My dog Blaze goes absolutely insane with excitement when I mention going to Peaceful Pup to see Lauren! He normally has separation anxiety when it comes to leaving me, however, when we arrive at Peaceful Pups, he leaps out of the car and runs right to the door. He has a wonderful time and I totally trust Lauren with my fur baby!

As a first time dog owner my family and I were nervous to trust anyone with our puppy. However, we felt an immediate connection with Lauren. She was knowledgeable, professional, and so kind. My dog loved her from their first interaction. She has helped us with tips, walking, boarding, and she has been so easy to work with. We feel extremely lucky to have found her and would highly recommend her!

We had a large party and we wanted to eliminate the worry that comes with non dog owners and doors being inadvertently left open. So we asked our vet for a sitting service. Peaceful pups was recommended. And after meeting Lauren, we found a perfect and safe place for our dog. It was our first worry free party in ages. And our dog came home happy and tired from all the fun she had. Thank you Lauren!

I cannot sing the praises of Peaceful Pups Dog Care loudly enough. My dog had a rough passage prior to coming to my home. He endured losing a leg in Hurrican Marie in Puerto Rico. Peaceful Pups has worked with me to overcome his reactive quirks so he can have a much better life. I never worry for a second when he is in Lauren's care. She is a dog whisperer extraordinare. My dog howls when he knows she is coming. Praise from a pup who has had a tough time. THAT says it all!!

The Doggie Shrink is a great place to bring your dog for doggy daycare, boarding, as well as grooming. My dog loves to go there and play with other dogs for doggy daycare or when he's been boarded there. The entire staff Is excellent and I know they take very good care of my dog when he's there. Doggie Shrink came highly recommended to us by friends who have used this facility for both boarding and training. We could not be more pleased with the care and handling that they have provided to our two miniature dachshunds. The facility is clean and only receives pets that are current with all vaccinations. They treat our our dogs as family and provide the same love and attention as we do ourselves. Upon arriving for drop off, our dogs are greeted with affection and are anxious to enter the facility. The staff is always available to discuss whatever concerns and goals we may have for our dogs, and shares their observations in full detail. I highly recommend Doggie Shrink to anyone interested in both boarding and training their pets.

I’ve been using Kim and Doggie Shrink for years for boarding and socialization . They are excellent! We recently adopted a fairly big happy puppy who needed a home, but had no training whatsoever. With the help of Doggie Shrink, he no longer pulls on the leash after two sessions. They have also helped me with recommendations on how to train him, and he is SO much better. We also use them for weekly camp so he can get socialized and run around with all his new friends.

Kim, Lars and team are the absolute best. We live in LA and every time we visit family in NJ our Pom can’t wait to spend a few days with his friends at Doggie Shrink. Boarding has also been a breeze. The team’s love for all the dogs is palpable and there is nobody we trust more with our little guy.

We were referred to Kim by another dog owner friend (shout out to Hugo!), once we told them about the fighting troubles we have between our two boxer pups. Our dogs are currently at The Doggie Shrink for some board & train. Kim knows her sh*t. She has an incredible passion for dogs ("there are no bad dogs") and that seems matched only by her understanding of their behavior and why they act and respond the way they do. This should be the key to solving any issue or just regular obedience training. We are still in the process with our dogs but I trust Kim implicitly. Behind the fences there seems to be a doggie paradise, with lots of room and friends to play with. Kim's own dogs are trained incredibly well, as we have been able to see in videos where they assist her in the training of my pups. We will come back and report more after we have more info and results but very impressed in the first few visits and boards, as well as Kim's availability to me to explain everything going on. Highly recommend.

Kim, Lars, and the whole team are absolutely wonderful! I take my husky here every seven weeks or so and they always do such a fabulous job with his long, thick coat! He always comes home so much whiter, nicely brushed out, and his paw fur trimmed nicely. I cannot say enough amazing things about Doggie Shrink :)

Doggie Shrink is the best!! They have so much care and love for the dogs. I have been bringing my dog there for 3 years now and I am so happy. Kim is the best trainer I have ever worked with, she really cares about what she does. If you need dog training, boarding, or day care I would absolutely recommend you bring your dogs to her! Her staff is wonderful, Rosie has the best time playing staying and learning with Kim & her staff. Doggie Shrink is by far the best facility! I love them!

Being a life long dog owner, I had never considered using a doggie daycare or have had to board my pets. We always depended on family members to help out. However, after rescuing a new puppy a year ago, my husband and I - being two busy, working people- wanted to make sure our new dog had attention, training and socialization. We saw how much our spunky labradoodle needed to play and socialize. The whole experience was completely new to us, and after doing some research and asking our groomer for a recommendation, they did not hesitate to recommend Doggie Shrink. What a blessing it has been finding DS! Kim and the entire DS Team have been beyond wonderful, loving and caring with our young pup. He is excited to go weekly and we feel such peace going on vacation knowing he is being well cared for and loved on when we are not home. We have also used DS for training and have learned so much by working with DS. I continue to recommend DS to all coworkers and friends in the area. The DS Team is the absolute best!!

I cannot put into words how grateful we are for Kim and the entire Doggie Shrink team! They have quickly become our dog's favorite people and favorite place. They helped us navigate our dog's socialization issues and brought the sweet and gentle side back into our dog. They are always on call to answer questions and help with continued training. When I was in labor with my son in February 2023, their team allowed us to bring our dog VERY last-minute to be boarded and kept her happy and safe while we were in the trenches of having a newborn, as well as gave us tips on introducing our dog to our new baby. We can't thank them enough for everything and would recommend them to anyone in need of doggie daycare, boarding and grooming!!

We were going overseas for 2 weeks and our pet sitter backed out. My son was worried about his Bearded Dragon, Xerxes. Jeff was available at short notice for us to come and "ok" the spot that Xerxes would have while we were away. He was very understanding with a nervous 14 year old! When we came back to drop her off, he had even researched more info online about Bearded Dragons - she was his first one! While we were away he texted pics and updates. He had to cut fresh food daily and remember to turn on and off different lights/heaters each morning and evening. Jeff was wonderful and saved the day. Xerxes did great and we were able to enjoy our trip. Thanks Jeff!! We will definitely use Preppy Pet again!

Our Jack Russell rescue is an active, high energy dog, who needed to learn basic commands and also how to play with other dogs. We've been bringing him to Jeff every Saturday for about six months for socialization and basic training. Our little buddy has become much less aggressive with other dogs and now sits without me having to tell him to! We bring him up to Preppy Pet (from the Bronx!) every week because we know he. Is. Loved, trained and has a great time! We’ve also used the boarding services. Jeff’s prices are great and the service can’t be beat! Jeff is flexible and he and the staff truly care about the dogs. If your dog needs a day to run around and play and “just be a dog”, bring him to Jeff. Your pooch will come home, drink from his bowl and call it a night! 🐾🐶🐾

Jeff takes care of my dog on all vacation trips throughout the year . He sends me videos and pictures to put me at ease that my Rosie is happy . Jeff is very personable and attentive to my dogs needs . Reasonable priced and good service !

Preppy Pet (Orangeburg location, formerly located in Nanuet) has made a huge impression on me and my husband. After searching high and low to find a trusting place to board our sweet female German shepherd, handsome male German shepherd, and smiley male Golden Retriever we decided on Preppy Pet. From the first initial phone call, they were very patient when answering our list of questions and concerns. They were very reassuring and made us feel that we are bringing our dogs to a place that will treat them like their own. The drop off was very smooth, as Jeff and his staff took our dogs in one by one to get used to their temporary home for the next several weeks. Jeff (who is the owner) spent as much time as we needed going through the specific feeding directions for our three dogs, as one of our German shepherds needs special medication administered in order for her body to properly digest her food. Shortly after drop off, Jeff and his staff would send us videos and photos of our dogs. I could tell they were having a great time from the start, by their ear to ear smiles and wagging tails. I knew we had chosen the best place for our dogs to be well cared for. You can tell that the staff truly loves animals. The love and compassion could be felt right through the videos. I am so happy we chose Preppy Pet to board our 3 dogs, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for services that they offer. (They also offer services such as grooming, and day care!) Boarding your animals is never easy, but Preppy Pet made it so much better for us. They are very reasonably priced, they are very honest, and they have the best team! my dogs Daisy and Tippy came here multiple times for boarding day care and baths the staff was great! and very kind they did a great job with the bath and nail clippings and even sent me pictures!

My baby boy loves going to daycare here! Whenever he realizes we are on the way he howls and howls. Once we arrive he drags me to the door. He love being able to play with other pups. Preppy Pet is the only daycare, boarding, and grooming provider that we would choose.

I’ve been boarding my two dogs, Nigel and Lily at Preppy Pet over the last few years. Jeff has always been super reliable and accommodating. Each time I pick the dogs up they are happy, well fed, and tired from playing. When I drop them off to stay at preppy pet they don’t even look back, they are so excited to return to hang out with their friend Jeff & co. We will definitely miss them as we move out of state but are happy to know how loved and cared for Nigel & Lily were during their many stays at Preppy Pet.

We have been dropping our pit bull Cocoa at Preppy Pup for around a year now. People get nervous when they see pit bulls and unfairly judge them based on their reputations (not going to call out any other day cares in the area by name…….). That is not the case with Jeff and the staff at Preppy Pup. The whole team treats Cocoa for who she is, a very loving, happy and playful girl who doesn’t have an aggressive bone in her body….though she still has endless amounts of puppy energy! Cocoa is always so excited to go. When we ask her “do you want to go see Jeff today?” she instantly “smiles” and shakes her butt and when we pick her up she is completely exhausted from a day of play!

Our two dachshunds have had many wonderful stays with Preppy Pet! Preppy Pet owner, Jeff, gave great care to our senior dogs, making sure to follow all best practices for keeping them healthy and safe. They really love all pets and all feel welcome. With typical boarding structure, filled with many dogs, cats, and others, you will probably smell the clients, that's a good thing-no toxic disinfectants or perfumes, you can leave your pets with ease of mind, they are safe and in good company!

Brittanie and the Paw Pals team took such good care of our boys. We were able to spend a nice weekend away without having to worry if our pups were okay. We received a daily report card with a photo to keep us updated. I wouldn't take my pups anywhere else ♡ Thank you, Paw Pals!

Paw Pals provided excellent care for Nala while I was away! Given that she's a working line German Shepherd, I was worried about meeting her mental and physical activity needs during boarding. However, Paw Pals kept her active, engaged, and stimulated with walks, puzzles, and playtime. Brittanie was incredibly responsive and reassuring when I checked in, even sending extra photos for my peace of mind. They continuously refine and improve their practices to be inclusive of all types of dogs, from their daycare program and individual enrichment activities to on-site training and even micro groups for selective dogs. I can not thank the Paw Pals team enough. We got our puppy in the middle of winter, so it was challenging to find ways to help him socialize with other dogs and people. I am so happy we found Paw Pals! Jet was nervous the first time he walked in, but after that, he always walked in with a smile and a wagging tail! They are very accommodating when we send him (3-4 times a month). We don’t send him often, but the few times he has attended daycare shows that it helped him feel comfortable around new dogs and people. We feel at ease knowing he is with kind professionals, exercising and socializing, and the pictures they send us make our day. I can tell the owner is diligent with whom she hires and is a kind and caring professional. Their website is straightforward and easy to navigate. The Paw Pals team has been excellent taking care of my pup as I transition back to working in the office! Paw Pals is the best - our dogs love to go there. The last time we boarded them, Paw Pals literally saved our summer vacation - one of our dogs needed a visit to the vet while we were away (non serious but needed to go) and the owner took her for us so we didn’t have to disappoint our kids and cut our trip short. They always take great care of our babies and go above and beyond.

To say Paw Pals is an amazing day care/boarding facility would be an understatement. I have trusted Brittanie and her team with my fur baby since 2021. The Paw Pals team have loved on and cared for my baby as if he is truly apart of their family. Paw pals exceeded our expectations! This was our first experience boarding our extremely nervous dog and the entire staff took such good care of our dog and our family! They sent two report cards a day with a written and picture update and made us feel so at ease while we were away on our vacation. My experience with Musbro has been nothing short of extraordinary. Maverick my 11-month Shepky has been going there since July 8th. Musbro is the place I was looking for and finally found. The staff at Musbro has put up with my crazy dog mom questions before he started and made me feel at ease brining Maverick and transitioning him to a new place after a nasty experience at a previous place resulting in a vet visit and diagnosis with stress colitis. Nicole, and Brittany are the most welcoming every morning, I can recall day 2 they knew Maverick and greeted him. I said I don’t even care if they knew my name, but it meant the world they remembered his name by day two. Musbro is the place where I feel comfortable sending Maverick, because they treat the dogs as their own. Maverick is a bit spoiled; I mention that Maverick likes to eat around people, they accommodated that, Maverick has eaten with Gregg. The services and care Maverick has received has made this transition and socialization experience so easy and I even stopped calling every day! (That’s HUGE for me). Clearly Maverick cannot tell me he loves it but there are signs that show me such as, He literally greets Brittany or Nicole and jobs up on the counter, He gets a “Good Morning Maverick”, They are seriously wonderful with Maverick and his energy. I am so pleased and can’t thank them enough for taking Maverick and caring for him as I would when I am at work.

Our dog is very comfortable with the staff. I use the grooming services and have been very pleased. Emily does a great job. Appointments are very flexible. Staff is friendly and accommodating. It's worth the half hour drive. I highly recommend Musbro. I haven't used the boarding services or day care yet, so I can't comment on that.

Love Musbro. Teddy is here for daycare 2-3 days every week. He can't wait to get there and is surely getting a ton of playtime everyday. Even when the weather is bad, he's still tired when I pick him up. I've also had him groomed here. He looked great with his new haircut. The owners and their staff are so nice, professional and friendly and I know the staff gives my dog the attention he needs throughout the day. It's nice to do business with businesses like this.

We LOVE this place. The staff is amazing. Greg and his girls and the remainder of the staff are amazing. My dog LOVES this place. She runs in and jumps up to get her cookie and comes home exhausted. I feel comfortable boarding my Barkley with them and I have never had any concerns or attitude from anyone who works there. Not sure what this other lady is talking about - everyone is super friendly. Highly recommend this place.

They are the best. They have cared for and still care for my childhood dogs and now my own dog. They have a groomer and the cut is always perfect and the dogs come home smelling so clean. They are the only people I would use to watch my pups for anything. Not saying you should do this, please give the fine folks at Musbro nice notice, but they have never said no, nor have they ever turned us away, eve the day of. Superb and the most reliable.

Great doggy daycare spot. My puppy loves every day he gets to spend at Musbro, and the whole staff is incredibly friendly and kind. I can tell my pup is being well taken care of, and getting all sorts of playtime and love. Clean, no-frills establishment. Well priced. Have also had good grooming and boarding experiences, but mostly visit them for daycare.

Love this place. But not as much as my dog does. For those who have posted recently looking for perfect timing and everything to your liking, I wonder if you’re also the type that complains when the lines are too long in retail stores? My response to that is always ‘I’m sure they’re hiring’. If one needs a bougie grooming place with valet service on a silver platter, there are other locations (probably also the same places who board dogs yet leave them alone in a building from 7p to 6a). This family run business loves the animals that they keep, runs a great business, and silly ranting, inconsequential reviews hurt them. I can’t think of a better place to leave our dog for a day, weekend, or a long time away.

I feel secure that my baby “Junior”is safe & loved while I’m away! Go for a tour & you will agree! Went on a tour here and took our dogs for evaluations. The facility is gorgeous and very well kept. We saw a video of our dogs on social media which was fine. I also called to check on my dogs before they posted the video since it was their first doggy daycare. In the video, we didn’t love the volume of dogs in the play area. The dogs did great with their evaluation and the staff is absolutely lovely. We just noticed our dogs looked overwhelmed with all the other dogs there (it was close to 30 total that day). We were told max capacity is 75 dogs in a play area and they have appropriate staffing when they get to those volumes. I think it’s just a personal preference that we want our dogs in a smaller group environment so they aren’t overwhelmed. If it weren’t for the volume of dogs that go to this daycare, we would’ve used them daily but it just didn’t feel like a good fit for our pups

Our dog Lucy has stayed with K 9 Resorts a couple of times. One short weekend and then a two week stay while we are out of the country. When we picked her up on our return, she was excited, friendly, and very happy. All indications to us is our dog had a good time, looked healthy, and smelled fresh and clean from her pick up day bath. We are going away in late October and Lucy will definitely be staying at K 9 Resorts. By the way, after that Original short day, Lucy seemed excited when she went through the door going in for the two weeks stay, she liked the place, and that’s a great sign. Thanks so much for taking great care of her.

Sawyer loves hanging out with his doggie friends. The staff always takes such good care of him and he comes home happy and tired! We recently left him for 3 weeks and we worried about the length of time, but he came home happy and healthy.

My baby boy loves this place like a second home! It’s spotless and the staff is incredible (especially the assistant manager Lynette). As an over protective millennial dog mom I trust K9 resorts 100%. You can tell that everyone genuinely loves the dogs. I have peace of mind knowing he's happy and safe playing with his friends while I’m working. I have tried other camps before but none compare!

The best solution is when we have to leave our baby for a while. They are really caring and thoughtful! My baby is a 3-pound teacup, so I had to find a place I could fully trust. I'm glad I found it!

K9 Resorts is very well run with a staff that cares about the dogs staying there. It was the first time my dogs were boarded and I felt comfortable taking them there and was very happy with their care during their stay!

K9 Resorts of Emerson is a top notch facility. I had 2 dogs who have never boarded before stay at this location for 4 nights and they were well cared for, played with, and looked after with the utmost kindness and professionalism. I feel completely comfortable with the staff, facilities, and service at K9 Resorts of Emerson. I would highly recommend this business to anyone in need of dog boarding services. Pedro is an excellent dog walker. I have recommended him many times to neighbors and friends without hesitation. He is very attentive, reliable, and caring. I have a senior dog that Pedro has been taking care of (because a great dog walker does more than just walk your dog) for the last four years. He is incredibly patient and loving as she begins to slow down in her golden years. I’m grateful everday I leave the apartment knowing Pedro will be there to exercise and spend time with my beloved dog.

I couldn't be happier with Pedro and Hot Paws Pet Care. My pup can be a bit of a handful so I was a bit nervous about finding a walker for her, but I knew from the moment I met Pedro that she would be in good hands! Pedro is *obviously* a dog-lover and has a lot of patience. He is also extremely communicative and reliable; he has NEVER not shown up for a walk and has never canceled on us. It is SUCH a relief not having to worry about my dog while I'm at work! I also always receive text updates about the walk, which is great. All I know is that my dog absolutely adores Pedro. BOTTOM LINE: You can't go wrong with Hot Paws Pet Care. P.S. While Pedro is our every day walker, I have met two other walkers with Hot Paws Pet Care and both were great, too! It was important to me that my dog could expect the same walker every single day, which Pedro accommodated, but for two days during which Pedro was out of town we had sub walkers. Pedro was gracious enough to give plenty of notice about his trip AND set up a time for me and my dog to meet the sub walkers beforehand to make sure everything would be good. We had Pedro dog-sit our 2 dogs at our wedding recently at Wave Hill in the Bronx. He was TREMENDOUS! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dog sitter. He was amazing to work with and such a great guy. He took phenomenal care of our dogs (1 big dog and 1 little dog). The dogs were honestly upset to be leaving his care at the end of the night. Pedro was a class act. He dressed incredibly well and was such a pleasure to work with. We were so happy we found him!

Pedro has been taking care of our Jack Russell since 2013 and she absolutely loves him. Since Pedro has been with us, we've noticed a reduction in our dog's anxiety around other dogs (and even people), and he and Vincent have always demonstrated a genuine care for her well-being. We feel very fortunate that we found such a trustworthy, reliable, and attentive dog walking service.

Pedro is a total professional and a pleasure to work with. He took care of our cats while we were away for the holidays. He not only made sure our cats were fed and their litter cleaned, but he also played with the cats every time he was there, gave us text updates, and even was kind enough to bring in our mail. Pedro and Vincent have been walking my large, lazy dog for nearly 2 years. He is professional, flexible and easy to work with. He is always cheerful and pleasant and really cares about our dog. Our dog can be quite resistant to getting off the couch to walk during the day - especially in the summer or if it's raining - and Hot Paws can always get him happily out the door. They are awesome and a real asset to the neighborhood!

I hired Pedro to take care of my GSD while I was working out of state. Pedro did an excellent job taking care of my pride and joy. He promptly gave me updates every time he completed a walk and kept me up to date on his mood. I even got to FaceTime with my dog which I think help put both our minds at ease. Even though my dog isn’t too happy when I go away at least I know someone I can call to make sure he’s safe and happy. Thank you Pedro!

I can't think of any company/retailer/store I've been happier to find in the past several years that we use on a consistent basis. Doggy Deuce has been our pooper scooping service for many many years, 3 dogs and counting. We now use them for pet sitting while we're away on vacation or just for overnights. While we're away, we get pictures of them, updates on how they're doing and Chris even goes the extra mile and offers to bring in our mail and take care of the pool while we're gone. I challenge anyone to find a small business that offers such service! Also, when I'm looking for any other service recommendation, (window washing, pool closing, carpet cleaning, etc.) Chris from Doggy Deuce always knows the best businesses to call upon. He's part of a big network of local businesses that have proven to be trustworthy and capable; the best can always recommend the best. Doggy Deuce is also an active advocate for pet adoption and strongly care about the welfare of animals. And the office staff is extremely attentive and available, returning emails and calls with very quick turnaround. This company is the real deal. I've recommended them to 3 other families on my block who now also use them! Our pets are our family, our house is our home, and I wouldn't trust either of them to anyone but Doggy Deuce. I'd be happy to offer a personal recommendation to anyone who reaches out.

We have been using them for a couple of years now. Our last trip away I scheduled them to visit my home twice a day for 3 days to take care of my 15-1/2 yr old Yorkie who is partially blind and deaf. On the final day of service I received an invoice I could not open so I emailed them back and requested it sent in a different format. The following day on our way home from our trip I received a call from Becky advising me that unfortunately, she mixed up the dates and no one visited my home to take care of my dog for 3 days. She proceeded to explain she was sick the day she took my appointment and probably shouldn't have been making appointments. What I don't understand is how an invoice is sent for the correct dates, but yet the dates were mixed up. These people are lucky my dog was alive. Barely alive, but she was! The dog was without water for 3 days. One more day and I doubt she would've survived. This is a huge mistake! This is a life we are talking about here. These mistakes cannot happen. I was very upset and angry and refused to further speak to them. There is nothing they can do to make this OK other than REFUND me my money they took without providing services! I would never recommend them to anyone!

I have been using doggie deuce now for over four years and they are amazing! I use them for both dog boarding and pooper scooper and they are super dependable, accommodating and (in my opinion) reasonably priced. Chris (the owner) and Jen (the manager) are super nice and you get a sense that they truly love what they do and the dogs. My dogs actually look happy when they leave to stay there while we are on vacation. While the dogs are there- they send pictures and updates which is awesome. I cannot say enough how much I love them and how much easier it is having them in our life. If you love your dogs as much as we do- you definitely want to give them a try the next time you are going away.

In addition to loving and caring for my own personal dogs, I spend much of my time rescuing animals in need. As a result, my yard tends to suffer. I enlisted the help of Doggy Deuce a few months ago and I couldn't be happier. The service is extremely reliable and the staff is friendly and pleasant.

I have been using Doggie Deuce for my dog Chase. They are incredible in so many ways. They care for my pet as much as I do. They are reliable, trustworthy, honest, caring and I would use no one else for my boy. I use them as a walker and also for a stay when I am away. Unfortunately this company has yet again failed to properly trained or communicate with their new staff. Once again one of the their employees have left my gate open for my two pit bulls which are not dog friendly. They were instructed since the beginning to call my phone before they came so we can ensure the dogs were inside, but they failed to do that too. If he was confused as I was told. He should have called the office, myself or rescheduled. I find it very disturbing and hard to understand the lack of common sense of this person. He not only put my dogs in danger but other dogs too.

Doggy Deuce watches my pup when I go out of town and she has so much fun. They take such great care of her and make sure she is treated like a princess.

Chris and his team are the BEST. He has an innate gift with animals and is truly a dog whisperer.

I’ve used paws and play twice now for boarding. My dog is incredibly happy whenever I pick her up and it’s clear that the folks working here really love dogs. I just dropped her off for another stay, and Chris came around and scooped her up with no issues at all, which is the first time I’ve ever dropped her off for boarding without her having any sort of separation anxiety. I could not recommend this place more

I was nervous for a longer overnight stay for our Yorkie, it was his first time. The staff was incredible and on top of it. We booked the regular kennel crates but our pup had never been in a crate before and after the first night they noticed our pup was in distress and we were out of country and they went into action and moved him to a private room automatically to settle him for the rest of his stay. We were so appreciative they took special care and attention to him while we were gone. Then the next time we came back from an overnight stay Teddy SPRINTED to the door and was SO excited to be back 🥹😍. We knew he felt comfortable there and we will keep coming back.

We have been using paws and play since it’s inception for our Airedale Brody. The owner Matt along with his staff has always been very responsible and is always caring for each dog that arrives. The staff is polite, courteous and always is happy to see Brody giving him a huge Welcome every time he arrives. Brody responds immediately when Paws and Play is mentioned and can’t wait to jump in the car and start his day!! He loves the experience and we couldn’t be happier with the care he gets. The best ever and couldn’t ask for more !!!

This was our first time boarding our dog with Paws & Play and we couldnt have been happier! The immediate warmth upon greeting by several staff helped our anxious pup and the check in process was smooth and easy. We loved how we could scroll daily photos of the dogs and see how our guy was doing! Our dog can be slow to warm up but he did really well and we heard stories at check out of him playing with some new friends! I would definitely recommend this Resort to anyone with a dog they want to know will be in great hands! The add on features are great and the space was super clean. Also he came home smelling so good! Thanks Paws & Play! Will be back for sure.

I left my dog for two days in boarding while I was out of state. When I picked up my dog he had a bloody lip and a cut. I called to ask what happened and staff was adamant that 'nothing happened' and he was never in any altercation with other dogs at the facility. When I brought my dog to the vet, they stated that he was definitely cut by something. Upon finding out this information, the staff at paws and play stated that my dog must have 'done it to himself' when he was groomed. Now, I'd like to state that i have a very rough dog who doesn't know his own size and strength. I don't doubt that he probably cut himself on a crate or while he was being groomed. My issue is that this was never brought to my attention. They claimed they 'didn't notice' the cut upon his departure. I believe they don't check the dogs before they leave, which is a huge issue because they don't stay with the dogs overnight. How can they be sure the dog is 100% okay? I have no ill will towards the staff or establishment, I just believe this was unprofessional. But, I'm glad my dog is okay and that all it was was a small cut. This could have been avoided had someone just let me know about the cut. I hope they begin to keep owners informed and not just in the dark about their dogs.

We bring our dog here 1x/week to get him out of the house and with other dogs. He has loved it from the very first day and gets so excited any time my husband drops him off (and doesn’t like leaving when I get him haha). The staff is always so kind and you can tell they each truly love the dogs that go there. They know so many by the owners that pick them up and always say great things about our dog. They are a gem! We are sending our dog for boarding in April and had tons of questions and Tiffany answered each one and took her time to make sure I was comfortable knowing everything about how that side of their business works!

I can not overstate how fantastic Paws and Play is! Our buddy Charlie goes there for daycare once a week and for boarding a few times a year. We hate when we have to travel without him, but we never worry about him because we know he is loved and cared for by the crew at Paws and Play. The staff is wonderful - sweet, caring and super capable. The operation is organized and professional. The staff clearly has the expertise and experience to safely handle the dogs they care for and the facility is the best in the area by far, immaculately clean with beautiful boarding rooms and fun play areas. I respect and appreciate that Paws and Play has strictly enforced rules (vaccinations, reservations, etc.) for the safety of all the dogs. Thanks to everyone at Paws and Play for giving Charlie such a great place to hang out!

We've had a great experience with Fetch! I don't like sending my pup to a kennel, I prefer to send her to a home. Diane with Fetch has kept her for us a few times now and it's always been a very positive experience. Zelda comes home happy, calm and relaxed every time.

We have been using Mike as our dog walker. He is the best!! He is great with our 2 dogs. They absolutely love him!! He gives me daily updates on how they did on their walks. We also have a few cats and one had surgery and when Mike came to walk our dogs he would also give a little extra love to him and also let me know how he was doing when he was there. Fetch is awesome!! I would recommend them to anyone.

I have used Fetch in Boise, Idaho and Burbank, California and was very impressed with the quality of the pet sitters in each city. Then I used Fetch in Ridgewood and was not disappointed! The pet sitters were easy to work with but, most of all, they treated my dog like their own. When I picked up my dog, Buddy, from an overnight with Amy, I knew she passed the test with flying colors because as I held my dog and was saying goodbye, he leaned over and licked Amy right on the nose. Better than the Good Housekeeping seal of approval!!

Fetch really is the best. We've used them for almost 2 years now and I'm so glad that our neighbor recommended them to us. They are always there when we need them, even when it has been last minute. I'm always amazed at how quickly they respond to emails and texts when I need a last minute walk or visit. Our primary sitter is amazing with our dog and on the very rare occasion when she is not available they have a backup team (who our dog got to know in advance) that is equally fantastic. Can't say enough nice things and I honestly don't know what we'd do without them.

Dealing with Janice at Fetch and Debbie our sitter/walker that was assigned to us was one of the more enjoyable encounters we've had with outside contractors. And when it comes to leaving your dog's care in the hands of others, its not always the best experience. Dealing with Fetch was the exception, they were Super Great!
