom, general mood and behavior) and which activities took place. It was personalized, so I knew there was a lot of genuine interaction with my dog. And it included photos of my dog being his best self. Highly impressed, much relieved, and will use again.

I am writing this as both a client and an employee. I can’t imagine trusting my dogs with anyone other than the folks at Sarah’s! When we got married, we were so thankful for Katelyn and the attention she gave our boys (who are never away from us for more than a few hours)! As a sitter myself, I absolutely love working for Sarah’s! I love every single client I work with, can’t tell you how much I love this job, and it’s the highlight of my day to be with everyone’s amazing fur-babies! I treat every pet as if they were my own, giving them all sorts of love, affection, and good conversation! I know that this treatment towards pets goes for all of Sarah’s sitters too, which is why I am both a sitter and a client! The administration staff is supportive, professional, and caring for both pets and employees. As an adult with a wide experience of employment , a couple of degrees, and an array of hobbies, this is, hands down, the most enjoyable job I’ve ever had!
I’ve been using Sarah’s for almost 2yrs and I honestly can’t recommend them enough! Their staff is so sweet, the pet portal is super thorough and user friendly. They even send photos of your fur babies after every visit, which is my favorite part! I also really appreciate that, Sarah’s requires, you to meet the pet sitters in person prior to your first pet sitting. I had never used a pet sitting service so I was kinda worried about strangers watching my cats. But they have great vibes and really take care of your pets like they are their own. So happy I found them! They really make going on vacation worry free as it should be.☺️

We have been using Intuitive Pet Care since 2018. Roslyn has been taking care of our bonded pair of golden retriever/shepherd dogs when we are away whether it be for a day or two weeks at a time. She and her husband Bill treat our girls like they are their own. We have complete trust in letting them into our home and keeping our house safe when we are away. She is known to spend extra time attending to our dogs special needs due to their old age or whether it just be to calm them during a thunder storm. We can't imagine using anyone else for our pet care needs.
Roslyn has been a life saver for me. She knows my Jack's breed and knows exactly what to do with him. She is reliable and trustworthy. I am so appreciate and grateful I found her.
We are so happy with Intuitive Pet Care. They are true dog lovers and take great care of our 16 year old puggle, who has many senior needs. When we vacation Rosyln usually comes to our house 3-4 times a day to make sure our puggle gets his daily exercise, potty time and help settle him in for the night. Her rates are extremely reasonable for the quality time she spends with our puggle! We are able to enjoy our vacation knowing our puggle is in great hands!
Roslyn is a wonderful behavioral pet trainer and communicator. I have a very fearful puppy due to his prior circumstances and without her I would not know what to do. Her behavioral expertise and the way she communicates with him is helping me make a better life for Asher.
