We had a wonderful time at Bill and Sam's lovely home in a beautiful setting, looking after loveable dogs Wally, Oscar, June (their traveling companions' dog who stayed over) and sweet kitty Smudge. Bill and Sam warmly welcomed us the night before they left with a tasty meal and local wine. If you enjoy cooking, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen. We highly recommend this housesit on every level, and we hope to return at some point in the future! Thank you Bill and Sam!
I loved my time sitting for Coco and Mei Mei. They are beautiful dogs with big adorable personalities. They are perfectly behaved on walks and very cute and snuggly when at home. Fiona was fantastic to sit for, she was communicative throughout and made me feel so welcome in her gorgeous home. I'd recommend this sit to anyone and would love to take care of CC & MM again one day.
We had a wonderful time at Annabelle and Grov's beautiful home looking after their lovely dogs, horses and guinea fowl. Annabelle and Grov made us feel very welcome and gave us plenty of helpful information. We kept in touch throughout our time we were housesitting for them. Damson and Plum are two lovely, very relaxed and happy dogs. They were the perfect dogs to look after. We enjoyed plenty of walks and cuddles with them. Both were great company. We also looked after Annabelle's two lovely horses Crispy and Ted. They were both very friendly and easy to look after. Crispy and Ted always came over to greet us whenever we went down to their paddock. We had a thoroughly enjoyable housesit.
Thank you to Junine for trusting us to look after her special gang! Jaffa is a very sweet dog who is no trouble at all. As he is a senior citizen he spends much of the day sleeping but, when awake, simply wants company and affection which we were more than happy to give him in abundance. Independent Murphy paid us flying visits in time for feeding and was amenable for strokes on a few lucky occasions! For Rob, a personal highlight was caring for the pigs, watching them interacting, deciphering their piggy communication and washing them down in the heat! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, Junine is such a lovely and welcoming person, thank you for having us, Rob and Yuvani
Such great smart dogs and beautiful house. It was just a short stay but was well worth it. Quiet neighborhood very close to restaurants. Easy neighborhood to walk dogs as well. Would definitely sit again.
We had a great time with the dogs, and Kate was a super host. Lovely home, very comfortable with super kitchen, bedding, etc., and thorough instructions for dog and house care. If you have an opportunity to housesit for Kate, you will be extremely fortunate.
