Jane was lovely, really easy to communicate. The girls were the best!!! Bonnie is an extremely sweet and gentle lady, she likes playing and a lot of kisses. Lola is super fun and energetic but also loves to cuddle. We had really great days and everyone would enjoy the company of this doggies. Thanks Jane!
Evi is a wonderful host and Bela is a great dog. We stayed the first night with Evi and she cooked us a lovely meal and gave us drinks. Couldn't ask for a more hospitable host. Woodburner on and we were cosy. The week with Bela was great fun. She will walk as long as you can and never gets bored of fetch and catch. Shop on the village and a supermarket not far away but you'd have to have a car I'd say. Thanks Evi and Bela
River is the BEST! She is well-trained, obedient, and a joy to be with. She does attract attention, she is so obviously lovable that when taking our daily strolls, everyone wants to pet her. River gives the love back with her “smile” and “happy tail”. She will move around the house with you, sleeps in her bed (next to the bed), and is truly a great companion. We went hiking at Indian Peaks Wilderness Area, River led the way and was calm and cordial with the other dogs on the trails, as well as adding smiles on all the hikers. I hope that I get to spend more time with her in the future! The fish were very interesting, each morning there was splashing and excitement as I approached the tanks. You can lose time watching them with their array of colors, very calming… Pete and Lindsay are super hosts! Their house is beautiful, spacious, and the kitchen is a chef’s dream. In addition to providing specific details on River and the fish, Pete spent time walking me through the house, utilities, and security. Pete and Lindsay’s home is a short walk from Denver’s Cherry Creek Shopping Center, where River and I enjoyed the variety of coffee houses and restaurants. Lucky for me, River doesn’t like to shop! If you land at the Coopers, you’ll be living the dream of Denver.
Aileen and MaryAnne were very welcoming and responded to any questions right away. Their home is conveniently located in a friendly neighborhood which was close to groceries, farmers market, downtown and the beaches, as well as the wonderful Frederick St. dog park. Doogie loves to run, play catch and snuggle while Poe is chill but also loves a walk in the hood. They get along very well and Doogie always makes sure to check on Poe, waiting for him when he falls behind. They are a sweet pair!
I had a lovely time looking after Skye whilst PJ was away. She was a bit timid at first but quickly came round for some pets and cuddles. Skye was easy to care for and loved sun bathing on the balcony with me. The communication with PJ throughout the sit was great. He was very hospitable by providing some groceries for my sit. The flat was tidy and well located in London for doing some exploring around. I would definitely care for Skye again and would recommend this sit!
Jamie is an excellent host! Abby and Snowball are the sweetest animals. We work remotely, and they were both very quiet during our zoom calls. If you sit on the couch, Abby will come snuggle up next to you. Both Abby and Snowball are very playful, but not at all needy! We very much looked forward to coming home from dinner and taking Abby on her evening walks. Jamie always answered any questions that we had promptly, but she also gave us space to feel comfortable and welcome in her home. Jamie's home is very cozy with lots of natural light during the day. La mesa is a lovely walkable neighborhood with nice restaurants right down the road. If you want to experience what it would be like to live in San Diego like a local, stay at Jamie's!
