Cat Sitters in Rockland County, NY

Jane saved the day when I had to leave in the middle of the night, and she was super flexible with handing over the keys and getting Lucy/the apartment ready for the next dog sitter to take over. She made me feel so much less stressed with having to leave last minute, and it seems like Lucy warmed up to her right away, so you can tell she’s a dog person! I will definitely be using Jane again in the future :)

Miriam was very nice and I was comfortable with her staying with Otis. Communication could have been better and daily pics would’ve been nice. Mostly, I was disappointed at the cleanliness of the house when I returned. She washed the king mattress protector, sheets and 2 heavy towels in one load which was too much for the machine and everything was twisted together and soaked. When I tried pulling things out, the fitted sheet tore due to the elastic being caught in the agitator due to too many large items in the machine. Chicken carcass was left in the fridge and there were random things I had to throw away. I have not had this experience with other sitters and it seemed she just left with little effort to pick up after herself.

Dianna is super sweet, and my shy doggy took to her instantly even with me not being there to facilitate their introduction. She left my home tidy and clean. I would gladly welcome her back any day!

Maddie and their partner Nat took care of our two cats and chickens while we were away. They were both responsive, kind to us and our animals, and very respectful of our home. They were thorough and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable while we were away and made sure that the cats were played with! Thanks for a great visit, Maddie + Nat!

We had Leslie watch Nox for us again because she is just amazing with animals. She is incredibly patient and gave us timely updates on our pup. I would 100% recommend having Leslie watch your pet.

We were happy to have Amanda and Ross look after our two cats over the weekend. The cats are currently being kept separated and Amanda and Ross were great ensuring gates were closed and the cats kept apart. Communication was great throughout and we had a video chat before the sit. The house was clean and tidy on our return. We would be happy to have them back and would highly recommend them to others.

Luna was a great sitter. She was very flexible and understanding after learning I had Covid and we asked her to delay coming by one day. It also turned out that our dog ended up going to stay with my parents, so she was only responsible for taking care of our birds and fish. The house was very clean when we returned just like we had left it. She is very independent and was self reliant. We enjoyed meeting her and her cat.

This was the second time Chelsey and Lloyd sat for Cookie. They were reliable and kind, and we love developing a relationship with them. We highly recommend them and would love to have them back anytime.

Susana is an amazing young woman who took care of our pup and home wonderfully well. She and her very sweet dog, Cleo, took the best care of our puppy. She send wonderful photos daily! The house was immaculate and well cared for as well. Susana has our highest recommendation!

Ellen looked after my 3 cats for 3 nights and did a wonderful job. I found Ellen to be easy-going, friendly, and reliable. They sent me daily updates and the apartment was exactly as I left it when I returned. I would be very happy to have Ellen look after my babies any time.

Julie arrived right on time and I was fortunate to spend the evening with her. She is an adventurous young woman and able to work from anywhere. My cat seemed comfortable with her from the start. We contacted each other a few times during the 9 days I was gone and she could report that all was well. I came home to a calm kitty and house just as I had left it. The outside plants managed to survive in the extreme heat with her care. This was her first house sit and I would definitely ask her to sit again.
