Anny & Shuhan

Anny and Shuhan have completely raised the bar for pet/home sitters in my eyes. They were tasked with watching my 8 year old, a very unique and energetic Australian Shepherd Collie Mix and my many plants for a total of 10 days, and they have completely exceeded my expectations in every way. I consider myself blessed to have found them. Link was happy as a peach and neither needed anything nor wanted for anything more. He had all the affection and attention he needed. They stuck to his original schedule to a T, and added a bunch of fun activities in between. He adored the pair, who took him on many adventures which included errands, hiking, the beach, a day in the suburbs, small hangouts with dog loving friends, and all the walks he could want. I was graced with a nightly update of how the day went, which included a daily photo reel of my little guy. This was the cherry on top and really brought me relief and daily joy in knowing how well he was being cared for. Finding ways to ensure Link gets out his energy is not always easy because he has recently been having issues at the park, so their creativity and motivation to explore was extremely appreciated. They managed to teach my 8 year old pup a NEW trick while I was gone, that we are both still enjoying to this day. Who says you can’t teach an old dog new tricks? Not Anny and Shuhan, that’s who. Link is fed a homemade natural recipe for his tender tummy that I pre-make for my sitters. When I miscalculated the amount he would need, and he ended up needing more food, Anny and Shuhan went above and beyond to go and source the ingredients and then make the recipe. They could have taken numerous other easier routes to supplement his food, but they took this route because they knew it was better for Link, and they did so happily. To ensure we were a good match, they met with me prior to my trip and we took Link for a walk together to get acclimated and that was when I knew they were perfect. On that very first walk, Link went to grab a loose bone on the floor and Anny was immediately on top of it and got the bone out of his mouth in moments. That’s how good they are. If you’re considering choosing Anny and Shuhan, I would say don’t think twice, just do it. Rest assured when you leave your pets and your home in Anny and Shuhan’s care that you will come home to an immaculate home and to a well-cared for and majorly pampered pet. You may even be inspired to up your game for your pets after you see how much fun they had with Anny and Shuhan, I know I have. We have been going on long adventure walks everyday since. Thank you Anny and Shuhan, I could not have asked for a better caretaker for my fur baby.

Marji is the best! . She became best friends with our amazing cat. She sent daily pictures of them cuddling and having fun together. The house was spotless when we returned home. So so grateful we found Margie to watch our home and cat! We would definitely have her back.

Sarah was a welcoming host and her home is spectacular with a beautiful pool and social kitchen area aswell the best entertainment system we have seen. 
We had such a great time in Kuala Lumpur with her gorgeous kitty trio - we were reluctant to want to leave them! 
Minnie, Mouse and Magnus were absolutely adorable kitties full of personality. We loved having cuddles with Minnie and Magnus was such a sweet gentleman. Mousey is a shy little girl but with gentle coaxing she was comfortable around us. We will always cherish our time that we had here :)

Ece and Sarp are super friendly and hospitable and Maple is an absolute sweetheart.
 
We met the day before the housesitting started and the handover was very relaxed. It felt like meeting friends right from the beginning.
 
It was love at first sight with Maple. She is a very cute and smart dog, easy around other dogs and very good with people. She loves to learn new tricks and running (especially at the beach).
 
The typical cozy Dutch house is in a fantastic location to explore Haarlem with ample choices of cafes, restaurants and shops, with easy access to walking paths along the canals and nature.
 
We hope to be back again soon!

We stayed at Andy's place for three weeks and I understood from our very first chat that Andy is a kind and empathetic person. He was very clear when communicating, and you could see how much he cares for Tipsy. All the information we received was complete and specific: this allowed us to shape our routine on Tipsy's needs effectively.

The apartment was very clean, tidy, and equipped with everything we needed. He is also super well organized as far as Tipsy's food, toys, and equipment are concerned.

Andy explained to us Tipsy's temperament, how to manage walks with him, what his favorite toys and treats are, and was very present when we asked for advice.

Tipsy is the cutest dog you'll ever encounter. He loves playing with his stuffed animals and always brings one with him when going out for a walk. You will see lots of people smiling at you because of this! He also becomes very excited when you come back home and follows you everywhere <3 During the day he is really calm and sweet, he stays on the sofa by your side or asks you to play with him. He is also very obedient and happy to do walks, it was a pleasure to walk him. He lets you sleep during the night and doesn't pee or poop in the house. He is not insisting or invasive when eating food and is very gentle when offering him a piece of what you're eating.

I really recommend this sit both for Andy's and Tipsy's qualities and will definitely miss this little sweet boy :)

I absolutely loved my stay at Denise and PJ's lovely home.

Communication was great before and during the sit.

Bismark, Lambie, Jessie, Jasmine, and Pepper are super low-maintenance. The labs are absolute goofballs. Jessie is super affectionate, and the cats seem to even enjoy human company. The two labs that are allowed off the lead responded well to callbacks.

The village pub is within walking distance, and I felt very welcomed by the locals. The shops and other amenities are a bit of a distance away. For this reason, a car is absolutely needed.

While looking after the house, new satellite internet was installed, which was excellent, running comfortably at 100Mbps+. I worked full time remotely, and I had no issues. There is even a well-equipped garden office with a great view of the large garden.

The next sit is already confirmed. I can't wait to come back and bring Ani with me this time.
