Marco is a very friendly and caring sitter who took great care of my cat, Tela. When I arrived home after my trip, both Tela and my apartment looked great. Marco did a wonderful job tidying and was also very communicative throughout the sit. I highly recommend Marco and would welcome him back anytime.

Gabriella (and Adam) truly are great house/pet sitters. We knew after we met them prior to the sit that the dogs (and the house) will be well-attended and cared for. Skye and Axle enjoyed their time with Gabi and Adam. We also got to know them well; and we definitely would love to have them sit for us soon.

Charles was a pinch hitter at the last moment. This was the 2nd time we had Charles, and he was just as reliable, clean, neat, self-sufficient and excellent surrogate pet parent as the first time. Sawyer was well loved and enjoyed adventures. Betsy-girl was fed and watered and pet as much as she wanted. We appreciate Charles as a house and pet sitter, knowing we are leaving our furries and house in excellent care.

Over the last 7 years I’ve had over 30 sitters from Trusted Pet Sitters, and Marisa is one of the few special people who arrived as a sitter, and left as a friend. Firstly, she travelled over 12 hours from New York to South of France to do my sit. If that doesn’t deserve a pet sitter medal I don’t know what does. When Marisa arrived she was instantly easy to get on with - easy going, funny, no dramas despite having flown for a day and having jet lag hit her. She was upbeat, chatty, full of good energy and life. It sounds like a cliché but I felt like we were old friends as soon as I met her. The handover was easy (with 3 ferrets it’s not always easy) and Marisa learned their faces to names quicker than anyone ever has. I felt so relaxed with her being in my home and looking after my fur babies that when I got sick during my “holiday” my last thought was to check my phone to check in on her. Marisa dealt with my absence due to bedridden Covid like a pro - even though the ferrets were throwing her curveballs that I hadn’t foreseen, she was caring and invested and professional and even managed to make me howl with laughter when I finally did check my texts to learn about their antics. This girl will make you laugh or your money back 🤣 She even got a ferret scar during her time but didn’t make a drama out of it, just took it in her stride. I felt like she really loved and understood my animals which is what we all want to feel when we are away. Once I got home after this 7 day sit, she picked me up from the airport (in my car, unscratched, so you can trust her with your car) and we got on so well I invited her to stay at mine for a long weekend sit extension, over New Year’s Eve into the new year. I’ve never had a sister but hanging out with Marisa at home for a few days gave me a glimpse of what having an easy going, funny sister that you can tell all your stories to must be like. We even face timed her mom who was 6 hours behind France’s time zone and her mom is just as warm and lovely and ended up inviting me out to her home in the states. Just a wonderful and warm family in all. This was a fantastic experience for me and my ferrets who loved Marisa and still miss her. I can recommend Marissa with more than 5 stars to whoever is lucky enough to have her apply. She is resourceful, has loads of common sense, is great with animals and has a huge love for all animals - and if you have the chance to hang out with her then I can guarantee very interesting conversations and lots of belly laughing. Meridith and Kemal were fantastic house sitters! They stayed at my apartment and cared for my two cats - one of which requires daily insulin injections. Both Meridith and Kemal educated themselves on insulin injections prior to the housesit, and Kemal even came by a day early to see the process first-hand. Overall, Meridith and Kemal were proactive and kind in their care with my two cats! The first few days of the housesit came with some unforeseen diarrhea and vomiting from my cats. Both Meridith and Kemal communicated with me regularly to get my cats on the mend. Thank you both!

Batya & Moshe are incredible house sitters. This was the longest we have ever been away from our dog Wendy and we had absolutely zero concerns with leaving our home and pet in their care. Batya & Moshe took the time prior to our sit to FaceTime and ask questions and get to know us. During the sit they sent daily photos and updates, and when we arrived back home our house was in perfect condition. We are so grateful for the level of communication they provided, and that we were able to coordinate an in person handoff for such a long trip away. They went above and beyond and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for responsible, caring and respectful sitters. Amanda and Marcel were perfect house and pet sitters. Lovely people. We could tell immediately on our return that the dogs had a great time and were very well looked after. The house was immaculate too. What more can you ask for. We would welcome them back any time.

Nicolle was a dream come true as a house sitter. Everything from communication to pet care to house care was spotless, literally. Happy cats, thriving house plants / garden, and a totally clean house upon return. I met with her prior to leaving for nearly 3 weeks to go over things and left with no worries. I travel a lot and have used TH quite a bit: sitters like Nicolle are why. She's truly just so wonderful! I feel super lucky to have crossed her path.

Jennifer and Paul have been wonderful every step of the way. We had an amazing first chat online first. We were away for a while and the trip was made so much more comfortable knowing our cats were being loved by the most special people. They sent us regular pics and updates while we were away and notified us of anything we needed to know about. They left the house lovely and tidy when they left too. Jennifer and Paul, you guys are more than welcome to stay anytime!

Angelique was a wonderful petsitter to my 2 dogs. She was very warm and loving to them and they quickly bonded to her. Communication was smooth throughout our trip, and we came back to 2 happy dogs. We hope we can have her come again!

My pets had a lovely weekend with Robert! He kept to their schedule, sent updates as requested, and everyone seemed happy and chill when I got back. Would be glad to have him stay again.
