I’m extremely disappointed and concerned with this facility’s lack of transparency and care for pet health. I recently found out that dogs with kennel cough were allowed to attend without any warning to other pet owners. Although I was informed there were suspected cases prior to my dog's visit, they failed to mention they were still allowing sick pets to attend. This is an incredibly contagious illness, and letting these dogs interact with healthy ones is irresponsible and careless. Not only did my dog catch kennel cough, but I also had to cover unexpected vet bills and medication costs, not to mention the stress of seeing my pet suffer. This is also the second time my dog has caught kennel cough from this facility, but I chalked the first time up to the fact that with that many dogs in the same area, it's probably somewhat inevitable. Pet owners trust facilities like this one to prioritize the health and safety of their dogs. This kind of negligence is unacceptable and raises serious questions about the facility’s protocols and commitment to pet safety. I would not recommend this daycare to any pet owner who values their pet's health and well-being. Upon trying to reach out to the owner for clarification, I was told they closed the facility for a week for deep cleaning, which was found to be untrue. And if I had any additional questions, to contact my vet. I would not recommend this daycare to any pet owner who values their pet's health and well-being.
Bailey enjoys his time at doggie day care, especially play time with other pets. I feel that he is well taken care of while there. He brought home a Halloween bag of doggie treats today. Happy wags to Kathy.
Super easy and friendly service. The facility is newer and the kennels are of good size and clean. There is an area for dogs to stretch their legs for a run, as well as opportunity to interact with other dogs if you'd like (or not). The groomers are exceptionally good and thorough and can also trim nails if needed. Reasonably priced and easy to find. Highly recommended!
Great place that truly cares about the animals. We board our dog there every time we leave the area. Our dog loves the place, and the place loves our dog.
My cat, Rogue, went in for a grooming appointment. She came out looking her very best! I would 100% recommend them for cat grooming. Thank you for the great care of my girl 🥰 …
You all took the BEST care of Pippa and Darla when we were gone for two whole weeks in Hawaii! The girls have never stayed at a boarding facility, and you gave us a wonderful first experience. We saw the cutest photo updates, and they both came back fresh and clean! Our dogs have an unusual circumstance as they do not get along (one is dog reactive) and the staff did an amazing job of ensuring they stayed separate and each had their individual needs met. Darla got to play with the other pups, and Pippa got one on one human love! We will be using Holiday Pet Resort again and again. Great pricing to boot!
Karen was amazing with our shy dog! He is a rescue and doesn't trust many people. She took the time to get to know his personality and became his friend! Thank you Karen!!
Been entrusting our lil buddy, Toby to their loving care for over 5 years now. They actually care about animals, and do a great job taking care of our first-born four-legged friend. He absolutely loves going. They take amazing care of our rescue puppy with separation anxiety, and go above and beyond to help us manage his care and make sure he is treated with love and respect. 100% recommended.
We love this place !!! We have been going here since 2019 and they take great care of our Dutch Shepard Althea. Whether its her normal Friday daycare day or we need to board her for the weekend, I would highly recommend this place for your doggie to stay and play. I would also like to point out their professionalism when dealing with a sticky dog situation. While at day care one day Althea hurt herself during play, they called right away and said that they had her resting off to the side until we could come get her to take her to the vet. So thankful they were there to watch after my furbaby!
Friendly staff they always gave me updates when I called to check on our pup. Reasonable prices. We boarded our pup when we went on vacation and we would use them again. Ms Kelly was taken great care of.
Very nice and clean and everything is brand new.
